"BABY, TODAY WAS A WHOLE STORY!" you exclaim, nudging your boyfriend playfully as you settle into a comfortable position on the couch. He's distracted, lost in his own world, but you're determined to capture his attention.

"So, you know, I went to go shopping with Chaewon and then I saw this really really cute lamp." you begin, your voice filled with excitement. "It was a bunny and chick, it was just like us. So I was so tempted to buy it."

You pause, waiting for some sign from Riki that he was listening, but he's gazing at you with a soft smile, his eyes twinkling with adoration.

"Anyway," you continue, trying not to get too distracted by the way his gaze lingers on you, "so basically I'm so close on buying it until I read the price tag and it was $553..."

Riki nods absentmindedly, his attention divided between your story and your visuals. He reaches out to tuck a loose strand of hair behind your ear, his touch sending shivers down your spine.

"Hey, Riki, are you listening?" you nudge riki.

"Huh? Oh, sorry, love," he finally responds, tearing his gaze away from you momentarily to focus on the words you're saying. "Go on, I'm listening now."

You can't help but chuckle at his distraction, knowing all too well the reason behind it. "Sure you are," you tease lightly.

He blinks, "Sorry," he grins sheepishly, reaching out to gently take your hand in his. "But can you blame me? You're just too adorable and cute."

You roll your eyes playfully," flattery will get you nowhere," you tease, squeezing his hand affectionately.

"I don't need it to," he replies, his gaze soft and sincere as he meets your eyes. "I already have everything I could ever want right here with you." Who needs stories when you have a love like this?

god, i am so fucking pissed. i haven’t been on twit for a little bit but i just went on there and i’m bombarded with videos and photos of the members being mobbed. when i tell you i am so fucking pissed, you’d best fucking believe. i really don’t think that belift realizes, or they just don’t give a shit, that these intense situations can lead to a lot of mental and physical distress. like, i know someone did not just hit sunghoon in the fucking head with a goddamn phone!? especially after he just got back from being unwell?! when i tell you i am so close to fighting each and every single chinese “engene” that was there, i fucking mean it. like the mental affliction alone is a lot. the stress the members must have endured in that?? like imagine how claustrophobic it would be to have so many people, pressing themselves up against you to the point where it starts getting difficult to breathe. them screaming in your ears to the point you can barely hear your own voice. great way to induce a fucking panic attack. the stress of it all? like, belift does not fucking think!? not only the mental impact this could have on them, but also the physical effects that could potentially transpire? if the stress got to them, they literally could’ve fainted, thrown up, etc etc.

TW!! not only that, but what if someone tried something on one of the members. they could get groped or fucking killed. god forbid, but let’s face it. these “fans” are fucking insane. they’ve threatened to hurt our boys before. you have no idea what could happen if these situations are not handled appropriately and effectively. things could go so terribly wrong if someone actually did try to do something or had a weapon with them. belift is actively putting enhypen in consistent danger. they need to hire professionally trained bodyguards and have at least 2-3 bodyguards per member in order to properly protect them. the members are humans and belift needs to start treating them as such instead of as assets.

ensuring the safety of enhypen should be a top priority. i hope belift takes the necessary steps to protect them better. but knowing them, it’s unlikely…

i’ve realized that this is my second-third serious post in such short time, but i realize that there’s just a lot of people who are messed up in the brain both when it comes to enha as one and riki by himself.

AS YOU ARRIVE AT YOUR FAMILY DINNER, you feel a small hand slipping into yours. Looking down, you see your little cousin, Jiwon, beaming up at you with wide eyes full of excitement.

"Is Jay coming too?" she asks eagerly.

"Yeah, he's coming," you confirm with a smile, knowing full well the effect Jay has on Mia.

Sure enough, as soon as Jay steps through the door, Jiwon rushes over to him, her face lighting up.

"Jay!" she squeals, launching herself into his arms.

"Hi Jiwon!" Jay chuckles, lifting her up effortlessly.

From that moment on, Jiwon is glued to Jay's side, following him around, giggling at his jokes and hanging onto his every word.

You can't help but feel a twinge of jealousy as you watch them together, but you push it aside, knowing how much joy Jay brings to Jiwon's life.As the evening progresses, you and Jay steal moments together whenever you can, exchanging secret glances and brushing fingers under the table

You steal a moment alone with Jay in the kitchen. His arms wrap around you, pulling you close as he presses a quick kiss to your lips.

But as you pull away, you catch sight of Jiwon's pouting face from the corner of your eye. Her arms are crossed.

"What's wrong?" you ask, bending down to her level.

"You kissed Jay!" she exclaims, her voice tinged with frustration.

You exchange a glance with Jay, both of you trying to suppress a smile at Jiwon's reaction. "It's okay, Jiwon. Jay's my boyfriend, so it's normal for us to kiss," you explain gently.

She stomps her foot, "But I don't want you to kiss Jay! He's supposed to play with me!" You glance at Jay who gave a shocked look after Jiwon’s confession.

"Hey, Jiwon," he says softly, reaching out to take her hand. "I promise I'll still play with you, but how about we play later? After we all rest and get some energy?

Jiwon’s expression softens at Jay's words, her shoulders relaxing "Okay," she mumbles. You smile gratefully at Jay.

Jay pulls you aside, his expression apologetic. "I'm sorry, angel. I didn't mean to make Jiwon upset."

You shake your head, giving him a reassuring smile. "It's not your fault. She just... really likes you," you say, trying to brush it off.

Jay pulls you into a warm hug, pressing a kiss to your cheek. "Well, I really like you," he murmurs, his voice filled with sincerity.

Hey soo today was my 1st board exam and well it went really well so I decided to order some pizza to yk celebrate my happiness (tho it was English but still). Now I also ordered pepsi along with my pizza and I only got the pizza. There was no pepsi. So I thought of complaining (in the app as I noticed after the delivery guy was gone) but then I realised I'll have to talk and explain and just urgh. So I just decided to give it 1 star. And now I feel pretty stupid.

i love how each one of the yeom siblings is relatable but in completely different ways. and relatable not in the "i do this (sometimes)" sense but "it feels like someone ripped open my chest and looked inside" sense.

there's gi jeong with her irrational fear of embarrassment, driving her to the point of faking an accident. nothing makes me feel more seen than the visual representation of me wanting to get hit by a truck every time i feel like i've been perceived. why can't you, the world, shut your eyes off to me existing? feeling tired to the core, all day every day without a valid reason to back it up. wanting to take off your arms and legs for a moment, wishing for someone to carry you and scrub your back. analogies that never sit right with anyone. i'm sorry i told you that i would pick up my lover's severed head, do you still think i'm hot? guilt soaring so high in your system that you're on your knees, bowing down to what? you don't know yourself. but bowing down nonetheless - i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry - as the moonlight creeps in.

and mi jeong. mi jeong my beloved. no character has touched the inner workings of my soul as much as her. not feeling like you belong in public settings, forcing yourself to smile and nod because that's what they've told you will make you worthy of acceptance. wondering how people living on top of the world don't just jump off, thunderstorms making you comfortable because all you've ever wanted is for the world to end. never finding the strength in yourself to fight back, never being able to free yourself from the familiarity of attachments, never feeling complete. she's exactly what the personification of daily life existentialism would look like, neither happy nor sad, stuck in a repetitive state of being. how do you not want to coddle her in your arms? frogs getting torn to shreds, bad-mouthing your senior at work, biting into the flesh of what you adore - discovering that loving is listening, loving is saying out loud whatever comes to mind.

i will take this reassurance - you, too, can live the life of a main character - down to my grave.
