With a new holiday on the horizon, you know what that means. I can't resist writing a fic with one of my favorite pairings: Zachariah Trench/Casper Darling. If you've been following my previous teasers for this fic, you know it's been a journey. This story will be a complete departure from my main Control universe, with it being set while Trench is a field agent and Darling's a junior researcher.

Dr. Darling goes to Director Trench's office during the final phase of their broken relationship. My idea was Darling wearing his HRA everywhere he goes, but the sight of it at first offends Zachariah, then enrages him... Darling tries to hide it under his layers, but even underneath his shirt and vest and labcoat, Trench sees it and flies off the handle into a Hiss-induced rage. He tackles Darling and rips off his clothes, trying to yank the Amplifier off his chest

Agent Trench x Researcher Darling... Casper having a crush on Zachariah but not really sure if it's reciprocated, suddenly getting those feelings affirmed very boldly.
