New Story Time!!!

I’m working on a new story!! Here is some basic Information on it!! (this was on twit but it’s a shit show so it’s getting moved over here lol)

It’s going to be called The World of Fae, more info below. If you have questions, please ask!!

The basic story overview for The World of Fae, everything natural in this world is run by the fae in the background, so small and quick most humans can't see them. To make sure things get done in a timely manner, a head for each kind of fae was assigned early on in their time on this planet. The head fae will have group meetings at certain intervals, usually a week or so before season change, to make sure that everyone sticks to their tasks and will have their underlings do the same. Not all head fae have to come to every season meeting, for example, Neve and Oighear only need to come to the winter and spring meetings and aren't required in the summer and fall ones unless they wish to come. The head fae have 2 different forms, one is a small classic fairy while the other is closer to a human (designs below). The head fae will often interact with eachother outside of the meetings as well, either to do their job or just for fun. All head faes, minus Flann and Kira, are poly and will date the other faes (minus a few exceptions such as the cases of siblings).

probably a weird question but any height hcs for the mekakushi dan?

not weird at ALL. not only does the mekakushi dan have CANON heights but i have my thoughts about them

from shortest to tallest, these are their CANON heights:

hiyori 138 cm (4'5'')

hibiya 140 cm (4'6")

mary 154cm (5'0")

ayano 155 cm (5'1")

takane 157 cm (5'1") as ene, 640 pixels

momo 162 cm (5'3")

kano 165cm (5'4")

kido 168 cm (5'6")

shintaro 172 cm (5'8")

seto 178 cm (5'10")

haruka 182 cm (6'0")

i dont think these heights are bad but i think they're a little silly, especially hibiya and hiyori. girl they're 12. they wouldn't be THAT tiny!!! ive been the same height since i was 12 tbh, ive been 154cm (5'0'') for ten years 😐😐😐 anyways. yeah. they wouldn't be that short, in my sick twisted mind hibiya and hiyori are around the height of mary ayano & takane.

which brings me to. ayano and takane's heights are a little weird, especially takane. they're mostly drawn with a big height difference with ayano being the tallest when they're actually listed with takane being 3 cm taller so they're rly the same height lol. i usually draw ayano as taller for the lols bc i love shortest of the quartet takane, so id probably either make ayano a little taller (maybe 160cm, which would put her as shorter than momo, or maybe just as tall as momo to have a more clear height difference with takane) or takane a little shorter, but i think her height is fine as is. im a little attached to the 157cm bc of how big of a revelation it was JEJDKEKD and idk mary is always described as super short when there's literally 2 other grown characters just as tall as her lol. take ur "kiddy" mary and shove it up ur ass jin ur weird 💗 mary is my height i get her the view is FINE from here.

the thing with takane is that he's got the whole Secret Identity thing like as is takane is KINDA a spoiler character? and enes whole thing is that no one knows where they came from so for a long time we only knew how big ene was in pixels ajdkwjdk and unlike everyone else she does NOT have the funny fun facts like a canon birthday or height or weight. we only know the height bc in a takane sketch from sidu they wrote next to it the 157cm and the fandom took it and ran with it. at least that's how i remember it, i was so damn excited. idk if it has ever been super confirmed (tho its been listed in the wiki for years), so i can see why its so inconsistent to ayano(and mary, who is also close to their height but we see takane with ayano more often) and his weight is listed as 2MB. thats soooo funny. mysterious weight takane sometimes it can be so #girl but also im kinda glad bc the weights are so fucking BULLSHIT.

anime when making a girl heavier than 45kg: 😱 girl are u fucking crazy. ayano and momo have the same weight? mary is listed as 130 apples heavy? its such a mess. the weights are SHIT and NOT REAL. anyways u didnt ask abt that but yeah their weights 👎👎👎👎👎 not real.

anyways. id make these characters around the same height (in the range of 154cm to 159 cm) from shorter to tallest: hiyori, hibiya, mary, takane, ayano. maybe even ayano as tall as momo. and hibiya and hiyori would probably grow taller than those 3 as they grow up lol. i think hiyori would end up in a height like momo's and hibiya would be just slightly taller than shintaro which would probably anger shintaro a lot. tho short king hibiya is also funny tbh

WHICH BRINGS ME TO THE TALLEST'S HEIGHTS. ok. seto and haruka. sits DOWN. i think haruka should be taller and seto should be what haruka is listed as. cuz like haruka is always described as like super weirdly tall and he's like omg i hate being so tall when 182cm is like. sure its really tall but i wouldn't call that a weird height??? thats like. idk to me its kinda average tall height. and AGAIN im 154cm so id know a tall person lol my little brother is 180cm (😐) and while he is tall i wouldn't say he's crazy tall!!!and seto just being below 180cm is soooooo wrong SO, to me seto has haruka's height which is 182cm and haruka is probably more around 188cm, maybe getting to 190cm just for shit and giggles. like now THATS what id call weirdly tall. maybe haruka is just called that all the time bc he hangs out with ayano takane and shintaro (shortest adult mekadan members & shintaros painfully below average for a guy height). but whatevers i do love haruka is the tallest character though lol

and the rest are ok. kido being almost as tall as shintaro is awesome. kano being short is also awesome. if im changing shit id make him as short as momo just for shit and giggles which if we go by all my other changes then he'd be as tall as ayano LOLLLL

ok so the first vote was for sbf so here's how we think the colours look in sbf! we're doing general four swords next !

Vio; okay so Vio has the darkest hair out of them all. Their hair is closer to brown than blond, and they have streaks of black in there, and it's length reaches their mid-back. they're also the smolest at 4'2. their skin is paper white and it almost looks grey—the price of fuckin w unfamiliar magic lol—and has a lotta scars that resemble cracks. they're one of the only two colours with freckles! but theirs are a weird purplish-black. they are missing a hand, and naturally they have a few scars around the area where their hand used to be. their eyes are a rly bright purple. as mentioned in sbf, vio has one dimple on their left side and their teeth are crooked. it's hidden but vio has a tattoo on their lower back of a black dahlia flower. has a tongue piercing that shadow gave them.

Blue; he has extremely light blond hair that's in an undercut. it's naturally brown and dyed blond but shhh nobody say anything. he's 4'3 and mad about it. lotsa burn scars from being a smithy. has blue fingertips from The Ice Incident. eyes are an unnaturally bright blue and some people swear that his eyes glow. p i e r c i n g s . the tip of his right ear is missing rip. his index finger on his left hand got cut off during The Red Incident. his skin is also pastey-ass-pale but is a lot less grey than vios is. he has a dimple on the right side of his mouth. crooked teeth are something all four of them have. he has a tattoo of a strawberry and a purple flower.

Green; he's got brown hair and it's shoulder-length, but he always ties it into a little bun. he's 4'5. obligatory scars from being a hero and a knight. he has!! stubble!! the only colour with facial hair. his eyes are rupee green. man's got a lil bit of a tan on him! he has a tooth missing lol rip that tooth. crooked teeth x3. he has a mole under his left eye. he has a huge ass burn on his back from the Duel With Vio. he's got a tattoo of the hylian crest, but that one was mandatory. he also has a little leaf tattoo and a small, purple heart tattoo. the leaf was supposed to cover the purple heart but it didn't...work. he has a scar across his face but he thinks it looks cool. he wears clip on earrings.

Red; her hair is the longest and reaches her waist! her hair is also dyed blonde. she's 4'6! tol girl (compared to vio and blue anyways). she has so many burn scars bc she gets too excited around fire. her eyes are blood red. her skin is pretty tanned, she just tans super easily. crooked teeth x4. she's the second of the only two colours with freckles! she's got clip on earrings as well bc she doesnt like needles. no tattoos for same reason as before. she does however have paints that she uses to paint on her skin with! she tends to draw blue, purple and green themed things.

stature: What's your OC's body type? How tall are they? Do they wear clothing to accentuate their look or do they try to mask it?

-> Arvid: I actually rolled his height (based on the way it is for a hill dwarf in the PHB, 3'8"+2d4), and he ended up being quite tall for a dwarf: roughly 130 cm, so 4'3". At least a good head shorter than everyone else still, but actually not SO short that one has to like... get on their knees to meet his eyeline. And that coupled with his bulk, I would say he... definitely looks formidable. Sturdy, if you will. Like if he wasn't so wide, he could probably pass for a short human, if he were so inclined, he can definitely tower over a gnome or goblin, and he should come up to almost about Gale's shoulder.

I guess this might contribute to his genuinely absurd intimidation bonus and -advantage (which I almost never use because he's a nice boy), that he just... looks like he could give you a smack and lay you out to dry, and he wouldn't necessarily even need a stepladder for it.

For his body type, I always picture an old-timey strongman or a powerlifter. Not someone who is cut or lean, but definitely built to support his strength, with few defined lines (mostly just in his arms), and rather heavy body hair. He's burly, and I personally find that type of person very attractive, but I do think he's the type to hide as much of himself as possible: long pants, long sleeves, heavy plate mail, the works. (That could be why I had to turn down pretty much every companion at least once, they saw him take his shirt off to chop wood a single time, and it was so unexpected that they all found themselves suddenly consumed by lust.) (Yes, I'm joking.)

-> Iona: As an elf, she's very average with her 167 cm/5'6" height (4'6"+2d10), and the fact that her love interest is going to have exactly 3 inches on her (plus about 2 more inches of hair) just amuses me to no end. And, since thematically she's both a sorcerer (not really a con or str class) AND an ex-cultist, I'd think the best way to describe her is wiry. She's not super athletic and initially kind of malnourished, but after fleeing from the compound, she had to be constantly on the move, and for a short while between that and the nautiloid, she didn't have much to her name to be able to eat well. (I think in act 1, she does put on quite a bit of weight and fills out somewhat, so the typical "slender elf" character model reflects more her act2+ appearance.)

Plus, her whole life she kind of lived in most part off a small garden too, so she would be lean, and more persistent than tough. Kind of like a stray dog that's all skin and bones, but still once her jaw is locked onto you, you're not going anywhere.

I don't think she would consciusly try to show off her body at first, but once she starts feeling more confident with her magic, she'll definitely start feeling more confident in her appearance as well. Especially once she realizes that most men don't see her as at least a bit lesser-than for being an elf (like it was in the anti-magic cult, where fey ancestry was barely tolerated), and instead, find it quite sexy, so they are, in turn, more easily manipulated by her. She'll definitely come more into herself as the game progresses, and use her innate charisma for more than just cagey self-defense.

Does your OC have a failed relationship or relationship they still think about? What happened? Is it an unsolved regret or is there a chance for reconciliation?

-> Iona: Oh, this is the best possible question to ask about her, I was hoping someone would!! (I think I only mentioned it in some tag-novel once, lol.)

This got long, so cut time.

So, Iona's name is technically Iona Raedir, but her maiden name is Birchlight, so that's what she goes by.

Her husband isn't dead, by some miracle, but after having hidden her inborn magical abilities her whole life, when she was eventually revealed (after 56 years, like 30 of them married to her husband Herrik), it got... ugly.

He was a human, so he did enjoy that he had a lovely, young and unaging wife (enough to tolerate her being an elf- the whole cult kind of was mainly made up of humans and they all functioned based on a human timeline), but... well, their core belief was that arcane magic in itself is something the use of which by anyone other than the gods is an aberration to be exterminated. So when he found out, after 30 years of marriage, that his wife was born with magical abilities and hid it from everyone, he was... let's just say, too set in his ways to accept it. (He was like 60-ish at the time, and had been in the same cult for like 35 of those, and participated in magehunts, of course he was set in his ways.)

Long story short, he attacked her, and the only reasons she could escape with her life was because 1.) she was faster, and 2.) she had been searching for an opportunity (and the courage) to get out for years and years at that point. She knew it was coming, sorcery is a magic that yearns to be used, and without her father being there ALL the time (the family was brought into the cult by her elven dad's second, human wife when she was little), she was bound to slip up eventually.

When he attacked her, she (again, long story short) could blast him in the face with fire, then once more when he came at her with an axe as she was getting her go-pack, and as her home crashed and burned both literally and figuratively, she could get to the stable to steal their ox, Marigold. As she fled, she knew she hadn't managed to kill him, but she did from that point on believe that he, while he failed to kill her, had killed the woman who was his wife.

The first thing she did, as soon as she got to a settlement, was trade her wedding band for a pair of boots.

At the very least, her being out cold means she didn't say anything, and so doesn't need to go to round three with Gigantic Asses. Which to this day nobody is sure if it means huge asses or giant women.

//Tough to beat with Terezi's already used. And half the reason it took awhile was thinking who to include hehe. I'm still figuring out the vague size range of everyone. Obviously I'll constantly change it to suit my fetishry but I like a baseline.

Currently working off the "Hemospectrum gets taller as it goes" thing. As Equius is 'taller than average' at 8'7 for an indigo gotta extrapolate from there. I think it makes for a good "alien amazon brick shithouse" base size without making it completely impossible to interact with them without an explicit size fetish lol. Though I'll happily shrink them down for anyone who'd really prefer not to.

Could make Aradia like 4'6 or a flat 5' or something as the smollest. Shortstacks yes.

And their Darling is basically along for the ride as these three powerful vampiric fly-ladies learn how to express those feelings in a physical way. They'll insist on joining their Darling in baths (don't worry, they all fit in Alcina's gigantic bathroom. The bathtub is legit the size of a spa's hot spring!) and one day as they're getting dressed afterward, one of them would be curious about why Darling seeks to squeeze their thighs together whenever Cassandra washes their breasts.

They move Darling's legs apart and suddenly the three of them are clamoring to find out what warmth is radiating from them. Bela's the first to boldly touch them there, and soon the three sisters are eagerly moving Darling to the nearest bed to explore more of them there. Darling is just at their mercy as they curiously share a taste of their Darling and enjoy the "syrup" that keeps coming out of them.

Soon they realize there's a heat coming from each of THEM as well. Michael Myers X Short! Reader

Part 1, Part 2, Part 3

I wrote this story on Wattpad (@Red_scarfed_person) and decided to post it here lol. If you saw this on Wattpad and don't believe me, you can go to my page on Wattpad and see that in my Messages, I talk about having a Tumblr account and left my Tumblr username there :)

And rereading my old story scared me. If you're here expecting a violent, fearful story, please don't read this. This is full of the sarcasm someone who lacks sleep can muster.

Ah yes. Y/N's favorite part of the day. Trying to cook. Was that sarcasm? Partially.

Y/N loved cooking; it was so satisfying to see people enjoy her food. But the part she hated was trying to reach the goDDAMN bowls and ingredients from the cabinets. Why did the construction workers have to put them 17 light years high?

Of course, it wasn't the construction workers' fault. It's just that Y/N is the size of a fifth grader. 4'6" tall. What makes it harder to live being so short? Living with someone who's 6'7."

You see, a while ago, there was a certain incident...

A tall male in a white mask and blue jumpsuit, brown hair and blue eyes, found himself in the home of another. He silently panted in his mask, in pain even if he wouldn't show it. Rolling up his sleeves and pulling up the bottom of his shirt, Michael started checking for severe wounds.

"Damn, you're hot..." Some short woman mumbled, turning on the kitchen light. Michael perked up, pulling his shirt back down and reaching for his knife.

"Oh, damn, wrong time to speak up? Sorry," Y/N said, not even knowing if she was being sarcastic in that sentence or not. Mainly since author-san doesn't know if their being sarcastic or not. Anyway--

Michael started walking towards her with the knife, not running since we all know that Michael can walk and still win Olympic runs. Y/N just grabbed a candy bar in her cabinet, opening it and taking a bit.

Michael was confused as hell. As a result, he stopped walking and lowered the knife. "So, you're not gonna kill me? That sucks since my dept is unbelievably high." Michael blinked quickly in confusion, thinking, then it might not be too high with short you are.

Y/N sighed, then gasped. "Oh wait! You're that boogeyman guy who everyone is scared of!" Y/N said with a small smile. She wasn't sadistic or anything, but she was sorta excited to see him.

Michael just stood there, not even knowing how to react for the first time in his life. Y/N then sighed again, throwing away the wrapper to the candy bar and shrugging. "If you decide to kill me later, stab my neck. It's very sensitive. Oh and my room is down the hall, to the left. And my couch is comfortable if you wanna sleep there."

And with those last words, Y/N walked to her room, closing the door behind her and getting it bed. Leaving a confused serial killer.

The next morning, Y/N yawned as she walked out of her bedroom and to the kitchen. Her kitchen and living room was one large room, the kitchen set to the right near the front door, and the living room on the other side of the room.

Between them is a hallway that leads to a bedroom and bathroom. It was a two story house. The top two floors had an office room, another bathroom, and a storage room.

Anyway, Y/N rubbed sleep from her eyes as she walked over to the stove and grabbing a pan. She also pulled out milk, pepper, salt and eggs and set them ok the counter. But now she needed a bowl to even put those in.

Michael heard noise from the kitchen which resulted in him waking up. He slowly sat up on the couch, turning to face Y/N. He got up and walked towards her.

"Why is this so high up," Y/N mumbled to herself as she tried to reach a bowl from a cabinet. She couldn't even reach the handle on the cabinet. Growling in frustration, Y/N gave into defeat.

But then comes Michael opening the cabinet for her, making her help and turn around. "W-Who the hell are you!" Y/N shrieked, blushing a bit. I mean, here she is, a tiny gal blocked in the corner of the kitchen by a tall, mascular guy.

Memories came flooding back and Y/N remembered who he was. "Ooooh, so you're that boogeyman guy? I remember now...wait... I let a damn serial killer into my house!?" Y/N shrieked again as Michael set down the bowl, turning on the stove.

As Y/N went through her epiphany, Michael actually started to cook. It wasn't until he was done did Y/N snap out of it. He set out two plates and cups, putting the scrambled eggs on them and filling the cups with F/D.

"W-Wait...so you aren't going to kill me? You're really gonna..." Y/N mumbled as Michael grabbed a nearby receipt and pen. He wrote down something, making Y/N shush and lean over at what he's writing.

"My name is Michael. I'm not planning on hurting you anytime soon. What is your name?" it read. Y/N was confused as hell now. Why would he spare her? What is so special about her? I should just be grateful, Y/N thought.

"I'm Y/N, Y/N L/N..." Y/N said, looking up at Michael. She blushed a bit, making eye contact. Michael grabbed a plate and cup and handed it to her, then grabbed his own and sat down at the small diner table. Well, way to go from one thing to another, Y/N thought as she sat down next to him.

As much as it confused her, Y/N still wasn't sure how she was still alive. But she was grateful she was, anyway. She always the tall male attractive, but never had feelings for him until recently.

Even if he'd refuse to get things for her that were high up, give her looks that just screamed out about her being short, and wrote down short on sticky notes and put them everywhere, she fell for him. What a lovely crush.

"Why the hell are the damn cabinets 17 light years high," Y/N growled as she climbed on the counter. Just as she was about to grab a bowl, she yelped when large arms wrapped around her an pulled her down carefully.

"Michael! Hey, let go!" Y/N yelled, trying to be serious despite how much she wanted to smile and laugh. Michael shook his head, hugging her tighter.

Despite how badly be wanted to tease her about her height, he kept quiet of course. He didn't just want a hug, either, he wanted to pull her down so she'd have to struggle to get back on the counter again. As said before, what a lovely crush.

Michael eventually pulled away, taking a couple steps back. Y/N looked over at him with a sour-sweet look, blushing a bit. She crossed her arms, "so, was that all you wanted?" Yeah, is that all you wanted, baka? ≧n≦

Michael shook his head, pointing to the bathroom. Y/N raised a brow. "What?" She asked, thinking for a moment. "You need a towel or something?" Michael then nodded.

Y/N smiled a bit, nodding. She walked to her room, Michael following until they reached the door. Grabbing a towel, Y/N walked back over to him and handed it. "It might be a bit small for a giant such as yourself, but here."

Michael nodded, then walked towards the bathroom and went inside. Y/N smiled a bit, thinking to herself about what he'd look like once he got out. It made her cheeks heat up and her heart beat a bit faster.

And about 15 minutes later, Y/N was back in the living room, watching TV. "C'mon, Saitama, beat the hell outta them..." Y/N mumbled under her breath, watching an intense fighting scene.

Y/N perked when she heard the bathroom door open and looked over. Long story short about that was happening in her mind: bad idea.

"MMMM-" Y/N screamed muffledly, having covered her mouth with a pillow that moment. Her face was red, blushing hard from the sight. The towel covered just enough on Michael to where nothing was shown, but he was h o t. Even the scars on him weren't seen as disturbing or anything.

Michael cocked his head, holding his clothes in his hands. He ignored Y/N's reaction to seeing him, since he only cared about his jumpsuit being cleaned. Of course he would act like that--

Y/N, already knowing what Michael wanted, slowly stood up and walked over. She was figitting, clearly still flustered as she grabbed his clothes. "I-I'll just, uh, go wash these..." She mumbled as she walked passed him quickly, to the washing machine and dryer.

Michael blinked a couple times, thinking about the hell he's supposed to where for the time being. Just the towel?

About five minutes passed, Michael was still waiting next to the bathroom for Y/N to come back. He just wanted something to c h a n g e i n t o.

Alas, the moment finally came. Y/N walked back out after almost crying to herself in the laundry room. Typing this out now made me realize I'm making it sound like Y/N was-- well, if you know, you know. But no, that wasn't happening. Our child, Y/N, was just flustered, ok? Yes, our child. I care about you so much reader and I love your OC even though idfk what they look like. They're a beautiful specimen. :):):):):):) Anyway, back to the story.

"H-Hey," Y/N stuttered as she walked out, waving as Michael. Michael, who kept his mask on by the way, just rolled his eyes from inside the mask, handing her a piece of paper. It said that he needed a change of clothes, to which Y/N just chuckled about. "I-I mean...Do you reallllyyy? Can't you just stick with that? You don't look too bad in it, heh heh."

Michael have her a dull look from under his mask, making Y/N sigh. "Fine, whatever. But let's be honest, I'm not gonna have anything that fits you. You should just stick with that," she said, shrugging and pretending to calm about seeing him like that. She was clearly in a flirty mood, which she sometimes gets like when she wants to annoy Michael.

He likes to out sticky notes everywhere with the word short on it, pull her off counters so she has a harder time getting stuff from cabinets, and put his hand above her head as if he was saying, "You're not tall enough to do ____." So it's only normal she would flirt to get him back. But mayyybe acting like that isn't a good decision on her part.

Michael sighed silently, grabbing Y/N"s wrist softly. "Wha--" Y/N cut herself off when Michael pulled her close, leaning down to get his face close to her's. Then, for the very first time in years, Michael spoke.

"Whatever makes you happier~" Michael whispered in her ear; his voice was low and husky. Y/N turned red immediately, incapable of even coming up with a response. Hold on- a tall, mysterious guy with a good figure pulled me close and now can speak, in a hot goddamn voice at that, Y/N thought.

Michael caressed her cheek, pulling away. Y/N had her mouth slightly parted, her eyes widened. "Yo...You can..." Y/N stuttered, not even able to come up with a sentence. So instead, she just nodded slowly, slowly walking into her room and gesturing for him to follow. Michael smiled proudly under his mask, following her.

Yes, what he did was small but Y/N was the kind of person to be a bit extra about these things. Of course it affected her. Anyway, about five minutes later, Y/N couldn't find anything for him to wear other than a large hoodie and very oversized sweatpants she got from a Plot Convenience Sale, which was kinda tight for him. But at least she had a use for the sweatpants, since that was kinda just in her closet.

Y/N took a deep breath once Michael was done changing, coming out of her room. Of course, she left the room when he got changed so don't think dirty, precious readers. Y/N looked over, smiling a bit with heated cheeks at Michael. The small moment from earlier was still bothering her.

"Does it fit?" she asked, raising a brow. Michael nodded, putting his hands in the hoodie pockets. "That's good," Y/N mumbled, staring at the ground awkwardly. A couple moments of silence later, Michael smiled from under his mask, taking it off while Y/N was too busy being lost in a daydream to notice.

"Thank you," Michael whispered as her kissed her forehead, making Y/N flinch. Because Michael appears to be as fast as light, he was already putting his mask on by the time Y/N looked up. Her face was red again, but even worse than before.

"M-Michael, did you just--" Michael was already walking away, brushing her off. "Hey, listen to me!" Y/N yelled as she caught up to him. Like hell that was going to be a one time thing, Y/N thought. I'm going to see his face eventually, she promised herself.

I really really love your story 🥺🥺 and I don't know if you've had this question before so I apologize beforehand if you have, but I wanted to know, how short is a very short dwarf, like what's their general heights? Cuz in my mind I'm thinking like 4'6" 🤔 I only ask because there are some instances in the story where I'm like she can't possibly reach can't she? 😂😂 Also this might be too late to do or too hard to do I'm not entirely sure, but would you consider incorporating little instances of recognition between people who are the same races as our MC? Or just recognition in general for our races I guess lol

Hi! Thanks for your message, I’m so glad you’re enjoying the game. 💜

Heights are left deliberately vague. People’s interpretations of what counts as “short” and “tall” are going to vary, which is why I don’t have specifics heights or height ranges in the game. But in general, this is what I personally imagine for the heights (don’t come for me if this doesn’t match what you imagined 😂):

Very short - 5 feet and under

Short - 5'1 to 5'4"

Average - 5'5 to 5'9"

Tall - 5'10" to 6'2

Very Tall - 6'3" and over.

If you have a very short character, the game is going to treat them like they’re well below an average height, but still able to get around mostly unhindered.

Height was a very late addition for the character creator (there was originally no appearance selectors at all!). Consequently, there isn’t very much flavour text that uses the height variable yet, but it will start to crop up in now and again (the only one I can think of off the top of my head is if you selected the “very tall” height option, your MC nearly bashes their head on the ceiling when they’re down in the cabins on Zenaida’s ship in one of the Route A endings).

As for the MC’s ancestry, yes, there will be times when other characters comment on it or have moments of recognition. This happens predominantly for half-Aeda and half-Melusine characters, since Aeda and Melusine are rare in comparison to elves, dwarves and humans, but I am trying to keep it balanced.

It won’t come up regularly as most people in this world don’t really care about which species a person is, but it will trigger when it provides an important character moment.

MAD AS A CROW: GHOSTVERSE [ROSECROW FUN FACTS]

These 2 are oppites attract in every sense of the word. Ghost only reads books, Alice is a huge movie buff; Ghost is bad at technology, Alice is a tech genius; etc.

Ghost plays the violin, Alice plays the piano. They do duets often.

A very common bonding thing they do is watch movies/TV shows based on books since there's a good chance Ghost has read the book. He likes to complain about all the changes which then in turn gets Alice to read the book. A favorite of theirs is Pride & Prejudice.

Oh, you KNOW there's a height difference between them. Ghost is....tall. like, almost 6'8. Meanwhile, Alice is.....barely 4'6. He has to bend down so much whenever he wants to kiss her, usually forehead kisses tbh.

Alice has a tendency to ramble. Like the true ADHD Queen she is, she'll start complaining about something that happened while she was shopping only to somehow talk about how cute ducks are. Ghost listens with massive heart eyes (😍), he loves her voice so much.

Ghost's real name is Jonathan Crowley. Only Alice is allowed to call him his actual name, everyone else gets growled/glared at.

Alice will sometimes pull out a full goth fit (she usually dresses in a pastel goth style) solely for Ghost's enjoyment. Ghost's brain always does a mini reset when he sees her like that lol.

Contrary to what most believe, Ghost is actually very romantic. He buys Alice flowers (roses, of course), takes her out to dinner, slow dances with her.....homegirl swoons everytime without fail.

Ghost is very love-deprived. Nearly everything Alice does in regards to their relationship sends him into a blushing, stuttering mess. Lord help him because Alice likes to tease. A lot.

Alice has about a million different nicknames for Ghost, but common ones include: Ghostie, Jonny, March Hare, (My) Love, (My) Dear/Dearest. Ghost just settles on calling her "Darling" most of the time, but also affectionately calls her his Little Lamb 🐑🧡.

When sleeping, Ghost likes to curl up in a small ball. This has resulted in Alice getting engulfed in a mess of long limbs while spooning.

Alice likes playing with hair, whether its her own or someone else's. Ghost secretly likes getting his hair played with, it feels nice and ✨intimate✨.

Ghost wears blue but I associate him with red while Alice wears pink yet I associate her with blue. They're the red/blue ship, wearing each other's colors 💙❤.
