You are in a class of your own. Caste + Feudalism are dead! Just like we no longer need to stick with our tribe/clan/family to literally survive, we no longer need classifications to operate. We live in a free and beautiful world. The Queen is dead and her kingdom died long before. When we talk about something being classy what we're really talking about is a class system, who's above us or below us in financial status ... High class, middle class, no class, the haves and the have nots, the rulers and the workers ... Society used to further enforce class systems with fashion for identification, which has over time morphed from availability/affordability into our current democratization of adornment. Much of this lingers in our psyche, unconscious bias passed down through generations, but now anyone can get both a peasant blouse and a crown. But is that classy? You get to decide! What's better yet, you get to share that decision with your taste and your style! Class is just a way of being ... and we're so lucky to live in an age where we get to decide our way of being in the world. Yes there are real constructs we're working on dismantling like racism and sexism and of course there are roles to play, circumstances beyond our control, expectations others have for us and even expectations we have for ourselves; But we get to choose every day what we wear and what we do. You are not a prisoner to anything but the stories you tell yourself, even if they're based on the stories someone else once told you. You are classy, you have class, you get to define what that class is, and if you're bold enough you get to express that through fashion.
