y'know one might think that in a fandom where every single character is bi or pan, people would be at least kinda normal about bi people. but god, even here, even now, there's just.... so much casual biphobia everywhere.
it's... disheartening.

How many newborn babies can you take in a fight? /@i-send-you-random-asks
I'm gonna be honest, depends on the species. I can take lots of human children in a fight, but I'm not gonna fuck around and find out with a hippo

Wanted to draw some with the limited supplies I have for my first original post!
Hey guys, I’m Erin! I’ve been lurking in the ososan fandom especially in the self insert and x reader tags. There’s a lot of stuff I’ve seen that I like and it’s inspired me for sure! I made this blog to reblog works I like in this fandom, and post stuff I make too! There’s a lot of AUs and stuff I have buzzing around in my brain like bugs that I would love to share.
I’m a little shy but I’m always up for meeting new people and talking! I hope you guys enjoy the stuff I make ❤️💙💚💜💛💗

I don’t like the new notes layout with the “32k” or whatever. I like to see as many numbers as possible while I scroll. How can I contextualize the posts I’m looking at if I can’t easily see that it got 32456 notes, 1008 notes, 430 notes... numbers make the world go round

Y/n, certified collector of all things creepy and weird: my bones are almost clean :)
Garcia: HUH?
Y/n: wait did I not tell you guys about the bones??
Morgan: what the fuck does that even mean
Emily: and you guys say I'm the crazy one
Spencer: I think you're all missing a very important piece of this conversation.

Durge: "One last thing - go and fetch that bone you threw."
Gronag: "Hah! Wait. You're... joking, yeah? But we're ready to go. You just need to tell Kansif inside."
Durge: Shoot him a knife-glare: you are worse than the shadows
Durge: "I can excuse stuff like infanticide and serial murder but I draw the line at cruelty to hyenas."

genuinely curious about what cazador's plans were for after he ascended- take a walk in the sunshine? eat ice cream until he pukes? stare at himself in the mirror for sixteen hours?

There is something that makes me vaguely uncomfortable about reading characters who are obviously way too... emotionally competent, shall we say, in fic.
Like I can't exactly phrase it in another way, but lately I've been seeing it more often: conversations that are supposed to be between a pair of lovers, but are written in such a tone where it sounds less like they're two people who are sharing a significant or intimate moment of emotional connection, and more like one character is... giving the other therapy.
I know this is vague, and fantasizing about genuinely just helping a character you like is beyond fine, there's nothing wrong with that, but... no matter how well-written something is, there's just a certain tone some people seem prone to hitting, where it just feels like their character is not emotionally present, not really, when someone they supposedly care for is falling apart.
That therapy-speak, outside of actual therapy, it sounds detached. Cynical, or even slightly condescending. Removed from the moment. And especially in a fantasy setting (where it's easy to fall into anachronisms already), it can really easily start to feel like one character is talking the other through a potential turning point in what's supposed to be their relationship, the way a crisis negotiator might talk someone off a ledge.
It... makes me feel weird. And I too feel then immediately disconnected from the character doing it.

Nonbinary felt like a shirt that's a little too tight. Demigirl reminded me too much of girl.
"Demiflux" and "genderqueer" - I like those a lot! Demiflux for a way to describe it, if I have to. Being queer is really important to my identity, so genderqueer seems perfect.

Replaying BG3 early access and it's such a little thing but I forgot how the tiefling kids will follow you around to look at your familiar if you have one 🥺
My main girl is a ranger with a raven familiar and the kids keep saying things like "Do birds like to be petted?" and I'm just like **of course you can pet the bird while Astarion presumably gags from the sweetness of the scene in the background!!**
