Remember to rest and take care of your physical body. When it asks for food, water, or rest give it what it needs. Your mind may be telling you push through rest later. Especially if you’ve not done anything physically demanding and suddenly feel physically tired it could be your body just needs you to take a few days for it to recharge, or to adjust to the new higher vibration you are experiencing. Think about when you are cramming for a test how that mentally exhausts you constantly bombarding your brain with information. Your body is going to react the same way when it shifts to a higher gear suddenly or has been constantly exposed to higher energies. When you are constantly traveling in your sleep or doing things on other plains while meditating or sleeping you really aren’t getting that rest you need. Thus, sometimes our body just says nope today we are resting.
