-Notices absolutely everything. That one dress she liked in the window, he’ll remember it and come back alone to buy it as a gift. Discomfort on his partner’s face, slight change of mood. He’s very observant so he will never be clueless about that.

-Would never cheat😒 like… he’s Nanami. He is courteous. If he wants another relationship he’ll break things off cleanly with his old partner.

-He really trusts his partner. He isn’t a jealous man. Things will only affect him if he or his partner are directly disrespected. Men flirting with his partner in front of him is disrespect and he won’t take it lightly.

-Because of some of those traits he could be prone to getting taken advantage of, but I doubt it ever reaches that because Nanami is very discerning and careful about the partners he picks. So it’s highly unlikely he would end up with someone that takes advantage of him.

-Also he’s a bit pure? Of course he has sexual needs, but the smallest things gets his heart thumping. The tiniest gestures like Tiana leaving a love note in his bag? Or the smallest details like when he sees her shoes in the doorway when he gets home.

-Would literally not mind if Tiana called him about any minor inconvenience. (She wouldn’t of course) but if he heard her say something offhand about anything that’s broken or doesn’t work he’d figure out how to fix it ASAP. He’s all about efficiency so consider it done in the most efficient way possible. If he can do it by himself he will, if paying someone to do it is more efficient he’ll do that too.

-Needs to know where his partner is at all times. Like if they’re both on opposite sides of the room, he’s always glancing to make sure of her location, just in case.

-Random but he’s really fast at calculations. And keeps track of literally everything. Idk if that’s weird but he knows his partner’s cycle 😭 He knows everything about her health, dietary needs, medical history…etc He’s well prepared if something were to happen

-He speaks like an 18th century vampire if I’m being honest😭 If you text him “where are u” he’s just like “I have arrived…” Also uses ellipses a lot … 💀 but most times he just calls, doesn’t text.

Marriage Stage

-I think he’s always had eccentric tastes for a Japanese man. Like if not Tiana he definitely would’ve married outside his race one way or another. Or outside what is expected for your average Japanese salaryman.

-He remains formal in speech with his wife even if they’re the same age or married. There are couples that choose to drop honorifics and be informal with each other. But he remains formal because he sees it as a form of respect to his partner. The most informal he’ll go is using first names. Still sometimes says “Ms.Tiana” except now it’s “Mrs.Tiana”

-Nicknames and terms of endearment are more traditional. At work it’s “my wife”; At home it’s “darling” or “my love”

NANAMI KENTO

Not much of a fan of dating and more on going to work and being busy all the time, but with you it's different.

In fact he finally said that both of you are dating the day you asked him for the 100th time or maybe even more than that.

And to make the status official, you set up a date for the both of you to remember but the only problem is that, he doesn't want to take a picture?

"Let's go on a date!" you jumped behind him, placing both arms around his shoulders. The warmth of his back spread like wild fire onto yours, but of course you don't mind it at all, in fact you loved this feeling. "What's the occasion?" leaning over his shoulder to take a good look on your face to see an excited look pasted on your face. (How can I even reject, when you look like this? Seriously.) he shrugs and lets out a deep sigh, Nanami isn't the type to accept these kinds of things, but if it's you. He can never reject any offer. "Sure, where do you want to go?" now that he is facing you, looking up to him now feels comfortable and the way he looks at you now seems loving. "The coffee shop downtown!" letting out a huge toothy grin, you start to drag him away from where he was standing. Upon arriving from the coffee shop, the smell of freshly brewed coffee filled the whole room. It smelled heavenly, there were even freshly baked bread displayed in the counter. "Kento! Sit down, I will do the ordering!" pushing him aside, towards the direction of the tables and seats, you then made your way towards the counter to take the order. It didn't take too long for the order to come, and of course taking pictures of the food was your priority before even digging in. "I got your favorite! And mine as well, so how do you like it?" looking at him, waiting for an answer, he smiled this was the very first time you ever seen him genuinely smiled, and it was too good to be even true to witness such a sight. Directly pointing the camera towards Nanami's direction, his smile instantly turned to his stoic emotionless face. "SMILE FOR THE CAMERA!" still at awe, you demanded to see that smile again, to save it into your memories and even something to post about. "it's a rare sight seeing you smile like that! Can you please do it again?" this time you begged for him to smile only to be refused to once again, it's not all the time Nanami would listen to your demands, but this is because he has a reason why he doesn't like his photo taken, especially when he is smiling. "It is true, that it is a rare sight to see me smile. So why take a picture of me then post it on social media? So you like others to see me like that as well? When I only want you to only see this side of me?" looking straight to your eyes you felt how true his words were, as if he is saying that only you can see and enjoy this side of him and not for others to be entertained with. Well, he has a point. "Yeah, we are dating after all, lets keep it lowkey, why don't we?"letting out a giggle was enough to make him chuckle at how you were reacting.

RYOUMEN SUKUNA

Not much a big fan of taking pictures, he thinks these are all meaningless and that taking a photo each time you asked for it.

To make this day official, you decided to set up a mini date plan to go to the newly opened theme park. He is always focused on work that he needs to loosen up a bit.

And since, you want to celebrate by being officially dating you'll do whatever it takes for him to say yes.

"Sukuna, let's go on a date!" with your hand balled into a fist, you said those words with desperation. You called him to his phone since he is still on his shift, he sighs and moves the phone away from his ear. (Ah, she'll make me deaf one day...) bringing the phone back near his ear he could picture how excited you are, even though he wanted to say no, he didn't. (How can I even say no, at this point.) shrugging he finally gave his answer, he said yes. You couldn't help yourself to be all jumpy and even shrieking with joy. You told him all the details, where to meet up and what time. With that being said, you ended the call, and started to get ready in an instant. Since you take too long to prepare, having to do it in advance is a good one from picking clothes and deciding how you should style your hair and what make up is best for the day. The time flies so fast that it is already time for you to go. "Time to go!" running outside your house, you suddenly received a message from him. [Are you coming or should I just go home?] immediately flagging down the car going to your direction, you went inside and told the driver your destination, now texting on your phone you told him that you are on the way and that he should wait. Arriving at the theme park, you immediately saw him, standing in front of the gates, holding his blazer on his arm and wearing a white polo and black slacks. "Sukuna!" you yelled as you ran to his direction. "You are late." he says with a cold tone and shrugs it off, you shiver at his tone and begin apologizing. "Let's go inside already, I bought tickets." holding your waist to be close to him, shook you since he isn't like this at most times. "I can't afford to look for you there, finding a lost kid is hard even for me." you glared at him and elbowed his side. The theme park was packed with people, but mostly couples. Glancing on the things you planned on your phone, you both began to clear it one by one. From taking pictures in the photo booth, eating a bunch of food from different stalls and even taking rides. He isn't the type to smile when he is happy or what not, but just by looking into his eyes you could see he is having so much fun as you do. "Time for the last ride! The Ferris wheel!" pointing at the structure across the place, you grabbed his hand and dragged him towards there. The ferris wheel turning slow made you feel as if the time had stopped, you are facing him staring at the blinding lights down where the buildings are. "Sukuna, this was actually to celebrate today's day. Since you finally said in the morning that you'd officially date me. I thought that making this all possible would be memorable and unforgettable not just for me but for you too." after you said those words you looked at him and saw him giving a genuine smile, you stared at him in awe, lost in words even. Bringing your phone up to his direction, you asked him to smile for the camera, but before you could even take a picture he immediately made a poker face. "I said, smile...jeez, it was a good smile a post worthy one you know!" you sighed in disappointment and looked out the window. "Only you get to see me smiling like that, be greedy enough to keep it to yourself. Why do you want to share to other people that when you can hold it near your heart, hm?" his tone wasn't mad or anything he said it in a gentle tone making you realize how much he wanted this moment just for the both of you.

Kiyaaaa! You know you can’t get me started when it comes to headcanons, they end up turning into mini light fics/vignettes, remember Suguru’s rainbow dragon?😂

Nanami, let me see...

A headcanon I have for him, and this is probably awful, but when Habara killed, like right after Nanami managed to get himself and Haibara’s body out of there, he contacted whoever their manager was to pick them up and didn’t cry. He held it together as he passed under the torii gates on his return to campus, anger and frustration flooding him, but he didn’t cry. Explaining what happened to Geto, Gojo, and Ieiri, he was fine—angry, frustrated, and over it, sure, but no tears or hint of crying. Gojo left to handle it, Geto told him to get some rest, Ieiri went to smoke, and he gathered himself in the chair but didn’t cry.

In fact, he didn’t cry about Haibara until two days later, during breakfast. (He slept the first day away for the most part, Ieiri reminding him after her treatment that he needed to rest and replenish his energy. He didn’t need to be told twice, he was exhausted and sustained some injuries that while Shoko healed, still required him to do the rest naturally). Nanami got up that second morning as he usually did, expecting Haibara to be outside his door bright-eyed and energetic as ever. When he wasn’t, he shrugged it off—it wasn’t uncommon for Haibara to beat him to the kitchens and dining hall. But when Nanami got there it was dark and quiet. The electric kettle wasn’t hot and the rice cooker wasn’t beeping. There weren’t two cups waiting and a chatty Haibara asking what took him so long or how he slept.

There was only silence and darkness not unlike the moment after the curse retreated and Haibara stopped moving and Nanami somehow got them both out of there with a broken rib and shaky legs.

Typically he and Haibara were the only ones there at this time of morning until Geto followed with a whining Gojo in tow around 30 minutes later when Yu and Kento were finishing up their breakfast.

But that morning…

That morning it was just Nanami. It was just him and Nanami didn’t realize it until that moment when it all lit him at once that from now on, it was just him. Haibara was gone. He was the only first year. He flipped the light on and the delayed deeper realization of what Haibara’s loss meant for him going forward as the survivor of that night and the grief of losing his friend hit him and he immediately sunk to the floor in tears, sobbing with his head in his hands, and an aching in his chest and churning heaviness in his gut.

And that’s how Satoru and Suguru and Shoko found him a half hour later when they stumbled in for breakfast.

Another headcanon is every year on the anniversary of Haibara’s passing, he brings a bowl of rice to his grave and packs a lunch for himself, and spends the afternoon talking to Haibara and updating him on how things have been.

this blog has a focus on "male character x reader" content.

my preferred reader is male reader, but i will also write for gender neutral reader as well. when it comes to nsfw content, i also have a preference on writing bottom reader. it says a lot about me but i'll leave it at that. ♡

shorter than an average short fic, will approximately be 500-1k words, give or take.

first and foremost, i ask that you be as detailed as you'd like when requesting. it helps me get a better understanding of what you would like, and it will generally just help my thinking flow.

if you submit a vague idea, it will take a while longer for me to do, for obvious reasons. ^^

next, i have every right to refuse a request within my comfort. i will address it if you submit it anonymously, or send you a dm if you did not! i hope you understand when i do refuse. if you however cannot take no as an answer, i will block you.

Kento: “A week? My birthday celebration for a week? Baby, please, I’m so tired that I can't get through one day properly.”
