SO.

I was bored in Pokémon Masters EX and figured "you know what, I have 2 expedition team slots and the Pasio trio sync pairs, why not just...make a Pasio trio expedition team?"

And so I did that, but literally everytime I log on, Rachel and Sawyer are talking FUCKING NON STOP

And when I interrupt them, they just give me a fucking death stare like I ruined their entire goddamn day or some shit.

And yes, I know this is a feature in the game, Sync pairs on expeditions will do this, but I have a 2nd expedition team on there for actual materials and they rarely ever talk to each others?? It's literally almost always Rachel and Sawyer every time.

Pasio Trio Headcanons because I love them

Note: Sawyer/Rachel headcanons are present because I have no self control. Please don't fight me in the reblogs/comments about these headcanons, if you don't like them, we can just agree to disagree.

Lear

18 years old

Closeted bi, or just isn't sure

When he does figure out, he's terrified to tell Rachel or Sawyer because he's scared they'll judge him or tell his father

Definitely sleep deprived (even though he goes to bed at normal times, he stays up late on his Poryphone)

His eyes look terrible because of it

Probably wears eyeliner

His glasses were a gift from his mother, but he didn't know since he got them from Sawyer after he came back from his school

Now wears them all the time because a. They look cool and b. Because his eyes look terrible

HE DEFINITELY PLAYS VIOLIN SHUT UP THIS IS CANON.

100% Plays the Pokémon version of Animal Crossing New Horizons you cannot change my mind

Way nicer to his Pokémon when nobody is around

His favourite type is Ground (Staraptor and Hoopa are exceptions because he thinks they look cool)

Knows a few languages, but doesn't know Spanish

Swears a lot when he's by himself or just not in public in general

Still misses his mom :(

Thinks about her a lot. Wonders if she'd be proud of him (she probably would)

The only person he's scared of is his dad (and Sawyer, but only on a certain occasion I'll mention in his section)

Rachel

About 24 years old

DEFINITELY BI

Loves chocolate, ice cream or anything sweet, but cake is her favourite

Obsessed with fashion, has wardrobes full of stylish and trendy clothes at home

Loves baking, but often needs Sawyer's help

Also likes experimenting with makeup and sometimes practices on Sawyer

Speaking of him, she's actually pretty close friends with him, they met when there were kids/early teens via Lear

Great emotional support, supported Sawyer when he was emotional about the queen dying and Lear leaving, which is partially the reason they're rather close

Expert at not taking the hint though

Taller than Lear even without her heels

Was taught Spanish by Sawyer. She can understand it, but not speak it

Her favourite type is Ice, but she loves Dark and Fairy as well

Has a Toxel

Spoils her Pokémon all the time

Sawyer

Around 26 (ik he's probably older but fuck you it's MY headcanons and I get to choose the ages)

Probably straight, but has questioned himself in the past

One of the few people who can make Lear scared. When he's tired of Lear's shit, he just says "Lear." In an angered or stern tone

It's enough to make Lear shut up and even get Rachel scared

Wants a Kubfu lol

Pretty close friends with Rachel, they met when there were kids/early teens via Lear

He's also had a thing for her for a while

He too pussy to tell her though

While on the topic, he's pretty easy to fluster

Met his Bewear when he found it injured as a Stufful. He nursed it back to health and tried to release it back into the wild, but the Stufful wanted to stay with him, so he kept it

Knows Spanish

His favourite type is Fighting (ofc) but he loves Dark and Ground as well

Pretty sure this is kinda canon, but he worries too much

Ok genuine question: where's the fanwork for this ship?? I've seen so much Lear ship fanart but none of these two, let alone this ship specifically. I thought there'd be some people who ship it and make fanwork of it but...no...? Like- is there some sort of unspoken rule that we're not allowed to ship this specifically??

I kid you not the only ship fanart I've been able to find of these two was ONE and it was sent to me in a discord server like a year or so ago. It's actually on Tumblr by @captainmvf but back on topic, where's the hype?? I don't understand?? At all?? Is there something wrong with it?? I mean, with some people's headcanons there is and I understand that, but not everyone has the same hcs right?? I understand it being an obscure ship, but I thought there'd be more fanart than...one?? They have so much potential genuinely.

Is it really that obscure or are we just in an agreement not to ship it?? Help??
