Zoro & Luffy

I could rant about them for actual hours but like it's so hard to put thoughts down. But literally an actual quote was someone telling Zoro that "you promised you wouldn't cause trouble" and Zoro replies, EXACT WORDS, "I had no choice because I ran into Luffy." There was also an exchange where Zoro was giving Luffy food and Luffy warns him it might be poison while eating it and Zoro is just like "huh, so that's why my stomach was hurting". They also both swung from vines once and BOTH decided to Tarzan yell. They agreed it was a requirement. Also, Luffy once said he didn't wanna be a hero because heros would share their meat and he wants all of it, and Zoro entirely separately says the SAME THING BUT WITH BOOZE INSTEAD. There are so many examples of them sharing a single braincell. More than I could ever list. But those are the examples I thought of off the top of my head.

On the surface, Zoro seems to have some common sense, and only follows Luffy’s dumb schemes out of respect. Then Nami joins and you realize that Zoro’s seriousness IS his dumbassedness. He and Luffy have one track minds for their own goals and wants, and while they may clash, they have a decent amount of respect for each other.

haven’t finished one piece yet but one example: zoro when stuck figured cutting off his feet would be a genius idea and luffy is luffy. there’s never any thoughts going on in that head

When I first started One Piece I thought Zoro was going to be the badass smart counterpart to the dumbass protagonist just like Vegeta or Sasuke. Turns out I couldn't be more wrong. Him and Luffy are besties and share one brain cell and even thou Zoro uses it most of the time it's still one.

They share one single braincell at the same time: after being seriously injured in a battle, one wakes up to drink sake the other to eat meat. One almost cut a Noble (which means being pursued til death by the most powerful marines), the other actually punches said Noble. One gest stuck between buildings, the other inside a chimney for absolutely unrelated reasons

Their solution to everything is to fight it. They never have a plan and just rush into everything. Somehow they are technically the leaders of the group as captain and first mate. They have both at some point attempt to cut or tear their legs or arms off to get out something. They used the same metaphor to explain why they aren’t a hero without hearing the other say it (a hero would share their meat/booze I want to keep it all to myself).

they said let us cut/punch a hole trough a giant tsunami and they did it <3 also one time they were suppossed to lay low, but well they both immediately started robbing and attacking a town and being recognized and labeled as criminals in a new country. they don't even share a braincell, whatever braincell they had before immediately leave as soon as they both are together, also King of the Pirates and World Greatest Swordsman dreamteam, also for lasagne thing not only would the house be gone, the city be burning and they are fleeing the police while also fighting the police

They're just soooo stupid. Zoro can't walk to steps without getting lost. So Luffy will yank him miles through the air to land on wood. Or stone. Or some other hard substance. Luffy would fight someone on accident for meat. And Zoro for booze. And they have no brain cells between them. Zoro new Luffy for approx. 3 seconds before he decided he would die for him. And Luffy heard about this big scary bounty hunter who was captured by marines and went. I need him on my crew. They're perfect for each other.

I dont where to begin. One of their latest feats though is them going into the enemy base, Meaning to sneak in, Luffy went in after another guy, Zoro after Luffy, luffy then Announced himself, started a fight bc ppl wasted food on purpose, ZORO hearing a commotion, SLICED THROUGH A BUILDING TO GET TO LUFFY AND THEN REPRIMANDED LUFFY FOR FORGETTING THE PLAN AND BEING UNABLE TO BE QUIET. THEN. T H E N LUFFY SAYS HE SPILT FOOD ON PURPOSE AND ZORO IS INSTANT LIKE oh ok. They gotta die. (Theres more to it but thats the gist. And thats not even. Much. They r just so stupid together <33)

they both get lost very easily, they will throw hands with anyone, very stupid but very understanding, were a 2 person pirate crew that sailed around on a rowboat, motivated entirely by fighting, meat, and sake, neither is particularly literate one time luffy got his hand stuck in a bottle and zoro tried to get it out by cutting his hand off, yes this happened in a canon episode

Law & Luffy

Menaces (affectionate). Destroyed a country together despite throwing practically every step of the plan out the window.

Feral Jungle Gremlins. When they were little they would beat up thugs and steal their cash. They would dine and dash and then formally thank the owner without seeing anything wrong with doing that. The first time we met them in series Luffy sent Ace through several buildings without realizing it. They each have the energy of a little shit but it multiplies by a thousand percent whenever they're in proximity to each other. They love each other so sososososo much and I am STILL bitter about marineford.

Kidlulaw

They had a competition where "First one to dodge the giant fireball is a coward!" They all got hit.

They are all so powerful and they make each other even dumber

omg they share one braincell. Law usually has it, but when the three of them are together, it's hard to find any braincell. Luffy: "The first to dodge this (possibly fatal) attack is a loser!" - Law: "I'm not playing your idiot games!" - Kid: "See, coming up with stupid contests like that is why you guys are small-fry" - Luffy: "Okay, I guess you're just losers then" - All three proceed to play the 'game' then, keeping a close eye on the other to see if they dogde, all three getting hit right in the face by it.

Too busy trying to outdo each other to bother with brain cells. Law may have a couple on a good day, but he loses them when he comes within ten feet of the other two

They've had a few of battles together (both canon and movies (stampede), and all they do is fight and try to one up each other. If you're not following OP or if you're up to date. Then I suggest looking for episodes 978 and 1016. There are more but these are good.

Law is usually calm and collected. Luffy and Kid are impulsive. When they're all together, Kid's impulsiveness grows, and Law loses all sense. Luffy (and Kid) suggest idiotic challenges, and all three take them up because they can't back down, even though they know better (well, Law does, and sometimes Kid does, and sometimes Luffy does too).

The picture you had in the Lasagna stats. That's it. They are dumb and get even dumber in each other's presence. They don't allow any of the other two to take the lead, so they make stupid decisions. (Like that one time when there were 3 enemy ships and they all didn't want the others to be the one to destroy an enemy ship so they all went after the same ship, which they utterly destroyed, and then bickered about who was the one to destroy it. While they could have... each... gone... for... a seperate... ship.) They are like 3 captains on a ship, but they're not taking shifts. instead, they're all captening it at the same time, and will sleep at the same time too, probably.

I’ve rewritten this like so many times bc I wanted to get my point across well is that weird? But anyways to me (idrc about Lando saying Max isn’t his best friend that has nothing to do w me) but it’s more so how childish and I guess ignorant lando is and how much he gets away with it. My final opinions on the quarry characters because why not

Laura: a bit trigger happy but shes badass and I love her. Scary women <3. Bestie still needs to understand the difference between calling and leaving a message. The most badass character, carried the team tbh.

Max: sweet himbo, I love him. He's doing his best. I love him and Laura and their scary strong woman x malewife. I loved his crop top fit and how much he cares about Laura.

Emma: I thought she was kind of mean at first but once she opened up I loved her. Girlboss. Wouldn't have flirted with Jacob and sent mixed signals. I ended up thinking she was really cool tho and I related to wanting to be entertaining and flamboyant for the sake of others.

Jacob: he's so, so stupid. I thought I'd hate him at first. But I think hes doing his best. He really liked Emma and he didn't know there were fucking werewolves. He has no critical thinking skills I love him. Seeing him cry and express his emotions as a jock was really cute and I liked that about him.

Abi: I wish she had more to do because she was so sweet and I loved her. I wish she had more scenes and was more useful to the team. My favorite tbh. I loved her little eeeeee and she was adorable the whole time. Plus I loved her style.

Dylan: also my favorite. He's literally so funny and carried the game. Every scene he's in is immediately better because of it. Him and Ryan have my whole heart. He actually cares and hides behind his sarcasm and me too tbh.

Kaitlyn: ALSO my favorite, she's so cool I love her. She has the one brain cell they all share. I trust her with my life. I like kinda mean short people who are the most badass in a group of tall people. She's so supportive of Dylan liking the same guy as her. The fact that every let's play I see calls her tiny is hilarious to me as me and Brenda Song are the same height.

Nick: I thought he was really sweet and funny and I wish we got more time with him before he became a wolf and we never see him again. Thought he was really cool honestly but he wasn't in the game enough for me to get as attached to him.

Travis: I still think he's unnecessarily creepy but I apologize for calling him so many names. He didn't deserve that he's just trying to protect his family and not get yelled at by his bitch ass mom.

Bobby: I think there was a lot of potential for him to be used more. I thought he was really funny and there was a lot of potential for him as a sloth esc character who is a good person who's just trying to help a toxic family that doesn't respect him.

Okay, I can already tell that I will love the new story ( you had me at Mina, honestly, I love her relationship with Max she's like the Jackson to her David or quoting LBAF "his last functioning brain cell") but to be honest I can't find it in me to start reading it yet because I'm still stuck in IALS. I just have to tell you, I remember the first snippet you shared in tublr and it was a cute scene with Max and Arthur and initially I thought ot would be a TLND Mavid one-shot and I was super excited. And then you posted the first chapter, and I was in shock, my brain stopped working for the day. I was immediately hooked I just fell in love with it, it was so great. I feel like the journey Max and David had to go through was simply heartbreaking and the funny thing is we couldn't really tell what was going on for the bigger part of the story which just made everything even more intense. But I've already reread the entire fic and after finding out about everything, it was less painful and more heartwarming, how much these two love each other and how hard they fought for one another. Thank you Dani, just thank you for taking us in this wild ride that was IALS I loved every minute of it, I loved writing literal essays with my feelings and vending about my thoughts, I loved Mavid and Lance and Artur (can't wait to see them again in LBAF), I love your writing and I love you🌷🥰

PS: I know you've said that once you're done with a story you pretty much move on to the next one but I can't do that yet so I'm planning on drowning you with IALS thoughts and scenarios my head keeps making, I apologise in advance😅

Sims in Bloom Legacy Challenge for TS3 (◕ᴗ◕✿)

Hello! I really liked playing this legacy challenge in TS4 but found it wasn’t converted to TS3, so I decided to do it myself hehe. Granted I didn’t look that thoroughly (...hehe...) so I do apologise if this has already been converted before! It’s not an exact copy, of course - there are things TS3 doesn’t have that TS4 has and vice versa, but I tried my best to stay true to the original TS4 rules, with a little bit of my own flair sprinkled in hehe. I am play testing this right now, so if there are any problems with this please let me know!

NOTE: As I’m still playtesting this, the rules are subject to change. Obviously if it’s too late to max a skill/complete a rule I added afterwards, you’re not obligated to do it! Sometimes the ideas don’t come to you until way later, and unfortunately I only have one brain cell :’)

GENERAL RULES

Complete the assigned aspiration and skills for each generation - career is optional if you have completed the aspiration and vice versa, You can complete both if you’re up to it!

There are two colours associated with every generation. These may be used for genetics (berry/banilla), or just clothes and house decor if that isn’t your kinda thing!

This was part of the rules of the original challenge but honestly I’m gonna ignore it, but if you want the extra challenge, here you go: Start each generation with a small house/apartment and 1000 simoleons. If you want to make the challenge harder, you can start each generation on an empty lot with 0 simoleons (rags to riches style!)

Play on any lifespan you wish, but short is not recommended. (I personally play on normal, long if I’m feeling edgy)

For some gens, there are only three to four traits assigned; the rest will be up to you!

Gen 1: Daisy (white, yellow)

Gardening has always been your passion. Owning a large, healthy garden is all you’ve ever wanted in life, even if your nails constantly have soil under them and you have so many broken pots you’ve lost count. However, as with many things, gardening also requires a pretty good grasp on the technical, science-y side of things! You find both to be rewarding - best of both worlds, right? You sit and wonder what your family will grow to do, and hope that they will flourish just as beautifully as your garden has. This is the start of your family legacy!

let’s break this down, shall we?

**disclaimer!! this is not meant to be an attack on this person! i am only going to be counterclaiming their points or explaining why they are incorrect. i do not mean any harm in this post**

1. “mike/el and mike/will do not parallel each other” this is incorrect. mileven and byler have been paralleled throughout the seasons. for example, when el is stuck in the void and the upside down, the camera zooms in on her and pans out as she screams for mike. the same thing happens when will is in the upside down on halloween after the bullies push him over. it has the same camera angles, same type of music, and the same idea. they both call for mike.

2. byler has groundwork. from season one episode one they have been seen as closer than the other boys. they spent almost the entirety of season two together. the crazy together scene, hand holding scene, and shed scene alone should set their relationship apart from their relationships with the other members of the party. neither mike nor will act that way with dustin, max, or lucas. mike literally said asking will to be his friend was the best thing he’s ever done. if their season two relationship doesn’t show you how much groundwork they have, i don’t know what else will.

3. how are byler shippers “blindly ignorant to how writing works”?? sorry, but last time i checked, stranger things isn’t just a base level “you get what you see” type of show. the duffers have clarified many times that they don’t write at the surface level. everything they do has a purpose. that means minute details that seem like meaningless, second-long clips, could be symbols or easter eggs. many mileven shippers, (not all but a lot), only tend to see what is put in front of them. when in reality, that’s not what stranger things is. if you aren’t reading between the lines or taking note of small details while watching, key aspects of the show could fly over your head.

4. this one is almost laughable. mileven has most definitely NOT been set up as romantic since episode one. first of all, mike and el didn’t even properly meet until episode two. and even then, mike was ready and willing to report her to social services! the only reason why he kept her for so long was because once he found out about her powers, he knew there was a chance of finding will again. he called her a weapon halfway through the first season, i don’t think that’s very romantic. yes, they became close friends early on, but there was not ANY romantic coding until the episode with their first kiss!! obviously mike developed a crush on el, she’s the first girl that ever gave him attention. not only that, but he was living through the trauma of maybe losing his closest friend forever! he was projecting those feelings onto el, while el literally thought they would be like siblings until mike kissed her-- she had no clue it was even romantic.

5. saying mike and will have zero romantic subtext is just plain bullshit. i stated a lot of it in point 2, but there is so much more. in season 3 for example, mike basically outs will during their fight. (some people like to claim that mike was referring to will’s immaturity, but there are so many other ways they could’ve phrased that. like i already stated, the duffers claim nothing they do is accidental, so why would they make that line so vague? it was referring to will being gay. along with all of will’s other gay coding throughout the series, i.e. lonnie calling him the f slur, troy and his friends calling him q***r and a fairy as well as making fun of him for being gay, hopper acting grossed out by will being gay and asking joyce “is he?”) then, mike tries to apologize and travels all around hawkins in the pouring rain!! just to find will. and don’t even get me started on the “not possible” scene... if y’all don’t see the CLEAR flirting in that scene,,,,,, i got news for you lol

6. saying that byler shippers just like “fetishizing handsome white boys” is absolutely disgusting and a gross generalization. i assure you that that is NOT the reason why we ship byler. it’s more or less because we are sick of seeing solely straight couples rushed into a relationship on little to no foundation or build-up and honestly makes no sense when you think about it (cough cough mileven), when there is a relationship with 10x more development right there that isn’t canon simply because it is not heterosexual. we also ship byler because it is a breath of fresh air to see young gay/bi characters and a healthy mlm relationship, if byler became canon it would make thousands of kids so happy who just want to see themselves on the screen! aside from that, we ship byler because of the countless hints, coding, potential, etc, the show has provided.

7. finally, telling us we need to “use a brain cell,” calling us delusional, saying we’re “bending the narrative,” is just mean. there was no reason to make personal attacks towards the people who ship byler. i see people shipping mileven every day and i am not calling them delusional or stupid because they choose to ship it. people are free to interpret the show however they like and ship whatever they want. if anything, you’re the one who is denying canon by acting like mike and will have no foundation or meaningful relationship. also, we’re not “pretending it’s inevitable”??? no one knows how the duffers are going to write the show. mileven could be canon now, and break up later. byler could happen in season 4-5, and it might not. no one knows, so the fact that you felt the need to bash byler shippers for their own opinion and interpretation of the show is pretty sad.

**again... i respect all ships, and i am not trying to attack this person. if i seem harsh it’s because they were SOOO disrespectful in their post towards byler shippers. i know not all mileven shippers are like this, but i wanted to clear up some of this one’s points and share my point of view. i also don’t agree with their behavior and how they addressed people with a different view than them, so i couldn’t let it go.**

Chloe’s head hangs heavy on Mari’s shoulder as the pressurised air surrounding them vibrates with the sounds… of well… a plane. Chloe had a tough couple weeks; late night combat practises with the new team (LB, Hornet, Viperion and Ryuuko) has obviously taken a toll on her partner. Both wrapped in a thick velvet blanket that Chloe remembered to pack (thank kwami) sharing a pair of headphones, both were lulled into a peaceful slumber.

Alya laughs as Lila tips her small glass of diet coke (that a flight attendant painstakingly poured for her) on a sleeping Marinette’s side of Chloe’s blanket, effectively waking her up. “Oopsies! Sorry Marinette! You see, the cabin air has really been worsening my arthritis. I didn’t mean it! I swear! Cross my heart!” apologized Lila with fake concern as Alya giggles beside her. 

Marinette, literally seeing Lila’s crossed figures behind her back says “At least Chloe is still sleeping, she needs the rest.” Alya, Lila and her empty cup saunter beck to their seats nearby.

Mari and her class finally land in Gotham’s cold December night. Freshly hushed into a private shuttle, the class are driven to their hotel. It is late: around 3:30 AM. With heavy eyelids the class gazed out the bus’s windows in awe. The merging view of traffic and Christmas lights chase them to their residence. No one really remembers or knows what happened that night. Just the feeling of falling, be it into a white fluffy hotel comforter or into the crisp Gotham air.

“Oh! My! Gosh!!!” hears Marinette as Lila on the bus to Wayne Enterprise. “I feel so. At. Home!” In Marinette’s tired ears, there were more exclamation marks. 

“Of course… The only thing that can inhabit Gotham alleyways are cockroaches and villains,” Chloe grumbles beneath her breath, looking out the window.

“What have I ever done to you Chloe?” Lila cries, “I understand why Marinette bullies me, she is a jealous and vile girl. But I thought you, Chloe, want to be a better person, not a bully like that bitch, Marinette!”

“How dare you. How dare you. HOW DARE YOU!” Chloe yells as the recent words loop in her mind, 

“Not gonna call your daddy, huh?” Alya taunts. 

Chloe, with tears in her eyes begins, but is quickly interrupted by Marinette, “No she will not. She doesn’t need to. Chloe grew a lot over the last couple months, I’m so proud of her. She doesn’t need your bitch-ass approval.” Marinette grasps Chloe’s hand which previously wrapped itself around the fabric of Chloe’s heavy caramel winter coat.

“Quiet on the bus!”, A yell came from the front.

“But, Mr. Bus Driver… Marinette is being a…”

“Shut it! Y’all want me to kamikaze this shit into a building? I’m guessing y’all value your lives so shut it!” 

“Ms.Guardian, can I please have a cookie?” Pollen softly asks from the inside of Chloe’s giant white faux leather handbag.

“Shh… Pollen! Now’s not the time!!!” stresses Tikki.

“Please Ms. Guardian!!! I’m so so so hungry. This bag isn’t very warm and it’s taking all my energy to keep warm. A lil blubber wouldn’t hurt…. please!!”.

“Of course Pollen,” quietly respond Mari with a grin, “Here you go.” She pulls out a couple cookies from a Tupperware and hands them to Pollen. “Please share them with Tikki,” whispers Marinette into the bag. 

Marinette and Chloe then hears two tiny “thank you”s followed by the sound that can only be described increasingly aggressive chomping. Both girls giggle quietly.

“Welcome to Gotham,” says an unenthusiastic man at the front desk. “Congratulations, you are…” He checks his computer. “On time? Interesting.”

“Yes, we are aware,” grumbles Mrs. Bustier, already done with the man’s attitude.

“Okay so before the tour starts I’m doing to need the student who set-up this field trip to sign a couple forms and stuff. Here ya go.” The man pushed a thicc pile of paper into the teachers hand. 

“Oooh! That would be me sir!” Lila chirped, intercepting the papers before skipping back to her posse of her’s. A few seconds after beginning to fill out paperwork Lila cries “Ouch! My wrist! My arthritis! Can someone help me filling out all these form.” 

“I’ll fill them out, I’m only going to need your signatures,” offered Max.

“Thank you Max, you are so sweet!” Lila complements. 

“Of course, your arthritis was badly affected by the altitude yesterday, you shouldn’t be staining your wrist so early!” Max blushed. 

“Maribug, you gonna to say something?” 

“Nah, just watch. Entertainment without a Netflix membership.”

Nobody asked for this, but I’ve been thinking a lot about it lately so I’ve decided to post about it in the hopes that my brain will stop thinking about it if i write my thoughts out, or at the very least spit them out onto a tumblr post. So here’s a nowhere-near-comprehensive list of all the heroes who I think should be friends and why, in no particular order:

1. Iaian and Genos. I’ve talked about them before but I just think that they’d get along really well for some reason. They’re both fairly close in age and seem somewhat similar in personality and disposition so i think, given some time and heavy avoidance of the topic of whose master is superior, a good strong friendship could blossom between these two disciples, a friendship that gives them the opportunity to relax, let loose, and actually have fun in ways they wouldn’t normally because theyre usually too busy being responsible heroes and saving cities and innocent civilians from certain death and destruction. Idk I just want them to be best friends who secretly gossip and talk shit about other heroes over Mario Kart and a bottle of Absolute, is that so much to ask? Can Genos have a friend of his own for once plz?

2. Tanktop Master and Superalloy Darkshine. A friendship between these two gym rats would radiate such chaotic bro energy that i don’t think ppl would physically be able to handle the combined amount of protein powder and boiled chicken that must be seeping from these guys’ pore. That being said however, if I don’t see at least 1 chapter of them acting like total fucking morons together like ive seen in a few fics now, I will be flying to Japan to personally fistfight ONE and Murata.

3. Golden Ball and Child Emperor. This one comes with a few headcanons Ive created about Golden Ball so if u don’t see it I don’t blame u, but basically the idea is that Golden Ball is a pretty smart guy, he got like a masters degree in chemical engineering or something before becoming a hero, so Golden Ball and Child Emperor probably met at some science convention and got to know each other by talking about various scientific theories and whatever shit they happen to be working on at that time. Child Emperor will occasionally ask Golden Ball to guest lecture for one of his classes. Golden Ball’s probably asked child emperor to read over the thesis or research paper he’s working on and give suggestions. They’re fellow colleagues who share more in common than just being heroes and child emperor probably enjoys talking to an adult who actually has a brain cell or two on hand at any given moment.

4. Death Gatling and Smile Man. Gatling looks like he could use a friend looking out for him (both in hero work and just in general) and Smile Man seems like a really nice and cool guy, idk there’s just something I like about him and I think he’d be a good friend to someone like Death Gatling. I’d certainly be Smile Man’s friend, if nothing else!!!

5. Chain’n’toad and Mumen Rider. I liked seeing them work together and show concern for each other when they fought that lizard monster in the OVA, I think they’d be good friends and get along outside of work too!

6. Captain Mizuki and Fubuki. Fubuki needs a girl-friend who doesn’t work for her and Captain Mizuki seems like the kind of lady who’d have a positive impact on Fubuki if they ever did become friends.

7. Captain Mizuki and Lily. Girl alliance.

8. Captain Mizuki, Fubuki, and Lily. Ultimate Girl Alliance!

9. Captain Mizuki, Fubuki, Lily, and Okamaitachi. ULTRA MEGA SUPREME GIRL ALLIANCE!!!!!!!

10. Tatsumaki and King. Tbh I want them to fuck, but that’s a post for another day, I do however think that a friendship between the two of them would be beneficial for much the same reason as a relationship between them would work out, just minus the romantic elements. They both have a decent amount of respect for each other and I think they’d both encourage the other to improve themselves and become better people/heroes, which they actually would because you’re a hell of a lot more likely to take criticism from someone if you respect their opinion and see the validity in their criticisms/suggestions. Tatsumaki would force King to actually leave his house and go do stuff with her and King would force tatsumaki to chill the fuck out and not yeet ppl into walls... maybe.

11. Amai Mask and Zombieman. More or less the same deal as Tatsumaki and King except there’s an extra 5 months at the beginning of their “friendship” that consists almost entirely of just straight up hate fucking. They’d be friends with benefits if they stayed friends tho.

12. Atomic Samurai and Bomb. Kamikaze is friends with Bang therefor he’s friends with Bomb too, shut up

13. Spring Mustachio and Bushidrill. I want to see them get drunk together, i think that would be quite fun

14. Snek and Saitama. I want Snek to join the Saitama group and I want him to be PISSED about it.

15. Snek and Lightnight Max. On a slightly more serious note, I do think these guys would make good friends, if only because of their love for martial arts.

16. Pig God and All my love and affection. He just deserves it ok, idk what else to say.

And thats about all i can think of for right now, but ill be sure to come back with a part 2 if i can think of anything. Let me know what u think. Further suggestions are highly encouraged!

Right after s3 ended i was pretty sure billy would be trapped in that cell with hopper because all of  those billy/america references and, yk, somebody else gotta be there:

but lately i’ve been more inclined to think he’s on the upside-down too, bc there are a few things that'd been bugging for a while:

x. in the teaser we can see hopper’s cabin, a light flickering outside, and billy knows that there’s a cabin in the woods, he even knows where the ashtray is since the mf knows, so hopefully he’s hiding in there. he’s a mirror of will’s character in so many ways so why not this too suffers whyyyy???.

x. in s2e08 hopper asks: "So how do you kill this thing? Shoot it with fireworksballs or something" Dustin answers "You summon an undead army because zombies don't have brains".

x. when in s3e02 billy asks the mind-flyer “to build what?” and his clone answers “what you see” and, yk, they could had given us the classic 'neon sparkly thunder illuminating the mf' yaddayadda but, no, there’s only people, uh. clearly foreshadowing .

x. also, when those people are coming their footsteps echo on the asphalt, and it sounds like a military march, to me?

so, idk, i’m on full clown mode. i’ve got my own circus and un-washeable paint on. i’ve got a whole movie planed in my head and my gdocs titled ‘billy hargrove and the army of the undead’ and i want our beloved baby rat maybe not being alive (maybe becoming something like a gosh, on the upside-down?) but at least having the opportunity to redeem himself and kill the mind-fucker once and for all and i want el and billy’s mind linked together by that moment they took hold of one another and i want the kids going to the upside down, following the yellow brick road to find him bc yk “we’re not in kansas anymore” and i want billy and max actually getting to say their goodbyes and other part of me desperately wants the kids to GO BACK IN TIME AND BRING THE TRASHY LIGHT OF OUR LIVES BACK 🤡🤡🤡🤡.
