WELCOME

This blog is here to gather, curate, share and recommend fanfic from across the entire sapphic Star Wars community. We have an AO3 feed for all new f/f works, a tag list for browsing previously posted fics, and rec lists for some of our favourite ships and themes.

Our aim is to make it easier to share and amplify sapphic fic across the fandom. By drawing together sapphic fic outside of individual ship tags and niche communities, we're hoping to boost readership and engagement, support fic writers, and grow this important space in the Star Wars fandom ✨

Our AO3 feed tracks all new work centering existing f/f ships in Star Wars. Each fic is queued and reviewed before posting, so works only tangentially featuring an f/f ship are filtered out. We currently track 78 ship tags on AO3 - if you read or write a new rarepair fic that we haven't featured, let us know and we'll add it to the feed!

As the Fulcrum trio race towards another contingent of the scattered Rebel fleet, Huyang makes a poor decision and tries to take Sabine's Force training into his own metallic hands.

Also have tried to completely map out the plan of this story to give a final chapter number (which might adjust a bit as the story continues to roll out, but it's a start). 54 chapters! So that's 28 more chapters to go. Shesh I have a bit of writing ahead of me! Hope y'all are keen to keep me company for the rest of this adventure!

After 99 individual polls with almost 200 characters from Star Wars, one sapphic rare pair has emerged victorious! Congratulations to Morgan Elsbeth / Ahsoka Tano! 💝 This ship was introduced in The Jedi, Season Two Episode 13 of The Mandalorian, and has been tugging along since November 27 2020. From those who have been shipping them for years to everyone who just learned about the pair, Sapphic Star Wars appreciates you taking part in our tournament!

The prize for winning is a small fic and art piece being created by the moderators for the ship; it may take us a couple of months to publish (Femslash February has been keeping us busy!) but the works will be published to this blog once completed.

We hope everyone had fun, regardless the numbers. Whether your ship was out in round one or didn't make it in, we still want to hear about it!
