started going wall climbing with my brother recently and it's so much fun! i used to do it as a kid but stopped because i was super short, dunno why i never picked it up again...

I tried indoor wall climbing for the 1st time ...

... and I now have so much more respect for Parker on Leverage.

To be fair, I always had a lot of respect for her. But having tried an Intro to Climbing class and learning the very basics, my respect for her has increased a hundredfold.

Seriously, folks. The muscles in my forearms feel like a tightrope has been strung from my wrists to my elbows. And that is after I stretched for 2 days in a row.

last night I finally slept through the night after three weeks of trouble falling asleep, and waking up in the middle of the night, then sleeping till noon.

coincidentally, yesterday we went wall climbing with a friend, after about a week of not going. I wasn't really feeling it, didn't climb any hard grades either, but the results are clear: I slept better and now I have muscle soreness in my shoulders, back and abs.

I always forget. but a little exercise is better than none.

Ahh, there go. Their fingers almost intertwine, then shift as if they’re going to hold hands, and then finally settle into simply being placed against each other. Even then, Crowley’s fingers are wrapped ever so slightly against Aziraphale’s hand. The way their hands slide into the final position too… it literally looks like something clicking into place.
