I need me some /Reader headcanon with Hemlock, Elderberry, Portugal, and Venice. Each individually and then if you wanna do poly that’d be cool too!

I’m not picky about scenarios. Cute things would be nice tho, things like who’s the big spoon and who brings the other random gifts for no reason.

okay so this is a slow burn relationship because Hemlocke is kind of uh... he's kind of a depressed dork lol

he's very kind, and he's honest to a fault, but his self esteem is in the gutters no matter how much his brother tries to build him up. if Elderberry was in the relationship as well, Hemlocke would probably be very afraid that you'd leave him for his brother at some point.

BUT in the relationship, he's very sweet. he'll bring you flowers if that's something you like, he's constantly got your favorite snack on him, he knows all your ticks and peeves, and he does his very best not to get on your nerves lol

he’s also a big cuddler so be prepared for that XD

                                             Elderberry/Reader

this is actually such a cute one because Elderberry is really big on being a gentleman, and he’s very good at appearing large and in charge on the outside, but he’s actually very low energy.

he’s got higher self esteem than his brother, but he’s still pretty sure you deserve better than him. he can care for you, for damn certain, and he can provide anything you could possibly need. but as the Captain of the Queen’s Guard and the Leader of the Revolution, there is a large amount of danger involved in being with him.

if you get into his good graces, and eventually, in his close circle as a lover, he’ll do everything he can to make sure you never want for anything again. he’s not particularly touchy feely, but he’ll permit PDA, especially whenever it cements his position. 

his favorite TV show is the Golden Girls so be prepared for lots of marathons playing while he cleans lol

okay so it’s actually kind of hard to get P to admit that he loves you. the boy is the definition of a tsundere; he’s not a fan of admitting to his feelings. 

once he does though, you’ll have a fierce protector and a lover that would do anything you wanted. he loves doting on partners, and in turn loves being doted on. his gender fluidity is a bit of a sore spot, if only because he doesn’t like admitting to what would be considered a weakness in his Underground. 

he’s a huge movie snob so don’t expect any theater dates any time soon, but he loves cuddling at home watching trashy TV with garbage level take out. 

                                                  Venice/Reader

Venice is. to put it mildly. very obtuse when it comes to love haha

you’ll have to work to get him to realize he loves you, let alone that you love him. feelings aren’t something that he regularly actually feels, his emotions being very tone deaf. once he figures it out though. both that he loves you and that you love him, you’ll be ravished with the most extravagant things he can provide you with. 

he’s actually kind of lazy when it comes to every day things, so you might have to do the cooking and cleaning, but when he puts his mind to something it doesn’t stand a chance. you’ll also never have to worry about dark alleys again; no one would dare touch you now.

You’ll rarely hear him laughing out loud, he snickers a lot more, but yes it’s similar! I'd prbly spell it as "Bwahahah" or "Mwahahah" to show the resemblance.

He enjoys dark humor and clever wordplays. Will laugh at your misery if he's in the mood.

Because these two when Mutt was a fledgling is so completely wholesome.

Look at that proud brother smirk.

Mutt's already a little gremlin, and Milord won't shy away from little playfights with him every now and again.

Back when the two had a flock, it was a common occurrence for Mutt (as a fledgling) to dive-bomb Milord when he was mid-flight.

Ooh, how about Swapfell Red bros in C2 and D2? Or Fellswap Gold with E2 and A2. Maybe with some color palette adjustments if that'd look better.

Right before hitting send, I realized I didn't specify which outfit for which brother. And yknow what... that's fine. :D

Sorry for the wait, I also couldn't decide which outfit to give which brother so uhh... You get all of them.

Alright, on a more serious note, the Fellswap Gold was pretty easy to figure out, I really don't see Coffee wearing E2! XDD And he looks good with a hoodie on. Meanwhile, deciding which outfit to give to the Swapfell brothers really was a struggle. I can see them wearing both, but with different settings. In the first one, Black is your typical edgelord while Slim is this awkward and shy but very eager puppydog who likes to wear comfy clothes. But in the other one, you can imagine it's Black's day off so he allows himself to wear something casual, while Slim like to look tough and like a bad boy to warn off potential danger (AKA people who will try to flirt with Black).

Anyway, they took time (and I went back to work last week as well so less time to finish these) but I'm really happy with all 3! I had fun (except that moment when I realized I forgot to draw the choker around Slim's neck so I had to copypaste it from the other illustration XD)
