Mood Swings: PMS and Your Emotional Health
🌹FOR MY LOVELIES:
💕I literally find myself having an AMAZING two weeks followed by an AMAZINGLY “horrible” - trying to remain on a positive note 😊 - two weeks! For the past month, I have been doing a lot of tracking - App: Woman Log - to see if I can get these mood swings under control. And you know what... EXERCISING & EATING a balanced meal plays a big role. Compliment with 6 to 8 hours of peaceful sleep every night - yes this includes weekends 😜 -, having a hobby to focus your free energy, & surrounding yourself with positive vibez - job, family, & friends included 👀 = HAPPINESS!
What did I do - what I am doing...
💕No, I have not been going to the gym 7 days a week 3 times a day. No, I don’t start my morning with a balanced breakfast. More like a black coffee followed by a pastry or fruit 2 hours later - my weekdays start at 5:15am & my stomach wakes up somewhere around 7am 😱.
💕Yes I eat lunch & yes it is balanced 😁 - kind of have no choice considering I work in a school cafeteria right? Lol!
What can I do?...
💕Living a healthy lifestyle is not the hardest & honestly it’s not the easiest. It takes commitment. Discipline! A positive mind! & you have to want it! Sometimes we get disappointed because we’ve set this goal & didn’t reach it by our deadline, but you know... that is perfectly okay! Why? Because you set a goal & you started at it. Hit “reset” to that deadline OR set a completely new goal. You can have as many resets necessary to reach your goal & the more you work at it, the easier it will get. What started off as the “hardest thing ever” has become an “oh, that was easy” 💪🏾
