Synopsis: You are feeling insecure lately about the attention Jamie is getting for still being friends with an ex of his. You don't want to feel this way, but you can't help it. You try to cope by pushing him away. But he knows you too well, and he wants to assure you of his love in a big way.

You sat in bed, scrolling Instagram, your usual ritual before turning over and going to sleep. At least, when Jamie wasn't home with you to cuddle up with. He was out tonight at an event for his latest film. You were so proud of him, his career really soared after Stranger Things, and you were just so happy to be with him, along for the ride.

You scrolled past a post from him, posted just 20 minutes ago. You smiled as you swiped through the few photos from the night. Jamie beaming, along side his co-stars and the crew. You snorted at a particularly silly one of him and a couple members of the cast.

"Great night, great company. x" he had captioned the post.

Your smile sunk into a slight frown when you swiped to the last picture. It was an image of him with his arm around a tall, dark haired woman. Amber, his ex girlfriend. She was a make up artist he had met some years ago, and while they dated for about a year before breaking it off, they maintained a good friendship after the fact. Especially considering she had worked on a few projects he was in following their split, including this one. You tried to not let their friendship bother you, but you couldn't help it. There was no denying how beautiful she was, and the times you had met her, she was honestly lovely. You wondered why they had parted ways in the first place, and you couldn't stop it from eating at you. You trusted Jamie, of course...at least, you told yourself you did. But you mainly just doubted yourself.

You doubled tapped the picture, the heart icon turning red, before clicking below to type a comment. This brought up the comments made by his followers, many mentioning how cute it was that they were photographed together, or how beautiful she was, or speculating if they were back together. You stared for a moment at the screen, your heartbeat increasing and your leg starting to shake anxiously. You exhaled sharply and began typing.

"So proud of you baby, you deserve it all and more. <3"

You posted your comment and clicked your phone's side button to put it to sleep, and gently placed it on your night stand before reaching to turn out the light. You sat staring ahead in the darkness for a moment and took a deep breath, trying to not let your mind run over with intrusive thoughts about what Jamie might be doing without you. You released the breath with a sigh, turning over to try to sleep.

-2 hours later-

You were gently awaked from your sleep by the feeling of someone getting into the bed next to you. Their warm body shuffled up close against your back, planting a soft kiss on your shoulder as a hand reached around you.

"Hi there, darling." Jamie's smooth voice whispered in your ear.

You groaned softly as you adjusted yourself to crane your neck toward him. "Hi baby." you said, you whispered groggily, eyes not fully opening.

Jamie lifted himself up on to his elbow and leaned closer to kiss you again, this time placing his soft lips against yours. The hand he had draped around you now started to move to the hem of your shirt, gently pulling it upward as he slipped the hand under the fabric. You felt him getting excited against your thigh. Normally you would be equally as excited, but you couldn't help but think of him spending his night with Amber. If people thought they made a better couple. If anyone even asked about you.

"Babe, I'm really tired...I kind of just want to go back to sleep." You said flatly, pulling his face away with your hand, holding his cheek.

Jamie sighed and slid his hand out of your shirt. "That's okay, love. I'll let you sleep. Sweet dreams." He kissed your forehead before turning away from you and heading off to the bathroom to get ready for bed himself.

Keeping your back to him while laying on your side, you felt a pit in your stomach, and your eyes welling up. You didn't even know exactly why, just that you were thinking of Jamie and Amber and the worst implications your mind could wander to.

-2 days later-

Jamie was finishing up an interview over zoom, as you sat reading a book on the sofa, off to the side. It was a pretty standard interview, regarding his latest film. But then the interviewer, likely having been instructed to get juicy questions answered, began prying about him working with Amber. You glanced over the top of your book, trying not to let Jamie feel your eyes on him.

"You know, Amber and I remain good friends. She's great and we've always gotten along, but we just weren't meant to be together like that. And life goes on, you know, it's all good." He shrugged his arms upward.

You shifted your weight on the sofa, as Jamie finished up with the interviewer on screen. Folding your book and placing it on the cushion beside you, you stood up and walked out. You walked into your bedroom, opening your closet and scanning the hangers. You heard Jamie's footsteps come up behind you.

"You alright?" He leaned against the door frame.

"Fine, why?" You asked, not turning to look at him, as you pulled clothing pieces halfway out to examine, before letting them fall back to their hanging position.

"Well it's just, you seem a little...far away lately." His eyes tilted downward.

You pulled a little black dress off the hanger and turned to walk past him. "I don't know, Jamie. I mean, I'm fine." You walked in front of the mirror, beginning to change into the dress you picked.

"You have plans again tonight?" He asked, his eyes looking you up and down.

"Yeah, going to that new club that just opened with Melissa." You shimmied the tight black dress over your body, smoothing it over your hips.

"Babe, you've gone out the last few nights. Last night you came home absolutely sloshed, I had to carry you up to bed." He moved from the door frame over to the bed behind you, taking a seat. "We both know you're not really a party girl. What's going on?"

"Jamie," you said sharply, turning to face him. "I'm fine." You turned back, walking into the bathroom to finish your makeup.

"I wish you'd talk to me, darling. You know you can talk to me." He said, getting up to follow you.

Walking into the bathroom, he found you leaning against the counter, your arms outstretched to hold yourself up, quietly crying. He came over to you, gently putting his arms around you, guiding you over to sit on the toilet. He kneeled down in front of you, taking your hands in his. You kept your head down.

Jamie caressed your hand with his thumb. "Y/N...what is it? Please, tell me."

You looked up to the ceiling and sniffled. "Is she better than me, did she make you happier?"

Jamie cocked an eyebrow. "I...I don't understand. Who, darling?"

You wiped your cheeks one after the other. "Amber." You let out a whimper. "Just, she seems to be the only person everyone wants to see you with. I'm just...I guess I'm afraid that I can't live up to her." You whimpered again, exhaling a shaky breath. "God, it sounds so stupid saying it out loud, I know...But I can't help but think..."

Jamie tightened his grip on your hands. "Y/N, are you serious? That's what has you upset?" He chuckled. "Babe, fuck. You make me so happy. You make me a better person, and make me want to still be even better. You are...my soulmate, darling." He took a beat. "You know what, you finish getting yourself ready. Let me take you out tonight. Come meet me in the garden in 10 minutes." He smiled, and reached a hand up to wipe a tear from your cheek.

You furrowed your brow in confusion, but you nodded. He stood up and placed a firm kiss on to your forehead before turning and walking out of the bathroom. You took a deep breath and stood up, walking over to the sink. You turned the faucet and splashed some cold water in your face, attempting to cool the inflamed skin that had taken up residence across your cheeks. You weren't sure what Jamie was doing, but he did make you feel a little better at least. You obliged his request, doing your makeup and finalizing your appearance before heading downstairs to meet him.

Rounding the corner, making your way toward the glass doors that lead to the house's back garden, you saw Jamie standing there outside. As you got closer to the threshold, you heard "La Vie En Rose" by Edith Piaf playing over a speaker. Jamie smiled as you stepped outside, and he beckoned you over with his arm. You continued over to him, as he reached to take both your hands in his own. He brought your hands up to place them on his shoulders, before he then lowered his, placing them on either side of your waist. He began to move the two of your side to side, dancing to the song. You smiled and instinctively leaned your head on his chest as you swayed, wrapping your arms around his neck.

"I love you, Y/N. I never want you to doubt that." He said sweetly, kissing the top of your head.

"I love you too." You replied.

Suddenly, he pulled the two of you apart. You held his gaze for a moment, your head tilting to one side in question. He then took a narrow step backing, lowering himself on to one knee, reaching into his pocket. Your heart rate jumped rapidly as you felt your body tense. Jamie quickly looked toward his pocket, pulling out a small ring box. His eyes came back up to yours, holding out the box in front of him as he opened it to reveal a diamond ring.

"I mean it, Y/N. I never want you to doubt how much I love you. And I want to love you, and only you, forever. Will you marry me?" He said, his eyes glassy with emotion.

Your mouth hung open as your hands flew to your face. After a few seconds of initial shock, you laughed to yourself as you wiped tears away. Your smile was so wide it was hurting your cheeks. You looked down at Jamie, his smile growing as well.

"How long have you had that?" You chuckled.

"About two months." He smirked.

"Oh my god..." Your threw your arms up in awe and shuffled your feet.

"You have yet to answer me, darling." Jamie laughed. "Don't leave me down here."

You looked him in the eye, leaning over to take his face in your hands, as you pulled him up and softly against your lips. You released your lips, and then brought your forehead against his, letting out a gentle sigh with a smile.

"Yes."

happy steam sale to all, here’s a 'little’ rec list for (primarily) indie games that, in my opinion, isn’t as popular as they deserve to be!

Ghostwire: Tokyo -60% the only triple a game you’ll see on this list, and my own all time personal favourite. if you like anime, japanese history and folklore, and bromance, you will very likely love this game. it also lets you explore Tokyo and pet the dogs! and cats! literally perfect game!!

Iconoclasts -70% i have been shilling this game, at every major steam sale, for pretty much four-five years. before Ghostwire, it was my all time favourite video game. it was in development, by one person, for around eight years. it is still, in my opinion, one of the most gorgeous pieces of pixel art in the whole damn medium. just. please check it out i beg

Angels of Death -40% rpgmaker game that absolutely excels at being a character driven story. it also got an anime adaptation? which i’ve actually never seen?? but if you grew up playing horror rpgmaker games, please do yourself a favour, and check this out. and if you didn’t- check it out anyway! it’s not super scary or anything, with a more psychological horror focus

Owlboy -65% tiny owl boy does his very best and will worm his way into your heart and then crush it because life is maybe a bit too cruel to him. also you can fly! did i mention you can fly??

Pony Island + The Hex -80% did you adore Inscryption? did you like the meta element? then oh boy, should you check out Daniel Mullins’ two former games! they’re good! probably has the same vibe as Inscryption! could not tell you i still have not played that thing! but these are both very good, and absolutely worth every cent

Underhero -70% it’s a bit rough around the edges, but man, this game has so much love put into it, and i think it deserves way more love than it got

My Friend Pedro -75% the action is definitely the high point here, but i have a personal soft spot for the lil’ bit of lore we do get. like, there is something there, and i want to dig my fingers in. also wacky banana is funny

Sayonara Wild Hearts -40% queer girls on motorcycles? in my rhythm game?? it’s more likely than you think!! (also, if you suck at rhythm games: me too, this is still worth picking up)

MO:Astray -50% the fact that seemingly no one on tumblr has played this... despite the fact that it feels like it’d be a right shoe in... criminal. there is a little CREACHUR! LOOK AT IT. IT IS A SLIME!!

The Messenger -75% i legit thought this game was way more popular than it, apparently, is, which i think just speaks volume of my opinion on it. it’s genuinely right up there with Shovel Knight as iconic retro throwbacks- plus! the devs are making THE most gorgeous indie rpgs, apparently set in the same universe. so that is another reason to check it out

This Strange Realm of Mine -90% an extremely weird little game that will likely not be for everyone, or even most people, but that i really liked. considering the price, i don’t really think there’s much to lose on buying this little gem

Darkside Detective -70% funny point & click game with very shipable protagonists! there’s also a ‘second season’ that i have not played (yet), but is very likely absolutely worth getting

Haiku, the Robot -33% it is, rather obviously, not as good as Hollow Knight, but if you’re suffering from ‘waiting for Silksong’, perhaps this little gem will tide you over

Transiruby -30% another small metroidvania! has really pretty pixel art, and is just a fun little time

Flynn, Son of Crimson -50% not what it was promised, but it’s a fun platformer with gorgeous pixel art, and a dog. it’s a good time, and isn’t that what we all want :]

Yomawari: Midnight Shadows -70% a cute horror game, with excellent enemy designs, and a whole town to explore. also the story is so good. i am still absolutely enamoured with this title. this is, technically, the 2nd in a series, but you can play the games standalone, and while i’m sure the 1st is just as good, i’ve only played this one. because priorities (also keep in mind!! that this is a horror game!!! i’d recommend looking up some trigger warnings, because, uh. horror game!)

A Short Hike -35% just an extremely cozy and fun little game. exploring every inch of this island was just such a good time, i still think extremely fondly of this title

Webbed -30% i am gently laying an hand on the shoulder of every bug enthusiastic on this website. you play as a spider. who is trying to get back her boyfriend from a bird. and there’s a really fun swinging mechanic. do you really need anything more?

Garden Story -60% i am once again shocked this game isn’t more popular. what do you mean a cozy adventure game with community restoration, foraging, and some fun combat with a grape protagonist isn’t one of the biggest sellers in cozy gaming spheres. there’s a frog. you can put on different hats. what else do you want!!

Donut County -70% funny little game about making holes and being a chaotic racoon. i have an extremely soft spot for the characters in this, i could not explain it <3

also Oxenfree is not on sale, but it’s cheap, and the sequel is dropping very soon! and you should absolutely check it out! because it’s really REALLY good!!

Sunflowers and Billie

Hobie talking to Mariana being amused by her wide knowledge of the amount of Spider-heroes just like Pavtri. Yet, she knows more out of the main Spider-heroes variants. He listens until he heard something that caught his interest, "No way? There's a Billie being Spider-woman? How come we haven't seen her?"

"Oh she's nervous. You know, how our canons involves in losing someone we love... her's was Miles. Her big brother was her Uncle Ben, then her dad. It's pretty sad." Mariana said being a bit upset, "I met her in her world and she was surprised to find me and pointed out how much I look like Miles. Then, I told her and invited her here. She sort of freaked out spotting Miles from Earth 1048 and another Miles with the buzz cut."

"Oh yeah, I've seen them before." Hobie nodded. "It's understandable. She can take her time, luv."

"I've told her, it's okay. I've talked to your Miles and the others about it. Miles 42 really wanted to see her and hug her." Mariana rubs her neck. "She might come around since she's having the courage to see them. She really miss her brother."

Hobie nodded, "Well, my Sunflower would gladly open his arms for her. He loves lil Boo."

"OHH! Ohh!" The two hears a little girl's voice.

"Speak of the lil devil." Hobie smirks knowing that's Billie's voice.

Miles came holding Billie in his arms, "Okay. Okay. I'll take you to see the pretty lights."

"No, I wann-wanna go to play!" Three year old Billie pouts, "I wanna play with Gabi, Gerry and May!"

"Okay. Okay. We'll go to day care." Miles carries Billie's baby bag being exhausted with watching his little sister and being Spider-man. Sometimes he doesn't know how to do it.

Then, the two noticed Miles 42 following behind Miles 1016, "I've told you to drop her off first! And what did you do with my baby? You got her dressing so goofy! What is this?" He gently touch the tutu being over Billie's grey sweats and wearing a polka dot shirt and socks. "Where's her jacket? Where's her shoes, man? You're gonna make my baby sick!"

Miles 1016 turns to Miles 42, "Your baby? Man, I've tried. This is all I can come up with. We didn't do laundry this week!"

Billie giggles as she turns her head to Miles 42, who's being so kind to her. He even made kissy faces for her that cause her to laugh. She got two big brothers, now!

"Aye no! Dame mi bebe!" Miles 42 huffs having to carry Bille 1016 in his arms. "Come here, boo-boo. Your too pretty to look all ratchet!"

"Excuse you, man! You're actin' very vicious. Look! This is all I could fine that was clean." Miles 1016 went into the baby bag to pull out odd patterns of shirts and pants that didn't look good at all. "And she's in her princess fairy phase! The tutu never leaves her!"

"Huh uh!" Billie nodded at her big brother. "My tutu!"

Miles 42 kisses Billie's forehead, "Awe, mi bebe. You're so cute. You shouldn't even be wearing these ugly sweats."

Billie laughs having her hands touching Miles 42's face, "Hahaha, yeah! It is!"

"Now, Boo-boo you said you liked it!" Miles 1016 being shocked. "Look we'll change her when we go to the daycare."

"The only thing you did right is her hair. I really like these butterfly clips and these braids!" Miles 42 touches Billie's thick braid to see the love and care of her hair. She had four thick braids with large pink balls hair ties and on her scalp braided with butterfly clips.

"At least that makes you happy." Miles mutters.

Billie pats at her brother's direction, "There. There, Mimi!"

"Mwah," Miles kisses his baby sister's cheek, "Love you, boo-boo!"

"Hehehe!" Billie snuggles against Miles 42 being bashful.

"Awweee, she's so cute! This is the iconic Boo-boo!" Mariana's voice rings as she happily went over to see the famous Billie Mariana Morales. Billie's eyes grew big and gleam brightly spotting a female version of her big brother! She had the same face, but with a feminine touch to it; with softer and fuller cheeks and bigger eyes.

"OHHHH!" She happily wiggle her whole body wanting to launch herself to be hug by her, she wants to smell her, study her face and feel her warmth. How different is she from her amazing big brother?

Surely, she will have that sweet scent like Miles 42. Miles 42 is so sweet to her, too. Oh, so many Miles and she wants to be greedy to have them all! "Oohhphff, careful, boo-boo!" Miles 42 got a hold of her seeing how excited she got. "Wow, your happy to see Mariana."

"She got my name!" Billie giggles.

Mariana hold out her arms, "Awe, come here, chiquita! She reminds me of my baby brother, Gonzalo!" Technically the opposite sex of Billie. Miles 42 handed her the toddler, and Mariana started to sniff her. "Mmm, she has strawberry and cream scented like Strawberry shortcake!"

Billie giggles having to snuggle against Mariana's chest, "Mari!"

"Is he bubbly like Billie?" Miles 1016 asked, being unaware of Hobie coming from the side then to give him a kiss on the cheek, "Oh hey, bae. Sorry I'm late."

"It's alright, Sunflower. I saw how you and..." Hobie side eye at Miles 42, "were talking."

"FU!" Miles 42 scowls.

Billie turns her head to Hobie and use her web-shooter, "Nononono! No Hobie!"

"Miss me, again lil Bloo." Hobie swiftly dodges with both his hands in his vest pockets, "Gotta be quicker, darling."

The toddler pouted with her cute plump lips popping out, "Awe, don't worry, boo-boo. I'll kick his ass for you!" Miles 42 started to stretched his arm ready to throw hands for her.

Mariana snuggles against Billie, "Awe, she so cute. Ugh, I wanna eat her up. Mwah! Mwah-mwah!" She gave the toddler kisses on her full round cheeks, "Que bonita! Que linda, mi bebe!"

Miles 42 happily got close to look at Billie covering her mouth being bashful, "Hehehe." They were obsessed with her.

Hobie spoke to his Sunflower, "Have the other Miles seen her?"

"No, not yet. Miles 42 known her for the longest. Heh, you think they would like her?" Miles asked.

Hobie looks how lovey dover the other variants were with Billie, "I don't think... I know they will. The only thing is... how will the Punks feel when she won their Miles' heart?"

Miles 1016 laughs in amusement, "Yeah, right. Like they would get jealous."

"You don't think I don't get jealous, darling?" Hobie smirks, getting close to kiss his Sunflower.

"Bae, seriously. She's my Boo-Boo!" Miles pouts then kiss him, "You and her are the loves of my life!"

"Mmm, sometimes I don't like sharing!" He kisses him back.

"Nononono!" Billie fumes at Hobie. "My mimi! Mine!" She waves her tony fist at him with a big pout on her face looking so cute being so mad.

"But, lil one," Hobie hugs Miles close to him, "you got two Miles and I got one!"

"Nonono! All mine!" Billie puffs her little chest out wanting all the Miles to herself.

Mariana giggles, "Just like my lil bro. I should bring him, so they can have a play date!"

Miles 42 could only imagine how Billie's male variant would look like, probably adorable and cute. "You need to bring him. I wanna see my lil bro."

"Okay!" Mariana agrees, "I'll bring him today. My mom is probably gonna want me to babysit him."

Miles 42 being happy, "Can't wait!" Billie looking back and forth at their conversation.

The group were unaware of The Punks and Miles walking down the hallway after they spent their time completing a mission. Hobie 138d smirks at Miles 1015, "I'm impressed at how many zombies you shot at."

"My daddy was a cop. He did show me a few things about protecting myself." Miles 1015 giggles holding her Hobie's hand, she had long blond braids and very abstract makeup; a bold purple lips and orange bright eyeliner with glitter eyeshadow and tiny star stamps on her cheeks.

"I still find it crazy that Miles didn't kill as much you did." Miles 43 laughs with amusement. He wore army cargo pants with combat boots, with a tiny black shirt all over his suit. His hair into a curly Mohawk with surgical line on the sides.

Hobie 138c chuckles, "I just loved how you drove that truck into that building, luv."

Punk Miles snorted, "I would if I had better guns! I was the only one with a pistol!" Fuming at how much running he had to do. "It was bullshit!"

Hobie 138e had one arm around his shoulders, "Luv, you were still tremendous. Luv, how you bash your guitar into that fucking pig zombie's brains!"

"Oh, look! There's Miles and Mariana!" Miles 1015 spotted a familiar group. "Hey guys! Why are you huddling around?"

The group pop their heads out to spot their friends, and Miles 42 and Hobie took a step back to show them. Then all the Miles' hearts melt when they see a cute bundle of joy, little Billie being carried by Mariana. The little girl spotted them and smiles widely, "HI!"

"OHHHHHH!" All the Miles quickly went to get a hold of her leaving their punk boyfriends in the dust. "SHE'S SOOO CUTE! OMG, can I call her Boo-boo!" They were talking among each other. "I call my baby brother Boo-boo!"

"What just happened?" All the punks look confused for the moment. Did a baby just won their partners' hearts, even punk Miles, who's already cooeing at the little girl.

"OMD, can I hold her?" Miles 1015 asked being so excited.

"No, I wanna her! Mari, passed her to me!" Miles 1019 said, he wanted to kiss those big cheeks.

"No, me! She's too cute." Miles 43 spoke up!

Billie's eyes gleamed being so happy to find more variants of her big brother. "Hi, I'm Billie. I'm-I'm tree years old!" She put on her cutely acts.

"AWWWEEE! She's too cute!" The Miles were in love.

Mariana handed her to Miles 43, "Here, she seems like Strawberry Shortcake!"

"Mmm, she does. Ugh! She's so warm too!" Miles 43 sniffs Billie's neck smelling her sweet scent, then kisses her cheek giving her hug, "Ugh, I never want to let her go!"

"Me next! Me next!" Miles 1015 wanting to hold her.

Miles 1016 laughs with amusement, "I guess, you were right, bae... they love Boo-boo." He saw how Hobie was grinning widely at the Punks being left out of all the loving, they were getting jealous.

Billie had one the Miles' hearts and she smiles even brighter as she noticed the Punks look at her. This made the Miles more joyful. "Awe, she has such a cute smile!" Miles 43 handed her to Miles 1015.

"Ughhh! She does smell freakin' amazing! I want her. Can I keep her? Mwah. Mwah! Mwah!" Miles 1015 kisses Billie's cheeks giving her snuggles, "Ugh, my baby! She reminds me of my baby brother!"

Mariana nodded, "Right! She's so cute! We need to form a play date!"

"For real. I love you, Boo-boo!" Miles 1015 said to Billie.

"I wuv you, too! Mimi!"

Miles 1015 gasps, "She call me, Mimi like my Gonzalo! This must be a sign! Ugh, that's it! My new name is Mimi!" Giving her kisses on Billie's cheek, "Mwah. Mwah! Thank you, cutie. Love you!"

"She never kissed me like that!" Hobie 138d frowns with his arms crossed, "The bloody lil sprog is taking my flower away from me." He pouts.

Hobie 138c frowns too, "Right!"

Then Miles 1015 handed Billie to punk Miles, the little girl gently touches his face being so fascinated by this version. "Ohh... you-you gots rings..." She tries to figure out what piercings were called.

Punk Miles normally cool, flirty and a bit bratty, but when he hold Billie in his arms all that washed away just like Miles 42's attitude. "These are piercings, nena!"

"Ahh, I got them too. See." She turns her head showing her little earrings.

"Awe, yes you do! Yes, you do!" Miles 1019 cooes and cuddles Billie, "Who's a smart baby? You are! Yes, you are. Mwah. mwah-mwah-mwah!" Giving her kisses on the cheek.

Billie giggles being so happy getting all the love from all these variant. She snuggles against Punk Miles smelling an odd musk with pine and... rain. So different from all the other Miles. Miles 43 smell like sandalwood, ginger and jasmine something along the line of Chanel Bleu. Miles 1015 smells like Rihanna's perfume Fenty; florals and musk. Mariana had a much sweet scent of juicy fresh apples possibly from Kayali perfume.

Miles 42 saw the Punks looming over their partner being jealous. Hobie 138e slouch on Miles 1019, "Darling, why you never kiss me like that! I need attention and love too!"

Miles 1019 snorted, "Boo-boo needs it more. Look at her. She's so cute." He holds Billie with so much care.

"No fair, what about me?" Hobie 138d whines at Mimi.

"Bae, you're fine." Mimi snorted.

Hobie 138c frowns snuggling against his Miles, "Yeah!"

Miles 1016 snickers, "I guess, most Hobies are needy."

"What's that supposed to mean, luv?" His Hobie pouts having his arms wrapped around Miles waist.

"Nothing!" Miles hums.

Hobie pouts with his chin resting on the nape of Miles' shoulder, "Sunflower, I need my daily dosage of your love. How else will I survive?"

"You will." Miles 1016 giggles.

"No," Hobie turns his head to kiss his lover's cheek, "I need your love!"

"Bae," Miles giggles.

Billie pouts, "No! My Mimi!" She waves her hand.

"Awe, look at how jealous she gets! It's just so cute." Miles 43 giggles.

Miles 42 said, "Don't worry, Boo-boo. You got all our hearts."

Billie smirks at the annoyed Punks and said, "Ara ara!" Trying to sound cool like those anime shows her big brother watches.

"Aweeee!" The Miles happily snuggles her!

The Punks were more pushed aside while they watch their lovers giving all their sweet love to the little child. Billie had a dark gleam in her eyes at them, which made them feel a certain stab through the chest. That cheeky little brat!

"See told yeah!" Hobie said to his Miles.

Miles snorts, "You guys really need to work on your jealousy!"

"Hey, where's Mariana?" Miles 43 asked.

A portal open from behind them revealing Mariana holding a three year old toddler, Gonzalo! The little boy had a little braids on his head with big bright honey brown eyes looking like Billie, he sucks his thumb! "Sorry, I went to grab my baby bro real quick!"

"AWE! That's GONZALO!" Miles 1016 pushed his Hobie away being so hype to go over to see the baby boy.

Gonzalo shyly hide his face until he gave a weak, "Hi. I'm-I'm Gon-zah-low! I'm tree years old!" He hold two fingers up still unsure how to count well.

"Oh my gawd, he's adorable!" The Miles went on cute overload. Miles 1016 had the chance to hold the male variant of Bille, his baby sister. "Ohh he smells so good! Like fresh oranges and baby powder!"

"Hehehe, Mari!" Gonzalo giggles being held by Miles, "Mari?" As he touches his face being so fascinated by his sister's variant.

"Awe, he's so cute." Miles 1015 bounced. "I need to bring my baby brother here too! Hold on, I'll be right back." She open a portal to her place to get her sibling.

Billie's eyes widen at Gonzalo as she tilt her head, "Huh?"

"Huh?" Gonzalo tilted his head the same way. It's like they seen a ghost! They stare noticed how they look like each other yet they don't.

Billie said, "Hi, I'm Billie."

"Hi, I'm Gonzalo!" He waves at her.

They were interacting being very happily. "You me? I'm you!" Gonzalo said.

"Ohh, I am?" Billie asked.

"Huh uh!"

Miles 1015 happily kisses Gonzalo's cheek, "Awe, Billie. How's it seeing your first variant?"

"Um... Um... confusion!" Billie and Gonzalo said at the same time.

"AWEE!" The Miles cooed and happily awed.

All the Hobies were in one group being left out. "Welcome to the club, mate." Hobie 138c said to Hobie 138b.

Hobie 138b grunts being left in the dust. Even his own Miles went on to be love struck by little Gonzalo.

Then Mimi 1015 appeared with her baby brother, Gonzalo too. This time he had a little afro and have green eyes. "Hey guys, look who I brought!" She happily said.

Gonzalo waves his hands being cheerful, "Hi, I'm Zalo! I'm three years old!" He had a bright smile.

All the Miles went crazy yet again. Miles 42 had the chance to hold him. They were all sharing the little ones being so in love.

"Why couldn't I get a cute baby brother or sister!" Miles 43 pouts as she holds Gonzalo 1015, "So not fair!"

"Hahaha, it is work tho." Mariana said.

Miles and Mimi nodded, "Yup!" They knew raising their sibling takes a lot of work, they couldn't help wonder how the other Miles would handle it.

Mimi said, "And sometimes you need to be a hero and babysitter at the same time."

"Awe, but they are so cute." Mile 1019 hugs Gonzalo in his arms. "How can you deny this cute face?"

Gonzalo giggles, "Yeah, I'm cute!"

Mariana giggles, "Seeing all of our variants acting like this makes me wonder how you guys will react with Omega Miles. He got triplets with his Alpha."

They were unaware of Punk Miguel coming from the other side of the hallway, he happily spotted his Mariana. Then, his facial expression turns sour when he saw the Punks standing around her.

"Easy. Easy guys!" Mariana looks nervous having all the punks looming over her. "I'm only- Whoa!" She suddenly being picked up by Punk Miguel.

The toddlers gawks at Punk Miguel never seeing such a huge man! "Whoa!" They said.

Miles 42 and Miles 1016 nodded being impressed at how fast punk Miguel picked up Mariana being protective, "Aye, Qué está pasando aquí? Ellos te aburren, carino?"

Mariana nervously chuckles, "No, bae." She tries to explained but Punk Miguel was ready to fight the other Punks.

The group were unaware of a slim Spider-woman appearing from the other side of the hallway having to walk by herself. She looked lost yet so scared. "Okay, Billie, chill. Relax. You got this. I just need to find Mariana." She walks the other way without realizing Mariana was at the other side.

Just finished watching the red white and royal blue movie, here are my immediate thoughts:

1. Omg this movie actually made me so emotional, I didn't expect to cry, I don't cry at movies much but this one, for many reasons, really made me feel a lot of things. I can already tell it will be a huge comfort movie for me going forward and this is simply because of the incredible story that Casey Mcquinston created, the directing of Matthew Lopez, and the acting of Taylor Zakhar Perez, Nicolas Galitzine and many more. (If ANYONE wants to say they have no chemistry I will fight you)

2. The way that the relationship between Henry and Alex is shown is incredibly well conveyed and in a way which could be realistic. We see that sweet sweet enemies to lovers but even after they get together it continues to develop and their connection grows stronger into a special bond which we see at the end of the movie (no not the post credit scene, that was a lil silly, nice touch though). Also going off on a slight tangent here, one of my main complaints about heartstopper season 2 was that Nick and Charlie are always kissing/making out, I was worried that this would also be the case for rwrb, but it definately wasn't. I read so many articles on how the intimacy coordinator directed the two actors and how much they themselves researched into the role to really deliver their best performences. It definately paid off. I felt that there was a really nice balance between the really intimate scenes which we see a lot of in the book and sweet tender moments where they really show that these two characters really love each other and aren't just super horny.

3. The sets and the way they filmed the whole thing. yes. The main one I want to comment on is the iconic cake scene, which as I said, I read a lot of interviews, and from those I know that Matthew Lopez had a vision for this scene which he worked really hard to get perfect, and it had a really good turnout (I know I already mentioned it but I love the post credit scene so much). One of my favourite things was Matthew Lopez revealing that the birds eye shot of cake falling onto Alex and Henry was him and another crew member dumping cake into them, this isn't that relevant to my thoughts but I just found that detail hilarious as Lopez said it was a "good way to let off steam." Other than that scene, which for me was a very important part of the film, I don't really know much about the technical side of a production like this, but as a viewer it all came together nicely and the sets were nice.

4. A reason I really connect with this film is the fact that I am a queer teenager who has learned to accept themself, gone through the coming out process (somewhat, we don't talk about extended family). I absolutely love the positive representation that this movie gives to the queer community. For people who have not read the book, it is an incredible story, and for a lot of people it shows for the first time in media that LGBTQ+ people can have their happy ending, it won't be easy to get there but it is worth it in the end. While in reality we see this with queer couples a lot, the community has had to fight for their rights and are still in that process, in countries where it is legal it is still very common to be judged, attacked and even killed for your self expression. So for me this was a very fresh (even though I read the book) story for the community, to show that the battles are worth fighting for your happiness. As I touched on before, I think a reason that this works so well is that the characters are so relatable to the average viewer, despite their positions. The are made to be comedic and actually have banter like you'd expect, it's not uptight and only about the romance and spicy scenes. This is really comforting to so many people out there and it feels very appropriate with the world we live in now. I would say my favourite scene in the entire film was the v&a scene, it's so cute I don't know how else to put it, literally a romance dream. Sorry if that was my worst tangent yet, you can tell I'm passionate on the subject.

5. I just wanted to mention some of the other characters. Like a lot of people I was really disappointed to find out that characters such as June and Liam would not be in the movie, however I think this is made up for by the great portrayal of other characters, my favourite being Nora who, let's be real, is not only Alex and Henry's number 1 shipper, but also just gives the best advice. Everyone in this movie genuinely gave such a great performence and I can only thank the entire team for giving us the adaptation that the book deserves.

6. I'm giving the spicy scenes their own point to mainly say that they aren't even that spicy, I personally don't even see why this film was given an r rating and I believe, as many others have said, that if this film was a straight romcom then it wouldn't be given that rating. Yes you see them with clothes off, there's no dick, you only actually see them having sex once, the others are mainly foreplay, really nothing that explicit.

7. I thought I would also dedicate a point to the travesty that is certain quotes from the book that were not included, "you obtuse fucking asshole." "fucking eyelashes." and "Remus John Lupin is gay as the day is long." (ok they probably couldn't get copyright permission to add that one) "I'm gonna take your pants off now... yes good carry on." "for fucks sake man you just had my dick in your mouth, you can kiss me goodnight." and "what in the rich white people sex dungeon." I know that they probably didn't want the script to be a direct copy of this book but some of these quotes would've been nice, also I like that they atleast mentioned the PowerPoint, despite not having the actual PowerPoint.

I hope you enjoyed my overly formal review/thoughts on the rwrb movie which slowly got more deranged in the hour that I was writing this, I began writing this around 3:20am just after I finished the movie, and it's safe to say, I won't be coming back to this to correct any spelling or punctuation mistakes. Overall I love the film, as typical as it is for a romcom, I love the characters and I really like what they were able to do in the 2 hours of the film. Obviously it's never going to be a perfect adaptation but I loved every second of it nonetheless. It's cheesy, it's romantic, but that's what gives it it's charm and makes me love it so much. I'll be hoping for a series to futher explore the story but that'll probably stay in my delusions.

i have been pondering this for days and i just dont know TT i dont want to act like because i'm from the US i have no culture but also it's hard for me to figure out what our cultural foods are. umm i guess i really like pumpkin pie? also pizza my beloved. i know pizza is not exactly an american thing but also. the way we do it is, so. i shall count it. pizza my beloved

03. what your dream apartment / room / house is like.

ooh okay. it's definitely gotten a bit smaller as i've gotten older, but it'd be nice to have more room than i've got now. not to go toooo wild but i'd love a 3 bed 2 bath single level house with a garage/shed and a porch?? with enough room for both me + my partner to have nice pc setups. also barely related but... i want a nice desk so bad 😭 my dad had one that's sitting unused in my mom's house and i dont have room for it at my apartment but it's so nice and sturdy and i journal a ton and would fucking LOVE to have an actually nice space to do it

tried thinking about this on my own and could NOT come up with an answer, so i asked my sisters for their input and i got "stinking cute" and "turbo punk with pop overtones" so take those how you will

05. a happy memory.

when i was a teenager, most thursdays i would go to a roller skating rink with a few friends. we'd skate for hours and pester the dj to play marina and the diamonds songs. then afterwards we'd go to the huge 24-hour grocery store across the street and buy ice cream and/or doughnuts and we'd sit in the car eating and talking for hours.

06. your favourite way(s) to spend time.

i am. such a homebody. i like doing all sorts of things but i honestly love just being at home with my partner and playing video games. oh. also i love eating. it is a hobby <3

cryborgs i believe kinda came from VIXX's "Error" mv, not any type of direct reference, but just the vibe. my blog title is a slightly weirdly translated line from We Best Love, a bl drama that infected my brain for a while in 2021 (i still love it ok im not over it). i never know what to put in my description so i usually just put the media i'm currently watching/playing but also i dont update it so it's almost always wrong 💀 annnnd my icon is my beloved Han Do-Yoon from Buried Stars Game ™...... i love him.....

08. something that comforts you or brings you joy.

i dont watch it regularly anymore, but Running Man. regardless of what bad things are going on, i know i can turn on an old ep and be happy for 1.3 hours. it's gotten me through so much school stress, family issues, and general mental unwellness, it'll always have a place in my heart.

09. what you're looking forward to.

i started writing this a week ago and the thing i was looking forward to already passed soo um,. i really don't have anything too notable right now? i am looking forward to being done with my 6pm meeting -_-

10. something else that's important to you.

hmmmmmm i have this brain problem where sometimes i get pedantic about the meaning of words so right now i am like, "important" ?? what is it,,,, for somethign to be "important" .... anyways i think journaling is something that probably fits the bill? it's something i enjoy doing and i really like having a written record of things to look back on, and being able to see how i felt about things in the moment they were happening. i also journal about video games a lot and it's so fun to look back at the times Before big twists and reveals... ah my innocence...

You're slightly offended by Angela's remark but you also can't blame her. Humans know nothing about the magical world of rocks, after all.

Amanda walks back to the Smosh office. Twilight falls, adding a soft pink hue to the otherwise uninteresting surroundings. She puts you in her shirt's front pocket.

"Welcome, Amanda, to the BEST game night you have ever had!"

Spencer, a sweet looking guy with curly hair and a boyish beard looks at her with a determined smile.

"I could not be more ready!" Amanda shakes her head slowly. It's something she does when she actually does agree.

"This game is going to be right up your alley: it has magic, it has murder, it has teen girls being angsty!"

"Wow, that's me!" Amanda laughs, her voice like a bell. Spencer's chest and brows rise in jubilation.

As they sit down and start a live-stream, Spencer looks at Amanda with a look that can only be described as mesmerized. And who can blame him, really.

"So you're Max, a photography student," Spencer sets the scene for Amanda.

"Wow what is this weather?!"

"Try to navigate, this button is for walking forward.."

"I got it, right oh she's so cute! Why is she walking through a storm?!"

As the game progresses, Amanda and Spencer complement each other perfectly. Amanda doing most of the voices, Spencer smoothing over any gameplay-related problem so there's zero hiccups or pauses in the story.

"HOLY SHIT! Wha-"

"Yeah, your back in class again!"

"But that girl just got killed! Oh my god, does this mean we can save her?!"

Amanda's enthusiasm makes Spencer's heart swell. They both totally forget the time and finish the entire first part of the game in one sitting.

"Wow, you picked the perfect game, that was amazing Spencer."

"Thank you, it's what I do." And he was right.

"See you tomorrow?"

"Yeah, good night. Wow, it's late."

Amanda drives home over a dark highway, then takes a turn at a rickety road that leads up a hill, all the way to her house. Walking inside, she takes you out of her pocket.

"What a day, my little friend," she says. "What a day."

She places you on her night stand and gets in bed, her husband already asleep.

Once you hear her gentle breath steady, it's time for some magic.
