friendly reminder to selfshippers that you don’t have to know everything about your f/o !! I understand the feeling that you have to prove your love by knowing all the lore but people don’t have to know everything about each other to be in love, so don’t pressure yourself to try and remember everything! your f/o loves you regardless of how many facts about them you remember, for being knowledgeable about them is not why they love you

The current look of the strawberry patch. I'll try to tackle it this afternoon, so if you have any positive thoughts to spare, please send some my way. Apart from the sea of runners, there are purple raspberry and tayberry vines creeping in and some dill and horseradish.

I build a thing!
It's for my strawberries.
I even put a little net over it so the bunnies don't leave their kittens there!every blessed year the rabbits use my flower beds as temporary baby nests, which I'm sorry but I've got a pretty big dog and the neighbor cats show up for the good catnip I grow. It's just not safe!

i think its really beautiful that love from our f/os comes from self love and love from our friends
like . telling yourself "my f/o loves me" and a friend going "yes! your f/o loves you"
so don't stress over your f/o not being real, their love stems from multiple places to find its way right to you and it is very real. feel it. they love you. unconditionally

Bowls of cherries and pear trees in the summer. Bumblebees on honeysuckle bushes and fresh hot coffee. The wind running its fingers through the trees. Sunlight warms our strawberry patches. The mornings aren't quiet. There are robins picking twigs from the long grass and songbirds hiding in the branches. The hills are still wet with dew. Our neighbors' cows moo 'good morning towards our windows. I roll over in bed to see you and find you already awake, already smiling. These days, I never wonder if you love me. I can see it so clearly on your face.
