“Can I request for someone else to show me around?” (Y/N) asked. “I don’t see any problems. You guys are a couple and planned your future of being married. Wouldn’t it be fitting to have Sur show you around?” The principle replied. Both Sur and (Y/N) groaned. They wished they could say it was all arranged but they both had to keep up a good reputation so they stayed silent.

The day went on with Sur unwillingly showing (Y/N) around. “Oh-ho who is this? Is she your girlfriend?” Aki asked, holding hands with Mitsuko. “Yes I am. Though I wish I wasn’t” (Y/N) said, whispering the last bit. “That’s great! Maybe we can have a double date if you guys are fine with that” Mitsuko replied. “I’m fine with it. Also apologies for asking this but who are you guys?” (Y/N) said, trying her best to be polite. “The girl on the left is Aki, while the girl on the right is Mitsuko. My ‘girlfriend’ here is (Y/N). Now c’mon we have class after all” Sur said, grabbing (Y/N)’s hand and dragging her to the classroom. “Hey what is this for?” (y/N) asked angrily, as she took her hand away. “I really do not want you getting acquainted with my friends. We’re not a couple okay? It’s all arranged and fake. You’re my enemy and I’m yours. Get that in your head already” Sur said. “Alright then, but I already agreed so we have a double date with your friends later” (Y/N) informed. Sur just nodded and went to class with (Y/N).

During lunch Taeko decided to point something out, “You guys don’t act like couples at all,” Aki nodded in agreement. “Let’s go outside. I need to discuss about this whole ‘couple’ thing” Sur said, leading everyone to somewhere more private. “What did you want to discuss about?” Mitsuko asked, taking a bite out of her bento. “We’re not really a couple. Our parents arranged it. The marriage, the dating, everything. Just for reputation. We can’t tell anyone so that’s why I took us somewhere private” Sur explained. “Not too private” (Y/N) said, placing down her lunch next to Sur. “You should really talk to them through a group chat or something. This is the outside of school where people do eat their lunches at time. Mostly at the front so good job closing the back” (Y/N) scolded. “Whatever” Sur said, rolling her eyes. “When’s the double date?” (Y/N) asked. “4 P.M at this location” Aki said, handing (Y/N) a piece of paper. “Great I’ll see you there” (Y/N) said, as she leaves the the quartet alone

“Are you ready?” (Y/N) asked, as she finished up doing her hair. Sur nodded. “Even though we’re enemies you can tell me if something is bothering you” (Y/N) said. “It’s just that I’m scared of when we turn 25 because then we will have to marry” Sur said. “Hey don’t let that turn you down! We’re 17 now. That’s in 8 years, so most likely we’ll actually be okay with it since it’s most likely enough time for us to really get used to each other. How about this. We’ll start living together for a month and we’ll see how it ends?” (Y/N) said. “Alright then. Also I do have some spare clothes you can use” Sur replied.

Which leads to now. (Y/N) and Sur are getting married. “I never thought that we’d actually be fine with marring each other. We use to hate each other, but now we’re married and fine with it huh” Sur questioned. “At least we’re happy” (Y/N) said, putting her head on Sur’s shoulder. Sur smiled and patted (Y/N)’s head.
