🧿 Lilith placements in a male's chart have the same effects as in a woman's chart. Some astrologers said that Lilith in a male's chart only indicates what kind of woman they prefer and I think it's bs. If this isn't true then why do well-known male celebs who have Lilith in the 10th house get sexualized a lot? (Examples: Timothée Chalamet (Idk why??), Vladimir Putin, John F. Kennedy, Taylor Lautner, Chris Pratt, & River Phoenix are just a few examples).

— you can learn more about his theory here and here. he was the maker of this theory, i’m simply passing the knowledge i’ve researched on him in a more simplified way!!! trigger warning for mentions of death and violence for the 11º, the 15º, the 18º and the 22º degrees 

according to nikola’s research, each degree is connected to the sign it rules: 

aries degrees — 1º, 13º, 25º - taking action, fighting spirit, not giving oneself up to fate, struggle, war, can indicate abuse, labor, diligence, leadership, beginnings, etc

taurus degrees — 2º, 14º, 26º - money, food, the earth, stability, luxuries, voice, singing, etc

gemini degrees — 3º, 15º, 27º - communication, gadgets like televisions or phones, self-expression, books, siblings, neighbourhood, etc

i’m going to give an example that he talked about in his website that i found simple to understand yet powerful. when nikola was discussing with another astrologer, he wanted to talk about his degree theory, so he took a look at the birth chart of the wife of the other astrologer, and after a minute of analyzing it, he said as follows: “Your wife called a carpenter to the house and ordered a larger bed to be made. When the carpenter had finished the job, you went to bed and realized that the work was not properly done. One measure was right – the bed was long enough - but the other one wasn't – the bed wasn't wide enough, it was still narrow”. the look the other astrologer gave him told him that his brief analysis was absolutely correct.

his reasoning behind it was that the wife’s 12th house (which rules sleeping, beds, bedrooms) cusp began at the 21º of aries, and the ruler of that house, mars, was at the 6º in virgo. aries simbolizes to create and the 21º, a sagittarius degree, simbolizes to enlarge. so, his wife wanted to create (aries) a larger (sagittarius/jupiter) bed (the 12th house). because mars, the ruler of the 12th house, was placed in virgo (someone who renders services, a worker), she called the carpenter to the house. her mars was, however, in virgo at the 6º which is a virgo degree (virgo simbolizes diminishing, making smaller), which meant the measure of the bed had to be smaller than needed. therefore, the cusp of the 12th house (the bed) at the 21º (sagittarius - larger, longer) signifies that the bed was both long enough (enlarged), and mars in virgo at a virgo degree (6º) meant that it was not wide enough (it was narrow). nikola established connections between degrees, the signs, the planets and the houses where they fell and the aspects that they made in order to make this kind of predictions. 

he also found a few degrees to be connected to significant things. 

THE 2º DEGREE - SUPREME POWER 

nikola, through the research of the birth charts of many people throughout history, observed how those who contained planets, houses and aspects (+lunar nodes, arabic parts, vertex and of course, the four cardinal points: the IC, MC, AC and DC) in the 2º degree were those who made remarkable achievements, who wielded extreme power and were highly respected. he got to this conclusion by analyzing the birth chart of queen victoria - other rulers at the time had more powerful aspects than she did, but allas, they weren’t the ones to almost rule the entire world - it was her, so he began noticing the pattern between power and the 2º. literal jesus himself had his mercury in pisces in the 2º. i myself have four degrees at 2º, so it’s nice to know my dreams of starting a revolution, overthrowing the government and achieving world domination are supported by the astros

THE 5º DEGREE - EROTICISM 

this degree is connected to beauty, desire, sex appeal, receiving sexual attention. many sex icons like marilyn monroe, jean harlow and mata hari had it present in their birth chart. nikola talks about this being the best degree in his eyes. considering that it’s a leo degree, it’s all about living, having fun and enjoying life. 

THE 11º DEGREE - DIVORCE / SUICIDE 

both the 11º and 23º degrees of aquarius indicate divorce, but, according to nikola, the 11º is connected to suicide.

THE 15º DEGREE - CAR ACCIDENTS 

this degree, when connected to scorpio + the 8th house, can indicate car accidents.  

THE 18º DEGREE - PURE EVIL 

simbolizes a bad destiny. to nikola, this is the worst degree you can have. it can indicate rare deseases, tragic accidents. he says there’s no good about this degree but i absolutely disagree. not to be a hopeless optimist or to pretend to possess half the knowledge that he does but i think it’s pretentious to assume that a degree is literally all bad and that there’s nothing we can do about it — that takes away from our free will and our inner strength. Many, many people have this degree present in their charts (i believe nikola had it himself), it’s all about facing hardships but, well, that’s life.

THE 22º DEGREE - TO KILL OR BE KILLED 

nikola has found this degree in the birth charts of murderers + people that were murdered. his significance of “to kill or be killed” is quite literal. now, i want to remind you that this is the worst case scenario and that this degree can manifest itself in many diferent ways - just like the 18º and the 8º. the death can be figurative. for example, donald trump’s chart: he has his sun in 22º, and his mercury in 8º - and I’m afraid he’s quite alive at his old age and kicking it, even if he’s suffered a public destruction. @saintzjenx in her degree theory post talked about how this placement can also indicate abandonment. i agree, i have my sun at 22º in the 10th house (the house of the father) and my father was very emotionally absent + physically as well (his work has him working at other cities during the entire week) 

THE 29º DEGREE - CLAIRVOYANCE/PROGNOSTICISM 

the 29º indicates someone with clairvoyant potential, someone who makes accurate predictions, with great intuition. it’s to note that nikola himself had a 29º in his chart, and that he became known for the predictions he made using the degree theory (for example, he predicted that america would have its first black president ten years before barack obama was elected). but he does like to say that he has absolutely no intuition, though - what prompted him to study the degrees was his virgo rising, acording to him, his need to study and put his brain to work. still, he observed how many clairvoyants had this degree. other astrologers talk about this being a degree that means destruction (and when you analyze trump’s birth chart and how he has his ascendant and his 11th house at the 29º, you can very much argue about the truth behind that theory) but all in all, nikola talks about this degree as benefic. 

in case you’re feeling bad, remember i have the to kill or be killed 22º, plus the 8º of death, plus the 11º of suicide, plus the 23º of divorce, plus two of the 18º of pure evil! let’s suffer together besties. on the upside i have four of the 2º so we riding to eternal glory! 

but now seriously, i know some of this is very hard bc obviously life isn’t all fun and games but. remember that we all have free will, life isn’t determined and having a lot of these in your chart doesn’t mean impending doom!! i have them and i’m very much kicking it and i’m not intending to stop. it’s all about acceptance, learning how to work with even the worst degrees in order to make the best out of them. plus, the degrees can manifest themselves in a lot of different ways and a lot more matters than just them being present - like the signs that they’re in, the aspects with which they make and how harsh they are, the house where they fall etc etc. 

please do take your time to read through his website + to watch the interviews nikola did on youtube!! he was an amazing astrologer whose theory greatly impacted the way astrology is studied today. he’s fun to learn from, too, which is a plus

Guys I actually got my past life reading correct (while using astrology); however I then asked for a past life reading with the use of Tarot. The only thing I got wrong was that I was actually a man (yuck) but I was also a traveler, someone who liked freedom and someone who did trading; then it made me realise that my rising is Sagittarius and we are known for travelling, loving freedom and trading.

So it made me come to the fact that our rising also portrays who we were in the past as well, due to the fact that the Ascendant is always at the point we were born in.

I see the Astro wheel as a life cycle, the First House being about when we first made contact with the world whereas the Twelfth House being about death (even though it’s also the Eighth House) but I remember @saintzjenx speaking about how the Twelfth House can talk about the moment during the time our mother was giving birth to us.

So I have Scorpio in the Twelfth House, and my birth was pretty intense and both of us died we’re alive now, we were reborn (how Scorpio 💀).

And remember when I spoke about how the Eighth House is also about death; so that made me think, that the sign in our eighth house along with the planets and aspects can give us an idea how and why our past life person died, my past life person died because of manipulation, family and female figures and Cancer is in my Eighth house; thus the Eighth house being about our physical body dead.

As to the Ninth house being about our spiritual body, (you get where i'm going?) because we know the Ninth House being about spirituality, religion, our souls and travelling. Thus, the Ninth House can speak about our spirit's souls travelling and where it's going to go in the next life, I have Virgo in the Ninth House along with Jupiter and in this life time I belong to a family that is highly religious, nit-picking and likes to service, and in my point of view, who they're servicing is God.

And so on, we are still in the spiritual body our souls along with the universe just picked what type of family we're going to be with; moving on to the Tenth House, as we know as the House of the Father, authority and how the public sees you. The Tenth House tells us what our souls need to do; I remember watching the Divine Venus' video, the Tenth House speaks about how you need to present yourself if you want to have a successful life, and she was using Katy Perry's natal chart as an example, I have Libra in the Tenth House, so my soul knows that I either have to present myself as someone who is an intellectual, witty, equal, fair, charming and taking part of meaningful collaborations.

Moving onto the Eleventh house, is about our community, our friends, our future and basically our tribe, I see the Eleventh house as the Soul Tribe house, it tells me where I belong and the people I'm supposed to be with in this life time, in my Eleventh House I have Scorpio there along with the Moon, this shows me that I'm supposed to be with people who will help transform me to become a better person, people who are interested with the hidden, the occult along with the Moon being there, I'll be surrounded with female figures more, nurturing, protective and empathetic figures.

And so forth, looking back the Eighth House tells us about how and why our past life person died, and the Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh creates the path our soul is supposed to take and when the path is created we're ready to be born, (the Ninth House being about the first trimester when our mother was pregnant, Tenth House second trimester and Eleventh House third trimester).

Linking back to my third paragraph, Twelfth House is about our mother's birth (as the Twelfth House being about hospitals) the sign and planets there convey about the childbirth, and you guys already know what happened to me during that period, lmao, but to use another example, my nephew has Virgo in his Twelfth House and his mother used no medicine or whatsoever to help with her birth, it was 100% natural.

Lastly, to the First House, is what we brought from our past life, I brought my optimism, preachy-personality, loud, broad, freedom loving, trading loving and travelling self, because of my Sagittarius Rising to this life time. Along with my intensity, appealing energy, intimidating and strong presence due to my Pluto residing there.

let them know that you're studying astrology (if you want to), ask them for their birth data, make them a chart and observe them! see what traits they have in common and what placements may be the cause of it. read for them! maybe interview them as well.

celebrities - there are some with confirmed birth time and some don't, but you can still make a chart and make observations. even people you aren't very close, see if there's something about them (like maybe they are hardworking, or maybe you find them annoying, just anything and then try to find out why in their birth chart).

♥︎ take handwritten notes ♥︎

this can be applied to studying anything as well. handwritten notes are better than typing since you write slower so you can ponder every single word. it would also be better to write what you understand instead of copying everything down.

have a notebook for astrology. doesn't have to look aesthetic, just write anything you find interesting or important things you learn from the book or even the internet. oooh make yourself a cheat sheat!

♥︎ don't try to memorize everything, try to recall ♥︎

another studying tip in general.

you could write what you remember before checking your notes. or just recall them in your head.

ooh and when you know a thing or two about the zodiac signs, try guessing people's signs. you'll remember the traits so much better and it's pretty fun when you get them right. i did this with jujutsu kaisen characters and i'm pretty sure gege sensei (the author) knows astrology sksnjs

♥︎ you don't have to learn everything from the top to bottom, just learn what interests you most and learn slowly one by one ♥︎

for example with learning the zodiac signs, learn your sign first then maybe read about the signs of your close friends and family, etc.

♥︎ and lastly, just have fun! learn when you want to, don't put pressure on yourself <3 ♥︎

p/s: keep in mind that astrology does not determine your life, you do. and bad placements are there for you to overcome, not dwell on it!

🌸 I do want to add that I don't think this placement MEANS to flirt or charm as heavy as they do. It's almost like a reflex or auto pilot they can't turn off. Being flirted with, or using their looks to get what they want is a heady powerful feeling that they love and can't stop.

can u do indicators of talent in music? thanksss

hello! Like I said before in my indicators of talented painters post this is very subjective and people without this placement can still have talent in music, these are just some I’ve noticed.

(This was also partly inspired by @saintzjenx recent post which was really good!)

Indicators Of Talent In Music 🎵:

Cancer Suns, Scorpio Suns, Pisces Suns, Leo Suns, Aquarius Suns, Capricorn Suns. Sun in 2h, 4h. Aquarius suns are very good at what they do, very creative. Some of them are especially good at rap. Take for example Hua Chenyu, aka 华晨宇. Once he attended a music talent show as a judge (correct me if I’m wrong it’s been long since I watched that) and had to come up with a rap/song based on a given theme in 24h. He not only succeeded, but made an awesome song with a lot of meaning behind it. The song is here if you want to watch it, I highly recommend it. (It’s in Chinese tho, most of the singers I mention here will be Chinese.) Ariana Grande has 4h sun if I’m not wrong? 4h suns and cancer suns have a ethereal or gentle voice while singing. Also those born on the 17th have a talent for music. Cancer suns usually sing about things related to the heart, heartbreak, feelings, things like that. An example of this is Fei Yu-Ching, (费玉清) who is pretty popular for his songs. He attended the same talent show as Hua Chenyu, and blew everybody away with a somehow light hearted song about breaking up with somebody. It’s pretty good too, the song is here if you want to check it out.

In addition, Sun-Ascendant aspects are also able to easily get the crowd’s attention, and are usually popular too. Neptune-Ascendant aspects could have an ethereal way of singing. Sun square Pluto is one of my favourite placements as this grants the native a mysterious stage presence, and provides depth to their songs. Sun conjunct Mercury or Venus too.

Moon in Scorpio, Cancer, Gemini, Virgo, Taurus and sometimes Libra could also have talent for music. Scorpio Moons, like cancer moons, sing usually about their feelings, and they are able to infuse their singing with their feelings in a way? If they wrote a song about heartbreak (usually based on real life experiences) you can hear the emotion in their voice when they sing. One example here is G.E.M, (邓紫棋). She has Scorpio moon, and she did a cover of one of Taeyang’s songs (eyes, nose, lips) and it was really good, the emotion in her voice and the way she expressed herself was awesome. The video is here if you are interested. Hua Chenyu is also a cancer moon. Virgo moons are meticulous with their music as well, even if they so called have “no talent” they will put in a lot of effort until they are good. Gemini moons are pretty creative. 苏诗丁 (Su Shi Ding) is a Taurus moon and her voice is very powerful, and can hold long notes for a very long time, as seen here. Watch from 2:50 onwards and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Moon with aspects to Pluto and Ascendant are good at singing as well. Moon-Saturn. Maybe moon with many oppositions to it.

Mercury in Leo, Libra, and Capricorn, sometimes Cancer.

Leo Mercuries are very expressive and usually aren’t afraid to sing. Most have a powerful voice as well. They aren’t afraid to sing about love, and can be quite bold with the lyrics. (Can apply to Leo Venus too) Elva Hsiao’s 表白 (confession) is a prime example of this. Libra mercuries have a clear and crisp singing voice which is pretty refreshing. Capricorn mercuries could have a low voice but are quite good at rapping or singing fast. (Jay Chou and Hua Chenyu have this placement) Cancer mercuries have deep meanings in their lyrics and songs, one example is Joker Xue's "Ugly". If you understand the lyrics, you would agree with me that they are quite profound and sad.

Mercury-Venus aspects and Mercury-Ascendant aspects could be good at singing and lyricism as well.

Venus in Leo, Virgo, Sagittarius. Sagittarius Venuses usually make fast paced or lighthearted music, music that sounds very carefree and happy. Take Jay Chou’s 告白气球 for example. (Sorry it’s all in Chinese, many people talk about English singers already and I don’t want to make a post about them because I would just be repeating what everyone else is saying.) Virgo Venus can sometimes be serious while singing.

Mars in Cancer, Leo, Virgo, and Capricorn. @saintzjenx mentioned that Mars can indicate a singer or a musician’s stage presence, and I completely agree. Mars in Cancer often have a more sombre stage presence, with a serious tone. Mars in Virgo and Capricorn have a very “badass” stage presence, they can easily hype the crowd up. Their performances are pretty bombastic and will leave the crowd clapping and cheering with them. I’ve also noticed they wear darker clothing on stage? Leo mars can also hype the crowd but in a different way. They are like the sun, very glowy and happy on stage, and if you pay attention, they smile a lot and look very bright and confident.

Additional notes:

Aquarius and Pisces placements can be very good at learning instruments, or were exposed to them at a young age. Piano, flute, etc.

Capricorn and Virgo stelliums have a lot of potential to succeed in the music industry because they work HARD.

Sun with aspects to MC, especially trine, can be very successful as well.

Transgenerational planets in Libra can indicate being successful too?

Inner planets conjunct Jupiter can also make someone popular or have music talent esp sun or moon.

Prominent asteroid Sappho can indicate being popular in the music industry sometimes.

Aquarius suns can also have music that expresses their individuality. Hua Chenyu has a song named 我管你 which has quite individualistic lyrics. E.g "管你什么想法，我是我自己的表达” which roughly translates to "who cares what you think, I am my own self expression." Sorry I just love his music lol. Check it out here.

Astrology Notes: Followers Choice

Hi my peoples, so as you all know I asked some of you what placements or aspects you would want to see in a post and now time has come to deliver on that promise. This took quite a bit of research and I gently want to remind you that I am not an expert, but regardless please enjoy.

When I tell you I got jealous researching Composite Moon Conjunct Jupiter, you better believe I would give this couple the finger irl (as a coping mechanism for my jealous ass). Not only do you guys enjoy spending time with each other,but you two genuinely like each other thanks to an emotional bond. You feel better emotionally when together and feel the happiest in this relationship. Your basically each others feel good person. However you should be careful not to invest so much into this relationship that you neglect your responsibilities and other meaningful relationships. Just couple goals over all.

Psyche Conjunct MC is a really interesting aspect as it could mean entrance to the self and understanding of your soul and mind through your career path, goals, achievements and reputation. This realization could happen around the time of young adulthood or late teens. It's almost as if you see the the understanding of yourself as indistinguishable from your reputation and what success and status you achieve in your career and social circles.

Neptune Opposite Lilith...there is a lot to unpack here. First of you might have difficulty connecting to your emotions and as a result it could feel like you have this raging fire deep within you that needs to be suppressed as it might consume you and you do so by turning to escapism. You are torn between wanting to be independent and wanting to feel needed which creates an intense need for intimacy. You should be careful as not to continue believing you have love in places reality as proven to you that there is none. You could experience bouts of self pity because you feel emotionally misunderstood or neglected. By accepting your emotions and allowing yourself to be vulnerable you can accept yourself and open yourself up to healing and a powerful transformation.

Ascendant Quincunx Chiron could struggle to accept the limitations their inner wounds have on their appearance, attitude and identity in general. You try to put up a facade to hide and dent your past wounds, but others will easily see this. It's possible that you feel ashamed for being vulnerable and believe you shouldn't show the cracks in your walls. You just want a sense of normalcy and to gain that you would rather have everyone believe things are fine when you are in fact, obviously wounded.

Lilith in the 11th House: With this placement you feel like an outsider, unwanted and unaccepted. You have faced rejection from groups and feel like you just don't fit in. You might even feel ashamed that you fail to fit in with the crowd even tho you desperately want to. However you should know that this is not your fault, but that of the very groups you try to be a part of. They fear your gifts, they are unsettled that you think and behave differently from what society has teached. Embrace you difference and in doing so you will learn to accept yourself and your position in the masses. Don't look elsewhere for acceptance, it will come when you stand in your own power.

Venus in Libra degrees (7°,19°) in my opinion would sort of amplify the effects of Venus as Libra is ruled by her. These degrees would bring Libra traits into the way you give and receive love. This means you could value loyalty and an equal amount of give and take in a relationship. Traits that you display or attract in love could be as follows: grace, sensuality, seduction, romanticism, harmony, balance, vanity, materialism and shallowness. Additionally you could be excessively needy and have unrealistic, almost idealistic expectations in love. I however view this as a minor influence and you should focus on the entirety of your Venus influences to get a bigger picture of that influence.

As a side note, I think you all should go take a look at @saintzjenx posts on degree theory and even her Lilith posts since she is pretty much an expert here 🙈🙈. I low-key think she might even be Lilith herself at this point.🙈

Moon Trine Lilith is such a powerful aspect. You are hell-bent on getting what you want as your desires are fueled by your emotions and instincts. You naturally listen to your intuition and follow it wherever it takes you. You are unapologetic about showing your vulnerability, sensitive sides, emotions and intuitive desires, even if taboo, and could be a real rebel in doing so. As a result the people in your life will see you as a symbol of strength and you won't hesitate to show said strength.

Sun Conjunct Pluto, light and dark collide with this aspect. And the result? An intensity on par with that of Scorpio Rising and Pluto in 1st. You could wield great power over others or be subject to power greater than your own. Your stong drive and ambition, your intense willpower is sure to leave a mark in the lives of the people touched by it, whether it be amazement or intimidation. You are naturally more attuned to the darker areas of life, unfazed by it. This along with your mysterious, darker presence and love of privacy could have people become suspicious of you and you might even face false accusations from others in your lifetime.

Lilith in the 11th House Synastry immediately made me think of a rebel and activist relationship. When you two direct your energies towards a cause the two could really compliment each other in that regard. On the flip side tho, the Lilith person wants freedom, independence and is always putting themselves first whereas the House person is continuously involved with the community which could give rise to conflicts in the relationship. Both would be extremely open to indulging and exploring the others sexual fantasies and desires, thus spicy time is always fun, exciting and exhilarating. Bluntly put, the sex is bomb and that's about it. A real fwb placement.
