Jooheon was waiting in line to get in that new, huge boutique. He was hating everything with a passion, from the person standing in front of him that smelled like they hadn’t showered in weeks, to that annoying kid behind throwing a tantrum for god know what reason. Usually, during sales weeks, Jooheon wouldn’t even leave his house. Not that he was a hermit or something, but he just preferred the calm and comfort of his apartment, rather than the busy and noisy streets. But that calm is of short term when you like to procrastinate like Jooheon, and if on top you have a niece born in July. So here he was, waiting to get the new trendy toy that she had explicitly asked for. And the dark haired boy could never say no to the little girl he loved so deeply.

Just as he was daydreaming, a voice echoed loudly a few feet ahead in the queue.

“Leave me alone for fuck’s sake, you’re hurting me!”

He peeked a glance sideways, to see a young man, being manhandled by another large guy, that seemed quite pissed off.

“Don’t try and overtake us if you don’t want to be called out!” said man started growling, visibly hurting the young man

“I wasn’t trying to overtake anyone!” He tried getting away from his grip, but the other just tightened it. “Fuck, let go, you’re hurting me!”

What shocked Jooheon the most is that no one was moving a finger, and even trying to avoid their glances at any cost. Without really thinking about it, he abandoned his place in the waiting line to get to the blonde boy, ripping the other man’s hand off of him.

“I think he told you to let go, sir.” Jooheon said in the most stern voice he could manage, to which the man only scoffed, in mere disgust.

“Ah come on, just leave right now.” He finally released his grip on the boy, who rubbed his wrist, while muttering insults under his breath.

Jooheon couldn’t help laughing a little at the guy’s attitude, but sighed when he realized he would have to do the waiting all over again, as there was no chance someone had been nice enough to keep him his place.

“Hey, you’re okay?”

“Hm?” He turned his head towards the blonde boy and gave him a faint smile. “Yeah yeah, I’ll just have to find another present for my niece I guess.”

“Oh, I’m sorry about that..” He looked down for a moment before extending his hand. “My name is Minhyuk by the way, and thanks a lot, for what you did.. I really thought the bastard was going to break my wrist.”

“It’s okay, no need to thank me.” He smiled, dimples on full display, and shook his hand. “Lee Jooheon.” He spent a little more time than necessary admiring the features of Minhyuk. He looked like a delicate man, and Jooheon spotted his uneven eyelids instantly.

“By any chance, was it that toy you were going to buy?” The boy got out of his bag the exact same thing Jooheon was out there to buy. “I got it from another store down the street, it was heir last one.”

“Oh my god yes!” he looks at the present in his hands with wide eyes. “I know it’ll sound completely weird but could I maybe re-buy it from you?”

“Hm, let’s say I’ll give it to you in exchange of a little something” The blond boy smiled smugly.

“And what is it?” At this point, Jooheon was completely lost and oblivious, only focused on his goal to get home quickly with what he was originally searching for.

“Go on a coffee date with me?”

The other boy’s suggestion had taken him completely off guard. But he couldn’t deny Minhyuk was pretty cute, and absolutely his type. He just nodded and smiled.

“Okay, I’ll go on a date with you”.

Here it is ! It’s pretty short, I might write a part 2 with how their date is going to go, but I don’t know yet !

Their core energies mix pretty well it's very balanced on a conscious level, they can vibe with each other. It's kind of funny though because with the way they see each other it's like they think they're at opposite ends of the spectrum when really, they're right next to each other.

Jooheon sees Minhyuk as the Knight of Swords. I got a visual of someone talking, but I was really focused on the mouth, like maybe Minhyuk talks too fast or something, lol. A lot of ideas, a lot of creative energy coming from him that makes Jooheon feel a little lost with it, but it's so direct and he probably acts on it a lot more, acts on multiple ideas at once, so it seems like he's moving really fast. Then Minhyuk sees Jooheon as the 7 of Pentacles, this very still and patient energy that allows things to just come up as they need to.

It's interesting because the way they view each other is a reflection of how they view themselves. Like, Jooheon probably does work slow, he takes his time, tries to make things perfect, and he's aware of that, so in comparison, it seems like Minhyuk does a thousand things at once out of nowhere. And the juxtaposition between the 8 of Pentacles (Minhyuk's conscious connection) and the 7 of Pentacles makes it seem like he's very aware of how much he actually has to try to get things done and to make them right, and in comparison to him it seems like Jooheon can just magically make things perfect.

It's a back and forth kind of thing, very balanced though, they could work really, really well together, and that is reflected in how their energies mix with Justice at the bottom. Again, it's mostly on a conscious level though, so conscious connection and projected energy are very balanced between them.
