Also apologies for the late response, i actually didn’t see the request until after i put my hiatus notice in so im really sorry for being this late! This is also incredibly rushed and short as i decided to make this into a drabble. gn reader.

The ride clicked.

This was the first time he was on such a thing, hell, this was the first time he was on a date.

He was nervous, and the fact he was constantly switching about what to worry wasn’t really helping.

Does he hold your hand? Is this ride safe? Does he tell you some reassurance? Is this ride appropriate for a date?

He just didn’t know.

After some moments he decided to calm down and focus on his views. Looking to his left, he could see you squirming in your seat. Your face contorting in both a mix of excitement and nervousness. Though if he had to say, you looked quite cute in his dark light, the dim lights illuminating your face.

Before he could admire your beauty further, the ride started. Forming a fist, he got ready for any jumpscares that might happen. Well, before the ride could surprise him, you surprised him first. Enveloping your hand around his hand, you shocked him. Pink blush being painted across his face, he looked at you in disbelief, he was simply flustered to the max.

Now, he had a new set of questions through his mind.

Correct me if im wrong or idk if this had been revealed yet ( i only watched the anime )

But with Mahito’s ability to change his and other’s form to whatever. And how cursed spirits or i forgot what they were called, is made by negative energy or feelings. I think Mahito is mainly made out of body dysmorphia or something in that general area. Or like people who are transgender, etc.

Since more and more young people have been influenced by the toxic beauty standards, comparing themselves, and cyber bulling by the media in the modern world. (And i imagine that Mahito has not been around as long as the other curses.) It only makes sense for a type of cursed spirit be created by this.

Idk if someone already wrote this or something, but this has always been in my mind and i’ve been wondering about it near a year now. I always just thought of this before i go to bed and forget it about.

I really dont know about this and can someone shed some light on this for me?
