You know what I love the idea of?

Bakugou and Mina being hand-holding buddies.

You can’t tell me that as Mina latches herself on to bkg and they grows as friends and grow trust that these two people who, most likely, have a fear of hurting someone by touching them with their quirks, don’t bond.

Like, bkg produces nitroglycerin as sweat, we know this. He, especially as he gains friends and changes, is probably afraid of hurting someone with his sweat. Whether it be by making someone prone to explosions or just idk poisoning them?

Then there’s Mina. From what I know we haven’t really seen anything saying that she ever felt negatively towards her quirk but you can’t tell me that someone who produces literal acid, especially as a kid when she couldn’t control it that well, she wasn’t afraid of hurting someone. She wants to be a hero, why wouldn’t she be afraid of hurting someone? Accidents happen too, and when she first got her quirk it must’ve been hard, and she never would want to hurt someone like that.

So I introduce:

Mina and Bakugou build enough trust in each other that when their anxious or feeling shitty they hold each others hand. It’s such a small action to anybody else, but to these two who are incredibly scared to hold people’s hands invade they hurt them, it means so much that they can relate and trust each other enough to do this

KiriBakuMina in a nutshell

Basically, Mina and Bakugo aren't competing over who gets to be with Kiri, they're competing to see which ship is canon. Mina ships KiriBaku and Bakugo ships KiriMina. The fights tho are just them yelling out reasons the other would be perfect for Kirishima. They have no clue how to meme properly, they spend way too much money on little things like oranges, and spend a lot of time talking about anything while the rest of the class is just like 🤨🤨🤨. I’m writing a punk rock band AU right now. Featuring, baby punk Izuku, gnc Latino Bakugou, and a whole lot of other indulgent headcanons. It’s just about Izuku being new to the punk scene and Bakugou guiding him through it. It’s gonna be sick.

13. First fandom you ever wrote for?

The first one I published was BNHA, but the first one I ever wrote was Fairy Tail, I believe.

Bkdk romantically, kiribakumina platonically, and bakumina queerplatonically. I think Peter B. Parker and Miles Morales is my favorite mentor/mentee relationship to write.

25. Have you ever daydreamed about side adventures/spin-offs from your fic? Tell us about them!

If I’m super into the fic, than yeah, I guess I “daydream” in a way. It’s more like I’m getting visions of scenes like visions from an angry god. I think I wanted to do a chapter detailing Mina’s daily life as well, because she’s a busy woman and I think it would be fun to write.

Let’s Talk Ships!

1. Favorite platonic ship

I don’t talk about it much but I highkey adore Bakumina because I think their energy as friends could be so good once they become more close of friends and they could honestly have a lot of fun together.

3. Favorite romantic ship

Oh christ don’t ask me to pick I’ve been on the Kacchako Todobaku and Kiribaku trains for a long ass time now I honestly don’t think I could pick one that trumps the others for being my favorite. I got into Kacchako first technically but Todobaku was the first ship I started writing on this blog but Kiribaku is so easy to start writing just bc of the build up the two boys have had already in canon. So I can’t truly choose a favorite to do with Bakugou.

15. A ship you secretly love but are too shy to try and make happen.

That’s another good question since I’m generally a pretty open book for at least discussing the idea of a ship. I’d say Shinbaku just to give some answer, since it took awhile for @shintsohi and I to actually get a foothold for ideas on how it could happen and moving forward from there. It’s not been an easy road with having the boys get to know each other and Jee’s a great Shinsou so it took me awhile to finally be like ‘hey look at this ship it’s kinda cute’ lol.
