Hello!

I made it. I’ve decided to overcome my fear and go out of my comfort zone and here I am writing something about myself on Tumblr.

My name is Elisa and I am Italian. I’m currently at my third year studying Italian Literature at the University of Milan, Italy.

I really enjoy what I study since I’ve always been very passionate about reading and writing. I still remember when my mum gave me my first book, I was 6 and I read it so quickly because I was curious to know how it ended. I guess that now looking back at that moment, I know that was just the beginning of an amazing adventure. Reading has always been a huge part of who I am, I would say I’m addicted to books since that moment :-)

The real adventure began with the Harry Potter books and for this reason I’m still very attached to the Hogwarts world. :’-)

I’m also into films. I love watching a good movie before going to sleep, it relaxes me a lot. I love having a cup of tea or coffee as soon as I wake up in the morning. I really care about animals and I’m vegan since october 2017.

That’s a brief introduction on who I am, I really hope to find someone to share my passions with in here and also I would like to use this place to help me focusing on achieving my goals in studying.

Hello Studyblr!

My name is Avery and I’ve had this blog for quite some time now, but I am so excited to finally start using it to make my own posts. I am really looking forward to all of the motivation and support this community has to offer, but first some things about me.

I am 16 and a rising Junior in high school

I’m from the Northeast, USA

I’m obsessed with science

I love love love reading

I’m *attempting* to self-learn German

I’m super fascinated by astronomy (RIP me because there aren’t any courses at my school)

This year I will be taking AP Environmental Science, AP Gov, AP Lit, Chemistry, Latin III, and Economics (Feel free to ask me about any and all of these courses)

My handwriting is sub-par, so I’ll probably spare you from looking at my notes

I’ll be taking the SAT this year, so that’ll be fun [cries internally]

guess what! it’s yr girl’s first day of school as a senior today! (last year of ib, phew!)

this year i’ll be more consistent in focusing and overall studying and nothing or no one can bring me down 🙌🏻 today we just got our new schedule so i’ve been reorganizing some stuff in my bujo and maybe get a head start in some class materials if i’m not sleepy yet 😌

8.14.18 || just finished reading Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close for school, it is so good omg

Also using sticky notes to track motifs and write down thoughts is So much more satisfying and useful that writing directly in the book (and nicer to the book, too!)
