The atmosphere in the arena was electrifying as the Hughes family gathered to watch Quinn Hughes play in the playoffs. With every stride, every pass, the tension mounted. Jack, Luke, and their parents were on the edge of their seats, cheering fervently for Quinn and his team. But amidst the excitement of the game, something else caught their attention – Quinn's undeniable closeness to the team's physical therapist, Y/N.
As Quinn skated off the ice during a break, the Hughes family couldn't help but notice the subtle glances exchanged between him and Y/N. Jack, the ever-observant middle child, nudged Luke, drawing his attention to the unfolding scene.
"Look at Quinn and Y/N," Jack whispered, his eyes narrowing as he watched them converse by the boards. "I think Quinn's got a thing for her."
Luke followed his brother's gaze, a mischievous grin forming on his face. "Seriously? Quinn and the therapist? That's unexpected."
Their parents, seated beside them, hadn't missed the exchange either. Their mother, Ellen leaned in, curiosity evident in her voice. "Do you think there's something going on between them?"
"I'm not sure," their father, JIm, replied, squinting as he tried to decipher the situation. "But Quinn does seem rather taken with her."

Quinn and Y/N found themselves seated on a bench near the locker rooms, away from the hustle and bustle of the arena. The excitement of the game still lingered in the air, but in that moment, it was just the two of them, lost in conversation.
"So, tell me, Y/N," Quinn said, a playful glint in his eyes, "what's the most bizarre injury you've ever had to treat?"
Y/N laughed, her eyes lighting up with amusement. "Oh, where do I even begin? There was this one time when a player managed to sprain his ankle... while tying his shoelaces."
Quinn chuckled, shaking his head in disbelief. "You're kidding."
Y/N shook her head, a smile tugging at her lips. "I wish I was. It was quite the sight to see."
As they continued to swap stories, Quinn found himself drawn to Y/N's infectious laughter and easygoing demeanor. Every now and then, he would reach out to brush a stray strand of hair from her face, his touch gentle yet lingering.
Their conversation flowed effortlessly, covering everything from hockey to their favorite movies. And with each passing moment, Quinn felt himself growing more captivated by Y/N's presence.
Eventually, the conversation drifted to more personal topics, and Quinn found himself opening up to Y/N in a way he hadn't with anyone else. It felt natural, as if they had known each other for years rather than just a few months.
And as the ambient noise of the arena faded into the background, Quinn realized that in Y/N, he had found not only a friend but someone he could truly connect with on a deeper level.
But amidst their laughter and shared stories, there was a tension – a palpable energy that lingered between them, unspoken yet undeniable. And as Quinn reached out to brush another stray strand of hair from Y/N's face, his touch lingered longer than necessary, a silent acknowledgment of the growing attraction between them.

Quinn and Y/N often found themselves in their own little world whenever they were together. Whether it was amidst the chaos of a crowded arena or in the quiet solitude of an empty locker room, they had a way of tuning out the world around them and immersing themselves in each other's company.
As they sat together on the bench, their conversation flowing effortlessly, Quinn couldn't help but feel as though they were the only two people in the room. The ambient noise of the arena faded into the background, replaced by the sound of their laughter and the gentle hum of their voices.
Time seemed to stand still as they talked and laughed, their bond growing stronger with each passing moment. Quinn found himself captivated by Y/N's every word, hanging onto her every laugh and smile as if they were precious treasures.
And amidst the chaos of the playoffs, with the pressure of the game weighing heavily on his shoulders, Quinn found solace in Y/N's presence. She was his anchor, his calm amidst the storm, and whenever they were together, the rest of the world seemed to fade away.
Jack found himself watching her more than he watched the game, intrigued by the way she moved, the way she interacted with the players. And then, as if sensing his gaze, she looked up and their eyes met for a brief moment before she turned her attention back to the ice.
Jack couldn't explain it, but there was something about Y/N that drew him in—a warmth, a kindness that seemed to radiate from her every pore. And as he watched her, he couldn't help but wonder if Quinn had noticed it too.
Sure enough, as the game progressed, Jack began to notice Quinn stealing glances in Y/N's direction whenever he thought no one was looking. There was a certain lightness to his step, a sparkle in his eye that hadn't been there before. It was clear to Jack that his brother was smitten, completely and utterly captivated by the young woman on the sidelines.
But as much as Jack wanted to tease Quinn about his newfound crush, he couldn't bring himself to do it. There was something about the way Quinn looked at Y/N, something so genuine and pure, that it warmed Jack's heart in a way he hadn't expected.
*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨*
As the final buzzer sounded and the crowd erupted into cheers, Jack couldn't help but feel a sense of relief wash over him. The game had been intense, nail-bitingly close, but in the end, Quinn and his team had emerged victorious.
As the players filed off the ice, Jack caught sight of Quinn heading in Y/N's direction, a nervous energy emanating from him like a halo. Jack exchanged a knowing look with his parents before they all made their way down to the locker room to congratulate Quinn on the win.
As the final buzzer sounded and the home team emerged victorious, Quinn wasted no time skating over to where Y/N was gathering up her equipment. His heart raced as he approached her, unsure of what to say but knowing that he had to say something.
"Hey, Y/N," he said, his voice slightly breathless from the adrenaline of the game.
Y/N looked up, a warm smile spreading across her face. "Hey, Quinn. Great game out there tonight."
Quinn grinned, feeling a surge of confidence. "Thanks. I couldn't have done it without your help."
Y/N laughed softly, shaking her head. "Oh please, you would have scored that goal with or without me."
Quinn's grin widened. "Maybe. But having you on the sidelines cheering me on definitely didn't hurt."
As they talked, Quinn felt a sense of ease wash over him. There was something about Y/N that made him feel comfortable, like he could be himself without any pretense or expectation.
*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨*
As Quinn's family entered the bustling locker room, the smell of sweat and adrenaline filled the air. Players were celebrating their victory, exchanging high-fives and laughter. Amidst the chaos, Quinn stood, his eyes searching for his family amidst the crowd.
"Quinn!" Jack called out, waving his arms to catch his brother's attention.
Quinn's face lit up when he spotted them, and he quickly made his way over, a wide grin on his face. "Hey, guys! Thanks for coming out to support me."
Ellen enveloped him in a tight hug, her pride evident in her voice. "We wouldn't miss it for the world, Quinn. You played amazing out there."
Jim clapped him on the back, a smile playing on his lips. "That was one heck of a game, son. We're so proud of you."
As they congratulated Quinn, Jack couldn't resist teasing him once again. "So, Quinn, when are you going to ask Y/N out on a date?"
Quinn's cheeks flushed slightly, but he laughed it off. "I told you guys, we're just friends."
Ellen raised an eyebrow, her motherly intuition kicking in. "Are you sure about that, Quinn?"
Quinn hesitated for a moment before nodding. "Yeah, Mom, I'm sure. We're just friends."
Despite his words, Jack could see the uncertainty in Quinn's eyes. He knew his brother well enough to recognize when something was bothering him. But before he could press further, the coach called for the team to gather round for a post-game pep talk.
The family bid Quinn farewell, promising to catch up with him later. As they made their way out of the locker room, Ellen couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to Quinn's relationship with Y/N than he was letting on.
*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨*
The first time Quinn and Y/N met was a moment neither of them would soon forget. It was during a particularly intense practice session for Quinn's team, and tensions were running high. Quinn had suffered a minor injury during a drill, and Y/N, the team's newly appointed physical therapist, was called onto the ice to assess the situation.
As Quinn skated over to the boards, wincing slightly from the pain, he couldn't help but feel a sense of apprehension. He had heard about the new therapist joining the team but hadn't had the chance to meet her yet. Now, as she approached him with a concerned expression, he found himself momentarily captivated by her presence.
Y/N was a breath of fresh air amidst the chaos of the rink. Her warm smile and calming demeanor immediately put Quinn at ease, despite the discomfort he was feeling. As she examined his injury with gentle hands, Quinn couldn't help but be struck by her professionalism and expertise.
Their conversation flowed effortlessly as Y/N tended to Quinn's injury, her soothing voice providing a welcome distraction from the pain. Quinn found himself opening up to her in a way he hadn't with anyone else, sharing stories and anecdotes as if they had known each other for years.
From that moment on, Quinn and Y/N's bond only continued to grow stronger. They would often find themselves deep in conversation after practice, exchanging jokes and sharing moments of quiet companionship. Quinn admired Y/N's passion for her work and her unwavering dedication to the team, while Y/N appreciated Quinn's determination and resilience on the ice.
As the weeks turned into months, Quinn and Y/N became inseparable. They would often grab coffee together after practice or sneak away for quiet walks around the arena, lost in their own little world. Their friendship was a source of comfort and support for both of them, a constant amidst the ever-changing landscape of professional hockey.
And as they stood side by side on the sidelines during games, cheering on Quinn's team with unwavering enthusiasm, it was clear to everyone around them that Quinn and Y/N shared a bond that went beyond the confines of the rink.
*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨* ≈☆≈ *¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨*
The playoffs were in full swing, and once again, the Hughes family gathered at the arena to support Quinn in his quest for victory. As they settled into their seats, they couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation in the air. But this time, there was something different. Quinn wasn't just focused on the game—he seemed to be eagerly searching the sidelines for someone.
Jack nudged Luke with a knowing smile. "Looks like someone's hoping to catch a glimpse of Y/N again."
Luke chuckled, glancing over at Quinn, who was scanning the area with a hint of excitement in his eyes. "He's got it bad, doesn't he?"
Jim grinned, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "I think he's finally met his match."
As the game got underway, Quinn's determination on the ice was evident. He skated with purpose, his eyes constantly darting towards the sidelines between shifts, searching for a familiar figure.
Meanwhile, Y/N was hard at work, tending to the players' needs with her usual skill and efficiency. She moved with a grace that caught Quinn's attention every time he stole a glance in her direction.
During a break in the action, Quinn skated over to the bench, stealing a quick moment to catch his breath. As he glanced towards the sidelines, he caught sight of Y/N, who was focused intently on her work. Without hesitation, Quinn made his way over to her, determined to steal a moment of her time.
"Hey, Y/N," he greeted with a smile as he approached her.
Y/N looked up, a surprised expression crossing her face before she returned his smile. "Hey, Quinn. How's it going out there?"
Quinn shrugged, a playful glint in his eyes. "Could be better. Could be worse. But seeing you on the sidelines definitely makes it better."
Y/N chuckled, shaking her head in amusement. "Smooth talker, huh?"
Quinn grinned, feeling a surge of confidence. "Only when I'm talking to someone as amazing as you."
Y/N's cheeks flushed pink at the compliment, and she ducked her head shyly. "You're not so bad yourself, Quinn Hughes."
Quinn's heart skipped a beat as Y/N's words washed over him, her shy response warming him from the inside out. He couldn't help but grin, feeling a surge of happiness at her compliment. But then, a sudden realization hit him like a slapshot to the chest.
He forgot he was mic'd up.
Quinn's eyes widened in horror as he glanced down at the microphone clipped to his jersey. He could practically hear the collective gasp from his teammates and the roaring laughter from the announcers up in the broadcast booth. How could he have been so careless?
Y/N's cheeks flushed an even deeper shade of pink as she realized what had just happened, her eyes widening in surprise. "Oh my god, Quinn. Did you forget you were mic'd up?"
Quinn winced, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly. "Yeah, I guess I did. Sorry about that."
Y/N couldn't help but laugh, shaking her head in amusement. "Well, at least it was a nice compliment. I'll let it slide this time."
Quinn chuckled nervously, feeling a bead of sweat forming on his brow. "Thanks. I'll try to remember next time."
As the game resumed and Quinn skated back onto the ice, he couldn't shake the embarrassment of his slip-up. But as he glanced towards the sidelines, he caught Y/N's eye, her smile reassuring him that it was all in good fun.
Meanwhile, the broadcast team couldn't help but gush over the adorable moment between Quinn and Y/N. Tweets and comments flooded in from fans, expressing their delight at seeing the budding relationship between the hockey star and the team's physical therapist.
"Looks like we've got a new power couple on our hands," the announcer joked, a grin plastered on his face.
Back in the stands, the Hughes family exchanged knowing glances, their hearts swelling with pride as they watched Quinn and Y/N's relationship unfold before their eyes. It was clear that they had something special, something worth rooting for.
As the game continued, Quinn couldn't shake the smile from his face. Despite the pressure of the playoffs, being with Y/N made everything feel lighter, easier to bear. And as they shared another laugh, Quinn knew that no matter what happened on the ice, having Y/N by his side made him feel like the luckiest guy in the world.

The arena erupted into a cacophony of cheers and applause as the final buzzer sounded, signaling the end of the game and the culmination of months of hard work and dedication. The home team had emerged victorious, clinching the Stanley Cup in a thrilling overtime victory.
Quinn Hughes skated onto the ice, his heart pounding with excitement and adrenaline. He couldn't believe it—they had actually done it. They were champions. But amidst the chaos of the celebration, there was one person he couldn't wait to find: Y/N.
As Quinn made his way through the jubilant crowd of players and staff, his eyes scanned the sidelines until they landed on Y/N, who was standing near the bench, a wide grin on her face. Their eyes met, and in that moment, Quinn knew that he had to talk to her.
"Y/N!" he called out, pushing through the throng of people until he reached her side.
Y/N turned towards him, her eyes sparkling with joy. "Quinn! Congratulations!"
Quinn grinned, feeling a surge of pride at the sight of her. "Thanks, Y/N. We did it!"
Y/N laughed, reaching out to give him a congratulatory hug. "You did it, Quinn. I'm so proud of you."
As they pulled away from the embrace, Quinn hesitated for a moment, his heart pounding in his chest. This was it, he thought. This was the perfect moment to finally ask her out.
"Hey, um... Y/N," he began, his voice slightly shaky with nerves.
Y/N looked at him, her smile softening. "What's up, Quinn?"
Quinn took a deep breath, gathering his courage. "I was wondering if, uh... maybe you'd like to go out with me sometime? Like, on a date?"
Y/N's eyes widened in surprise, but a smile slowly spread across her face. "I would love to, Quinn. I'd love that."
Quinn's heart soared at her response, and he couldn't help but grin like a fool. "Really? Awesome! How about dinner tomorrow night? Just you and me?"
Y/N nodded, her smile growing wider. "I'd like that. Dinner tomorrow sounds perfect."
As they stood there, basking in the glow of their victory and the promise of something new, Quinn felt a sense of excitement bubbling up inside him. The Stanley Cup was theirs, but even more importantly, he had finally mustered the courage to ask out the amazing woman who had captured his heart.
As they joined the rest of the team in celebrating their historic win, Quinn couldn't shake the feeling that this was just the beginning of something incredible. And as he looked at Y/N, he knew that he was ready for whatever the future held, as long as she was by his side.

Can I request prompt no 20 with arsenal women team(platonic ), reader and Kyra mischievous as usual but suddenly gets hurt and lia and steph having to take them to doctor
Tumblr media
"Ow Kyra"
arsenal x reader
warnings: injury, blood, stitches
You and Kyra Cooney-Cross, two peas in a pod, were notorious troublemakers within the Arsenal Women's Football Team. You were both Australian and joined Arsenal at the same time. You were a year younger than Kyra, which you used to your advantage when Steph said she should be the more responsible one. From harmless pranks to playful banter, you two were always at the center of mischief, much to the amusement (and occasional exasperation) of your older teammates.
The dynamic between you and Kyra was one of camaraderie and playful rivalry. Both of you shared a love for the game and a mischievous spirit that often led to antics both on and off the pitch. Whether it was sneaking extra snacks from the team's stash or pulling pranks during training sessions, you were always in cahoots, causing chaos wherever you went. Some of your favorite pass times included poking Steph and nutmegging Viv.
Your antics were endearingly annoying to the older players, who often found themselves on the receiving end of your playful teasing. But despite the occasional scolding, they couldn't help but smile at the youthful exuberance and infectious energy you brought to the team.
Today, during a routine round of mischief, disaster struck. As you and Kyra engaged in a spirited game of keep-away with Caitlin's water bottle, you stumbled over your own feet and collided with a nearby equipment rack. The impact sent you sprawling to the ground, a sharp pain shooting through your head as you made contact with the unforgiving surface.
"Oi, watch it, you two!" Beth Mead, called out from where she almost ran into you while doing a drill with Leah.
But as you attempted to push yourself up from the ground, you felt a warm trickle of blood run down the side of your face, and suddenly, the world around you blurred into a haze of pain and confusion.
"Y/N, are you alright?" Kyra's voice cut through the fog, her concern evident, although she was also holding back a laugh, as she knelt beside you. After you didn't respond right away she called out, "I think y/n broke her skull."
"What," came Lia's voice as she was immediately by your side turning you over to asses the wound. "She's not broken her skull you idiot, just might need a couple stitches. How did she even manage to hit her head on that."
"I swear we weren't doing anything dangerous this time, she's just clumsy and tripped. Must have spent too much time with Less again," Kyra replied while you were grumbling and moaning in pain on the ground.
"Kyra, give me your shirt," Steph said as she appeared on your other side. Kyra knew not to argue with Steph when she gave her that glare and handed over her training top which Steph immediately applied to the wound.
"The trainers are all inside helping the girls in the gym, so I think it's best if we just take her right to the ER," Lia said as she was talking to Steph.
As Lia and Steph helped you sit up, you couldn't shake off the throbbing pain in your head. With Kyra hovering anxiously beside you, you tried to muster a smile to reassure her, but the pain made it difficult to focus on anything else.
"Sorry, guys," you muttered, feeling a pang of guilt for causing such a fuss.
"Don't worry about it, y/n," Lia said, her voice calm and reassuring. She was like your team mom and you were really grateful for her in this moment. "Accidents happen."
Steph nodded in agreement, her expression serious as she gently guided you to your feet. "Let's get you to the hospital and get that looked at, yeah?"
With Lia and Steph's support, you managed to stand, albeit unsteadily. The world still felt like it was spinning, and the pain in your head seemed to intensify with each passing moment. But you were determined not to let it show, not wanting to worry your teammates any further.
You got into the back of Lia's car with Steph sitting in the back with you continuing to hold the shirt against the wound, hoping you don't loose top much blood and pass out. Lia drove as fast as she could in the London traffic to get you to the hospital. Kyra brought a wheelchair to help you in since you were still really dizzy.
Once in a room they immediately gave you pain meds, making you a little loopy. "Will you sit me with me Lia," you whispered to the girl next to you as you were starting to get sleepy.
"Of course, and try to stay awake the doctor will be here in a minute to give you your stitches."
As the doctor arrived to administer the stitches, you tried your best to stay awake, the pain meds making you feel drowsy and disoriented. Kyra's laughter echoed in the background as she recorded the whole scene, her playful teasing providing a brief moment of levity amidst the chaos.
"I'm going to have a badass scar. The chicks are going to dig it," you mumbled sleepily, a faint smile tugging at the corners of your lips.
Lia chuckled softly, her hand resting reassuringly on your arm. "You're going to be just fine, y/n. And besides, scars are just proof that you're a tough little warrior."
As the doctor finished the stitches and the pain meds began to take effect, you felt yourself drifting off into a peaceful slumber, safe in the knowledge that you were surrounded by friends who cared for you deeply.

Piece of Origami | K.Mg
Tumblr media
Pairing: Husband Mingyu! x reader
Genre: humor, fluff, established relationship
Words count: 1,1k
Summary: you have no idea that you're this untalented in making a paper fold—origami until your kid ask you to make one
You struggled to grasp the situation as the sensation of shaking pulled you from the depths of Sunday morning slumber. The room felt like it was caught in an earthquake, only to discover it was the lively jumps of your 5-year-old son, Han, on the other side of the bed. A smile played on your lips as the realization dawned that he was the culprit behind the early morning disturbance.
"Rise and shine, mummy!" echoed Han's cheerful voice as he darted towards the window, flooding the room with the morning light. His infectious enthusiasm seemed to infuse the room with energy, and you couldn't help but reciprocate the joy.
Exposed to the gentle rays of sunshine, you became aware that your husband, Kim Mingyu, had already embarked on his Sunday routine. The absence of his presence in the bedroom hinted at an early start, likely immersing himself in a workout session in the home gym before diligently preparing breakfast for the family.
As you navigated the transition from sleep to wakefulness, the orchestrated chaos of your family's morning routine unfolded around you. Han's vibrant energy, the warmth of the sun, and the quiet absence of your husband painted a vivid picture of a Sunday morning in your household.
You extended your arms, inviting Han into a morning embrace, and he eagerly jumped into your hug, expressing, "How could you be so pretty even in the morning, mummy?" His charming compliment elicited a chuckle, a trait undoubtedly inherited from his father.
As you held Han close, you inquired about his morning and the quality of his sleep. He nodded in affirmation before sitting up, ready to share a dream he had during the night – a dream of crafting a plane and a ship for you and Mingyu.
"Can we make them with my origami paper before breakfast?" Han asked with enthusiasm, and your immediate nod signaled agreement. "Of course, baby. Let's go," you replied, gently tapping his thigh before intertwining your fingers and guiding him out of the bedroom and towards the kitchen.
The rhythmic sounds of a knife meeting the chopping board filled the air, and you caught a glimpse of your husband, Mingyu, skillfully preparing breakfast with a focus on chopping vegetables. His gaze shifted to you and Han, a warm smile gracing his lips.
"Mission success, Han?" Mingyu inquired, and Han responded with an enthusiastic nod before darting off to his room. A giggle escaped you as you approached Mingyu, standing beside him and observing as he began heating water for soup. Mingyu's cheeks tinted with a subtle blush as your attention turned to him, and he tried to hide it with a soft laugh before pulling you into his embrace.
"Stop watching me; I'm blushing!" he teased, planting a gentle kiss on top of your head. Mingyu, ever fond of the comfort your presence brought, took a moment to inhale the familiar fragrance of your hair, a ritual that never failed to soothe and connect you both in the midst of daily routines.
Your arms wrapped around Mingyu's substantial frame tightened, and you whispered a question about why he hadn't woken you up. His response, "you look pretty when sleeping," accompanied by pulling you out of the hug, cupping your face, and adding, "but you look prettier even when awake," elicited both a forehead and a lip kiss.
The tranquility was interrupted by Han's protest as he stood below the counter with origami paper in hand. "Dad, stop stealing mummy. She wants to help me make planes and ships like in my dream, right mummy?" he insisted.
Mingyu, with a scoff, played along, "Aye-aye captain... I'll give you your mummy, but she's mine after breakfast, okay?" he teased his own son. Han made a face, reacting to his dad's statement, creating a moment that left both you and Mingyu amused and bursting into laughter. "He's definitely your son," you remarked to Mingyu, noting the striking resemblance between the two, not only in appearance but also in their playful attitudes.
You made your way to the couch, seeking a moment of rest after a demanding week managing a company project. Han trailed behind you like an eager puppy, claiming a spot on the couch and expressing his impatience to craft planes and ships with origami.
Mingyu, observing the scene, called Han's name and suggested, "Let mummy rest and play with me after breakfast." Han, with a pout, insisted, "Mummy is who I want to play with!" Mingyu sighed in response.
Amused, you joined the gathering on the couch, and Han, still buzzing with enthusiasm, requested to make origami ships. "How about we make the ship first? Can you teach me, mummy?" he asked, and you nodded, reaching for an online tutorial. As you followed the steps, Han mirrored your actions, a hands-on learner even when faced with mistakes.
A groggy chuckle escaped you as you struggled with the instructions, unfolding and starting afresh. "I don't think this is right, mummy," Han mumbled, his words audible to Mingyu. You glanced at your husband, who softly laughed, well-aware of your handcraft challenges. "Is this tutorial right?" you whispered in protest, but Han, growing bored, voiced his disapproval, having watched you wrestle with the paper for almost ten minutes.
"Hmm, how about making a plane instead? I think it's easier," Han suggested with a considerate tone, eliciting laughter from both you and Mingyu. His innocent and polite remark subtly highlighted your struggle with paper folding.
"Done!" you declared triumphantly as the plane origami took shape. However, Han, inspecting your creation, gave you an odd look. While it vaguely resembled a plane, it didn't quite meet his expectations. Shaking his head, he swiftly ran to Mingyu.
"Dad, let's make origami after breakfast," Han proposed, evidently preferring to enlist Mingyu's help for a more accurate and satisfying crafting experience.
*
As Mingyu and Han engaged in origami crafting on the floor, Mingyu brought up a nostalgic question. "Do you remember our first date?" he inquired while folding a paper crane for your son.
Lying on the couch, you nodded in response. "And what we were talking about is happening," you added, recalling the early days when your first date involved pizza, Mingyu's apartment, and creating a jar filled with paper cranes.
"I made them most," Mingyu remarked, and you nodded once more. "You made them all," you corrected, prompting a chuckle from Mingyu at your fond recollection of the shared moments from the past.
"I'm not good with my hands," you sighed, and Mingyu, sitting on the floor folding paper cranes with Han, turned his head to you, his brows raised. You smiled and continued, "You know what I'm good with."
A smirk played on your face, causing Mingyu to let out a soft laugh. He tossed an almost finished paper crane in your direction, and you looked at him, feigning innocence. "What? Why are you so worked up?" you asked, maintaining the charade, and he covered his face, laughing.
"Watch your mouth, babe. Han is listening," Mingyu reminded you, shielding his face from potential embarrassment.
"I was about to say brain, duh!" you clarified, and Mingyu nodded in acknowledgment, appreciating your clever save in front of your son.
Han abruptly halted his attempts at crafting an animal face origami before posing a question, "Do you know why people make origami?" Mingyu, fully engaged in the moment, shook his head, eager to hear Han's explanation.
Seated on the couch, you turned your attention to your son and responded, "Do you know why?"
Han nodded with certainty, "Because people couldn't make a real plane, ship, car, and animal! So they make the imitation ones with paper."
Your applause echoed through the room, and Mingyu showered your son with compliments, visibly proud of his insightful observation. However, what Han said next caught you off guard.
"How about making me a paper brother, dad?"
The unexpected proposition left Mingyu visibly taken aback, his surprised expression mirrored by your own raised eyebrows. "What do you mean, Han?" you inquired, seeking clarification as Mingyu's mind processed the peculiar request.
Han, undeterred by the puzzled looks, explained, "Yeah, a paper brother. Teacher said that having a brother is not easy and has a lot of responsibility. How about a paper brother? We just have to make one!"
Mingyu, still slightly baffled, shook his head and decided to excuse himself. "You handle this, since you're good with your brain," he quipped, retreating to the kitchen sink to tackle the dishes.
Turning your attention back to Han, you regarded him attentively, searching for the motivation behind his unique request. "Ummm, so..." you began, prompting your son to elaborate on the notion of a paper brother and the thoughts swirling in his young mind.

It was a quite normal day at the daycare, but for some reason, you couldn't shake off the feeling of sadness that lingered within you. Despite your efforts to maintain your usual bubbly demeanor, it was evident to your team especially your fellow Leader Bada that something was wrong .
Noticing your sour mood team bebe cant help but feel uncomplete they were used to your loud voice when speaking, laughing or even just joking with them . It left up the spirt within them it gave them a spark and energy to laugh, speak and joke back at you knowing they were tired of practice's , but now your quiet and feeling kind of upset they felt the difference from your actions .
"Whats wrong with y/n unnie? She seems .... sad" Kyma asked "she's been like that since the morning" Cheche answered feeling upset to . Tatter joined the conversation saying " I tried cheering her up this morning but she just smiled at me then left" "aww poor Y/n Unnie" Soweon said . "Maybe something is bothering her" Lusher said with a sad smile .
Bada was hearing all her members talking about so she decided to take matters into her own hands . "Who wants bubbles?" she exclaimed her eyes scanning the room filled with eager little faces. The children's enthusiastic response was immediate and infectious.
"Me! I want buboo!"
"Me, me!"
"Ahhhh, me!"
Team Bebe just looked at their leader questioning what is she doing and wondering where will she get the bubbles from . Lusher went to Bada and asked her "what are you doing ? We don't have bubbles with us , and if we magically had any I don't think it will be enough for all of these kids" she said with a nervous smile on her face "don't worry I got it " bada said while winking .
With a mischievous glint in her eye, Bada took charge. "Alright, everybody stand up!" she commanded, placing her hands on her hips in a playful stance. The children, like obedient little soldiers, rose to their feet and stood in anticipation.
Then something came with an unexpected twist. Bada, with a knowing smile, pointed directly at you. "Everyone give y/n a big BIG hug, and I'll bring the bubbles!" she declared motioning how big she wants the hug to be . Without hesitation, the children turned their attention to you, their faces lit up with wide smiles as they ran towards you like a tiny army of affectionate minions, wrapping their little arms around your legs.
Caught off guard by the sudden outpouring of love, you found yourself overwhelmed. The sadness that had weighed heavily on your heart began to dissipate, replaced by warmth and joy. "Awww, thank you everybody ," you exclaimed, unable to contain your laughter as you returned their embraces.
Team Bebe were surprised with how Bada handled the situation but smiles began to take over their sad faces "WOOO THATS OUR LEADER" Tatter said with an unexpected rush of energy . While team bebe was laughing at their member Bada was supposed to bring the bubbles from the basement , but her attention was elsewhere.
She stood frozen in place, her gaze fixed on you with a mixture of admiration for your smile and happiness that took over her . She was even surprised that when she saw you she smiled at the sense of you smiling . Time seemed to stand still as her heart raced with inexplicable emotions. It was as if the world had faded away, leaving only you and her in that moment.
After what felt like an eternity, Bada snapped out of her trance, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment. Quickly averting her eyes, she muttered under her breath, "What the fuck is wrong with me..." she thought knowing that's her member she's thinking and blushing about .
As the children continued to shower you with hugs and laughter filled the room, Bada wrestled with her newfound feelings, unsure of how to make sense of them .

Is this so hard to believe?
Pairing: Jake Peralta x BimboFemale!Reader
Word Count: ~ 1.4K
A/N: English is not my first language - My requests are open!
"Can you hold it, please?" Her sweet voice pierced through the precinct lobby, each click of her heels resonating sharply against the floor. Rosa's hand instinctively reached out to halt the elevator doors, her brows knitting together in profound confusion as the woman who called for the hold emerged before her.
"Thank you so much," she purred, gracefully gliding into the elevator. The visitor pass dangled around her neck, a stark contrast against her pompous attire.
Rosa stepped aside, allowing her entry, and as she crossed the threshold, a heady wave of floral perfume enveloped the confined space. The dress she wore clung to her curves like a second skin, and the lace detailing added an air of delicate femininity. Rosa couldn't help but wince as her gaze trailed down to the woman's footwear—a pair of pink stilettos that defied reason with their towering height.
"You must be Rosa," she cooed, extending her hand in a gesture of greeting.
Rosa met her gaze, momentarily taken aback by the sincerity in those glossy lips, now curved into a dazzling smile.
"Yeah... Rosa Diaz," she replied, her voice carrying a hint of skepticism as she clasped the girl's delicate hand. It felt as though she was holding something fragile, something crafted from porcelain rather than flesh and bone. Her nails, impeccably manicured, added to the illusion of perfection. "I'm sorry, do we know each other?" Rosa asked.
"Oh, no, not officially at least," the woman replied with a melodious laugh, "But you work with my boyfriend, and he talks about you all the time. My name is Y/n."
Rosa's confusion deepened at the mention of a boyfriend. Not that she made a habit of keeping track of all her colleagues' significant others, but she couldn't shake the feeling of incredulity that someone on her floor was dating this woman, especially someone close enough to discuss Rosa with their partner. "I'm sorry, what? What boyfriend?"
Y/n's laughter tinkled through the air like wind chimes on a breezy day. "My boyfriend," she repeated, as if Rosa hadn't heard her the first time. "I was just shopping down the block, and I decided to come here and visit him and meet his detective friends."
Rosa's mind raced as she tried to piece together the puzzle. Detective friends? That meant it had to be someone on the team. Jeffords was married, so he was out of the picture. She swiftly ruled out Hitchcock and Scully as the potential boyfriend, despite their divorced status; there was no conceivable way it was one of them. Boyle, well, he was more than happily involved with Vivian.
Her eyes widen as she realizes, "You are dating Peralta?!" Rosa exclaimed in disbelief.
"Ding," Y/n laughed, mimicking the sound of the elevator as it arrived at their floor, affirmatively answering Rosa's question. "Although…. I prefer to call him Jakey," she added with a playful gleam in her eye, her excitement palpable as she eagerly made her way out of the elevator and into the bustling bullpen.
"Hi everyone!" she exclaimed in a loud and cheerful voice, causing heads to turn in her direction.
Already headed in their direction Terry stopped in his tracks at the sight. "What the..." His words trailed off as he took in this random woman's appearance, her bright smile and infectious energy catching him off guard.
"I'm sorry, miss. Are you lost?" He asked, his confusion evident as he glanced at Rosa, who appeared behind Y/n with a massive, amused smile adorning her face.
"Oh my god, HI!" Y/n said, extending her hand to greet him. "You must be the big, badass Sergeant Jeffords."
Terry extended his hand, still searching for the right words.
Before he could respond, Rosa stepped forward "Sergeant Jeffords, meet Y/n, Jake's girlfriend,".
"Jake Moore? The evidence technician?" Terry's confusion deepened.
Rosa couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of the situation.
"No, silly, Jake Peralta, the detective," Y/n clarified with a playful smirk, lightly smacking Terry's arm. "Wow, Jakey did say you're really strong."
Terry blinked in astonishment, finally connecting the dots. "What? Really?" he asked in disbelief, his voice tinged with incredulity.
Suddenly, a man approached them, his smile beaming as he extended his hand to greet Y/n. "It's so great to finally meet you. My name is Boyle, and..."
"You're Jake's best friend," Y/n interjected, a knowing gleam in her eye as she shook his hand, cutting him off before he could finish his introduction.
Boyle's expression lit up with surprise and delight at being recognized. "Yes, that's me!" he exclaimed, unable to contain his excitement.. "Wow, Jake never mentioned you were coming by today. This is such a pleasant surprise!"
"Did you know that Jake had a girlfriend?" Jeffrey asked Boyle, his tone filled with genuine curiosity as he glanced between Boyle and Y/n.
Boyle's eyes widened in surprise at the question. "Yeah, he's always talking about her," he confirmed, his tone tinged with disbelief. "Even this morning, he mentioned they went on a date yesterday. Do you guys not listen to a single word he says?" Boyle shook his head in indignation, clearly baffled by the apparent lack of attention his colleagues had paid to Jake's conversations about his girlfriend.
"Wait, you're Y/L/N? The model?" Santiago's voice interrupted from behind Boyle as she joined the conversation, her eyes widening in recognition as she addressed Y/n.
Terry and Rosa exchanged incredulous glances as Santiago's words sank in. They had all heard Jake mention dating a model at some point, but every time he attempted to introduce her to the team, she was mysteriously unavailable. As a result, they had developed a theory that Jake didn't actually have a girlfriend and that it was just another one of his elaborate jokes.
"Hi there! You're Santiago, right?" Y/n offered her hand with a big smile. "Yes, my name is Y/n Y/L/N, but I wouldn't call myself a model."
"I'm sorry to be so direct, but is this a prank? Did Jake pay you to do this?" Amy asked, her tone cautious as she tried to broach the subject delicately, not wanting to sound disrespectful but finding it hard to believe that this woman standing before them was Jake's girlfriend.
"Amy!" Boyle exclaimed in disbelief at the accusation, he couldn't believe that anyone would think Jake's girlfriend was part of a prank.
Rosa, meanwhile, was holding her stomach as she laughed so hard at the entire situation. The absurdity of it all, combined with Amy's skepticism and Y/n's genuine confusion, was just too much for her to handle.
"I can assure you, this is not a prank," her voice tinged with amusement. "As much as I appreciate a good joke, Jake didn't put me up to this. I'm here because I came to visit Jakey and wanted to meet all of you."
"Well, Jake left to follow up on a lead, but knowing him, he'll probably be back before we know it. Do you want anything? Coffee, water?" Terry offered.
"Oh, no, thank you so much, but I'm fine, Sergeant," she replied politely, her tone soft and gracious.
As the conversation continued, the elevator doors suddenly opened, and Jake stepped out, his presence commanding attention as he entered the bullpen.
His eyes lit up with surprise and delight as he spotted Y/n standing among his colleagues.
"Hey, everyone!" Jake exclaimed, a wide grin spreading across his face as he made his way over to Y/n. "What's going on?". He squeezed Y/n's side gently before leaning in to greet her with a kiss, "I didn't expect to see you here sweetheart”
"I was just in the neighborhood and thought I'd drop by to say hi to you and meet your amazing team," Y/n replied. "I've heard so much about all of you, and I couldn't resist the opportunity to finally put faces to names."
"Well, guys," Jake said with a playful smirk, addressing his team with a twinkle in his eye, "now that you've met her, do you finally believe that my very real, definitely not imaginary, girlfriend exists?"
The team chuckled, nodding in agreement, and exchanged sheepish glances.
Santiago couldn't resist one last attempt at humor, her curiosity getting the better of her. "Are we sure Jake didn't pay her to be his girlfriend?".
"Dammit is this so hard to believe?" Jake asked as he wrapped an arm around Y/n's shoulders.

A/N: believe me when i say that i daydream about this back in college lol so many reactors on youtube are watching knb, so my sparks for the show returned at full power. enjoy!
-
In the aftermath of Seirin's victory at the Winter Cup finals, the basketball court buzzed with electric energy. The crowd erupted into cheers, players embraced in jubilation, and the air was thick with the sweet scent of success. Amidst the celebration, you, the team manager, found yourself caught up in the euphoria, standing at the center of it all.
Kuroko and Kagami, the dynamic duo who had spearheaded Seirin's triumph, were beaming with pride and exhilaration. Their radiant smiles mirrored the joyous atmosphere, infectious and impossible to resist. You couldn't help but join in, a surge of elation filling your heart as you hugged them tightly.
"We did it! We actually did it!" you exclaimed, unable to contain your excitement. "All our hard work paid off!"
Kuroko, ever composed, nodded with a small smile. "Yes, we gave it our all, and it paid off in the end."
Kagami, his adrenaline still coursing through his veins, laughed boisterously. "Hell yeah! We're the champions!"
Amidst the cheers and laughter, the bond between the three of you grew stronger. As the victory sank in, you realized just how much this team meant to you. They were more than just teammates; they were your friends and family. Together, you had overcome countless challenges and now stood at the pinnacle of high school basketball.
The court became a stage for shared stories, memories, and dreams. The euphoria of the moment seeped into every word, every smile, and every embrace. This was a time to savor the taste of victory and to revel in the camaraderie that had brought you all together.
Little did you know, this was only the beginning of a new chapter. The Winter Cup victory had opened doors to new challenges, new adventures, and perhaps even unexpected feelings.
As the celebration roared on, your eyes were drawn to Akashi Seijuro, standing alone in the midst of the jubilant chaos. His usually confident demeanor was replaced with an unfamiliar expression of shock and disbelief. It was evident that losing was a foreign concept to him, and the weight of defeat hung heavily on his shoulders.
Excusing yourself from the group, you made your way towards Akashi, curiosity burning in your chest. Kagami and Kuroko exchanged puzzled glances, unable to comprehend your sudden interest in someone you had previously shown distaste for. Kuroko, however, sensing the hidden emotions within you, offered a nod of encouragement, silently conveying his support.
Approaching Akashi, you could see the surprise flicker in his eyes as he noticed your presence. He seemed taken aback by your approach, not expecting anyone to reach out to him in this vulnerable moment.
"Congratulations on a well-fought match, Akashi," you said, offering a gentle smile.
Akashi's eyes met yours, searching for any hint of mockery or ill intent. Instead, he found sincerity and understanding, something he didn't anticipate. "Thank you," he replied, his voice carrying a mix of disbelief and resignation.
"I know this might be hard for you," you continued, your voice filled with empathy. "You've always been accustomed to winning. But it's in these moments of defeat that we grow the most."
Akashi's guard slowly lowered, realizing that you were not there to belittle him but rather to offer solace. "It's a bitter pill to swallow," he admitted, his voice tinged with a hint of vulnerability.
You nodded in understanding. "Sometimes, the greatest lessons come from our losses. It's an opportunity to reflect, to reassess our strengths and weaknesses, and to come back even stronger."
A moment of silence enveloped the two of you as the weight of the conversation sank in. It was a rare connection, borne out of unexpected circumstances, where walls were momentarily lowered, allowing for a genuine exchange.
Akashi's voice broke the silence. "You're right. This loss... it will serve as a reminder to keep pushing forward and to strive for greatness."
A soft smile played on your lips as you gazed at him. "After watching you play today and even during this whole tournament, I have no doubt you can bounce back."
Akashi's eyes met yours, a glimmer of gratitude shining through. "Thank you," he whispered, his voice barely audible.
As your conversation neared its end, you couldn't help but notice Akashi's captivating presence. The way his eyes held a depth that drew you in and the subtle curve of his lips that seemed to carry untold stories. In that moment, a realization washed over you, causing a soft blush to creep onto your cheeks.
The conversation concluded with an awkward silence settling between you. On the sidelines, Kagami and Kuroko discreetly observed, their curiosity piqued by the unexpected interaction. They exchanged glances, silently speculating on the nature of your conversation with Akashi.
The rest of the Seirin basketball team watched in awe; a mixture of surprise and curiosity danced in their eyes. They had witnessed the birth of an unlikely bond between their team manager and the enigmatic captain of the Generation of Miracles, unaware of the journey that awaited them both.
As the awkward silence lingered, you mustered up the courage to look at Akashi, your heart pounding in your chest. Biting your lip nervously, you felt a mix of nervousness and eagerness. Just as Akashi was about to excuse himself, you couldn't resist but call out to him again, your voice laced with a coy and flirty tone.
"Hey, Akashi," you said, your eyes locked with his. "I don't know when you're going to visit Tokyo again, but if you happen to drop by, maybe you should let me know. We could hang out or something. If you're free, of course."
Akashi's eyes widened in surprise, caught off guard by your boldness. However, his shock gradually dissipated, and a charming aura replaced his initial bashfulness. A dashing smile adorned his face as he gladly accepted your offer.
"I would be delighted," he replied, his voice carrying a hint of amusement. "Perhaps you could share your number, and we can make the necessary arrangements."
Your heart skipped a beat as Akashi asked for your number. With a shy smile, you exchanged contact information, the anticipation growing between you.
"I must admit," Akashi began, a playful glint in his eyes, "losing the game was a disappointment. However, stumbling upon someone as captivating as you, y/n, can certainly be counted as a delightful victory in its own right."
His words were laced with a charming jest, acknowledging the irony of the situation. A smile tugged at the corners of his lips, a subtle invitation to partake in the playful banter.
The comment caught you off guard, and a hint of blush painted your cheeks. His flirtatious demeanor was as unexpected as it was enchanting. Unable to resist the opportunity for a quick retort, you playfully responded, "Remember to thank your gods then."
With a gentle smile, Akashi's gaze met yours, a twinkle of amusement in his eyes. The unspoken understanding between you deepened, as if hinting at a future where the boundaries of competition and camaraderie blurred. The unexpected turn of events had created a unique connection, and the prospect of getting to know Akashi on a deeper level thrilled you.
After a few more exchanges of words, the conversation began to naturally wind down. Akashi excused himself, his attention being required by his coach. With a polite smile, he bids you farewell, leaving you momentarily stunned by the encounter.
As he walked away, his back straight and confident, you couldn't help but watch him with a mix of fascination and curiosity. The brief exchange had left an indelible mark, and you couldn't help but wonder what the future held for the two of you.
With a lingering smile on your face, you rejoined your friends, who were eagerly awaiting your return. Their eyes were wide with surprise, and their expressions were a mixture of shock, amusement, and curiosity. The moment they had witnessed between you and Akashi Seijuro had left quite an impression.
Kuroko, ever the calm and observant one, simply offered a small smile, his eyes twinkling with silent approval. "I didn't expect that, but it seems like you two had an interesting conversation," he commented softly.
Kagami, on the other hand, couldn't hide his astonishment. His jaw dropped, and he stared at you with a mix of disbelief and a touch of jealousy. "What the... Really, y/n? Akashi? When did this happen?" he blurted out, unable to contain his reaction.
Hyuga, the captain of the team, chuckled heartily, clapping you on the back. "Well, I'll be damned, y/n. I didn't know you had it in you to approach Akashi like that. I almost feel guilty for defeating your boyfriend."
Izuki, always one for wordplay, grinned mischievously. "Looks like you're taking 'shoot your shot' quite literally, y/n. I can't help but be impressed."
Kyoshi, the team's supportive and gentle player, chimed in with a warm smile. "That was brave of you, y/n."
As you were engrossed in the lively conversation with your teammates, you felt a gaze fixed on you. Instinctively, you turned your head, locking eyes with Akashi. His intense gaze met yours, and a small smile tugged at the corners of his lips.
Sensing the shift in the atmosphere, the Seirin team exploded in a chorus of exaggerated reactions. Some whistled playfully, while others nudged each other with raised eyebrows and knowing grins. Kagami, in particular, seemed ready to explode with a mix of disbelief and astonishment. You can even hear him mumble things like, "I didn't know you had a thing for psychopaths."
Riko finally chimed in amidst the commotion. "Alright, alright, settle down! Stop teasing y/n! We have to prepare for the award ceremony."
Amidst the playful banter and cheers from your teammates, you couldn't help but feel a surge of exhilaration. It was as if a new chapter had unfolded before your eyes, filled with possibilities and unspoken promises.
With a final glance back at your boisterous friends, you turned your attention fully to Akashi. And as you exchanged smiles, a mix of excitement and anticipation coursed through your veins.
The story between you and Akashi Seijuro was only just beginning, and with each passing moment, you were ready to discover what the future held.

✭ summary : Everyone knows when you go food shopping with your mom you aren’t supposed to let go of her hand, because there is always the case of you ending up lost, will this isn’t the case for this scenario. Instead of it being the mom trying to find her lost kids it is Gojo and (M/n) trying to find Geto who they can’t seem to find in the supermarket.
✭ jujitsu kasian masterlist
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
It was a rare day when Gojo Satoru, Geto Suguru, and their classmate (M/n) found themselves with a day off from their arduous duties as sorcerers. The higher-ups had decided that they deserved a break, and the trio was left to decide how to spend it.
Gojo, with his characteristic swagger, looked at his companions and asked, "So, how are we going to spend this precious day off?"
Suguru, the more reserved of the group, pondered for a moment before replying, "I could really go for some pasta."
(M/n), the ever-resourceful thinker, perked up and suggested, "Why don't we go to the supermarket? We can buy ingredients and make our pasta right at home. It'll be fun!"
The idea seemed to strike a chord with all of them. It was a simple plan, but it promised a day filled with camaraderie, delicious food, and perhaps some unexpected adventures. With their day off ahead of them, the trio set out to the supermarket, ready to enjoy a break from their demanding lives as sorcerers.
As they entered the supermarket, Satoru and (M/n) shared a sly, knowing look behind Suguru's back. Their eyes sparkled with mischief, a silent agreement passing between them. This grocery run had the potential for some unexpected fun.
While Suguru dutifully examined his shopping list ready to get everything he needed for his pasta, Satoru and (M/n) discreetly slipped away, their steps light and their laughter barely contained. They navigated the supermarket aisles with the ease of seasoned explorers, their senses attuned to the promise of adventure.
As they ventured deeper into the store, Satoru whispered to (M/n), "You ready to shake things up a bit?"
(M/n) grinned, mischief dancing in their eyes. "Absolutely, Satoru. Let's give Suguru a surprise he won't forget."
As Satoru and (M/n) roamed the supermarket aisles, their mission to gather an assortment of junk food and snacks took an unexpectedly playful turn. With their cart already brimming with treats, Satoru couldn't resist the temptation any longer.
Satoru grinned mischievously at (M/n) and, with the agility of a child, jumped into the shopping cart, sitting cross-legged. He spread his arms wide, as if he were an amusement park ride operator showcasing the attractions. "Alright, (M/n), time for a snack-fueled adventure!"
(M/n) laughed, fully embracing the newfound excitement. They grabbed the handles of the cart, their imagination taking over. "Hang on, Satoru, this is going to be one wild ride!"
With a burst of enthusiasm, (M/n) started pushing the cart, maneuvering it like they were in a Mario Kart race. Satoru played along, tilting his body and pointing to different snacks on the shelves as if they were power-ups.
"Banana chips to the left!" Satoru exclaimed, leaning dramatically.
(M/n) steered the cart towards the banana chips, grabbing a bag and tossing it into the cart. "Got it! And now, it's the gummy bear shortcut!"
Satoru laughed heartily, and they sped towards the gummy bear section, adding colorful packages to their growing collection. As they approached the cookie aisle, Satoru pretended to rev an imaginary engine and shouted, "Boost mode! Let's hit those cookies!"
(M/n) picked up speed, zooming towards the cookies and tossing them into the cart. It felt like they were in their own little racing game, with snacks as their prize. Shoppers nearby couldn't help but smile at the duo's infectious energy.
Satoru, still seated in the cart, looked around at the variety of snacks they had accumulated. "I think we've got everything we need for our secret stash. Now, let's find a finish line—preferably the checkout counter!"
(M/n) grinned, feeling like they were on the verge of winning the grand prix. They navigated the cart towards the checkout counter, Satoru waving at imaginary fans along the way.
As they reached the checkout, Satoru hopped out of the cart, chuckling. "That was epic, (M/n). We should do this more often."
(M/n) nodded, their heart still racing with excitement. "Definitely, Satoru. Who knew grocery shopping could be this much fun?"
And so, with their cart filled to the brim with snacks and memories of their impromptu Mario Kart adventure, Satoru and (M/n) continued with their shopping trip, their mischievous spirits undiminished by the passage of time.
Finally done with their work the two pat themselves on the back as a job well done, Satoru and (M/n) reached the checkout counter with their cart full of snacks and their playful antics, they suddenly realized something was amiss. Suguru was nowhere to be seen.
"Wonder where Suguru wandered off to?" Satoru said, scratching his head with a puzzled expression.
(M/n) glanced around the store, their brow furrowing. "I haven’t see him since we started the Mario Kart adventure."
With growing concern, they decided to retrace their steps, calling out for Suguru as they navigated the aisles. "Suguru! Hey, Suguru! Where are you?"
But there was no response, no sign of Suguru anywhere. They retraced their steps all the way back to the checkout counter, and the cashier noticed their distressed expressions.
"Is there a problem?" the cashier asked, scanning their snacks.
Satoru exchanged a worried glance with (M/n). "We can't find our friend, Suguru. He was with us, but now he's gone."
The cashier furrowed their brow, concern growing as well. "Let me help you. I'll make an announcement."
The cashier reached for the store's intercom and spoke into it. "Attention shoppers, we have a lost customer. Geto Suguru, you have two lost children waiting for you at cash register 6. I repeat, Geto Suguru, please come to cash register 6."
Satoru and (M/n) exchanged glances again, this time with a mix of amusement and embarrassment. The announcement had certainly attracted the attention of fellow shoppers, who were now casting curious glances in their direction.
Satoru chuckled. "Well, this is one way to get Suguru's attention."
(M/n) nodded, a sheepish grin forming on their face. "I hope he hears it and comes back soon."
As they waited for Suguru to respond to the announcement, Satoru couldn't help but glance around at the snacks in their cart. "At least we have plenty of snacks to keep us entertained while we wait."
And so, with snacks in hand and an announcement echoing through the supermarket, Satoru and (M/n) waited for their lost companion to find his way back to cash register 6, where they hoped to reunite and continue their eventful shopping trip.
As Suguru approached cash register 6 in response to the announcement, he couldn't help but wear a weary expression, knowing that his friends, Satoru and (M/n), were likely the cause of this disruption. He found them there, both pouting with their arms crossed over their chests as they huffed in his direction.
Satoru pointed an accusatory finger at Suguru. "You abandoned us, Suguru!"
(M/n), chiming in from the background, added, "Yeah, what he said!"
Suguru couldn't hide the irritation on his face as he scrutinized their guilt-ridden expressions. "What kind of trouble did you two get into this time?"
Satoru, sitting comfortably in the shopping cart, leaned forward and dramatically placed a hand on his heart. "We ventured into the cleaning aisle, Suguru, the place where time stands still. We thought we'd lost you forever."
(M/n) couldn't resist joining in on the teasing. "Yeah, Suguru, we even found some ancient cleaning potions with your name on them."
Suguru let out an exasperated sigh. "You're both impossible." He then glanced at their cart, noticing the abundance of snacks. "At least you managed to get what we needed."
Satoru couldn't resist one last jab. "Oh, we got everything, Suguru, including some prune juice for you."
(M/n) laughed, playfully adding, "Don't forget the fiber-rich cereal!"
Suguru's annoyance reached its peak, and he muttered under his breath, "I'm surrounded by children."
As they approached the cashier to pay for their groceries, Satoru and (M/n) couldn't resist having the last word. They began teasing Suguru once more, chanting in sing-song voices, "Suguru's an old man, Suguru's an old man."
Suguru rolled his eyes, but he couldn't deny the warmth that spread through him at the sight of his mischievous friends. They might drive him crazy at times, but he wouldn't have it any other way. Together, they paid for their groceries and left the supermarket, their playful banter echoing in the air, a testament to their enduring friendship.

Could you write something with Rio x reader? Where reader is Marcus’ nanny and Rio starts falling in love with her. 💙
The Nanny
Rio x fem!reader
wc: 1.4k
Tumblr media
Mick helped Rio with a lot of things, but he'd never been more grateful for his services until he recommended Yn for a nanny.
Rio was a single father with an empire to maintain, it was hard being out for most of the day and coming home to a house that was, not disgusting but definitely not as clean as it should be. He was tired whenever he got home and whatever energy he did have left went to his son Marcus. Playing with him, taking him to soccer practice after school, helping him get ready for bed, and reading him stories before he slept. By the time all that was done, he himself would be knocked out in bed or on the couch.
One day, just venting about how everything was going Mick brought up Yn, she used to watch Mick's children as well and she was amazing at her job, the house was always spotless, the food she cooked was phenomenal, not to mention she was great with the kids and helping them in any way they needed. She slowly became a part of their family so much so that they still constantly kept in touch.
Rio wasn't too keen on anyone other than family watching Marcus, but at this point, he was willing to take all the help he could get and so he got her number from his partner and dialled her up explaining the positive things that Mick had told him.
The call couldn't have come at a better time because Yn was in between shitty jobs that she didn't enjoy. She agreed to meet with him at a park not too far from his place, he let Marcus run around while still keeping a watchful eye on him until someone entered his atmosphere, the softest voice saying, "Hi, sorry, are you Rio?"
He was immediately struck by her beauty, he didn't know who he was expecting but it definitely wasn't her. He almost didn't want to bother with an interview, wanted to tell her she was hired on the spot. He proceeded with it anyway but it didn't feel like a regular one, yeah he asked her how many families she worked for, and what interests her about childcare but that was about it. They spent that afternoon just talking about any and everything.
Rio was smitten by her smile, her laughter was infectious. She did a cute little head tilt whenever she laughed which he was sure she was unaware of. He hired her right then and there.
That's when things started to get a little too involved on his side. He was in his feelings over her, it all happened so quickly. The relationship that Yn had built with Marcus was such a sweet thing to watch unravel, he loved watching him get excited to see her walk through that door, the way the two of them would be in the kitchen dicing it up whenever he got home— he had forgotten what it was like to have another person around but he was enjoying this.
"Can I eat the batter?" Rio heard Marcus ask excitedly, he chuckled shrugging off his jacket and hanging it up in the closet, he slid off his shoes dumping them right under his jacket before closing the closet door. He shuffled over to the kitchen catching Yn handing over a spoon with some batter on it to Marcus who eagerly took it and got to work.
Rio asked. "What's going on here? Sweets before bed?" Marcus froze and so did Yn. Marcus whispers. "Maybe if we don't move he won't see us." His dad approached him, dipping his finger in the batter and plopping it on his child's nose. Marcus giggled hugging his dad. "How was your day kiddo?"
"Awesome. Practice got cancelled, so Yn took me to an arcade that she said she used to go to and then we went to get ice cream-"
"You didn't have work to do?" Rio questioned, he knew that Yn had a soft spot for Marcus and it was hard for her to tell him no sometimes. "Yeah, I did it when I came home."
Yn bent her lips in to hide her smile when Rio looked at her with raised eyebrows, she nodded confirming he did finish his work. "Aight. When you're done go get ready for bed. I'll be up in a minute."
Marcus turned to Yn. "Are you coming too?"
She shook her head. "Sorry honey, I have to go home soon." He pouted turning back to his father. "Why can't Yn love with us?"
The question threw the both of them off guard. Rio rubbed the back of his neck letting out a nervous laugh. "I mean, she has her own house and her own space papito."
He hung his head. "I know, but it'd just be more fun."
Yn blushed. "Well, maybe one day I'll spend the night... uh, if that's okay with your dad." Marcus grinned looking up at Rio. He wouldn't refuse that opportunity himself. He nodded his head over to the steps, a silent message for him to get his butt upstairs like he instructed the first time. The young boy sighed and licked off the last of the batter off before dumping the spoon in the sink. "Good night Yn." He said hugging her leg, she bent down pressing a kiss on his head.
"Good night sweets, I'll see you tomorrow."
With the two finally alone, Rio leaned against the counter, eyes dragging down her body as she finished the final touches on the cupcakes they just poured out. "You need help with anything?" Asked Rio. Yn shook her head. "Im just gonna put this in the oven, wash the dishes and be out of your hair."
"You always say that like I don't want you here."
Yn tugged on her bottom lip. "Sorry,"
"It's all good..." His sentence trailed off once she opened the oven and bent over sliding the tray inside, eyes glued to her backside even when she straightened up and closed the door. Yn turned around catching him in the act of pure adoration. Her face felt warm again.
"You're food is in the microwave, might be cold though."
He thanked her and started the microwave to warm up his food. He shoved his hands in his pockets, "So," he started. "How was your day?"
She shrugged. "Good, we just hung out-"
"Nah, nah," Rio leaned on the counter right next to her, his elbow popped her personal bubble once her crossed his arms. "How was your day? Aside from Marcus." Letting her know it was more of a personal question. "Oh, um... it was okay."
He raised his 'brow. "Why just okay?"
"Just tired, I don't know. I didn't sleep last night and then you called for me to come early-"
"You should've said something this morning. I would've cancelled what I had and dropped him off at school instead, let you sleep in."
She shook her head dismissing his offer. "It's cool."
Rio pondered on what Marcus had said earlier, maybe it wouldn't be so bad having Yn become a live in nanny. She lived far from where he was but bless her heart she always made it to the house or the school on time but now he was wondering how early she was waking up, starting to become worried if she was getting enough sleep.
"What if uh... what if you stayed here?"
She stopped scrubbing at the dishes and casted her eyes to the side. "What? Like... live with you guys?"
"Yeah, that way you could get some sleep, don't have to worry about driving so much. You wake up and everything's right here." YN twisted her mouth to the side, she was considering it, hell she wanted to say yes but it would look too weird and eager. Her response was taking a bit too long causing Rio to back track. "Look, it's only a suggestion. There's an extra room upstairs, I'll pay to move all your stuff here. If you want."
Yn looked over at him, a small smirk sat on his face and it caused her to smile. "Okay."
"Yeah?" He sounded a little too excited. "Yeah... it could be fun." Her tone suddenly turned from cheery to deep. "Aight then, it starts tonight. You go catch some sleep, I'll do the dishes when I'm done."
"Rio, it's okay."
His nostrils flared. She was a bit stubborn. "YN."
She sighed putting her hands up in surrender. "When the timer goes off take the cake out of the oven. Marcus' lunch is already packed."
"No problem. You can raid my closet until your stuff gets here. What's mine is yours ma."
She smiled softly. "Thanks. I will see you in the morning."
Rio winked and watched her vanish upstairs. He smirked knowing he has her right where he wanted her.

This photos of the Aussie's are so freaking adorable and I needed to write something. Chan looks adorable just resting on Felix's shoulder. 🥰 I'm also on a roll with Fluff and have been in a fluffy mood, smut will be posted later. lol, it's 4:20am, I started at 3:50. Honestly thought this took longer to write.
Blogs: @heartbinn
Tags: Tooth rotting fluff it's so cute, Mn says ILY to Chanlix for the first time, Mn deeply loves his Aussie's, rough airport descriptions cause I've never been in one (;-;), it's so fluffy it needs to be mentioned twice. Felix is called Pixie, Nn means nickname, Chan is called Channie.
Tumblr media
The departure gate buzzed with the energy of travelers, the anticipation of new adventures looming in the air. Amidst the hustle and bustle, Stray Kids stood together, their camaraderie evident in the easy banter and shared laughter that echoed through the terminal.
Felix had his gaze fixed intently on the screen displaying flight information, Chan standing behind him, watching Felix's movements and muttering a few things which had Felix turn his head to hear the quiet words only to smile softly when he heard words of adoration.
You stood at another station, having just finished getting your ticket and you look up, smiling at Chan leaning on Felix before smiling cutely and waving when you catch Chan's eye, gaining a silent giggle, wide smile, and his adorable dimples. You see Felix possibly ask what he was laughing at and Chan points at you, you do the action again and gain another smile.
You three had formed an inseparable bond since you joined Stray Kids before the Five Star era and your connection deepened with each passing day, eventually they asked if you wanted to be with them and you couldn't believe they both liked you while you've been liking them since Stray Kid's third anniversary. You were also shocked knowing they were actually together.
As Felix navigated the ticketing process with practiced ease, Chan leaned over his shoulder again, a casual gesture that no one would think twice about but you knew Chan was resisting full on cuddling him at the ticket stand. You still stood a few steps away next to Changbin and you couldn't help but feel a surge of warmth at the sight of your boyfriends.
You watched as Chan's eyes scanned the screen, his gaze lingering on Felix's actions with a mixture of fondness and admiration. Judging by how long they've been standing there, Felix was doing Chan's ticket as well, Chan's eyes scanned rapidly at his information.
A smile tugged at you lips as you observed the interaction between the two of them. Despite the chaos when entering the airport and the murmurs of fans keeping their distance, there was a sense of peace that settled over you just seeing the two. You also felt an abundance of love that's been with you since you woke up. You always loved it when they were barefaced and comfy.
Felix's laughter rang out, infectious and genuine, as he tilts his head back and leans it against Chan's for a moment before pulling back. Chan's gentle smile made you smile.
Feeling a sudden impulse, you interrupt Changbin gently, smiling apologetically as you excuse yourself but Changbin knows, he was watching you stare at the aussies the whole time he spoke but he couldn't help but smile at how you looked at the two.
You finally walk over to them, your movements quick but subtle as not to give away your need to be near your boys. As casual as possible, you positioned yourself behind Felix, peaking over his other shoulder, your right hand finding its place on Felix's waist, while your left hand took Chan's and pulled it to hide the sweet connection between you and Felix's back.
The touch was intimate yet innocuous. Felix, engrossed in the task at hand now that Chan wasn't distracting him, was unaware of your approach until he felt the weight and gentle squeeze of your hand against his side. A soft gasp escaped his lips, followed by a smile that lit up his face. Turning his head, he met Mn's gaze with a mixture of surprise and affection.
Chan, ever observant, caught the exchange out of the corner of his eye. A smile played at the corners of his lips as he turned to meet Mn's gaze. There was an unspoken understanding between them, a silent acknowledgment of your affection.
"What're you cuties laughing at?" You murmured quietly enough for them to hear and Chan giggles. "Changbin was talking to you but you looked like you were gonna melt into a puddle staring at us." He replied and you hide further behind the brim of your hat. "Was I thought obvious?" You ask as you lean against Felix's shoulder. "Yeah, just a little. Changbin was smiling though. I think he was amused, actually."
Felix finally stepped back and gave Chan his stuff. "Jeez, that wouldn't have taken so long if someone~ wasn't teasing~ me." Felix smiles at Chan who chuckles softly. "It's fine, I had Jisung distracting me before Minho took him away to get his stuff." You say.
What felt like forever later, away from fans, you all had to wait a short amount of time for your plane. Chan leaned on your shoulder while Felix scrolled on his phone, holding your hand. Occasionally, more like every thirty seconds, you kiss the top of Felix's head and he hums, squeezing your hand and nuzzles the tiniest bit into your shoulder each time.
Of course, on the flight, you got the middle seat and the two sat on either side of you. This time Felix sleeps on your shoulder and Chan is leaning on you. From what you can hear, most of the other boys are sleeping or quietly talking to one another.
"Channie?" He hums, looking up at you, all his attention on you and you smile. "I love you." Chan smiles widely, suddenly wide awake as he lets go of your hand, cradling your face then giving you a firm kiss on your lips as he giggles softly. Your first 'I love you' since beginning to date them and your first kiss with Chan. He pulls back, giddy as ever as he bumps his nose against yours. "You're so cute. I love you, too, Nn."
Your body subconsciously turned when Chan grabbed your face and Felix sits up. "What?" He asked sleepily and you look over to him, laughing softly. "I love you, Pixie." "Pixie?" Felix mumbles before nuzzling into your shoulder, you notice a light blush cover his freckles as he coos but it sounds more like a whine. "Pixie~" He hums, bringing his head back up and you place a gentle kiss on his lips, he eyes are wide open when you pull away, seeming to be fully awake now.
"You-" "I love you..." You smile shyly and Felix squeals quietly, leaning forward to bury his face in your neck while giggling. "I love you, too, Hyung." He mumbles and you feel him smile into your neck.
"Flight attendant." Chan mutters and Felix pulls back but the both of them don't let go of your hands.
When you land and all nine of you are out of the public eye, Chan and Felix are giving you a couple kisses and hugs. The boys are shocked at the new affection but surprisingly are very happy. Being the silly boys they are, they cheer for you guys and you cover your burning face which Minho calls a cherry.
You felt so much love for them that you were absolutely sure with telling them in that moment. A moment that was never forgotten.

Oh you don’t say? Ok, fluffy one shot idea for you. Steve, backstage, when Eddie comes back from his First Ever Packed Show! “They really loved me Stevie!! 🥹🥹” excited and exhilarated and exhausted??
I saw this JUST before I was going to bed xD But I'll reply to it now. (other people feel free to send me things, not just my pal void! Also, go check out their writing). First ever packed show; Eddie was like a firework. His explosion of energy was evident, and the colour that came off of him was like catching wind in a sail. It just urged you forward. It was impossible not to be compelled by Eddie, and that was more than obvious as the roar of a full stadium reached Steve backstage. This wasn't Eddie's first show, but it was the first big league one. The stadium was sold out, and everyone here was screaming for Corroded Coffin. It was wild to think that the four men out there on the stage had come from little-town-nowhere and were now adored by hundreds. It was impossible not to adore Eddie. He knew how to put on a performance, and he knew how to engage the audience in a way that only a true showman could. Steve could never do something like that. He never wanted that much attention on him. He was proud of Eddie though, more proud than he could put into words. The band ran off-stage as the crowd continued to yell, the lights around them dimming as Steve already heard shouts for an encore. It didn't seem to matter how much the people adored Eddie though, because Steve could see that as soon as Eddie reached the wings he was looking around wildly for him. "Steve!" Eddie yelled, spying him against one of the back walls. He had chosen that spot to stay out of the Grips' way but hadn't wanted to go too far and miss the performance. "Present," Steve said, raising a hand and then opening his arms as he saw Eddie beelining it for him. Eddie was in his arms in a flash, throwing all of his weight on Steve as he latched on around his neck and hugged him tightly. He was damp with sweat and Steve couldn't help the involuntary 'ouph' that escaped him from the impact.
"Steve!" Eddie shouted again, pulling back to hold Steve's face in his hands. "Sold out, baby! Sold out! Did you see that? They love us--they freaking love us!" Eddie's smile was so brilliant that Steve was certain he could have lit up the whole solar system if he tried. His eyes were twinkling, and despite how exhausted he looked, there was an unbridled energy that hummed behind his expression. "I saw, I saw---" Steve chuckled, letting himself be manhandled. Eddie was like this after every show. His adrenaline was high, and his lust for life was like nothing else. He loved being famous. He loved performing, and Steve knew that he was meant to do it. Eddie was supposed to wow crowds and put on one of the best shows on the planet. "They're asking for an encore," Eddie said, nose to nose with Steve. His smile hadn't faded at all, and Steve felt the infectiousness of it as he grinned back. "Can't blame 'em," Steve replied with a laugh, holding Eddie around the waist. "You should get out there." "Don't go anywhere," Eddie said quickly, looking over his shoulder at the guys who were already standing in the wings, ready to head back out there. "I'll be right back. I'll---I'll be right back." Eddie kissed him hard on the mouth, and Steve hardly got the chance to kiss back before Eddie was rushing back toward the stage. It was hilarious to watch him stumble over himself and then try to look composed as he walked back out to a cheering crowd. Steve just smiled affectionately and wiped away the flecks of sweat and makeup that Eddie had gotten on his cheeks. This was par for the course, and Steve had to admit that he loved every second of being in Eddie's glow.

“I’m better”
Pairing: plastic!Karen Shetty x plastic!fem!reader
Warnings: Pining, kissing, jealous!Karen, flirty!reader, mentions of s3x, s3x jokes, crude language
—————————————————————————————————————
Tumblr media
In the bustling cafeteria of North Shore High School, Karen Shetty and Gretchen Wieners occupied their usual spot, eagerly awaiting the arrival of Y/N and Regina George. Karen, tapping her perfectly manicured nails on the table, couldn't hide her impatience.
“It’s been five minutes ”, the curly haired girl sighed as she looked across the bustling cafeteria
“Mama, it’s fine. I’m sure she just got held back in class and can’t text you back”, Gretchen said as she patted Karen’s head
Gretchen, always attuned to Karen's whims, nodded sympathetically.
“Not but she’s also been taking up all of y/n’s attention lately. Ugh!”, Karen complained
Before Karen could delve deeper into her complaint, the cafeteria doors swung open, revealing Y/N and Regina strolling in arm in arm, their laughter filling the air. Karen's eyes widened, and she exchanged an exasperated glance with Gretchen. She sat on the edge of her seat and was ready for whatever excuse y/n was gonna say as to why she wasn’t replying.
Y/N and Regina approached the table, their infectious energy preceding them.
"Hey, losers. What’s the gossip also, we’re hanging at my house afterward”, the blonde girl spoke with authority
Karen, trying to mask her annoyance, put on her ditzy persona.
“Oh, you know just waiting for the two of you like always”
Y/N smirked knowingly, sensing the undercurrents in Karen's tone.
The girl wore straight cut jeans that made her look taller than she was, but even then Regina and Karen stood tall when next to the girl, and an off shoulder-cropped top that could pass off as a baby’s t-shirt due to how much it revealed her stomach and shoulders.
“Sorry, got caught up in Regina's thrilling story of how some girl named Janis had an obsession with her.", y/n sat down
Regina laughed, oblivious to Karen's internal struggle.
As the conversation turned to the mundane details of their day, Karen couldn't resist peppering the discussion with subtle jabs, her jealousy veiled by her bubbly demeanor.
"Oh, Y/N, did you get my text? I sent, like, five emojis in a row. So cute, right?"
Y/N, playing along, chuckled.
“Sorry, Karen, got lost in Regina's rant on how she saw Jason working at Taco Bell. You know how it is."
Karen's attempts to hide her jealousy were betrayed by the narrowing of her eyes, but she quickly covered it with a forced giggle.
Gretchen, sensing the tension, attempted to steer the conversation into safer territory.
“Anyway, class was, like, so boring today. Mr. Duvall went on and on about quadratic equations."
Regina rolled her eyes dramatically.
“Ugh, like, who cares about math? I'd rather discuss something important, like which shade of lipstick looks best on me."
Karen, unable to resist a snide remark, interjected.
“Well, speaking of shades, Y/N, I noticed you were wearing a really bold color today. Trying to make a statement?"
Y/N, catching on to Karen's game, raised an eyebrow.
“Just trying to keep things interesting, Karen. Isn't that what you love about me?"
———————————————————————
The next day, Y/N decided to play a lighthearted prank to get Karen to speak up more. She carefully chose her outfit that took her an hour of indecisive choices.
She decided on a skirt that SHOULD have been a dress code violation to the school but isn’t, with nothing but a bra under her cropped cardigan that if she moved too much, anyone would be scared for the button to pop.
Y/n texted Gretchen to pick her up today because she refused to get her license with the excuse that she wanted to stay as a passenger princess (for karen 🗣️🗣️)
Y/N entered the school confidently, ready to see the reaction it would elicit from both Karen and Regina George.
As Y/N strolled through the hallways, the two couldn't help but notice the lingering gazes from their peers. The whispers and nudges followed them like a shadow, heightening the dramatic tension.
Y/n spotted Karen at her pink locker that she glammed up the first day of school. Karen was re-applying her lipgloss as she looked at her reflection in the mirror hung up in her locker. The sound of y/n’s heeled boots clacked and Y/N's eyes met Karen's, a playful challenge embedded within the gaze. Karen, a mixture of surprise and amusement, couldn't help but turn away from the girl, focusing on just applying her lipgloss to avoid looking at the girl.
However, before y/n reached Karen, Regina appeared strutting to the shorter girl, feigning casual conversation while secretly sizing up the outfit.
"Well, well, Y/N. Trying to make a statement today, are we?"
Y/N, playing along with the charade, grinned mischievously.
"Just thought I'd shake things up a bit, Regina. Keep life interesting."
Regina smirked, sensing an opportunity to stir the pot.
"Interesting, indeed. I wonder what Karen thinks about your fashion statement."
Meanwhile, Karen observed the exchange that happened just a meter away from her, an amused glint in her eyes. She approached the scene, pretending nonchalance.
"What's going on here? Am I missing the latest fashion trends?"
Y/N shot Karen a sly look, reveling in the game they were playing.
"Oh please, you look like you want to fuck me.", y/n joked and Regina laughed with
Karen chuckled, her gaze lingering on Y/N with a mix of admiration and desire.
“Well, you certainly know how to keep things exciting. Let me try your top on sometime."
“Maybe, take me out for a drive later and we’ll see”
As Regina and Gretchen sensed the tension they both left, leaving the two girls to figure themselves out.
As school came to an end, Karen pulled up her Pink Porche at the front of the school where Y/N waited while ok her phone.
The girl rolled her windows down and told her to get in.
As Y/N entered, she buckled herself in as Karen started driving.
The pair talked about school that day and they shared laughs and giggles.
At one point, Y/N wanted to pull the curly haired girls strings again. The girl pulled out her purse and took out her lipgloss. She looked into the mirror and carefully re-applied it as she said,
“Oh my God Karen. Earlier at lunch I got held back right and so I missed out on lunch but when I went to find you guys, Regina had already got me my food. Isn’t she just the sweetest”, Y/N said practically drooling over Regina’s actions.
The car came to a halt and Y/N turned to Karen with a sad expression on her face.
Her usually bright persona disappeared and y/n realised.
“What do you like about her anyway. She hasn’t even fucked you like I have and you treat me like we’re just friends”, Karen said with tears welling in her eyes.
Y/n’s expression softened and turned her body to the girl.
“Oh, Kary, I don’t like Regina like I like you-“
“Then be mine”, The girl huffed out
The latter softly grabbed Karen’s cheek as they both leaned close. Karen’s hand found their way to Y/n’s waist, carefully tracing circles on her exposed skin.
Y/n could feel the girls breath on her face as she closed the gap between them two. Their lips moved in sync and Karen leaned forward, making Y/N go back into her own seat, trapping the girl with one hand on the wheel and the other on the girl.
Y/N pulled back quickly as she quickly realised and said,
“Alright that’s enough, I just re-applied my gloss”, she huffed out pouting as a joke.
Karen giggled at the girl as the latter applied gloss on again.
“Woman, are you serious. I just-“, Karen said wide eyed
Y/N leaned in once again and harshly grabbed the girls face, leaving Karen in shock of the girls sudden bold action. Y/n pulled away and fixed up her top as if she didn’t just silence the girl.
“That was one of my life goals, to be kissed by you”
Karen giggled as she reignited the engine and Y/n turned her head to the window pretending she didn’t hear the other.

UNVEILING HEARTS
pairing: Harry Potter x reader
warnings: alcohol consumption
synopsis: In a world where Voldemort doesn't exist, you and Harry Potter have been best friends for years. As your final year at Hogwarts approaches, a party brings forth unexpected confessions.
fluff, best friends to lovers
Tumblr media
The Hogwarts grounds were adorned with colorful decorations as the final year students prepared for the grand end-of-year celebration. Among them, you and your best friend, Harry Potter, were buzzing with excitement. You had been inseparable since your first year, forging a bond that had only grown stronger with time.
As the evening of the party approached, you couldn't help but feel a mix of anticipation and nervousness. You had been harboring deeper feelings for Harry, but the fear of jeopardizing your friendship held you back. Tonight, however, the magical ambiance and a touch of liquid courage might just change everything.
As the sun set, the Great Hall had been transformed into a dazzling spectacle. Enchanted lights were dancing overhead, and music was filling the air. The atmosphere was electric, as everyone was celebrating the grand end-of-year feast. The food was delicious, the company was entertaining, and the alcohol flowed freely.
As the evening progressed, you found yourself immersed in the festivities. You were laughing and dancing with your friends. As the night progressed, you felt your nerves melting away.
Amidst the crowd, Harry stood out. Your eyes were drawn to him, his eyes sparkling with mischief and his laugh filling the room. You couldn't resist stealing glances at him, your heart fluttering at the sight of his infectious smile.
Tonight was the night to be bold. You wanted to take a chance, to reveal the depth of your feelings for Harry. You took a deep breath, summoning the courage to finally act on the feelings you had harbored for so long. You had to take a shot.
As the night wore on and the drinks started flowing freely, the atmosphere became more relaxed. Everyone was caught up in the joyous energy of the party, including Harry.
You had to admit, he looked like he was having a good time. His laugh, infectious and joyous, filled the room and made him stand out. Your gaze was drawn to him, unable to resist stealing glances his way.
As the night went on, the alcohol continued to flow and the atmosphere grew looser. People were less inhibited, less worried about appearances, and more willing to have fun.
As fate would have it, you and Harry somehow find yourselves sitting together on a secluded balcony, taking a momentary break from the festivities.
The cool night air brushes against your skin, refreshing and invigorating. You can't help but notice how cozy this moment is, so different from the noise and chaos of the party.
You take a deep breath, the air cool and crisp, and listen as the distant sound of laughter drifts through the doors behind you. It's peaceful, the sound of other people's joy fading into the background. In this moment, there's only you and Harry.
You turn to face Harry, your heart beating rapidly. It feels like you're living in a movie, this moment so perfect, like a fairy tale. Harry's enthusiasm is infectious, his voice full of wonder.
"This party is incredible," he says, and you smile, your heart pounding.
"I know, it feels bittersweet," you whisper, your voice shaking slightly. "But I'm grateful for all the memories we've made together. Everything we've been through to get here. It's hard to believe this is our last year at Hogwarts."
Harry's eyes met yours, a hint of curiosity shining through. "Speaking of memories, Y/N, there's something I've been wanting to tell you."
Your breath caught in your throat as you waited for him to continue. The alcohol coursing through your veins made you feel bolder, more willing to dive into the unknown.
"I've known you for so long, Y/N, and you've always been there for me. But lately, I've been feeling something more. I can't ignore the way my heart skips a beat whenever I'm around you. I don't want to risk our friendship, but I also can't deny what I'm feeling."
Your heart soared at his confession, and the words tumbled out before you could stop them. "Harry, you have no idea how long I've been wrestling with the same feelings. You've always been the one who understands me the most, who makes me feel safe. I want to take this chance, to see where this could lead."
Harry's eyes widened, a mixture of surprise and joy dancing in them. "Y/N, are you saying...?"
Before Harry could finish his sentence, the door to the balcony suddenly swung open, revealing Ron and Hermione. Both of them wore mischievous grins that spoke volumes, their eyes settling on you and Harry.
Ron took a step closer, his eyes darting between you and Harry with a knowing smirk on his face. "Ah, there you are," he said, his tone teasing. "We've been looking everywhere for you. It seems like we interrupted something important."
Hermione, standing behind Ron, nodded and gave you both a small, knowing smile. "Well, we'll just leave you two alone then. Carry on."
With a smile, Hermione backed away to give Harry and you some privacy. Ron, however, seemed unwilling to leave. He didn't move, his gaze still locked on both of you. His knowing smirk remained on his face, his eyes filled with mischief.
"Yeah, we definitely interrupted something important," he said, his tone teasing.
As the door closed behind Hermione and Ron, you and Harry exchanged a look that was rich with anticipation. The air was thick with unspoken promises, the tension almost palpable.
Encouraged by both the alcohol and the shared confession, you both leaned in towards each other. Hesitant but curious, your lips met for a tender, intimate kiss. It was a culmination of all those years of friendship, and the feelings of desire and unspoken passion that had brewed within you.
As the kiss deepened, it became more passionate, an explosion of feelings as the weight of your emotions crashed around you like an undertow. Your heart raced as the connection between you and Harry grew deeper, the trust between you growing stronger with each passing second. It was a moment of vulnerability, where your desires, the unspoken passions that had brewed within you for so long, were finally released into the world. It was a beautiful dance between two hearts finally finding their way to each other, the music of your souls harmonizing in perfect sync.
When you finally pulled apart, you found yourself gasping for breath, breathless and wide-eyed. There were so many emotions swirling around inside of you, and you struggled to contain them as you looked at Harry, who was staring at you with awe and admiration.
With his hand gently cupping your cheek, Harry spoke softly, his voice filled with wonder. "Y/N, I've been waiting for this moment for so long. You mean everything to me."
You looked at him, and your heart tumbled within your chest. This was the moment you had both been waiting for.
You couldn't help but smile as you took Harry's hand, your heart swelling with joy. He meant everything to you, all those years of unspoken feelings and quiet desires finally coming together.
Hand in hand, you both returned to the party, the world around you now imbued with a newfound magic. Music and merriment filled the air, the joyful atmosphere contagious as you danced beneath the enchanting lights. The laughter and stolen glances became the soundtrack of your love story. You looked over at Harry, who smiled back, your hearts pounding at the same time. This was perfect, just perfect.
As the night progressed, the alcohol continued to flow, and the inhibitions of those around you began to evaporate like morning mist. The air was filled with a sense of camaraderie, as people gathered around, laughing and sharing their hopes, dreams, and deepest secrets. The music grew louder, the conversation growing more animated as people started to open up and get to know each other better. This was no longer just a party; this was an experience, and you were a part of it.
In the midst of the revelry, you and Harry found yourselves sitting beneath a canopy of stars, the gentle glow of the moon casting a soft light over your faces. The atmosphere was still, as if all the noise and excitement from the party had been sucked into the night sky. You and Harry looked at each other, your hearts beating wildly. It was just the two of you, alone under the stars.
"Y/N," Harry began, his voice slightly slurred, "I've never told anyone this before, but you've always been my inspiration."
You looked at him, your heart racing, wondering where this conversation was heading. You'd been by Harry's side through it all, both of you fighting for the good.
"You make me want to be a better person," Harry continued, his words becoming even more slurred as the night went on. "You've taught me the meaning of bravery and loyalty. You're the reason I want to fight for what's right."
As Harry stumbled over his words, you couldn't help but wonder what he meant. You had been by his side through every challenge, through every battle... and this whole time, he'd seen you as his inspiration? You were at a loss for words, your heart beating erratically.
Harry continued to speak, his voice becoming increasingly slurred as the evening progressed. You could tell he was having a hard time getting the words out, his eyes brimming with emotion. "You're the reason I am where I am today."
Harry slowly leaned in, his lips hovering close to yours. When his lips finally touched yours, a surge of emotion washed over you. The alcohol and the shared confession had created a passionate moment, and you couldn't help but give in to your feelings. Your bodies became one, your tongues meeting in a whirlwind of emotion. This was the night you had both been waiting for, and it was wonderful.

Jealousy | Jamie Drysdale
jamie drysdale x fem! reader jealous feelings arise in jamie when a bold man tries to flirt with you at a party. (words: 1.0k)
request: can you do prompts 10 and 12 with Jamie?
a/n: thank you for the request anon! kinda hate this but it took a little bit to write so i wanted to post! i hope everyone is having a good day ilysm <3
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
As you and Jamie stepped into the vibrant party, the lively music enveloped you both, filling the air with an infectious energy. You were hand in hand, smiling and enjoying each other's company, completely absorbed in your own little world. The room was abuzz with laughter, conversations, and the clinking of glasses.
Tonight was Trevor’s birthday. He told everyone he was going ‘casual’ this year for his birthday bash, only inviting a few friends; however, everyone saw right through him. He thinks of every excuse he can to throw a rager. He once told you that red solo cups, slurred words, and excessively loud music brought him comfort… You just laughed and nodded in reply.
As you made your way through the crowd, you couldn't help but notice a stranger's lingering gaze upon you. A handsome individual, he seemed captivated by your presence, attempting to catch your eye. You glanced at Jamie, wondering if he had noticed as well. The daggers he was shooting the man seemed to have answered your question.
“Why is he staring at you like that?” Jamie mutters as jealousy consumes him. “Does he not know we’re together?” Jamie, usually composed and easygoing, furrowed his brows, a flicker of unease crossing his face. He glared in the direction of the stranger, watching his subtle attempts to engage your attention.
“I don’t know but he’s gawking at me so much it’s almost embarrassing.” You giggle, attempting to lighten up the situation.
With a mixture of protectiveness and possessiveness, Jamie tightened his grip on your hand. He cleared his throat, responding in a slightly defensive tone, “He’s just being an asshole.”
A small grin tugged at the corners of your mouth as you realized his subtle vulnerability. The realization that Jamie, your ever-confident partner, was feeling a twinge of jealousy caused entertainment to sparkle in your eyes.
“Wait a minute, are you jealous?” You question with a playful grin. “Is my Jamie jealous?” You teased once again. His teeth sunk into his bottom lip, biting back a smile. He rolled his eyes in response.
“And what would I be jealous of exactly?” He feigned innocence, placing his hand on your waist and pulling you closer. You giggled, resting your hand on his chest. “Because I’m definitely not jealous of the 5’9 douchebag over there.”
A smug smirk danced around your lips. The edge in Jamie’s tone confirmed your thoughts, “I don’t know, Drysdale, it seems like you were.” He stifled out a laugh in response before pulling your face close to his and capturing your lips in a heated kiss. The kiss was fiery, a melding of lips, tongues, and desires. You moaned against his lips as his hand snuck lower down your back and gave a small squeeze to your ass.
“Jeez, get a room,” Trevor snickered from behind you. You pulled away from Jamie, sending Trevor a glare. “Hey, you can’t be mean to me, Y/N/N, it’s my birthday!” He put his hands up in defense.
“I can do whatever I want! This is a free country.” You retorted playfully. He opened his mouth to fire something back in response, but you interrupted, “Joking! Happy birthday, Trev.”
After saying his thank you’s, Trevor began talking to Jamie about various topics. You stood silently next to them, laughing at some of their comments, and enjoying Jamie’s presence.
Out of the corner of your eye, you noticed the stranger from before approaching you. He wore a charming smile as confidence radiated off of him. The stranger approached, making his way through the crowd with deliberate steps. You exchanged a quick glance with Jamie, wondering if he noticed the newcomer's advances. Jamie- who was too engaged in Trevor’s story- didn’t seem to notice.
As the stranger reached your side, he mustered a confident greeting, his words laced with charm. “Hi, I’m Jake. May I say, you look beautiful.” You remained polite, but your loyalty to Jamie was unwavering. Jamie's gaze, once carefree and relaxed, sharpened with a sudden intensity as he registered the subtle intrusion.
“I'm Y/N/N, and thank you.” You replied, sending him a small smile. As he continued to flirt with you, your sentences were short and cold, hoping he’d get the hint but he didn’t.
A flicker of possessiveness and protectiveness flashed across Jamie's face. He tightened his grip around your waist, subtly asserting his presence and staking his claim. Sensing Jamie's unease, you glanced up at him, your eyes meeting his in silent understanding.
Jamie excused himself from the conversation with Trevor and turned to Jake. With a touch of defiance, Jamie firmly responded to the stranger's advances, his voice carrying an underlying edge. "She’s taken, buddy. Back off," he said, his tone leaving no room for misinterpretation.
Jake’s eyes flickered between you and Jamie, “And you’re her boyfriend?” He scoffed, stifling out a laugh. Your mouth fell agape at his words.
“Yeah, he is my boyfriend and he’s perfect. He’s not a pathetic little boy like you who goes around trying to latch onto taken women like a leech.” You snap, hurtful words flying off your tongue like nothing. The second he began disrespecting Jamie, it was like something had snapped inside of you.
A mix of surprise and frustration flickered across Jake’s face, but he eventually backed away. As he retreated into the crowd, Jamie's protective stance relaxed slightly, though the fire in his eyes remained.
“I love you so much, baby,” Jamie gushed, pressing a soft kiss to your forehead.
“I love you more.”
You leaned into Jamie, the familiar scent of his cologne soothing your senses. He wrapped his arms around you, drawing you closer, a silent reassurance that he would always be there to shield you from any unwanted advances. The pulsating music faded into the background as you found comfort in each other's embrace.

Ruben Dias x Reader - Fake Love Part 2/8
Tumblr media
Reader is a kindergarten teacher. Nothing more nothing less. But following an accident whistle vacation in Dubai she somehow makes her boyfriend believe that she does somthing else for a living, something that earns her way more money than she has. Her boyfriend, Ruben, is just happy to have found someone who understands him so well, someone who doesn't want him for his money since money isn't an issue for neither reader or himself. Or so thinks. Would finding out the truth ruin their newfound relationship? Readers thinks so, and does everything to keep up the lie, although it has some bad people from the middle east looking for her.
Enjoy!
Over all it was a pleasant flight, despite your burns. Mostly thanks to Ruben. As the flight attendants came around with drinks and snacks, Ruben struck up a conversation and the two of you quickly discovered that you had a lot in common - both were avid travelers, loved good food, and were passionate about exploring new cultures. Later when the dinner menu was brought out, Ruben enthusiastically recommended the traditional Portuguese dishes, extolling the virtues of the country's cuisine. You were amused by his enthusiasm and found yourself getting caught up in his infectious energy. Ruben even insisted on sharing his favorite dishes with you, and the two of you laughed and chatted as you ate.
"Does it help, the ice?" He asked, after seeing you requested the flight attendants to bring you a puch to put against your thigh.
"A little." You answersed shyly, a bit taken aback by how observant Ruben was. You dozed off now and then during the flight, but there was a always a fresh pack of ice next to you when you woke up. Apperently Ruben went out of his way asking the flight attendants to bring you a fresh pack every hour as not to disturb your sleep. As the night wore on and the plane hit turbulence, you found yourself feeling more and more at ease with Ruben by your side. You couldn't help but be charmed by his kindness and generosity.
When the flight finally landed in Lisbon, Ruben leaned in and whispered, "You have to let me show you around my city. Meet me at the famous Pão de Azeite bakery tomorrow morning at 9am, and I'll take you on a tour of the best spots in Lisbon."
Your heart skipped a beat as your mind raced with the possibilities of your adventures together. However, you knew that Ruben thought you were a frequent business class traveler. But it was all an act and reality would set in once you stepped off this plane. The reality being that you and Ruben were from two very different worlds.
"Thanks Ruben, really. But I'm only here for two nights and owe it to my friend as I've ruined her vacation."
"You said what?"
Arriving at your hotel in uptown Lisbon, you told Alicia about Ruben asking you out and you turning him down. Needless to say that she was very unhappy about it.
"Y/N, that guy was leng. Not to mention his friends. Why did you turn him down?"
"Because." You said , regret waying heavily in the pit of your stomach. "I want to enjoy my time here with you."
"Me?" She frowned. "Y/N, I don't know fuck all about Portugal, let alone Lisbon. This guy could have showed us where the party is at. Who knows, maybe he would have brought his friend?"
Apparently Alicia really hit it of with Ruben's friend Fabio after the two of you switched seats. Ruben and you could hear them giggle over bottles of champagne as the two of them had them coming like treadmills on the plane.
"Alicia, I don't really feel like hooking up with strangers right now. It's been a really hectic few days for me and all I want to do is spend my time here with you and go home.
"Alright." She nodded. "At least tell it like it is, because if I was you I would've let that guy take me wherever he wants."
You shook your head but smiled. "Let's just unpack so we can explore the city." Your hotel suite was simply out of this world. Alicia had not held back on the expenses, really taking advantage of the courtesy of the Siddiq family.
"Oh, I know what we should do today! We should go shopping." She said, smiling in that mischievous way that you hated.
The two of you freshened up and hit the streets. Alicia had ordered a rental car with a chauffeur to drive you around. All at the expense of the Siddiq family of course. She had learned to put the tab on them just as well as she had learned to use her father's credit card as a teenager. "Oh my god, this would look so good on you." She said, holding up a black cocktail dress for you to try on.
"Yes, but the price." You said, hooking the dress back on it's hanger. You let Alicia drag you to the most luxurious shopping streets in Portugal, without the intentions of buying anything. Alicia on the other hand.....
"Come on Y/N, just try it on, something tells me you might need this dress tonight?"
"Tonight? What's tonight?"
You had noticed Alicia texting someone back and forth as the two of you arrived at the hotel. The texting went on the whole day to a point where you were getting really annoyed. You were supposed to enjoy your time together in Portugal, to be in the moment. Alicia however, seemed distracted. By whom, you found out on your way to a massive football stadium whilst squeezed into a skimpy cocktail dress.
"Alicia, don't you think we're a bit overdressed for a football game?" You asked, as your friend wandered into the stadium ahead of you, her high heels tricking people into thinking that she was a head taller than you.
"Trust me Y/N, you're not." She reassured, guiding you past where people were lining up to take their seats. You however, were heading upstairs, to a private lounge of some sort.
"Eyy, linda, vocês conseguiram!" (Ey, beautifuls', you made it!)
You were shocked to see Ruben and his friends welcoming you to sit with them.
"You came." He smiled as well as eyeing your dress up and down. He looked good too, wearing a white t-shirt and jeans.
"I am as suprised as you." You said, sitting down.
He frowned.
"But I'm sure our friends had something to do with it." You looked over to where Alicia and Fabio sat, now deep in conversation with each other, giggling mischievously.
"Well I'm glad you came." Ruben nodded, returning all of his attention back to you. His eyes were so captivating, deep brown and mysterious.
"Me too." You shirped, quick to switch your attention to what was happening on the football pitch. "Who's playing?" You asked, since you had no idea that Alicia planned for you to attend a football game whilst in Portugal.
"Benfica, of course." Ruben leaned towards you not to shout over the noise of yhe cheering crowd. "It's Benfica against Braga, a good game."
"If you say so." You shrugged, to which Ruben frowned.
"What?" You chuckled.
"You don't watch much football do you?"
"No, sorry. We play cricket where I'm from."
"Which is...?"
"England."
Ruben looked even more puzzled by your answer. "You know England has one of the top football leagues in the world, right?"
"We do?"
His eyes widened in suprise. "Manchester City is practically the best club in the world right now, at least tell me you've heard of them."
"Manchester...?" You hymned. "You mean United?"
Ruben opened his mouth to say something, but prevented himself as it might have been something impulsive.
You laughed. It was cute, the way it shocked him that you didn't follow football like the rest of the world. How could you, when growing up with brothers who only played cricket. It was all they could talk about around the dinner table.
"Am I too uneducated to be able to enjoy this game?" You asked. To which Ruben's expression faltered. "No."
"No?"
He shook his head. "Don't worry, I'll explain it to you."
You smiled. "How kind of you."
There was movment in the corner of your eye, Alicia, walking towards you in a hurry. "Bathroom, now!" She said, practically dragging you with her.
"Oh my god, I can't believe I didn't notice." She said, closing the bathroom door behind you.
"Noticed what?" You frowned.
"That it was him." She said, walking over to one of the mirrors, taking the opportunity to reapply her lipstick.
"Who?"
"Ruben." She shrugged.
"What about him?"
Alicia turned to you, confused as to why you were confused. "You didn't know either, did you?"
"Know what, Alicia? Get to the point." It was getting annoying.
She tucked away her lipstick and walked over to you, grabbing you by the shoulders. "Ruben Dias." She said. "As in, THE Ruben Dias, the professional footballer."
"The what?"
She let go of your shoulders returning to the bathroom mirror, tampering with her hair. "He's like super famous...and rich." She said.
"He is?"
"Yes, but don't make it obvious that you're in it for the money."
"But I'm not."
"Perfect, just like that."
"Alicia." You sighed. The two of you left the bathroom with the game having already started. Ruben waved for you to join him, but you were too distracted by what Alicia had told you in the bathroom, to focus on Ruben's explanation of what was happening on the pitch.
"Are you ladies up for something to eat?" Ruben's friend Theo asked. The game was over, the team Ruben was rooting for, having won 1-0. "My uncle owns this great spot in town which we wouldn't have to make reservations for."
"Eh." Fabio snorted. "With Ruben here we won't have to wait in line anywhere. Ain't that right Ruby? Can't you try and get us in to some hot club, I bet the ladies would like that."
Ruben turned to, eyeing your legs where parts of the dressing was visible. "Nah, I think dinner at Theo's uncle is better."
You silent thanked him for being so considering of you.
"No worries." He winked and offered you a hand to descend the steps of your private booth. He did not let go as the two of you made your way out of the stadium. It's when you realized that what Alicia said must be true. People were coming up to Ruben asking him to take pictures with them and sign their belongings. He was really someone specially to these people.
"Do you guys need a ride back to your hotel?" The guys asked, following a lovely dinner at Theo's uncle's restaurant.
"No thanks, we have a car."
"You do?"
"And a chauffeur." Alicia said, slurring on her words as she and Fabio had a bit more to drink than the rest of you.
"A chauffeur, really?" Ruben looked at you, slightly impressed.
Your eyes fell on the ground, embarrassed.
"I guess I'll see you later." Ruben said, when  the two of you stood alone on the sidewalk, Fabio and Theo helping Alicia get into the car.
"Yeah, see you."
It was painful, saying goodbye.
"But you're staying in Portugal one more night, no?"
"Yes, Ruben but...."
He nodded. "No, I get it. You want to spend time with your friend, make up for ruining her vacation. But how about we meet up later, by the beach?"
"Beach?" You grimarced.
Ruben laughed. "I promise you I don't own a pair of speedos, neither does Theo. Fabio might, but I'll tell him not to...."
"It's not that." You mumbled.
"No?"
Ruben shuffled his feet, visibly conflicted in how he should approach this, approach you. "Y/N, if you have a boyfriend back home...."
You looked up, having avoided eye contact. "I don't." You said, terror in your eyes.
His shoulders relaxed as he exhaled. "Good. That's...good."
You couldn't help but to smile. Ruben did the same. You stepped forward, grabbing his arm for support as you tipped on your toes, kissing him and the cheek, Ruben's rough beard tickling your face.
"See you tomorrow...by the beach?"
"Yeah...." His voice trailed off as you let go of his arm, backing away towards the car.
"Tell your friend to text Alicia the details since he has her number.
"Well, can I have your number?" He smirked. "Maybe then I could text you the details."
"Maybe." You said, ignoring the butterflies that invaded your stomach. "Tomorrow."
"Tomorrow." He nodded.
"Yes, I'll give it to you tomorrow."
"I look forward to tomorrow then."
You rolled your eyes. "Goodnight Ruben."
He smiled, a cheeky smile. "Goodnight, Y/N."
