''There are no rules at the beach.''

A sentence I wished I'd never hear. How this seemed like a good idea was beyond me; especially when I noticed the amount of drugs, alcohol and sex there present; a good portion being everything but consensual. I felt far from safe, even though Hatter claimed that was his top priority.

This is why I locked myself up in my room most of the day; only going out for food and games. I couldn't leave the building I found myself other than to possibly kill myself, so I had to create my own safety.

That protection I could give myself, however, turned out to be far from safe, even though I was practically invisible I didn't go unnoticed by most of the militants. Aguni left me alone and got the rest to listen to him, except Niragi. Niragi saw the fear in me that this building gave; the paranoia I gained as the weeks passed. To him, I was a rabbit who wished to get caught.

So anytime I was outside your room he'd creep me out on purpose; lingering around me, eyeing me, whispering in my ear if he got close enough, and eventually; started following me everywhere.

Today was his next step, instead of walking behind me he started to chase me; finding his hunt to have taken long enough, to have gotten me more scared than ever before. So after I was done with dinner he followed me quietly until he could attack.

He shot a bullet of his rifle into the ceiling, making me look at him in fear and quickening my pace in hopes of him not noticing. He called out for me again, which got me to turn around; this time to pin me against the wall. ''You think I haven't noticed you, huh? Are you that desperate for me? That you put on this alluring act of a scared rabbit?'' He breathed in my ear as he put his leg in between mine and attacked my neck with his pierced tongue. His long, wet muscle against my skin felt like the most gross and invasive feeling I had ever felt. It made my breath hitch and my heartbeat fasten.

I tried to make him stop, but anytime I tried he seemed to find a way to get me stuck in his force even more. I tried to scream but he covered my mouth with his, I wanted to kick him but he slammed his hips against mine, I tried to slap him but he forced my hands above my head making me unable to do so.

It was only Hatter giving a surprise announcement that saved me; he made Niragi look up in surprise for a split second, giving me the chance to kick him in the balls and run away. He screamed out in pain before regaining his posture and going after me; thankfully his gigantic rifle seemed to slow him down just enough for me to have a chance at survival.

I didn't know where I was running towards, and I didn't dare try and open doors; if they were locked Niragi would have enough time to come to me. And even if the doors were open, I had to be lucky to be able to lock them on time. But that would also be ruined entirely if people were inside a room like that; they would give me up to the maniac chasing me to save themselves.

The only thing I could do was run and wish to find a place where the door was wide open. Luckily, eventually, I did. I ran until I found myself going down a set of stairs, running through a set of doors that somehow led me to a room I had never seen before.

I didn't hear Niragi taunting me anymore, nor did I hear him running after me anymore. I sighed deeply, hoping that he lost track of me; little did I know that wouldn't be possible.

I finally looked around the hallway I had found myself in after taking in all the air I needed to calm down. The walls were tiled white, almost like a dressing room in the gym, yet also similar to a hospital.

I continued to walk through the hall until I heard some clattering in the room at the end of the hallway. I stood still and tried to make sense of the situation. It was not like I could go back; Niragi could be waiting for me for all I knew.

The clattering didn't seem intimidating; the least scary scenario I could think of was having accidentally walked into the kitchen. So I decided to walk towards the only sound I heard apart from the faint partying of the other Beach residents.

When I got to the end of the hallway, close to the door, I was able to look through a little window to see what was going on. I was frightened and terrified when I found out what I saw. An, one of Hatter's closest allies was carefully cutting up what seemed like a body—the body of one of our residents.

I froze in fear, not knowing what to do until I heard a familiar, terrifying taunt again. I looked up to the start of the hallway to see Niragi pointing his gigantic rifle at me, swearing at me, telling me that I was being too difficult, that I had finally gotten myself into a trap I wasn't going to be able to get out of.

In the one second I had at the chance of survival, I fell into the room where An was dissecting her body. She jumped up slightly, most likely because of the loud gunshot that was immediately heard after my entrance.

I looked up in fear, not being able to open my mouth and explain what was going on. Not that I had much time either way; Niragi slammed himself through the doors in a matter of seconds.

Before he had a chance to do anything to me, he looked up to see An with her gloved hands covered in blood, holding a scalpel. ''Are you still busy with that little puzzle of yours, you sick fuck?'' He questioned while resting his rifle on his shoulder. ''I think you're the sick one out of the two of us.'' She sighed as she looked down at me, desperately trying to get away from the monster in front of me.

''You're no fun; just let me have this little bunny, and I won't ever bother you again, deal? If you'd like, I could even keep her body intact so you can analyse her after the slut you're busy with now.'' Niragi offered to the woman in white, looking at me with the worst thoughts imaginable in his mind. I widened my eyes in fear, noticing my vision was getting spotty due to the sudden realisation I was a couple of hours away from dying. I'd be lucky if Niragi would get bored of me quickly.

''I don't think Hatter will be happy with you if you take that one; after all, she's one of our best players. If I were you, I'd find a different victim; it's not like you're that picky anyway.'' She answered sternly as she stood in front of me as if to protect me.

I was surprised it worked as quickly as it did; the predator simply rolled his eyes, turned around, and left the room. Of course, he wanted to leave behind an impact, so he made sure to shoot the same wall he had shot on accident before on his way out.

''Are you okay?'' An asked worriedly the moment she knew we were safe, crouching down beside me to check on me. ''I think so; just a little headache, that's all.'' The woman still decided to check around my whole head. ''You must be in shock; you have a big wound on your head. Keep still until I tell you otherwise.''

For the next couple of minutes, I did exactly what she asked as I watched her run hurriedly through her DIY labratorium. Eventually, she sat back down again with what seemed like an unnecessary amount of supplies. ''This might hurt, but I need to clean your wound first.'' She said before throwing a cup of boiled water onto my wound, making me bite down my arm at the sudden pain to prevent any screaming from leaving the room.

She gave me a rag once she started up the stitching, knowing I wouldn't be able to keep it down and probably hurt myself in the process. It was painful yet necessary; apparently, the wound was pretty deep. An said one of Niragi's bullets must've hit me partially; I didn't notice because of the adrenaline rush I had gotten.

''I'm sorry I bothered you with this; I never even knew this room existed.'' ''Most don't; that's why you shouldn't apologise; I can't imagine what would've happened to you if you didn't find me in here.'' ''I'd prefer not to think about it.'' This made the woman smile in amusement and understanding as she knotted up my stitches, took off her gloves, and put everything away.

''I must go soon; thank you for helping me, An.'' I said while yawning when she sat back down next to me again. ''Absolutely not; the moment you walk out of here, you'll most likely find yourself in the exact same danger as before, worse even.''

I didn't really know what happened after she told me I wasn't allowed to leave. I think the effects of the adrenaline rush, stress, and pain I went through finally decided to crash. The only thing I did remember was An picking me up and bringing me to her quarters.

At least I realised she did the moment I woke up in her embrace, caressing my hip softly while lying in her bed.

Aib women: Kuina and An as yanderes and how you guys met

Triggers: murder, yandere things, stalking etc

Kuina:

- you would see the same girl over and over, even at games

- it felt as though she was following you but that would be stupid, who would go out their way to stalk someone during life and death games

- During one of the parties, you saw her in the hallway almost waiting it seemed

- she looked your way and winked before smiling at you

- you chuckled nervously before going back the other way, you didn’t feel the safest around her

- During one of the games, she finally introduced herself

- “Hey I’m Kuina! And you are??”

- it seemed that she was a friendly girl who just wanted friends, nothing more

- as time went past she would keep you by her side and away from danger and people

- Even kept you away from her guy friend she’s always hanged out with

- You decided to create distance between the two of you and that didn’t sit right with her, she would constantly harass you

- “ Y/n! Why aren’t you opening the door?? Have I did something wrong? I haven’t seen you in weeks!”

- you kept silent hoping that she would just go away but she didn’t, she somehow knew you were inside

- “ WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS?! IVE TREATED YOU WELL!! LET ME IN!!”

- the shouting and aggressive turning of the handle started to mess with you terribly, she was scary

- The yelling and handled stopped, nothing but silence was heard

- Until, she broke down the door with her leg

- You screamed at the commotion and tried to back away but she was already cornering you in the room

- “ It’s okay Y/n! I just wanna take care of you! It’s not safe here or anywhere, let me help you.” She gently said this but the way her body was slowly creeping forward felt predatory and she had this crazy glint in her eyes

- “ Please Kuina, just leave me alone! I’m begging you”

- Her face went from forgiving to serious

- “ I can’t do that”

- she lunged at you and tried to carry you but you were having a hard time obeying so she was left with no choice

- she elbowed you swiftly in the temple before picking up your limp body and bringing it to her own personal room

- “ Everything will be okay, I’ll take care of you”

Ann:

- Ann was by far the creepiest yet interesting people there at the beach

- You thought she was quiet and reserved, maybe trying to protect herself from the horrors of the games

- you felt as though she was lonely so you would often pursue her to try and become friends

- she turned you down but as time went on she seemed to take a liking towards you

- You guys were both in the criminology field before the games and would bond over that

- she even took you to the basement where she would let you watch and assist her in the autopsy’s

- the basement to everyone else was strictly forbidden by the beach which meant she saw you as someone special

- Ann and yourself would soon become really close and would spend a lot of time together

- however, what you failed to realize was how discrete Ann is

- When you guys weren’t together she would stalk you and take things of yours

- She would take pieces of your hair and put them in vials, take some of your clothes, and even watch you sleep at night

- major stalker and creep but you never realized that it could’ve been her

- when Ann was busy you would often hangout with another friend of yours, he was a cool dude and y’all even played a couple of the games together

- it was weird when he suddenly disappeared, you were worried and asked around about him but no one knew

- You had accepted that he had most likely been killed in a game

- you were slightly hurt and went to talk to Ann for comfort

- Usually she would assist you when coming to the basement but today was too heart aching for you to care about that, you needed any type of comfort she could give

- You walked down the stairs and was met by a busy looking Ann and a body of a guy

- She was deep within his organs which was strange because Ann usually only messed with the brain

- You looked over to the guys face only to see it was your friend, you had caught her red handed

- She looked at you with a blank stare, the tools and blood still on her hands

- before you could even question her she started “ Y/n I’m sorry about your friend, I was going to tell you that he died but I needed to know why first”

- “What do you mean? Why?”

- “ It seemed that he was poisoned”

- you looked at your poor friend whose eyes were still open, you’ve never seen someone look so dead

- you just shook your head as you felt sick, running up the stairs

- you could hear Ann calling for you but she didn’t follow

- Everything Ann said WOULDVE matched up had you not gone to her room to lay down since it was closer

- you opened her door with the spare key she gave you and laid down on her bed, you guys were close enough that she wouldn’t mind

- In fact, Ann loved cuddling you, you thought it was because you guys were both touch deprived but really Ann loved smelling your hair and touching your waist

- you got up from the bed not able to sleep and you decided to explore around her room

- You had never done it before but you just needed something to do to get the death of your friend out of your mind

- You opened her closet to see what she used the spare room for and it was bad. Really bad.

- It had tiny jars of hair from your brush and scalp ( both separately labeled), had different pieces of your clothing, pictures of you sleeping, alone, or with your guy friend, and the worst was a picture of your friend dead from the “poison”. You had seen Ann has written multiple undelivered letters to you, one about the way she wanted to touch you, another about why she was the best for you, and the most surprising was the one about marriage and outside the borderlands.

-it was all way too creepy for my liking

- you backed away from the closet as you turned around to see Ann watching you quietly, you had forgot that Ann was very silent when walking

- Ann walked closer to you “ Why did you have to go through my stuff y/n?? Everything was working accordingly.”

- you stayed silent and thought of a way to get from the corner but Ann’s tall figure was blocking you in

- “ It’s okay y/n, come here”

- she came closer but you hopped on the bed trying to make it around her but she grabbed you by the waist and brought you onto the bed

- you were screaming for help but nobody would come, it wasn’t against the beaches rules

- she pinned you by your neck to the bed as you struggled against her body

- She quickly injected the shot into your arm as your scrambling became lesser and lesser

- Ann didn’t like seeing you like this so she fixed your clothes, brushed your hair, and let you lay on your side of the bed. She tied your wrists but it was just for precaution. She kissed your temple before going to rinse off the scent of your dead friend off her

Alice in Borderland trailer breakdown Part 2

Hello welcome to the second part of the trailer breakdown analysis. You can find Part One here.

Chishiya backstory, thank god. Kuzuryuu’s game is being adapted, that’s great. I will say, the impact is complete dog shit compared to the manga. I doubt show only viewers will remember him. His impact was BIG in the manga. The reveal he was a game maker the whole time...woof.

I think the third image might be Chishiya leaving either Kuzuryuu’s venue or the Jack of Diamonds.

The setting for Kuzuryuu’s looks great, manga accurate. I love the whole vibes of it.

(Edit: I've been told in the third image you actually see the hearts banner above Chishiya so there we go)

There is a character in the manga who goes basically on a journey by himself, goes hiking. It seems An takes on his role. I do not hate this change (See? I don’t hate it all), I think cutting his character and combining him with An was a great choice considering the cast was large already. Also, more An is always great, very underused in the manga.

An and Kuina team up, it seems to be some sort of dodgeball game (so probably a Jack or Queen of Spades). I think that’s the blimp falling in the background. In the manga, we do see the blimps crashing down. Beautiful shot. Excited for this game, it makes perfect sense they’d team up.

Jack of Hearts my beloved!

Everyone looks great. I believe the third image is our Jack himself. He looks so much like his manga counterpart. Very excited to see his acting. You can see Chishiya behind him in the trailer (apologises it’s cut here).

I’m not sure if this game will be before or after Chishiya goes to the all diamond games. It might be his first game he stumbles upon, or the diamond games are all defeated and he decides to go at this.

Okay so this is a game I noticed in the trailer, I couldn't seen any specific main characters. It’s probably a spades game? I noticed in the third image that two people were on the same rope. So might be a clubs game? Or even hearts? It’s heard to decipher so I suppose we’ll wait and see. We saw a game called Elevator in season 1 in which they held onto a metal bar. This feels too similar so this might actually be one where they have to be the first to climb to the top.

This is interesting because it looks similar to the car An drives. If so, very strange choice to have An just...run people over. Gaslight, Gatekeep, Girlboss.

Mira. The outfit looks great. The setting is beautiful. It’s a great contrast the chaos of everything else.

I love how dirty and bloody these two are compared to Mira’s venue. It’s great, they stand out.

So that’s it for Part 2.

Overall thoughts: I am very excited for these new games. Despite the annoyance of the whole Tatta thing, I’ll enjoy this either way. Now a thing I noticed. There’s not battle royale here, but there is a part where Arisu has a gun and screams for Usagi. That’s either when he and Usagi are fighting the King of Spades or Niragi is about to shoot her. I hope they don’t cut the battle royale, although with the Chishiya thing, there’s no real purpose for it I suppose.

𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: When the AIB women's s/o gets seriously injured in the games

𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: Language, Season 2 spoilers obviously

i added mira and heiya impulsively im sorry 🙏

Kuina Hikari:

- the moment she finds out you're hurt in some sort of way, any sort of way, really, she will immediately rush to your side and ask what happened before quickly helping you

- she probably wouldn't really know what to do if you're injured to the point you needed to recover and couldn't play games but she would be with you every step of the way

- she will do anything you ask of her when you're injured if you can't move a lot, food? she's got some for you within five minutes. need someone to just be there with you? she's comfortably situated next to you with her arm wrapped around you

- to be honest she would be mainly worried if you would be able to play a game again before your visa ran out

- but she would try her best to not show that she's worried, instead sticking by your side during your whole recovery and trying to lift your spirits by joking around with shit (like making fun of chishiya's height)

- if you were to pass out suddenly from the pain, kuina would freak the fuck out, not knowing what the hell to do and just trying to wake you up and make sure you're not dead

- to be honest if you didn't wake up after a few shakes, she would straight up just pick you up and take you to whoever knew medical stuff the most since she's blind in that area, hardly knowing how to patch herself up so how would she know how to help you when extremely hurt?

- kuina would have no clue what to do if you still hadn't woken up, starting to think that maybe you won't wake up from this and how guilty she felt for letting you go clear a game alone without her, she would definitely get down on herself about it

- but whenever you do wake up and she realizes you're not dead, she's immediately hugging you and apologizing about not really being helpful with this kind of stuff and how she loves you so much that she would be utterly broken without you

- you're one of her main reasons to get out of the borderlands, and if she were to lose you in these games, she would definitely go insane and just give up entirely, not seeing a point to survive without you there with her

- after you've recovered, kuina would not leave your side for anything. she will be hanging over you constantly to make sure nothing happens, lightly threatening people if she has to just so you don't get accidentally tossed into another game with idiots from the beach

Ann Rizuna:

- it's not often that ann freaks out over things, in fact, it rarely happens, unless it deals with you that is

- the moment you walked back to the room you shared with her at the beach, injured to the point you were hardly able to stand, she felt her heart stop at the sight of you

- she always told you not to go and complete games without her, worried that one day you wouldn't come back, but she didn't scold you like the other times she would, not when you were on the verge of passing out from pain

- ann wouldn't say much the first fifteen minutes or so of your injured arrival, trying to do whatever she could to help with her limited resources, demanding hatter that she needed practically everything from the medical supplies

- after a while, she would eventually speak up quietly once she had helped clean you up the best she could, "don't do that again."

- at first, you thought she was going to scold you again like the previous times, but instead she reached and grabbed ahold of your hands, "i don't want to lose you." she would say barely loud enough for you to hear

- ann was never the type to say things like that, only if the two of you were alone and she knew no one else could hear but it still wasn't often, but to hear it from her after coming back injured badly, you knew even if she doesn't say it, she did love and care about you

- if you passed out from the pain she would try her best to remain calm, telling herself that you'll wake up and everything will be fine, but it's noticeable by her tone with everyone else that she's far from calm about this

- she wouldn't join another game until she knew you had woken up and were okay, constantly checking on you and checking your pulse to make sure you're alive, always letting out a sigh of relief when she could feel your heart still beating

- the longer you don't wake up, the more worried she becomes to the point where she just stays hold up in the room with you, telling the other executives to not bother her until you do wake up, trying not to think the worst but it's difficult to when you're really the only person she cares about

- whenever you do wake up, she is extremely relieved that you're okay and makes sure you're able to recover fast enough before your visa runs out, trying to act normal but it's clear she had been freaking out when you weren't awake

- after you've recovered, ann becomes quite more protective of you and actually shows it more when around the others at the beach, not hesitating to speak up if someone suggests splitting people up for games and making sure to keep an eye on you when in games, not wanting a repeat of what happened

Usagi Yuzuha:

- the second usagi finds you or you find her and she sees how badly hurt you are, she's quickly rushing to your side and helping you sit down to rest

- you're the one thing she's living for now, so to see you injured badly enough where you could barely walk, she was extremely worried if you would recover before your visa expired

- so she would try and help you recover as fast as possible, making sure you eat and sleep enough, maybe raiding a pharmacy to get you medicine if it's there and cleaning whatever wounds you may have

- it really depends on how injured you are of how she will react and freak out, but for this case, it's pretty bad, so she freaks out easily whenever you're asleep for one minute too long or you're breathing becomes uneven, knowing without certain medical care you could possibly die

- that's why when you pass out, she freaks out more than ever, trying to do whatever she can to help you wake up and if nothing is working then she'll just try and calm down, try, it doesn't really work no matter how hard she tries

- usagi might try and get more food while you're unconscious so that way when you wake up you can eat something to hopefully help you though without pain meds it wouldn't be much work

- if she came back from getting food and you weren't awake still, she would then start to get worried if you even would wake up, trying to wake you in some way

- if she came back and you were already awake, she would be incredibly happy to see you moving, but would tell you to still rest and not move around a lot in case you accidentally hurt yourself more in some way

- usagi basically becomes like a mom when you're injured, telling you to rest, making sure you sleep enough and eat every day, and worry for you deeply

- she can't stand seeing you in pain which is why she tries to help you recover as fast as possible, sticking by your side in case something were to happen

- she wouldn't participate in any games while you recover, only going if that day was her last day but returning to you immediately after to make sure you're still okay

- if you had to complete a game either way, you're visa soon expiring, usagi would go with you and stay with you every second, not wanting you to get more hurt and hoping you don't get a spades game knowing it would make your recovery slower

- after you've recovered, she would make sure you don't go into games alone even if it isn't her just someone that you two knew would be enough, checking up on you and asking if you're okay and telling you to remember to rest even if you aren't injured

Kano Mira:

- much like ann, mira is not one to freak out over many things, if not everything, so don't expect her to lose her cool if you come to her injured

- of course, she can't tell you that eventually you will have to face her in her own game, so she will act concerned about you, but she does want you to live

- so the moment you find her, wherever the hell she is, part of her is feigning concern while another small part is being genuine about being worried for you, asking what happened and if you're okay even if you're obviously not

- mira isn't one to feel very guilty or scold people, so don't assume she will feel bad about letting you complete games alone, she doesn't really care, if you die, she might be upset for a minute, but will go back to normal soon

- but that doesn't mean she doesn't care about you at least a little bit, she does, she just shows it in odder ways than normal people would

- she might end up making you become dependent on her, saying how you shouldn't join games without her or one of the executives with you because she would be "heartbroken" if you ended up dying in one of the games

- mira wants you to live, of course, but for that to happen it would mean that she has to die, and she often has inner battles with herself on what to do at times like that when you come back severely injured to the point of passing out, but she always falls back to trying to spend her time with you as best as she could

- does she love you? it's unclear at times, but if you pass out from pain, then you might realize she does, even if it's just a little bit, she does by how she reacts when you do lose consciousness

- her eyes would go wide when your eyes close and you aren't responding anymore, taking you to one of the rooms in the beach and setting you on the bed before sitting next to you trying not to freak out

- mira doesn't have to compete in games anyways technically, so she would end up staying with you while you're unconscious, leaving every now and then to talk with the other executives or kuzuryu

- whenever you wake up, mira most likely isn't there. whether it's because she's doing executive matters or the second stage has started, she probably won't be there but she will find you immediately after she's done doing whatever she's doing unless the second stage started, then you might never see her again

- if you awoke when the second stage started, she might've written a short note of sorts saying how no matter what happens she wants you to live and that one day, she will see you again, just maybe not when you're living

- if you woke up before the second stage, then mira would find you and be so relieved that you're alright and that you weren't dead, even if it seems like she's faking it, she's not

Heiya Akane:

- the king of spades wasn't a very fun game, not when at any moment you could be shot down, like this moment where the worst possible case did happen, you getting shot

- the second you hit the ground akane is freaking out, blood quickly soaking the ground beneath you with her frantically trying to figure out what to do

- just the thought of losing you was enough to get her to cry, so actually seeing you get shot definitely caused her to tear up, but not cry just yet

- she didn't bother trying to fight the king of spades after you got shot, instead grabbing you and dragging you the best she could to safety and hiding in a building with you

- "you fucking idiot! what the hell were you trying to do?!" akane would say to you, quickly ripping off a piece of your shirt and pressing down on the wound

- "it's alright." you try to say before she just shakes her head and continuing to put pressure on the gunshot wound

- "this is far from alright and you know it." she whispered quietly, tears silently starting to fall, "i don't- i can't lose you, not like this."

- to be honest, nothing you say would help reassure her. sure, you might not die from this bullet, but it was a big enough chance she didn't want to take, besides, aguni would be fine killing the king of spades alone, you both knew that

- if you end up passing out from the gunshot...she freaks out more, shaking you and repeating your name trying to wake you up while crying at the same time and still hiding

- eventually aguni finds you both and just kinda stares for a second before sighing and picking you up and taking you back to where you three had made a little camp area

- akane doesn't have a clue what to do with things like this, for one, you're the only person she genuinely cares about and wants to survive, two, she didn't pay attention in health class a lot and so she didn't know how to help, and three, if you were to die then she would give up on it all

- she doesn't leave your side the whole time, just sitting next to you silently as aguni tried to get food and kill the king of spades at the same time so she could watch you in case you woke up or the king arrived, probably talking to you as if you could hear her about random bullshit

- when you do wake up, she ends up crying again because she honestly thought you were going to die without the right medical attention, hugging you tightly and muttering "don't do that shit again." but still crying

- after you've recovered, akane is not leaving your side for one second, it doesn't matter. the thought of you dying or leaving her in some way honestly haunts her daily in the borderlands so she's become a little personal bodyguard for you, how fun
