For the longest time I bought the cheapest art supplies I could, only to find that when you invest in the quality supplies, your work transforms. From higher pigment colors to paper that works with your water (not against it) and allows you to create new techniques you didn't know existed for yourself. What I'm learning (*and still learnings) is to invest in yourself. To believe that you're worth the time/money/energy. I'm a saver, I worry about money, and I'm learning to let that go in hopes that something more serving will flow. Book: A Piece of Your Mind for Peace of Mind

Author: Manali Desai

Review: 'A piece of your mind for peace of mind' is a collection of poetry that touches upon emotions and situation we all face in our daily lives. The author has tried to write down her feelings through this book in the form of poetry. It is a treat of heart-warming poems and there are two poems I felt where I was imagining myself in place of the characters. The two poems which stole my heart are 'Full Circle' and 'Mirror, Mirror, On The Wall'. Manali has done a fantastic work. Superb!
