i think if john and gabriel met there'd be a weird sexual tension that would ruin sam's life. like they'd either met before when john was hunting solo (pre or post stanford) or its their first time meeting and sam does like an awkward little introduction which is then significantly less awkward by comparison to the energy that just entered the room. like. the kind of sexual tension that absolutely just sucks the life out of a room and leaves no space for anything else. and then later sam would have to be like, very seriously, "Gabriel.
