Rice Crispy Treats - 5/5

I've never made rice crispy treats in my life and never really liked homemade ones but I've been sufficiently mindchanged. I pretty much used this recipe only as a base for the crispies - removed the candy eggs and white chocolate drizzle, added white chocolate chips and some sprinkles for FUN.

Note: a 9x9" pan makes some tallboys, use a 13x9" for a more reasonable height, maybe make it 11x9"
