I like the card based system in Snow Day and the fact that the game gives you one of those plastic card folders so you can check which cards you have throughout the game.
Dragged Cessalie through Dohn Mheg this evening, got drowned by malevolent frogs, etc etc. No big deal.
Meanwhile, i was completely taken out by Cessalie conjuring these two images while Ardbert was waxing nostalgic about Voebert. It's no exaggeration to say i felt like i had been hit by a sack of bricks for a solid 20 minutes. 😭💔
Hazel must have had the same cutscenes but i did not recall them at all from his playthrough. 😵
There needs to be a scientific study done on how Rockstar Games' Arthur Morgan is able to provoke the most earth shattering emotions I didn't even know I had in me
Dean gets into horror games after they stop hunting (he likes the adrenaline) so they skip the Halloween party and play Phasmophobia all night. Except Dean is just dying over and over in the game while his laptop overheats and Cas scours the Wikipedia for the Lore (this is a date.)
(please notice their matching wedding date tattoos, and the angel on Dean's shoulder matches the one on Cas's shoulder but it doesn't show under his Henley.)
Man, just thinking about the fact that Britain died before Morgan ever took over.
The entirety of Morgan's reign is just her proclaiming that no, her Britain will not end, she will do whatever she can to allow it to continue.
She looks at the fate of her world, her lostbelt, and won't allow it to disappear, she does everything she can to make her world have peace, even if she has to force it.
The very world of Faerie Britain is trying to kill itself with the mors and Oberon, but Morgan refuses to allow it to do that, and in the end the very people she was keeping alive by keeping it all at bay killed her, and with her, their chance at living through this.
It's honestly really fitting that the throne that was keeping all those faeries alive was perfectly suited to Morgan, the throne represents how she was the only one keeping Britain together at this point.
And when she dies, Britain dies with her, whether it's to Barghest, Melusine, Cernunnos, or Oberon.
I really need to get a healer job to Endwalker so I can play through the role quests and Absorb Information™ with which to further my Cessalie x Artoirel agenda.
