(if you do, then youre just the best ever. its appreciated) youve been making my days with your work honestly. recently, i got extremely demotivated bcs of personal life shiz and wanted a short break from everything going on. but wnv i open tumblr n read those fanfics of yours, oh.. my god.., the WAY you make me feel. sometimes i forget whatever is happening around me, and emerge myself into your writings. i forget im sad, or tired as hell, and just keep reading your fics rolling around in my bed, giggling like a teenage girl.

The way you write makes me feel like that one meme with Saoirse Ronan, where she goes "WOMEN-", like, THAT magnitude of emotions. When I read others' works, I can call them heartwarming/cool/etc, basically, most I feel is "aw, that was nice!", but your writing not only is "nice", it is really damn interesting; you're not just telling a story, you're making me crave more, and be like "oh oh oh OH WHAT HAPPENS NEXT!?" and it is such an intense internal response from me that has never been awakened in me before, i just had to let you know. This wasn't weird at all, it was actually really sweet (❤´艸｀❤). I really like hearing other people's uh reactions? Reactions to what I write which lowkey sounds egotistical of me to say but it doesn't change the fact that it feels nice.

I totally get what you mean though, I look at my old word and think the same. It's not bad or anything, I'm not shaming my old work, but I can definitely see it as "wow that was nice.". I know I touched on it briefly but I feel like my writing has flipped where I'll make the scenario first and then put the character in. Not sure if that makes sense but I can't put my fics into a single-word headcanon like I could before.

recently watched the iranian film "where is the friends house?" and it was SUCH a good depiction (painful, but good) about how it feels to be a kid surrounded by adults who dont trust you, dont listen to you, etc. like id never seen a more accurate depiction of adults' casual dismissal and refusal to engage with children, and their utter lack of interest in understanding the good intentions and wisdom that kids have, instead seeing only lies and laziness and disrespect that usually isnt even there. and how despite the powerlessness that comes with an inability to act on their good intentions, kids' continuing attempts to try.
