vsg surgery / weight loss surgery / update 1

hey guys! So I had gastric sleeve surgery on june 4th and today’s my first day going into the week 2 diet. I’m feeling a lot better, the first week was absolutely depressing but I’m feeling a lot more positive now! If anyone’s been through this or is thinking of it please message me! also: I’m 18, and my weight day of surgery was 210 lbs.
