how anxiety feels like ? umm its a sluggish heavy thick feeling that sits on the pits of your stomach slowly moving, spreading into surrounding spaces..travels retrogradely into your chest and permeates there. so basically it makes you believe like it is some sort of blackish dark sticky tough thing with high viscosity and is very reluctant and stubborn to simply go away or fade away. it just establishes its realm there and it is always there. always. too big to shatter or smash. it makes breathing a task and these anxiety specks go and seed in the brain and thats when you perpetually start thinking something bad is going to happen and that you must be on your guard all of the time. sucks i know. making backup plans and backup backup plans and tired all of the time . anxious before doing it, while doing it and after doing it. its just there always spreading here and there
