i love about sense8 that all the characters have such a satisfying backstory, and not only the main eight but all the eights supporting characters, angelicas cluster, puck, hoy, yrsa - everyone they come in contact with has a motivation and a characterization that goes beyond plot convenience and i love that!! also the way the main eight all have different views on violence and how to react to situations based on how they lived and how none of those views are seen as straight up wrong like it's seen when sun is at the cemetery and theyre trying to determine if she should kill her brother,,,.. i love the understanding they all gain of the way the others live and act and how they judge neither wolfgang for the ultra violent approach nor kala who flinches at action movies,,

also i love that this series has no stupid misunderstanding plotline because everyone genuinely tries to listen and understand each other and also the main characters are telepathically linked to each other

idc what y'all say, the term "make love" is not cringe and i will die on this hill. i've always thought it was a really sweet term that makes sex more about love and emotional intimacy. "fucking" can be a really crass way of describing soft, loving sex when you use it wrong (which is very easy to do), and i feel like "making love" describes it a lot better. just like how rough/angry sex would obviously not be called making love, because that's not really a good way to describe it. sex falls on a spectrum. it can be rough, soft, loving, angry, passionate, indifferent, the list goes on. and you can't use one or two words to describe all of that. not all sex is just fucking. not all sex is just sleeping together. sometimes it's making love. obviously everyone has their preferences and it's okay if you don't like it, but i feel like the whole internet has unanimously agreed that's it's stupid but it's really not.
