I’ve seen people talking about the angel event in Obey Me, and how Simeon was super sus with the whole bangle fiasco, but it was never actually mentioned in game how he clearly knew that the bangles would force the brothers to act abnormally, but I recently unlocked a chat from Asmo’s ssr card where the purgatory hall squad talks a little about the situation:

Solomon was one of the only characters beside MC to mention how unnatural the brothers were acting, and in this chat he straight out calls Simeon “cruel”.

(I dont know how to explain what I’m really trying to say, but I just wanted to point it out that it’s not just the fandom that is sus of Simeon after this event, Solomon is also cautious of Simeons actions in canon too)

Obey Me Characters Loving Habits Headcanon (Other Dateables)

Solomon always likes to make sure you're having fun. In the middle of the conversion, he stops himself and asks you if you'd rather talk about something else. He stares at you a lot when you're smiling.

As your mentor he makes sure you learn right and don't overdo yourself. He is very strict when it comes to your well-being except when he's cooking. He puts himself charge of all the medicines or ointments you might need. Tries to make you laugh with little quips and puns.

Simeon is an old romantic. Writes poems and proses subtly hinting towards you and then makes you read and judge them. Takes you on picnics every other week. If he passes by HOL, he will always drop in to visit you.

He likes looking at whatever you're looking at. Sharing a sight and space with you is soothing to him. Asks about your life and tells you about his memories with the brothers in the Celestial realm. He can't stop smiling when he sees how well you get along with Luke.

Diavolo shows his affection extravagantly. Showering you with expensive and plentiful gifts. If you ever tell him there's a place you want to visit, lo and behold, he has tickets to get you there. Calls you to the palace for tea and plans more events in RAD so you can feel involved.

Never uses his royal title unfairly, he is always polite and humble when he asks you out on dates or visits. You feel like a long lost friend to him. Asks you all about your life. Doesn't like talking about himself but he'll do it if you insist.

Barbatos treats you like a second Master first. But he slowly opens up and treats you more informally, especially if you encourage him. He stands closer to you when you're both alone but he's wary of your personal space.

Makes sure to whip up all your favorite dishes when he heard you're visiting. Gets very flustered but happy when you try to do anything for him instead. Asks for your advice and critique when it comes to human world cuisine.

Luke loves holding your hand and walking home with you. You, Barbatos and Simeon are his top three favorite people in the world. Hates being considered cute by others but doesn't mind as much if it's you. You're the elder sibling/parent he wishes he could take back home.

Loves learning new recipes for you to taste. He's the happiest when he heard you're going on trips along with them or when you're simply visiting him at the Purgatory Hall. Falls asleep in your lap while telling your stories about how great Michael is.

Bonus

Raphael smiles for you more. Give him your leftovers from Solomon's cooking and watch him gleefully eat it. Also talks more around you. He gets protective soon enough, his spears at the ready against anyone who seems to threaten you. Seems more relaxed around you, almost playful. He's usually blunt with people but he softens up for you.

Thirteen loves planning pranks with you. If you're the creative type, she will turn all your ideas into traps one way or the other. Reaper magic cant be underestimated. Loves explaining what her traps to do and is even more grateful if you help her build them. Usually hates sharing things, especially food, but doesn't mind when it comes to you.

Mephisto loves filling you in about RAD gossip. Instant brownie points for you if you're on good terms wit Diavolo. Double brownie points if you're in the Anti Lucifer Squad. He keeps demons from spreading any rumours against you. How you ask? He controls the school newspaper of course. He doesn't stop the rumours of the two of you being together though.

Prompt: How about an MC who’s been betrayed and back-stabbed by people in their life so much that whenever the Obey Me brothers tell them they’d be there for them, they take it with a grain of salt. Pairing: OM!Brothers x GN!MC Genre: Hurt/Comfort, Slight Angst TW: Just trust issues

How many times had you heard those exact words, only to be betrayed and left to collect the pieces of your broken heart? How many times had you laid awake in bed, asking yourself where you had gone so wrong that the people important to you figured it was useless to keep their word?

You wished he would stop saying those words, those words which always brought a distinct, stinging pain in your chest. You wished he would stop before he captivated you so entirely that when he eventually left you for someone better, you would be destroyed.

It hurts, you wanted to scream out. It hurts, so stop it!

But you didn’t. You’d never show that ugly part of yourself, not to others, not to him. Those fragmented pieces of yourself that you felt were better off hidden. You swore you would never let him see how damaged you truly were.

Until that day, when you slipped.

“Don’t say such things when you have no intention of keeping them.”

Lucifer

“What?”

Your words left him baffled. Didn’t you believe in his love for you?

“I assure you MC, I have no intention of going back on my word… But why is it that you think I might?”

Doesn’t show it, but is absolutely crushed by the fact that you think he’ll leave you one day.

Will try to find and make life a living hell for the people who hurt you.

Expect to be showered in praises and love 24/7 .

Mammon

“Oi, what do ya mean by that?”

Is absolutely crushed while you realize what you said.

Did you really think that little of him?

Hugs you and holds you close as you explain. His reputation be damned, his human needs him.

Expect to get a lot more of his protective side. He’s greedy for his human, and he will show it.

Leviathan

“W-what? B-but you’re my Henry… The Lord of Shadows would never betray his true friend!”

One of the few times he doesn’t dig himself a hole of self-deprecation. Instead, he waits patiently for you to explain why you said what you said.

His demon form comes out subconsciously, his tail pulling you closer.

Thinks of summoning Lotan on the people who betrayed you. Doesn’t do that though (only ‘cause you asked him not to).

Satan

Puts his book down immediately.

Asks you to elaborate on your words, silently seething by the end of it.

Pulls you close and reassures you that you’re never alone.

Makes a mental note to talk to Lucifer and see if he could get permission for a special trip to the Human Realm.

Asmodeus

Man almost dropped his very expensive perfume when he heard your words.

“Oh, MC, darling, I assure you, you don’t have to worry about me not keeping my word.”

Offers self-care sessions where you tell him everything and he trash-talks the people who hurt you.

Get ready for lots of affection

Reminds you that they lost something invaluable when they decided to hurt you, and treats you like royalty

Beelzebub

Stops eating and looks at you confused.

“Why would you think that MC?”

Listens to you carefully and swears to keep you safe from everything and everyone that could hurt you.

Starts sharing his food with you more, that’s how he shows his love.

Forms the “MC Protection squad” with his brothers, the Purgatory Hall members, Barbatos and Diavolo.

Belphegor

Lazily looks at you, rubbing his eyes to rid himself of sleep.

“Who hurt you?”

Acts like he doesn’t care, but is mentally making a plan to get his brothers and hurt the people who hurt you.

Clings to you 24/7

Naptimes are a must now MC, stay with him where he can keep an eye on you and keep you safe-

Absolutely DESPISES seeing anyone other than Beel and his brothers around you, but will back off a little if you ask him nicely.

Mc getting replaced

So exchange student name is amy (sorry for people named amy)

And the demon bros start hanging out with her more (she doesn't have ill intentions of replacing you btw the bros just aren't loyal)

And you always feel like you don't fit in and you start to feel dull around them and you can't really hold a grudge or hate her because she is nice to you too

So one day amy got hurt and the bros think you did it and yelled at you and amy convincing the brothers it wasn't you but they don't listen and your favourite brother hurt you by words AND almost harmed you physically

You decided to just run away right then and there and go to the castle (the purgatory hall route is waay too cliche in most replaced au's i guess)

Coincidentally the purgatory hall squad is there for some reason

You BEG diavolo to take you back to the human world and not tell the brothers your whereabouts

Diavolo agreed but you also asked to reemove your pact marks because you want to forget them

Of course with the help of solomon they were removed, although it was slightly painful..

You decided only luke,simeon,solomon,barbatos and diavolo can visit you and so you left only bringing your D.D.D as you left everything. Now lets take a look on the other..

It has been 2 hours since you've left and thet didn't even start to worry about you except amy which then she points it out

"Don't worry they'll be back" satan said which made amy angry

"HOW CAN YOU BE SO CALM ABOUT THIS?! I TOLD YOU THEY DIDN'T DID IT! I WAS JUST BEING CLUMSY! PLUS THIS IS DEVILDOM SO THEY MIGHT BE IN SERIOUS DANGER!!"

The brothers were about to say something until all of their D.D.D's had a message from the group chat

life is hard but here’s a bunch of relationship charts with some rambling below

Dia

Dia pretty much gets along with everyone, something about that human charm weaseling its way into the heart of demons. The only exception is Belphie post chapter 16 cause like in their canon between then and honestly S3 they pretty much avoid spending too much time alone with him. They don’t entirely hate him but they find him hard to be around.

Zeta

Zeta lives with the Purgatory Hall group so of course they’re much better friends with them than anyone else otherwise they’re either pretty neutral or dislike everyone else. Their relationship with Solomon though is still a mystery... the married couple that isn’t a married couple... Anyways Zeta and the Purgatory Hall group end up having a sort of found family thing going on.

Eris

I mentioned before that Eris isn’t very well liked cause she likes to start shit for the sake of writing interesting articles for the RAD Newspaper. Asmo is her only friend LMAO. They have a “I like you but I’d rather die than let anyone, ESPECIALLY YOU, find out” thing going on with Lucifer... does not stop them from jokingly flirting with him though...

So it’s important to say (i guess?) that Kia and Mio exist in a completely separate side universe to my actual Obey Me OCs.... *cough* cause they’re actually utapri ocs *cough* and this is all just self indulgent fun! A little thing though which idk if it has relevance here but Kia and Mio split the Pacts between the bros (Kia gets the older bros, Mio gets the younger bros and they share a pact with Belphie)

Kia

SO upon arrival to the devildom Diavolo and Lucifer IMMEDIATELY made Kia’s shit list and generally she’s very chill and it takes a lot to make her mad. However if there’s something that Kia hates it’s overly prideful people and arrogance which is something Lucifer has in abundance, so they just don’t get along right off the bat. With Diavolo however she just hates that she has to go along with being in a exchange program without her consent and poor Barbatos is hated by association. Granted she doesn’t outwardly state her dislike for them but she does try to do things with the intent of bothering them (see: she put on a mini live which garnered a lot of attention from students and faculty alike and Lucifer nearly blew a gasket but Diavolo thought it was all fun and games so.....)

Otherwise she gets along well with everyone except Belphie due to chapter 16 shenanigans and him killing Mio...

Mio

Mio, like Dia, generally gets along well with everyone cause who can truly resist the charm and fun loving personality of the cutest sunshine idol on this face of the planet? Satan that’s who. They have a mutual dislike for each other cause Satan thinks Mio is annoying as hell and Mio thinks he needs the stick out of his ass. At least they have their shared dislike of Lucifer I guess...

Anyways Mio and Mammon are the chaotic bestie squad and constantly get into trouble for the love of god someone please keep an eye on these two

[With Demons]

Lucifer - Outwardly Hostile/Privately Close Friends, there is no one that Kie has ever butted heads with more than the Pride Demon himself. They can argue over anything and everything. They often enter rooms just to yell at the other. But they each hold care for the other in their hearts, unable to watch the suffering that the other might be going through. They do small things to take care of each other such as Kie silently dropping food off for Lucifer or doing paperwork that Lucifer leaves alone or yelling at him about the last time that he slept. In kind, Lucifer makes sure that Kie's medication is taken every morning, ensures that any activities that are planned have plenty of rests between walking, and will actively carry Kie if he's collapsed but too stubborn to ask for help. They have the capacity to talk to each other but insults and headbutts are bound to incurr.

Mammon - Loves, Kie adores tormenting Mammon. Pointing out every romantic thing Mammon slips out, making the man flustered and a puddle of goo at every opportunity. He aggressively compliments Mammon and relishes in every reaction to being called a good boy by Kie. The first time Kie refers to Mammon as his boyfriend, he really did worry that Mammon had died as the greed demon did not move or respond for a solid twenty minutes. They go on movie dates, jewelry shopping, and a few casino trips. In quiet moments alone, Kie makes sure that Mammon knows that he is loved.

Leviathan - Loves, Similarly to Mammon, Kie adores tormenting the poor boy. Kie does not hold back on his insults, but watches carefully for Levi's reactions to make sure they're the right kind. He makes fun of Levi for being a nerd, anime freak, and Pop Idol Stan, but has seen just as many animes as him and owns a collection of manga back home that would rival Satan's library. They spend many nights and sleep-deprived mornings binge watching anime and waiting for sunrise-releases. Kie is probably the calmest when he is alone with Levi. They talk for hours about anime and Kie doesn't really get video game stuff but he'll listen and watch levi play all night. Again like with Mammon, Kie will make sure that Levi knows he is loved.

Satan - Friends, as the Avatar of Wrath, Kie and Satan don't exactly... get along at first. They're both one wrong word from blowing up at the other until Satan makes some piece with his emotions towards Lucifer. Once they understand each other more, Kie and Satan actually get quite close. They're both a part of the Anti-Lucifer squad, but also they both love to read and even begin offering different books to each other. spreading the genres from the Devildomand the Human World.

Asmodeus - Tolerates, Kie more or less avoids Asmodeus. He just doesn't.... get it. To love ones self so unendingly, it hurts his head and his heart. He can't stand to listen to Asmo gush about himself for more than a few minutes without getting outraged. He finds it easier to just not be around the demon.

Beelzebub - Close Friend, Kie has a soft spot in his heart for Beel. The big guy honestly reminds him of his students that he left behind and gives him a sense of nostalgia and home. He cooks with Beel and often has snacks on him just in case he runs into Beel. He scold Beel like a parent while at the same time patting his head. The two are workout buddies and go to the gym several times a week together, usually ending with an extended stay in the kitchen for food.

Belphegor - Hatred to Friends, in the universe where he and Miyuno are both human exchange students, Kie witnessed Belphie murder Miyuno. As you can expect, that is pretty traumatic. Kie watched his parents die at a young age and this ripped open that wound. Even when eeveryone else forgave Belphie, Kie could not even stand to look at him. He couldn't without having flashbacks to Miyuno's neck cracking. Belphie had tried to make it up to him, but it was all for naught. But then the two became trapped in one of Levi's escape room games and ended up somewhere cramped and dark. Kie is terrified of the dark, as it is one of his triggers from his parents' death, and instantly goes into shutting down and lashing out. Belphie helped calm him and get him out of the situation and after that Kie slowly began openning up to him. Eventually they became snarky friends who bond over their care for Beel and hatred for Lucifer.

Diavolo - Dislikes, Kie thinks of Diavolo as a high and mighty asshole. Someone so sheltered and full of himself that he could obviously do no wrong. Kie also thinks he's extremely hot, but thats besides the point. He distrusts the Prince, but does begrudingly agree that uniting the three realms is a worthy cause.

Barbatos - Suspicious, Dislikes, Kie immediately does not trust Barbatos. Diavolo is suspicious, but Barbatos is downright coniving. Not to mention, extremely powerful, and Kie can't help but blame him for Miyuno's death as well. If he can see the timelines and choose which ones to be a part of then he knew exactly what was going to happen. It doesn't matter that he brought Miyuno back, Miyuno never should have died. He does like his pastries tho.

[With Angels]

Simeon - Friends, Another person that Kie doesn't fully trust, but not in a "they're hiding ill intent" sort of way but in a more "they're wearing a mask" sort of way. He enjoys seeing how to get Simeon to slip, to see that smile fall. At the same time he does enjoy the warmth that Simeon radiates and takes him up on slumber parties at Purgatory Hall often.

Luke - Begrudingly Close Friends, it seems that the chihuahua has latched himself to Kie's hip not that Kie really minds. Whenever Luke and Kie are in the same room you can bet your ass they are together. Luke is showing off his new pastry, Luke is showing his report card, Luke is showing a drawing he made. Kie tries to appear aloof, but he pats Luke's head and compliments everything. He encourages Luke in one part or another, asking questions about how he made it and telling him how good he's doing. Sometimes Luke even gets to see him smile.

Michael - Suspicious, Bad Vibes Bad Vibes, He questions Simeon and Luke extensively about Michael but never receives a full answer on what the angel is really like. He desperately wants to meet Michael just to see what all of the fuss is about, and maybe to get angel Lucifer pictures.

Taxike- (oc) Close Friends, Taxike Miyuno and Kie have a close relationship despite their differing personalities. Kie partakes in many of Taxike's hijinks against Lucifer, even the potentially deadly ones.

[With Humans]

Solomon - Close Friends, Just like Miyuno and Solomon, Kie and Solomon became close after returning to the human world. The three of them would often meet up and Solomon would show them glimpses of what once was. Kie learns a lot from Solomon and takes a special interest in binding spells and talismens.
