Just a cute little fan animation of Mario 64. This is a little fanart of The Secret Aquarium level, set to the music from the game. The musical score is better known for being the Dire Dire Docks or Jolly Rogery Bay theme as well.
I didn't post these on Tumblr, but a throwback to Linktober 2022! I tried a lot of different techniques during that time and grew a lot too. Happy with how it turned out!
One of the games that shaped my whole perspective of video games! I wanted to pay a proper tribute to the original art since it doesn’t get enough love!
Super Smash Bros (64 to be precise), means a lot to me and reminds me of a time when I was young and curious of the world. Every time I watch the intro, I still feel that sense of amazement and wonder. Seeing Iconic Nintendo characters come together to battle it out will always bring a special kind of feeling to my soul. The art direction & Music of this game also amazes me because of how particularly abstract they handled the creative direction despite the limits. I wish I was a fly on the wall to witness this game being made from beginning to end…
Now that I am older (and still growing), the series has became one of the biggest crossover franchises in history. And despite the ups & downs this series has made me felt, I’ll always come back to this game to remind me how much it’s shaped my love for video games~🌟
"Bomberman: Fun at White Glacier", painting by me.
I haven't done video game fan art in ages, but I had to contribute something for my favourite gaming hero's 40th anniversary:
Bomberman!
So this years' Christmas painting of mine isn't really a festive one, it's my take on the first and third White Ice stages in Baku Bomberman for the Nintendo 64.
Wishing all of my followers a Blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year! *✦.° ★
As for me, having the worst year in my entire life behind me (Now I lost two of my favourite people and a few days ago I found out that one of my dearest friends is about to lose the battle against cancer as well). I only can hope a new year is a new start. I hope I will find pleasure again in drawing and posting stuff here.
Use this link to get your manga collection started! At 300 pages, the price is worth it. The artwork, by Akira Himekawa, is gorgeous and the retelling of Ocarina of Time is very well done. I have read this manga myself and love it.
Please use the embedded link (wink) if you buy it so that you can help support me and this wonderful blog! Thanks!
seeing these penguins brings me flashbacks to super mario on the nintendo 64 and how i would sometimes throw it off a cliff because i got annoyed with the whining when i was just trying to bring the baby penguin back to the mom like be patient i'm trying here 😅
