Sakusa and Tsukishima with a distant S/O

anon asked: Hi! I’d like to ask for headcanons for Sakusa and Tsukki where their s/o start to be a little more phisically distant to them so they freak out and think their s/o is falling out of love with them but in reallity their S/o are just trying not to bother them and to be understanding of their personalities and personal space. They talk things over and find a happy medium, and just keep loving each other and all that fluff ❣️ Hope you’re ok, thank you in advance if you write this 💕

Sakusa

Sakusa is definitely not the kind of man who enjoys PDA, especially not in the beginning of a relationship

Whenever you two were together in public he wouldn’t be the one to hold your hand first, you were always the one to initiate

Even when you took the initiative, you could feel him tensing up and he just didn’t seem comfortable holding your hand so you never attempted to hug him or kiss his cheek while in public

But he never pulled away when you reached for his hand

In private together was much of the same story, you initiated all cuddle sessions, hugs, kisses, and whatnot

But he definitely seemed more comfortable touching you when it was just the two of you

Nevertheless, you let all the ‘what if’s’ get to your head

You figured he wasn’t someone who was big on physical touch, but that didn’t bother you much because he showed his love for you in other ways

So you kept your distance from him in public and private, opting only for quick kisses and hugs when you were alone

You thought this would help ease some tension in Sakusa and yet...he seemed more wound up than ever

He started asking you questions more frequently, like if you were feeling alright, if you were angry or upset with him and things along those lines

It confused you because of course you weren’t mad at him?

One day he simply came up to you and asked you outright if he had done something to upset you and that’s why you stopped reaching for his hand

Huh???

“Oh I thought you didn’t like it when I did that so I was trying to respect your personal space”

“Why would you think that? Of course I like it when you hold my hand, if I didn’t, I wouldn’t let you touch me in the first place”

Sakusa did his best to explain that he wasn’t used to physical affection but that he very much so did like it

But only when it came from you

And he especially liked how you made the first move because he was always too worried to do it himself

He was so glad to hear you weren’t upset with him

But also fell for you all over again when he realized you were just trying to think about him and put his needs first

If he wasn’t wearing a mask you would most definitely see the blush rising up on his cheeks

You were so taken aback but ecstatic at knowing he relished in your touch so you worked out a compromise

You didn’t want to push him too far out of his comfort zone so you would continue initiating the physical touches in public and he would do it in private

It still takes a bit of prodding to get him to be the one to pull you into his arms when you’re sitting on the couch together, but he’s getting better

And he’s doing something he’s never done before because he cares about you that much

You respect his space and he loves that, but he also loves it when you fall asleep wrapped up in his arms

Tsukishima

Tsuki doesn’t care for PDA either

But that’s not because he’s uncomfortable but simply because he doesn’t see much point in it

At least that’s what he says

Truth is, he gets very flustered when you grab his arm and sling if over your shoulder, but he’ll never admit that

Unfortunately for him he is also flustered around you in private and when you climb onto his lap he has no idea what to do with himself, so he’s as stiff as a board

You know Tsuki does not always come off as the nicest guy but he cares about you and you never question that

You realize how much he seems to not be into it at all when you’re physically affectionate so you begin to pull away

It didn’t bother you much because he would still kiss you and show you his affection when it really mattered

But PDA became a thing of the past for you, which wasn’t a huge loss for you since you enjoy just being around Tsuki

But Tsuki was going out of his mind, he wanted to desperately sneak his arm around your waist but he didn’t want to seem like he enjoyed PDA

Because it’s just unnecessary

So why does he feel like he’s going to lose his mind if he doesn’t touch you right now?

But he holds himself back because he realizes that you must be distancing yourself for some reason

His mind immediately went to the worst and assumed you must want to break up with him

When you two were alone he immediately asked you if you wanted to end it with him

You were so shocked, how could he even think that, you loved him

And that’s exactly what you told him

“Why don’t you touch me anymore”

“I thought you didn’t like physical affection? I didn’t want to push myself on you”

“Don’t be dumb, PDA isn’t necessary but that doesn’t mean I didn’t like it”

He turned his face away from you trying to keep up his cold facade but you could tell just how much he missed you

You made a deal, you would continue with the little acts of physical affection as you did before but he had to actually show you he enjoyed it

It wasn’t easy to get Tsuki to crack a genuine smile but for you he could do it

You thought he would be a lot more hesitant about it but to your surprise the next time you wrapped an arm around him, he was quick to bring his arm around your waist and pull you close to his chest

And when you nearly purred and nuzzled into him, his heart skipped a beat

You’d never seen him look so content before

TSUKISHIMA X PUNK!READER

so like

you know how people are usually kind of intimidated by punks?

he wasn’t

in fact, he rather admired how you so casually bent the rules of the dress code to continue with your aesthetic

though he did still expect you to have the brash attitude that fits society’s stereotypes for the alt community

he probably didn’t think much else of you until the two of you were in a group project together

he was mildly dreading it once he heard the two of you were assigned together

he could not deal with someone micromanaging him and bossing him around

which is what he expected

however!

he was pleasantly surprised as he got to know you for the short period of time you worked together

the fact that you were down to do whatever to finish the project was something he respected

even after the two of you had worked on the project, he still found his attention shifting to you in the classes you had together

the way you drummed your fingers on the desks when you were anxious about an assignment, or the chipped black polish on your nails

he even found himself chuckling at the jokes you made in class

needless to say, it was an unfamiliar feeling

a week or so after the two of you had worked together, he found himself staring at you more often

and then you noticed

but you didn’t pay any heed to it, simply smiling at him and waving lazily as you continued the conversation you were having with your friend

he had no clue how to react

he couldn’t just do nothing

so, red-faced, he awkwardly waved back before forcing himself to give his full attention to the class work in front of him

tsukishima was never embarrassed by his action

but right now?

he felt mortified

he was definitely concerned that you had noticed him more than once and thought you were a creep

which you didn’t

that afternoon on the way home, tsukishima voiced some of his worries to yamaguchi

“so.. you like y/n?”

and it suddenly made sense

“oh”

yamaguchi snickered, finding his friend’s predicament rather funny. “wait, you didn’t even realize you liked them?”

he hadn’t

the next day, he found himself glancing at you again

and, once again, you caught him

in the moment, you simply grinned, waving once again

but after class?

you walked up to his desk, drumming your fingers on it to catch his attention

“you know, tsukishima-kun, a picture lasts longer” you grinned cheekily, adjusting your backpack strap over your shoulder as you left the classroom

he was left dumbstruck

and it was the beginning of a long period of lazy teasing

Hello, I just watched a Korean thriller movies and thought about. If you don't mind, can you write a headcanons for Timeskip Tsukishima dating a movie director who makes horror and thriller movies?

Sure! I don’t mind writing down your request! I also enjoy watching Korean thriller movies. Forgotten is my favorite :) Anyway, let’s get back to the main topic. I hope what I wrote is what you wanted

Tsukishima x Movie Director!Reader for Horror/Thriller.

Other people tend to be scared to watch scary movies especially their terrifying jumpscare and the intensity of it.

You on the other hand, absolutely love to watch this kind of movie and take the huge passion to make movies with this genre, which leads you to become a very successful movie director for horror/thriller movies.

When Tsukishima find out about your career, he may look and act disinterested like “Oh you are a director for this movie cool,”

Yeah, him being Saltyshima.

But no worries, he is actually very interested in your career as a movie director and wanted to watch your movie now.

You would catch him watching your movies and he would say that “he has a lot of free time,” hiding the fact he is very excited when the movie started.

Tsukishima would be amazed for your occupation as a career even though he denies it but also feels weird because people would be screaming and scared when watching a horror movie.

But you just seem so focused and chill when watching a horror movie, hell not even flinching when there is a jumpscare or even not shivering when there is intense suspense in certain scenes.

When Tsukishima talks about it, you just said that is not real and you know what’s happening behind the scene because you are a “movie director”.

Tsukishima though you are insane.

The whole former Karasuno gang never knows about Tsukishima's relationship with you because Tsukishima is a private person until Yamaguchi mentions it.

Everyone would be shocked about it and your career. They all would know about you immediately because of how popular you are for your most successful movie ever made.

After tons of pestering, Tsukishima finally gave in and introduce you to his former teams. The whole gang would be impressed.

They all welcome you warmly and quickly befriend you, also kinda surprised because you are such a friendly person that made many petrifying movies that can send a chill to the spine.

The whole former Karasuno gang would always watch your movie together as a group date. Just to say you have made many of them cry and scared.

Like Yachi and Hinata would be crying together, Asahi would be clinging on Daichi or Sugawara who they both are also terrified. Yamaguchi would also be clinging on Tsukishima while Kageyama becomes paranoid.

Tanaka would try to act tough in front of Shimizu but failed miserably and ends up hugging her tightly. Shimizu was also scared with some scenes but enjoys watching the whole movie.

You are kind of a sadist cause you are happy for their reaction, knowing that your work got the audience emotional.

Your dates with him would mostly going to a cinema together to watch your movies.

Tsukishima tries to act all chill and brave but he would always be holding your hand tightly. He stills enjoys your movie despite all the terrors in it.

Even so, Tsukishima completely supports your career as a movie director. He finds all your movies is impressive for how you manage to get the whole audience a satisfying reaction, including himself.

When you find Tsukishima terrified even though he tried to hide it, you would share some of your experience behind the scene. All the hilarious things and the bloopers, in hope, to calm Tsukishima down which it does.

You would invite him to your work and explain to him your job as a movie director. He would ask you some questions here and there and you would answer them all.

While you are talking to the actors, Tsukishima looks at you with adoration and admiration for how you always work hard and cooperate with your co-workers to create a movie to entertain the people.

Despite him being apathetic and cold, he would make sure you are healthy and not overworking yourself. You are very passionate about your career which sometimes leads you to overwork yourself, so Tsukishima would step in and help you.

In short, Tsukishima would support your career by taking care of you and watching your movie that you work hard with the others despite nearly wetting his pants. The End.
