YANDERE HP GOLDEN ERA; SLYTHERIN & RAVENCLAW

i have so many ideas mostly revolving around past oc concepts, but in general i think the slytherin's have the most yandere potential? aside from traits (cunning, determined, yada) that go hand in hand with yandere, i also find it easier to pin point the root of their tendencies. there's slytherins like draco who are straight up entitled, and some like theo who have been raised harshly, it's not difficult to imagine a scenario where draco, theo, blaise, .. develop into the yanderes we all know and love.

there's no plan for structuring my harry potter writings, but i think it'll mostly be brainstorming headcanons. i'm focusing on the golden era, so i'll write for characters alive during this time. I'll come up with a full character list and cast eventually but for now i'm most interested in getting ideas/requests for slytherin boys (blaise, draco, goyle, lorenzo, mattheo, theodore, adrian, terrence, marcus) and ravenclaw boys (anthony goldstein, michael corner, roger davies, terry boot) but gred and forge are always welcome as well.

okay so general rules for requests: only send in requests for golden era characters (there is a loop hole "if james survived" here if you're desperate but im mostly inspired to write the characters i've listed out. reader/darling is always gender neutral, no loopholes here. also i tend to cover both platonic and romantic paths (if applicable) either way in my writings so no need to specify. that all being said hound me with asks and any thoughts.

anyways here are some headcanons that have been clogged up in my brain recently;

ANTHONY GOLDSTEIN (fancast: tarjei sandvik moe): my latest fixation, chat gpt molded most of my headcanons for yandere him. okay so not much is known about him but i'm going the route of jewish = polish = kowalski + queenie grandson / great grandson. all we have for a personality is 'friendly and good-natured' so i'm going to be making mountains out of molehills here.

i can imagine his intentions were pure first, he saw his darling didn't have the best upbringing, perhaps was a fractured individual, and 'desperately needed someone'. so he befriends them. for a long time, he's fully convinced himself his actions are done out of concern for his darling, other people really were just going to hurt them, and weren't trustworthy. and making good decisions has always been a strong suit of his, he isn't a ravenclaw for nothing, so his darling should just sit back, relax, and enjoy his company whilst he takes care of the hard stuff, alright?.

what started as a protective instinct turned into possessive jealousy, why does his darling want to pair up with malfoy for a potions assignment when he's far much more intelligent and easier to work with. actually, why do they have to speak to anyone else but him anyway? if they want a supportive friend, he's always been there. they want to banter with someone? anthony can do that!. they have a crush? they want romance? they want to overthrow the ministry of magic? no matter, he's a fast learner, and better for them than anyone else would be.

for the most part, anthony appears innocent, it's probably his darling who looks like the clingy, overattached one, because no matter what anyone else tells them, anthony will vilify them in the eyes of his darling, bringing his darling closer to him, gradually becoming more and more dependent on his constant presence. which is what he has subconsciously been working towards since he met them.

anthony is wholly devoted to his darling, and is among the more selfless yanderes (lookin at you draco). he has no future planned out, and allows his darling to take charge of the relationship so long as they don't look at anyone else. he's one of the more moldable yanderes; he adapts to his darlings personality, instead of having them adapt to his (camera pans to draco).

he's only really a danger to his darlings social life (and the lives of anyone who tries to tempt his darling away). his obsession is quiet for the most part, unlike others (draco) he doesn't need to resort to extreme measures (kidnapping) as he's able to read his darling like an open book (anthony inherited queenies legillimency and no one can convince me otherwise), and is thus able to ancitipate their needs, thoughts and desires. he'll become the only person their comfortable around;

anthony portrays himself as the one person who truly understands and supports his darling. he'll go to great lengths to prove his loyalty, even if it means crossing boundaries or engaging in morally ✨questionable✨ acts. once they finally realise just how tight of a hold he has on them, they'll be too dependent on him to do anything about it.

No Mercy - Terry Silver x Reader

Prompt: You're Terry Silver's partner, who he loves more than anyone or anything else. When assailants break into your home, hell breaks lose.

Terry was at the dojo when they came, dressed in all black and brandishing guns, not swords. These were not the karate fighters he’d warned you of, no. These men were after much more than a dojo. Terry knew never to leave you alone, but the masked men were tearing through his guards far too easily. You watched on the security cameras as they dropped, one by one.

Another camera showed the dojo, filled with students and senseis alike. Outside the dojo, however, were the same masked men. A string of curses fell from your lips as you pulled your cell phone from your pocket, rapidly dialing in Terry's number. "Please pick up," you begged. You knew it was futile. He would never have his phone on him during lessons.

The moment you came into his life, Terry made sure that you were prepared for anything that might come your way. You knew where every safe room was in every property, as well as what weapons hid in their walls. Hidden in those walls were also panic buttons, each going straight to the police. And to Terry. You pulled your robe tighter around your frame as you prepared to leave the study. The closest safe room was at the end of the next hall over. You could make it easily.

Then, the screens went black.

They could be anywhere now - you had to move. With a deep breath, you threw the door open. The coast was clear for a moment, so you ran. You had almost made it when you saw them - two armed men ascending the staircase to your left - and they had definitely seen you. There was no way you could beat them. The door itself took at least five seconds to close and lock, and you didn't have even a second to spare. Still, you ran. As soon as you stepped inside, you ran your hands across the wall, until you finally found it. Your fingers just connected with the button as the men grabbed you.

"Let me go!" you screamed. "Quiet!" one of the men screamed, knocking the backside of his rifle into your stomach. You gasped for air, which took ages to finally meet your lungs. The man smiled. "That's better, sweetheart. You're going to tell us where Terrence keeps his valuables, then you're coming with us. I can't imagine the price he'll pay for his most valuable possession to be returned to him." "I'm not doing anything for you assholes," you seethed. The second man took a fistful of your hair, pulling your head back sharply to look up at him. "We're not asking, princess."

The other man grabs one of Terry's katanas off of the wall. "Now we can't kill you, but we can hurt you enough to get you to obey." He drug the blade down your face slowly, drinking up the cries of pain he caused. "You're pretty little face isn't so pretty anymore, is it?" your captor asked, throwing you to the ground. "You'll kill me before I tell you anything," you said, spitting a mouthful of blood at their feet. The first man laughed. "I don't think so," he said, sharply connecting his boot to your chest. You let out a cry of pain. In your years on earth, no one had ever touched you like this. All you wanted was Terry to come home and save you. He was who filled your mind as the two men continued to kick you. You thought of his smile, his gentleness, his authority. These men wouldn't last a minute once he got here.

The men finally stopped, standing back to stare at your bruised and bloody form. "She's not going to tell us anything. Get her up." The man tried to pull you to your feet, but your legs couldn't support your weight, buckling beneath you. "Carry her, idiot!" the other man yelled. Your head fell back as your captor picked you up within his arms. "Let's get her out of here before Silver gets back."

Everything was blurry and distorted, but you heard his voice perfectly. “Let her go and I might let you live,” Terry spoke forcefully. You grimaced as you turned to see Terry pointing a gun at both of your captors. "My men and I have wiped the rest of your team out. You can either let her go or join them."

Neither men moved, with the first pointing his gun directly at Terry and the other holding on tightly to you. Without a second thought, Terry shot the first in the head, never breaking eye contact from you. He was bloody and worn, but he cared only about you. "Did he do this to you, angel?" he asked. You only nodded.

His eyes grew dark. "Set her down gently or you will be begging for mercy in your last moments." Your captor obliged, gently setting you on the ground. Once you were out of his arms, Terry kicked the man square in the chest, knocking him to the ground. "I might have let you live if you hadn't touched her," he growled, before unloading a single round of ammunition.

Terry had you in his arms not even a second later. "I'm so sorry," he repeated over and over, holding you ever so carefully. You shake your head, tears running down your face and neck. "It's not your fault, Terry. They were just so fast. I couldn't get to the saferoom in time." "That's not your fault, my love. I'll put in more saferooms. I'll do whatever it takes to keep you safe. I don't want you caught in the crossfire between me and my enemies." "Terry, they were coming for me. They wanted to take me away for ransom."

His hands balled into fists as his jaw set. "Their deaths will be a lesson to anyone who thinks that's a good idea. No one who touches you will live, my angel. I promise you that."

Terry took a break from karate following the invasion. His senseis were skilled enough to run the dojo, and he wanted nothing more than to be at your side as you recovered. It was a rough recovery - not just on your body, but on your mind. There were many nights where you woke Terry up screaming. The first had been the scariest for both of you. "Let me go!" you screamed, pushing yourself up from the comfort of the silk sheets. Your hands fumbled for the light switch, but Terry beat you to it, already brandishing a gun he now kept in his bedside table. Your heartrate didn't calm even after a scan of the room showed no one but you and your love. "Nightmare," you finally croaked out, your throat raw and dry. "Come here," Terry urged after putting away his weapon. He held you within his strong arms. "I'll never let anything hurt you ever again. But that doesn't take away the pain you went through. It doesn't eliminate the fear." "Will I ever be okay again?" "Yes, in time. That's what your therapy sessions are for. To help you heal. But it takes time, my angel. I know that all too well." You took note of his quickened heartrate. "I'm sorry for scaring you." He placed a gentle kiss on your forehead, careful to avoid the cut that was still healing. "Don't apologize."

Terry had mastered the art of calming you down. He knew that you were as safe as any one person could be. The day after the attack he doubled the size of your protection. You went nowhere without a host of armed guards. He had even been offered the protection of the other dojo in the valley and both of its senseis. The men who once hated your partner were now willing to put aside their rivalry to keep you safe. They both had families, they had told Terry. And they knew the fear that filled his veins.

He had also made sure any man involved in your attack was killed without mercy.

"Go back to sleep, my angel," he whispered after a long night of calming your nightmares. You pushed back against your love, savoring the comfort of him being completely wrapped around you. You sighed in contentment. "Thank you for always protecting me." Terry held you closer. "Thank you for staying."

How does your mike afton unc au looks like?

I made a character sheet for him, but it's very long so I'm gonna write a simple description

He's pretty tall (around 6'2") and lanky. His hair is very long (to the tights), curly and a very dark brown that fade into a bright purple with small patches of white hair (he has Poliosis, a decrease or absence of melanin in hair, eyebrows, eyelashes or similar places). He usually keeps his hair in a thick braid, a ponytail or a bun.

His skin is pretty tan (being that he's half Mexican) with some vitiligo-like patches of purple skin, many freckles, a big scar on the bridge of his nose, and smaller but noticeable scars at the corners of his mouth (from Ennard)

His eyes are pretty feminine with a purple iris with blue speckles. Sometimes he wears golden rimmed round glasses, but usually only when he reads, preferring to use contacts (he used glasses as a kid, but because he didn't really need them as bad as Evan, he didn't really wear them, and when he was an adult he used contacts until he was Scooped)

And for the clothes, he prefers to wear soft and baggy things like hoodies and sweaters, and usually wears jeans with knee-high boots. He has many accessories, like fingerless black and purple gloves, a utility belt, many earrings, and a necklace with a red gem (Terrence has a necklace identical to Michael's, only with a purple gem instead of a red one)

Spy Kids: Armageddon second trailer!!

New trailer already? Not that I'm complaining.

So I just watched the next Spy Kids: Armageddon trailer, which also looks good! I do have a worry or two though.

I also recorded my first time reaction via OBS, and recorded the screen this time, and it still won't let me upload to Tumblr.. just wasn't meant to be, I guess. So once again we're doing an analysis post instead. The trailer's a little longer though, so this post is gonna be longer too.

I forgot to mention last time (mostly bc I wanted to know if it was true or not) that the new siblings' names are Patty and Tony, and their parents are Nora and Terrence. Rodriguez once again continues the tradition of naming the main characters after his family, though this time he named a character after himself! Kinda. Patty is named after his sister Patricia Vonne, and Tony is named after his middle name Anthony, and he went by Tony a lot as a kid.[source]

So first thing we see is Tony attempting to play a game without getting caught. That worries me. Why are games off-limits? That does not always go well.

Oooohh, is that what these guys are? They're video game enemies! OK, that makes sense. Yeah, I knew the video game aspect had to come in at some point.

So in this film, instead of the parents going away and getting captured and an uncle figure sending the kids away or an AI leading them away, the parents send the kids away themselves and get captured in the process. It does explain one of the promotional film stills. Yeah, doesn't look like there's gonna be a new uncle or aunt figure this time. Or maybe there will be? I could be wrong.

OK, so they're going with a different sort of surrealism this time, especially with the jail cell. In the first film, one of the inspirations for the first film's wacky, whimsical surrealism of Floop's castle was Antoni Gaudí.[source] This time they went with more geometric surrealism.

Oh shoot, this is a safe house!! Awesome!! 😃

OOOOOH, A TRAINING COURSE!!

Did we ever see a training course in the original films? I mean, the Cortez family have a workout room that I guess counts as a training course (it was used to get the kids ready for when a time like the events of Spy Kids happens). Spy Kids: Mission Critical is when we've actually seen a training course by the OSS for spies. It's really cool to see a training course the Spy Kids can train on yet again!

Also, I like your enthusiasm, Tony! X) Better than the "I'm gonna be a better spy than my step-mother!" remark last film.

"Spy Suit Generator"? XD Ha! I like that, actually! Brings another new thing to the series. It also explains the fog. Though are we still getting those "let's suit up" montages?

OK so, the plane is also a boat (or is it a seaplane?), but it's separate from the car, maybe. Gotcha. I love that it still looks like a toy, not unlike the RX Express plane.

"Magna Boots"? Ooo~. Is that what the name of these shoes are. Very on the nose!

Nah, this is a family movie, of course they're gonna free their parents, what did you expect? Besides, the trailers for Spy Kids 1 also showed the kids freeing their parents. Kinda (it's actually two completely different scenes edited together to look like a rescue). So it's not that big of a deal than, say, the Ruby Gillman: Teenage Krakken trailers that did spoil everything (seriously, just let the creators put together trailers for their own movie! Rodriguez did!)

Whoa! The skeletons were moving in a stop-motion-like manner, ala Jason and the Argonauts! That's a neat reference to both that and Spy Kids 2. Animating technology sure has improved.

"Only on Netflix September 22nd" Oh frick, the movie is in 11 days already?? Sheesh, that was quick, I better mark my calendar!

So once again, this trailer has gotten a very contentious response from people. For me, I'm still excited to see this when it comes out! (though I may or may not watch it outside of Netflix, cough)

My hopes from my previous post seem to be holding up: - They seem to be getting creative with the gadgets again! - No title puns or fart jokes were said at all in the trailer, so far, so we may still be safe. - Tony and Patty's chemistry is pretty funny so far, reminding me of Gumball and Darwin's chemistry with Anais (from The Amazing World of Gumball). - The villain and the enemies look fun. Can't wait to see what they bring! - The parents seem fun so far, even if I would've preferred other actors to portray Nora and Terrence than.. the actors that we got instead..

What are your thoughts on the trailer and hopes for Spy Kids: Armageddon? Once again, please let me know! ^^

I have something similar going on for bruise as well, but instead of it being all his clothes, his boots, medals, and badges are all shadow/cursed

The youngest sibling of the Clearwater family. Fifth-Year & Sixth-Year Prefect, Head Girl. Her favorite subjects were DADA and Potions. She was naturally observant, immediately able to tell if someone was lying to her. Ciel Phantomhive took this as a challenge and tried his best to confuse her—it did not work. 

Roger Davis: ESFJ-A/Capricorn/1988-1995/Half-Blood

The older sibling of the Davis family. Ravenclaw Chaser (Fourth-Year to Seventh-Year), Ravenclaw Quidditch Captain. His favorite subjects were Charms & Flying. He had a natural charisma to him that made Luciel Phantomhive wonder if there was any Veela blood in him—he also attempted to ask Elizabeth Midford to the Yule Ball, only to be rejected by Ciel Phantomhive.

Cho Chang: ENFJ-T/Scorpio/1990-1997/Pure-Blood

The only child of an influential magic family—she had a choice to attend a magic school in Shanghai, but her father wanted Hogwarts. Ravenclaw Seeker (Second-Year to Sixth-Year). Her favorite subjects were Transfiguration and DADA. She joined in the recruiting campaign that Celaena had created, easily swaying the Ravenclaw students to fight on Harry’s side. 

Padma Patil: INTP-T/Scorpio/1991-1998/Pure-Blood

The older twin between the Patil twins. Fifth-Year to Seventh-Year Prefect. Her favorite classes were Charms and Potions, making her adept at Healing Spells. She was at the SWW at Hogwarts, tending to everyone in the Great Hall that was safe by Dean Thomas’ runes. 

Anthony Goldstein: ESTP-A/Libra/1991-1998/Half-Blood

An only child with a natural talent for Legilimency (from Queenie Goldstein no less). Fifth-Year to Seventh-Year Prefect. His favorite class was Charms and DADA. According to Celaena, he had great skill in being able to penetrate someone else’s mind but was also unable to shield his thoughts, making him rather vulnerable. He put it to good use in the recruitment campaign, helping Cho. 

Terrence (Terry) Boot: ENTP-T/Virgo/1991-1998/Pure-Blood

Also, an only child within the Boot family. Ravenclaw Chaser (Third-Year onward). His favorite classes were Transfiguration and Charms, enjoying his obvious progress in his spell casting. He has a competitive streak, often competing with Hermione and even Draco within every class he could. It was amusing when they would be in a study group together either ending in efficient teamwork or chaos incarnate.

Michael Corner: ESFJ-A/Aries/1991-1998/Half-Blood

Only child who grew up under a single parent. His favorite classes were DADA and Potions, which helped immensely in the SWW. He actually broke into the Restricted Section many times during his Sixth and Seventh-Years, trying to concoct as many potions to help the cause. Celaena often turned a blind eye, assisting him as much as she could. 

Sue Li: ENTJ-A/Virgo/1991-1998/Half-Blood

The eldest sibling of the Li family; her younger sister never attending Hogwarts. Her favorite subject was Astronomy and Arithmancy, figuring out patterns between the planetary movements and numbers. She aided within the Ministry reconstruction campaign, bringing outside perspective sorely needed. Her defensive spells were top-notch, nearly impenetrable with the exception of Celaena’s & Theodore Nott’s created spells.

Luna Lovegood: INFP-A/Aquarius/1992-1999/Pure-Blood

An only child of the editor of the Quibbler and a spell-developer. Her favorite subjects were Care of Magical Creatures and Potions (much to Celaena’s amusement). Her mother was actually developing a spell to destroy horcruxes that ultimately killed her, but Luna and Celaena were able to figure it out in 1995 together. Luna was a natural Occulmens, hiding her real thoughts under a layer of insanity—even Celaena had a hard time navigating through it.

Valentine, Valentine... Some facts about them under the cut!

First off, details might be a little shaky since this is an AU of a preexisting OC of mine ^^’ Feel free to shoot me DMs or ask for my discord if you wanna chat esp about OC interactions :]]] 

- Their position, specifically, is somewhere under the command of General Bruise, only technically because a mail officer is a part of the military. I think. They don’t like looking at his face or speaking to him very much. 

- Valentine equally specs into Moxie and Mysticality! They speak well and think well, and that’s what matters to them. They’re still strong enough to knock people over, though. 

Just imagine a cold look as they adjust their cap after kicking someone to the ground, a shadowy boot print left behind. A smirk rises on their face as they taunt you. 

> “What's the matter? Can't stay on your feet? Think a little smarter next time you wanna commit to somethin' way past your league ;)” 

The postal worker is gone before you have the chance to get back to your feet.

- It is a federal crime to steal mail. This does tie into the mailboxes that the MC raids. How? Well, I dunno. They were a mailmx. in the universe I pulled them from, so it’s only appropriate I throw them in here in this position again. If it weren’t junk mail that the MC was taking, they’d definitely take swift action. After all, in another reality, they’re the Hydragyrum Serpent. 

- Out of all three class rivals, Valentine tolerates the company of Terrence the most, but harshly judges all three’s taste in food. 

- They don’t particularly like the shadows and being shadow tainted. Hell, when they moved to Ocean City taking part-time jobs, they were given a salad for lunch. And from what I understand, other people can’t really see the shadow taint on items that have been shadow tainted, but only have a sense of something wrong. Yeah they ate that salad, and felt awful for a long time. 

- They were given an appropriate job after confronting Bruise and holding out against him for the “employment cutoff” aka “you’re hired without needing to get drenched in the goo if you can last long enough against any one of these three.”

ya’ll remember that Halo ‘Outpost Discovery” promotional thing? it sounds like it was pretty cool, but I read up on it on the halopedia and like,

there were two walk-around characters, Hazel-A302 and Owen-B096, the brown and blue spartans who interacted with kids and posed for photos and stuff, basically mascots for the installation?

according to the Reach-era costume armour and the lore, apparently they were legitimate Spartan-IIIs. You know, the war-orphan child soldiers who were rapidly trained and sent out on what were basically suicide missions to act as an emergency buffer against larger Covenant invasions?

I’m amazed at that detail because

the UNSC canonically had traumatized veterans interact with families in a pseudo-theme park setting before returning them to active duty at the start of the Created Conflict

Owen actively fought alongside a literal child-soldier militia on Meridian which probably made interacting with non-combatant children weird

Hazel was a Headhunter, one of those high-stakes psychopaths who infiltrate alien bases with no electronics, shields, or support, and is now doing photo ops with people on vacation in like, LA.

If they were Spartan-IVs it wouldn’t be so weird, because that’s just like, the super-boot boy usmc showing up at a job fair today, but these characters were active-duty black-ops super-soldiers, their very existence a guarded secret, status mythical, at the tip of the spear against an existential threat.

Oh and also the AI tour guide at the outpost, Gabriela, was a military-grade Smart AI - brain-copied from a corpse - and was assigned to cataloguing the entirety of recorded human history in the event that the Covenant won the war and humanity was rendered extinct. ONI itself decided that her time would be better spent afterwards giving tours and promoting megabloks; before being isolated and exfiltrated at the Subjugation of Earth along with other HIGHCOM AI and both Admirals Serin-019 Osman and Lord Terrence Hood to keep all present from being compromised by Cortana, with her fate currently up in the air on whether she was allowed by Osman to join Cortana, stayed with the UNSC, or was destroyed.

That’s some heavy in-lore importance given to characters for what’s basically an arcade with some exhibits and walking tours. I kinda love it!
