What if Soap sketches little things on sticky notes with short messages and sticks them around the base. He mostly does it for rookies to find, because he knows how hard it is in the military, especially at the start.

With Soap there is no in between.

Sometimes Ghost comes across those notes, at first he thinks they are pointless but he quickly realizes why rookies like those so much. The notes brighten his day.
