How about someone who was recently turned into a Cybertronian and Team Prime tended to and comforted them? They have a lot of adjusting to do! 👀

TW: A bit of implied disassociation because, holy shit, suddenly you're a giant metal robot and that's kinda hard to wrap your newly non-organic brain around.

Team Prime comforting Reader, who just got turned into a Cybertronian, would include...

Optimus reassures you from the first moment that you have a safe home with Team Prime, should you choose to stay with them. Of course, you do. He makes sure you have the time and space to adjust and be comfortable with your new body before jumping into anything. He's just there if you need him, which some days is more helpful than everyone's else's efforts to offer unsolicited advice right off the bat.

Bumblebee helps you adjust to having wheels by challenging you to races that double as training whenever possible. He is almost certainly going easy on you, but nobody ever tells you as much.

Bulkhead is the first to realize that maybe you just really need a damn hug right now, if only because he's not very good with words. He hugs you and reassured you that it will be okay, and you're amazed how warm and fuzzy you feel afterwards, even though you're fairly sure your new body doesn't actually feel such minute temperature changes.

Ratchet tries to be "comforting" by explaining how your new body works... in detail that goes way, WAY over your head. But eventually, you get him talking about Cybertron's history and culture, and realize that your two species aren't all that different after all, which helps more than an anatomy lesson ever could.

Smokescreen is quick to remind you that you don't have to go back to your boring human school/job/house/whatever. Depending on how much you liked/disliked your old life, this is either incredibly helpful or incredibly irritating. If you get upset with him though, he's quick to apologize, and it's hard not to be comforted by that well-meaning smile and a servo patting your shoulder.

Arcee might somehow be even more protective of you than she is of the humans - she knows what happens when bots overestimate how much they can handle, and she figures that's really easy to do when you go from being a tiny, fragile human to a giant robot. Sometimes it's hard to hear her remind you that you're still mortal, but she means well. "Okay Mom, I get it."

Wheeljack, like Bulkhead, isn't very good with words, but he's also not very good with affection. What he can do, however, is listen. He's there the first time you get frustrated with the rest of the Team - not because they truly did anything wrong, but because being cramped into a tiny base with people you've just met will irritate anyone - and he never breathes a word of what you vented to the others. The Wreckers had their spats too - he knows you'll all be cool at the end of the day.

Oh Primus help Ultra Magnus he doesn't have a comforting servo in his body, but at least he's honest about that. In fact, he's the best bot to go to when you're ready to have things less sugarcoated.

Knock Out doesn't understand what the fuss is about - why would anyone ever want to be a squishy, gross organic when they could be Cybertronian? Humans couldn't turn into cars, for one, and couldn't be polished. He gives you a fresh coat of paint and polish and tells you how much better you look now - it does help, in a way. Being able to pick out new paint makes you feel a little more like your new body is really your body.

But honestly? Your biggest comfort might just be Jack, Miko, and Raf, if only because they will remind you any time you so much as frown just how cool being a giant robot is. And then you remember, yeah, it is pretty cool, actually.

Heyo! I was wondering if maybe you'd be willing to write about Yae Miko/Lumine (she/her) (nsfw)? I've always imagined that Ei leaving Miko for hundreds would have an effect, maybe make Miko more afraid of abandonment, and so when she and Ei split as a result, she'd be very possessive/even Yandere over a potential partner/lover, and I think that'd be quite an interesting dynamic to explore with Lumine. (Maybe mixing in some Miko breeding Lumine in if you're feeling spicy but fhgu9rhtbu).

Possessive/Yandere Miko Towards Lumine

Miko was never the same after Ei.

She became more withdrawn regarding love and never thought she would meet someone else.

But the day that she laid eyes on Lumine, that changed.

Such a warmth spread through her body, and the walls she had built around her heart tumbled down.

But she couldn't lose Lumine as she did Ei. She wouldn't let anything come in between the two of them.

Miko had no trouble charming Lumine, and they started dating just a few months after meeting.

Miko became jealous anytime she saw Lumire talking to anyone, though she was careful about how she showed it.

Silent glares at the person Lumine is talking to, thinly veiled threats about making sure they leave Lumine alone, only when she isn't around to hear it. Miko was also good at leading Lumine away from people.

Miko always makes grand gestures of her love towards Lumine, wanting to make sure that the feeling of new love never goes away. She wants to make sure Lumine never stops loving her.

Miko became obsessed, going as far as tracking every friendship that Lumine had, making sure she never spent too much time with someone.

All she wanted was Lumine's undivided love and attention; that wasn't too much to ask.

Lumine is utterly unaware of everything and thinks Miko is a bit clingy, not that she minds.

Yae becomes incredibly possessive in the bedroom with Lumine.

If someone so much as looks at Lumine too long, Miko makes sure to take what is hers that night

Miko always leaves marks all over Lumine, especially those that can't be hidden with her outfit. She wants everyone to know that she is already claimed.

Miko is always the top. She loves seeing Lumine's fucked out face after she has fucked her for hours with her strap.

Sometimes when Miko thinks that Lumine is flirting with someone or is too friendly, she will find a reason to "punish" Lumine

I love "Miko's Ingenuity" (the track that plays during Miko’s Story Quest cutscene) and upon revisiting the recording I took of the cutscene, I decided I’m gonna be loud about it and say:

We, as a collective, don’t talk enough about this.

We’ve seen Yae appear in a grand total of like 7 different version updates and throughout all of them THIS quest and cutscene is the ONLY time we ever see Miko even a little emotionally vulnerable. And I think it’s an amazing insight into her character.

Miko is gaslight gatekeep girlboss incarnate; she’s a cunning mastermind, likes to tease people and she’s always the one who’s 10 steps ahead in any given situation. We been knew that, and this is a persona she displays that no one has ever been able to break.

She waited for Ei for 500 years, got her back, and now she has to send the souls of her friends and family away.

“It’s a feast and all feasts come to an end” [and what if I literally sob]

[My heart broke watching this I love her so much]

Her FACE ! THAT expression. I am sniveling on the ground.

We know both Ei and Miko have lost people close to them; here we see Miko go through the loss firsthand. And even in the presence of the Traveler Miko decides not to preserve her unbothered and nonchalant mask. She’s sad to seem them go. But she knows it has to be done and she takes comfort in the fact that these youkai lived their lives to the fullest.

good GOD I could go on and on about how hot she was for doing this in the first place (both the animation and the masterful big brain plan behind getting the whole city to do the chant along with her).

But I won’t, I wanted this post to mainly just be about how great it is that we saw this moment of vulnerability from her. And how this moment is NEARLY A YEAR OLD!??! I just thought it was so delicious from like, a character-crafting perspective. ‘Cause even in the recent Mikawa Flower Festival the topic of youkai losing friends throughout the passage of time is brought up again around Miko, and she played the part of, well.. ‘therapist’ for Chizuru incredibly well.

We have never since seen (and maybe never will? for a while at least) the same level of vulnerability that she displayed in her story quest, and I want people to remember it, because it definitely humanizes her more and just contributes so much to her character as we know her in the recent versions and I love her so much.
