Here are some of my newest additions to my puzzle collection. Although technically not puzzles. They are model kit/construction kits. These "Build-A-Bank" kits were made by Mag-Nif Inc. in 2001. This set includes "Coin Coaster", "Money Mixer", "Treasure Twister". A fourth item, the "Sort-A-Saurus", was also released but, did not connect to these. Instead it was a triceratops with sorting device that dropped coins into its legs.
Mag-Nif Inc. seemed to have gone out of business a few years ago, as such these have gotten harder to find, on sites like Amazon, and ebay. But, I found these for sale on a site called;
Dazzling Discoveries, a "science, technology, engineering and mathematics" STEM educational company, which also operates a store, that sells educational toys. The last that I heard, they had 5 Coin Coaster, 5 Money Mixer, and 6 Treasure Twister left. Get them while they last. If you order them from there, remember to click the check box for "updates on your order", so you can learn when item was shipped, and things of that nature.
https://www.dazzlingdiscoveries.com/
They had all three of these interlocking sets for $25 each, plus shipping. Each bank/coin sorter, was bought individually, and required the owner to build them. No tools, or batteries required. Once built they could also link together. Each had their own coin sorting tubes. If you don't want to use the coin sorter tubes, you can just link the mechanics together, and create a {hand cranked} perpetual motion machine, which require at least four sets to complete a single loop. The sets were also patented all under the same Patent number 6267663. While the gears, base, crank, clips, pins, and coin catch trays for the tubes, are all the same, the main structure of each set is different.
Plastic clips and plastic pins keep the mechanisms together. However because of the small pieces the toys are not recommended for ages under 3 years old. They are meant to be played with by people 6 years of age and older. When taking them apart, to put back into the box, I suggest using a clicking pen. So the pins can be pushed out, without fear of a metal tool breaking the parts.
The plastic collection tubes can also be used with preformed paper tubes, to sort and count the coins. However no paper coin tubes were included in the sets. The plastic coin tubes have a bulge at their bottoms that allow the paper tubes to be inserted, and a cut out near the bottom of the plastic tubes to push out the filled paper tubes.
Mag-Nif Inc. from 2001. "Build-A-Bank" kits; "Coin Coaster", "Money Mixer", and "Treasure Twister".

Christmas at Castle Orlock. Combining two of my favorite things, presents and "Transylvania Twist". Marissa Orlock-Ward (Teri Copley), and Dexter Ward (Steve Altman) celebrate Christmas with their family friend Van Helsing (Ace Mask), the younger version of 'The Evil One', whom was recently released from its interdimensional prison, by their daughter Mari {Google image}. Mari is a bit sad, because her new teddy bear present was stolen. After all, this is one of the reasons its called 'The Evil One'... I guess she's a bit sad that she opened 'The Book of Ulthar: Second Edition', which she found under her parent's bed. Luckily the 'Guardians of the Interdimensional Gateway', are always ready for such challenges. Here's my Christmas Wish, "Transylvania Twist 2". :) P.S. Notice the Purple Reindeer on the tree, based on his love for the animal, he even wrote a Christmas song based on the ornaments, also partially inspired by Prince's song "Purple Rain".

I accepted the challenge, and completed it. "Rubik's Impossible" the package says. I think it took me about a week to solve both solutions, but took me about 1 month to solve both Solution 1 and Solution 2 in under 1 hour. My digital camera only records 1 hour of footage in 4K so I tried to make sure they would both solutions fit onto the camera. Rubik's Impossible Cube Solved #Solution 1 & 2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8HPNQ78f-0 I also show my walkthrough guide to the PC game "Rubik's Games", last revised 08/27/07. How To: Solve one of life's little problems. After trying to play some old records, I found that the record player kept stopping early, before the end of the songs. I eventually found that there was a auto stop, and it could be adjusted. But it took a bit of reverse engineering to try figure out how to get at the adjustment knob. Here is the results of my search, and how I fixed the problem. I thought I'd share this solution. Hopefully it will help someone. Is it a toy, model, or puzzle? Perhaps a bit of all three. In this video I`m trying to stay warm, and dream of owning a 1903 Fiat, to take apart, and then try to reassemble it. #3DPuzzle #ReissPieces, Episode 003, Dissecting my #Fiat #ClassicCarPuzzle * https://youtu.be/6EzkONAL-Tw

Rebuilding the past, in a smaller scale. This is my look into the world of model making, and scale replicas. It is sometimes sad, and inspiring, to see what has been achieve before, and what has been lost. I look into the history of this ship, and it's model kit. Discovering interesting facts, and giving a closer look at a piece of history that is now gone. Revell Model, U.S. Navy, Hospital Ship, USS Haven (AH 12), Review * https://youtu.be/MoCT6yNEqW8 In this review, I show the model from various angles, as well as the ship in pre-assembled, and built phases. It is time to go back in time, and look at the old 'Comics'. In all three senses of the word, Comic strips, Comic books, and the Comic performer. Grab your bowler hat, cane, and toothbrush mustache, and join me while I read this great "Platinum Age" comic book/painting/coloring book from 1917. We will encounter Charlie Chaplin in his early days, from his days in the silent films, to his adventures in the daily comic strips. Along the way we will see art by; Stuart Wallace Carothers, Warren & Ramsey, Elzie Crisler Segar {creator of Popeye}. "Teary Eyes" Anderson in Charlie Chaplin's Comic Capers: Series 1, No. 315 * https://youtu.be/vXH4flb7ryE For this video I also play piano accompaniment, in a silent era, background style music.

This is a thumbnail size image I created, using screenshot clip&paste moments from the #Nintendo64 #N64 with the #64DD Disk Drive videogame #KyojinNoDoshin, Kaihou Sensen Chibikko Chikko Daishuugou'. It was my way to show its styles & theme. The game is usually called 'Dosahin the Giant: Expansion Disk'. The game itself is a series of challenges for the original Doshin the Giant 1, "Kyojin no Doshin 1" for the N64/64DD. The player would complete a task in the game, then get a video clip as a reward. I translated both games from Japanese to English so I could understand the entire story. I also wrote a walkthrough guide for the game. This is a clip and paste thumbnail from the Nintendo 64 {N64} videogame 'Charlie Blast's Territory'. It was my way to give a feeling of what the game was about, and show its styles and theme. The game was also called 'The Bombing Islands', for the original PlayStation, featuring Kid Clown. The game itself is a series of logic puzzles, following the adventures of Charlie Blast, as he rids the 6 rivers, around the Rainbow Valley Lake, of their damming islands. The islands were built to help the King of Industry power his factory. His henchman named "Hench-Troll", and Charlie's girlfriend "Rainbow Fairy", are seen only in the multiplayer mode and the games ending. Besides a video walkthrough, I also wrote a walkthrough guide for the game.
