At the moment it’s Vienna by Billy Joel, ‘she’s always a woman’ is one of my favourites ever and Vienna just hits right as I feel like I’m behind a lot of the friends that I grew up with atm. (My fave parts are ‘you’re so ahead of yourself that you’ve forgot what you need’ and ‘ you can’t be everything you wanna be before your time’.

I don’t know my enneagram sorry but I know my personality type is ENFP if that’s any help :)

Tell me about your childhood imaginary friend.

Funnily enough he was a dog, like I used to just imagine I had a dog and he’d follow me around, sometimes he’d talk and sometimes he wouldn’t and he was named after ‘Balto’ from the animated movie.

What is your go to way to fall asleep?

I don’t really have one, I usually end up waking up not remembering falling asleep in the first place. I basically just wait until I’m tired enough for it just happen.

If you had to change your name, what would it be, and why? (In tandem, if you have changed your name, why did you pick that one?)

Although I wouldn’t like to change my first name, as I think it suits me, I did change my last name to my Grandma’s maiden name after she’d told me she was sad that she couldn’t keep it when she married my grandad.

What Redacted boy holds no appeal to you, and why? Like, not the one you hate but the one who you don’t get the hype for. (I won’t judge, I promise.)

I feel awful about this one, but Guy. I don’t dislike him or anything but I’m also not necessarily excited when he gets an upload. I’m also not sure why, he just doesn’t hit the same for me as he seems to do for a lot of other people.

Tell me about that one book/movie/tv show you know all the words to.

Fantastic Mr Fox. I love it, I love the framing and the colours and the characters. They’re all very ‘human’ in different ways and the moment between Foxy and Felicity near the waterfall is so relatable I want to eat it.

Which Redacted boy are you platonically attracted to? Like- forget dating, which dude do you want to be your best friend?

SO MANY. Like the entire D.A.M.N squad. I love all the characters and I don’t mind anger but if Damien directed it at me I’d get defensive and that wouldn’t make for a good couple. Gavin, I wouldn’t really like my partner flirting with other people, Huxley I enjoy hiking but simply can’t picture myself dating him because he’s with Damien etc etc

The signal for me being tired is actually that I go very quiet/ not talkative. But if I was to ramble about something it would probably just be about things that had happened irl, old funny story’s and stuff (or whatever fandoms I’m in at the time depending on who I’m with).

As always, I love it when I am given so much information to work with! You seem so lovely and agreeable, it’s hard to think with whom you wouldn’t work well. Somehow, the “loving animals” bit convinced me, because what’s better for an animal lover than our beloved beta boy who can turn into a wolf on a whim?

Asher strikes me as the type of guy who works best with someone like himself. He works well with everyone, by his nature, but you and he would have so many similarities that being together would be wonderfully easy. It’s the big things like your extroverted natures and your compatible love languages. Yet it’s also the little things like your shared love of hiking and caffeinated battery acid (I say affectionately as a Strawberry Apricot Red Bull fiend).

You’d be the sort of couple who operate like well-oiled cogs of a machine, like one of you was a telepath, that’s how naturally you communicate and maneuver around each other. It’s infectious, and you would be helpless to either sing or headbang along.

Runner-ups:

This was hard. Again, I feel like you could pair well with just so many people; narrowing it down to two was an ordeal. In the end, I like Anton for you because you two contrast in a lot of the ways you and Asher compare. Also, I chose Sam as a runner-up for you because you two hiking together would be really cute. Also, You/Sam is giving kind of David/Asher but in another font, and I love Dasher /lh

what WERE they going for, the cave and ocean scenes lead to mermen but the tarot concept was so detached from that..though if you think about it, if we're talking sirens I guess it all ties in together with the spell concept?

serve is an understatement, like you could put an idol in an outfit but you cannot make them WEAR the outfit the way it deserves to be worn. that jun fit (I can't find any gifs from the mv in the search bar yet) was made that much better because he knew how to pose and move to its benefit

chan absolutely left me speechless at his part and that outfit (though not smth im personally that big a fan of) created the interesting imagery to catch the attention which he had the task of keeping on himself AND KEEP IT HE DIDD

idk why im so happy with hao's tie dye shirt, tank top and loose pants combo, might be because it's different than the other flashy and intricate pieces or because he reaallly suits flailing oversized shirts. who knows :]

hoshi pulling out those wings had me like oh! I didn't know we were doing angels as well?? hahah, honestly I think the one thing that made me a bit uncomfortable was hoshi having a serious face on for the entire mv lol like he has the smoldering gaze and the sad expressions and I couldn't pinpoint it until now but I'm not used to seeing him like this for a whole song.. that being said, amazing presence as always

thing is this mv made me like so many things I usually don't enjoy for reasons beyond my understanding like icy landscapes.. I have some questions about the combo of sets but it's okay

fave ships: right now it's absolutely hal/fi (and all my other bg3 ships, but mostly those guys) although I'll admit I've also been feeling very soft about Rose and The Doctor of late. (obligatory g'rahye mention also. so much oc/canon in this house dfkfjgnf)

favourite color: T^T I can't just pick one I'm like. I love green, I've loved greens of all varieties since I was a kid. But blues as well. and maroon. and burgundy. and purple. and brown. and mustardy yellows? augh. I love so many colours and it really just depends on my mood and the context?

favourite food: many. I'm a fiend for anything noodly though, whether it be some variety of linguine-based pasta dish or pad thai or literally just good old instant noodles. I love a noodle.

last tv show/ movie: Mozart in the Jungle. Which was a delight and I honestly think it deserved more seasons. It's like The Devil Wears Prada, but set in the classical music industry rather than the fashion industry. They had cameos by legit musicians and composers. The pieces they chose for the soundtrack were brilliant. The jokes were great. It was a joy tbh.

spicy/sweet/savoury? I'd rather have spicy or sweet over savoury given the option, but savoury can be nice too. Generally I like some combination of these though, like my fav pizza toppings is chillis/pineapple/sweetcorn/peppers/olives, because it creates this really nice salty-spicy-sweet combo that just hits.

currently reading: I'm still on The House of Hades in the Percy Jackson series, I bingeread like this first... nine? books and then stalled halfway through this one, I need to pick it back up but I've just not found the drive for it yet.

Got the triple whopper combo of my first name being based on two people (two different names, they just squarmshed them together) and my middle name based on a third person. I think two names were relatives and one was a friend of my mom's.

plans : spending time w gf, meeting friend, doing research stuff once my research partner gets back in the country !

self expression: for me the biggest way is clothes :) like wearing what i want to wear even if it's not the norm in the area i'm in, etc...even if i may look a little overdressed or weird idm bc i feel sm happier wearing what i want to wear !

bedding combo: ok i dream of this one but it is honestly so expensive...i would recommend getting satin pillowcases to protect ur hair, if you can get linen bedding it is sooo good bc not only does it last a long time but it softens over time and doesn't feel too cold or too warm w changing seasons etc...don't take too many throw pillows/cushion to uni accom u will regret it ! but have an extra pillow in case of sleepovers etc :) try to match the colours w ur room !! if u have a lighter theme i'd recommend patterns so they don't get easily stained :) try to stay away from synthetic fabrics if u can . neutrals, light pink, mossy/sage greens r my faves

Now onto the album, yeah it's like Movement and I feel the same about it, except Outlaw doesn't have Cyberpunk <3 each song has cool parts, but they blend together too much. Can't even tell which one is my fave honestly, I still cannot distinguish all of them based on the verses. I haven't listened to the album a ton, because I didn't have time also the album is kinda an assualt on my senses 😭. Coming from me - noise music lover, lmao. Bouncy grew on me, it's catchy, I'd rather if Ateez gave me something else, but it's the only track that's different

My grandmother for my middle name.

But I do joke, that my first name was after a cat, since my Mom had a cat at the same time I was born with my first name. However my Dad just liked the name.

So I joke that I was named after my cat and grandmother.

2. When was the last time you cried?

Probably a month ago.

3. Do you have kids?

Growing up no I didn’t want kids. Didn’t think it was for me.

However, I technically have a kid, via child custody. I have custody of my two year old nephew.

Plus older nieces and nephews that keep me oh my toes.

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

Oh yeah. Definitely.

5. What sports do you play/have you played?

Softball was the main one. But in reality sports and me are not a good combo.

Favorite legendary (æsthetically or collection wise)? 😄✨

OoH! there's a lot of legys i like, but my favourite is without a doubt astralaria!

I liked the collection a lot but the aesthetic definitely wins this one!

I'm a sucker for gold/blue palettes, I think they're so pretty, and I've also been a huge fan of spacey and celestial aesthetics (so a lot of my other fave skins are things with moons or stuff on)

I love the draw effects with the yellow burst, and the footfalls and trail and projectiles aaa!! I love this axe so so much.

I have a character for almost every class that can use astralaria! I know it's a lot of the same colours and aesthetics, but I really love working with them and figuring out what I can pair with the weapon, one of my fave things is how lovely the stardust jackal skin looks with it when you dye it blue and gold:

also okay. I know this wasn't the question, but I can't resist an obligatory demonstration of the astralaria-using gang!! so that's down there V

Alaethau, my first astralaria user:

He's a priory researcher and astronomer! Also in game, he's a druid and his pets are named after constellations (Lacerta for his eletric wyvern because lizard and Eridanus for his aqua stalker because river)

I'm generally more of an armor combo fan over outfits, but I love him in this sm it fits him so well (he is literally an astral scholar aha..) and the shoulder in yellow looks like the draw effect to me!

Cyhydla:

She is Alaethau's sort of daughter ?? (when you resuscitate a sylvari from a pod that's been blown away from the pale tree and disconnected from the dream with your husband, I guess you're probably adopting them)

She's a mirage which is wonderful for the projectiles! the axes are just flying everywhere!!

Astronomer Iddrin:

She's another priory astronomer, one of Alaethau's colleagues! Her sister, Magister Keelu is intended to use meteorlogicus to match her but I haven't finished it yet! Ooops!

she isn't 80 yet, so doesn't have her armour combo! (while not dyed right because armour preview dyes never are, it's something like this:

(ignore the fact she is mid-blink and looking so goofy) and she's planned to be a spellbreaker!

Avordelle:

She is my problematic girl from a different tree (where I'm theming them all with more celestial sort of aesthetics, because I like doing that) who is causing lots of trouble, at said tree! She's a firebrand!

Lastly, Réaltléas!

She's a whispers agent and navigator who uses the stars to navigate. She's a bit less developed than the rest, but I like her <3 She's not level 80 yet either, and this is her intended armour combo, which I love and think is adorable:

She's intended to be a scourge at 80!
