Keith: Well, it's a laser generator, so it'd either be silent or the noise of a cooling fan.

Shiro: EHHH! Wrong! The answer we were looking for was pew, kerblam, whoosh, etc.

Pidge: What the hell kind of noise was that?

Lance: I think it was a fair buzzer attempt

Summary: {Lanthanum Nitrogen Carbon} Headcanon: Against what some might believe, Lance actually has a genius IQ. He graduated school at a young age and went on to one of America’s best colleges. But due to the death of his younger brother (who was very ambitious into becoming a fighter pilot), he dropped out of college and put in applications to the Galaxy Garrison. So, when he went into space in a blue mechanical lion, he became a paladin of Voltron, sharpshooter, jokester and a clueless boy with an honour in Biochemistry. But that all came into use when the whole of Team Voltron (excluding Lance) caught a deadly virus.

My thoughts: Sometimes Lance really comes off a bit as the token humanities guy, but I love to see him as the bio guy. Yes. Fuckin love bio. And he has to work hard for the physics shit. I also hate the physics shit. I love it.

i just think it very dear to think how lance planned keith birthday when they were back in earth and actually knew what day, month and year it was.

keith is born near halloween, so lance made the mini birthday party around that concept and got shiro, pidge, allura, coran, hunk, adam (YES HES ALIVE OK), and veronica together to decorate their apartment all halloweeny and stuff

it wasn’t a surprise party as he knows keith well and he doesn’t like that so keith knew lance was doing a mini thing for him based around halloween but he didn’t expect all the decorations, games food and drinks to be there

keith tries his best not to cry in the whole process as he hasn’t celebrated his birthday ever since his dad passed away when he was 8
