FIRST CHARACTER CONCEPT ART FOR MY WEBCOMIC!  Started with the easier one to get done (ie, the one with the least amount of work to do for it!)  The fleshy potato pet of one of the main characters, Frisk! 

Frisk wasn’t hard to design, but def needed serious concept work as from different angles, it does look like a whole new character given how asymmetrical they are in the head c: 

Goal with Frisk is a character that looks somewhat horrifying, but also strangely cute, but clearly has not a single functioning braincell. A situational comic relief, but one to use sparingly and be more background. Important though to have good concept art so have solid refs for drawing this potato. More will be explained when the official character card render is completed along with the other mains <3  Frisk only one that get animation because I felt like it :b other ones just have more detailed concepts for clothing/full body turnarounds

Upon entering Jocelyn Lena’s mindscape, one will find Casimir’s Academy for Beginning Mindfarers, a mental institution among the idyllic city of Jo’s mind designed by her in order to train new recruits of the Mindfarers. Every new trainee under her watch makes their way through the lecture hall and many rooms of holograms designed to teach fledgling Mindfarers about the organization.

Additionally, I have the announcement that this is the FINAL piece of concept art for arc 1, and TOMORROW is the exact year anniversary of Mind or Matter! I still have a little cleanup work of a character turnaround and some minor character designs, but otherwise we are getting VERY CLOSE to actually starting to draw the comic. I plan to launch a discord server for MiOrMa very soon (likely next week) so keep your eyes peeled for that if you want more in depth updates on the project and build hype!

I’ve been wanting a chance to take time and really iron these boys out

These three goobers are from my concept of a webcomic called haunted hospitality. Kyle Oleander (the one in the middle) moves into his grandma’s house to save on rent while going to college, unfortunately for him two ghosts also happen to be “living” in said house. It’s story mostly about domestic day to day life with horror elements, dealing with mental health and living a more fulfilling life.

Gabriel is on right, he’s a greaser from the 50s who is the main “opposition” to Kyle besides Kyle himself. He’s loud, outgoing, social and a young punk at heart. He’s his foil in every sense of the word. He’s a class phantasm ghost, limited to a painting.

Dylan is on the left, he’s from the early 60’s and has a more supportive role but is more inherently dangerous to Kyle. He’s cheerful, very hungry and air-headed. Both ghosts kiss btw lol. Dylan is more than happy to be a follower in Gabe’s plans, it’s more fun than doing nothing after all. He’s a class geist ghost, much much more real much more dangerous too. You can’t fool your body you can only fool your mind.

Hello!! Sorry about the hiatus again guys things have been very busy for me lately. Mostly school and other life stuff so working on the comic is a little difficult right now. I've had some thoughts and I'm planning on making not just a comic but also a dub releasing on youtube! I'm casting voices and whatnot right now and I'll confirm them in the coming weeks! But anyways this is Magnus! A confidant to Jason and mystical wizard. He like Marx is also quite mysterious, no one really having any idea what or who he is. Not even where he came from. He is very powerful and wise having a lot of access to ancient magic. Along with being very helpful with transport and weaponry for the group he has his very ominous moments. Can't wait to show we he has in store for the story!!!
