I really think it's important to feel proud even for doing things a lot of other people are doing. I think most if not all of us have had or still have this idea or insecurity that we need to stand out in some way or another, to be better or whatever in order to do that.

But each person already is unique and special! Pat yourself on the back for learning a language eve n if other people have done it before, pat yourself on the back for brushing your teeth, pat yourself on the back for making an appointment, pat yourself on the back for taking your medicine or for making something you wanted .

Youre allowed to be proud of yourself for anything you do, from an amateur painting to a choreography to doing something tha t scares you a bit !
