Vanessa in The Little Mermaid 2023 (spoilers)

So what's been confusing me since I watched it is that Vanessa is supposed to have Ariel/Ursula's voice (Ariel's voice when she wears the locket).

However, the little speaking lines that she does have when it isn't Ursula (I think that's Melissa McCarthy doing the "GET AWAY FROM HER! YOU'RE TOO LATE!!!"), it's this British voice (aka the actress portraying Vanessa, since Jessica is English).

My question: why didn't Disney have Halle dub over Vanessa's lines? 'Cause it's not just Ariel's singing voice in the locket, but her speaking voice as well. I feel like they should change that before they release it on streaming/home video.

Based on how we see wolverine's healing factor work in universe, it seems to function akin to a save state where there is a certain way his body exists so his healing factor will always return it to that state. No matter how much of his body mass is lost, his healing factor always returns him to normal (or what it considers normal). We've seen it used against him a few times because of this. This also contributes to his endurance (although he still feels pain) and likely increases his stamina as well. So, I say all of this to ask:
