I seriously can't be the only one seeing the chemistry between Mariko and Toranaga. I don't even try to actively seek it at first, but then there's this constant theme of Mariko being the only one capable of keeping up quick with Toranaga's mind, and he even acknowledged it. It's her greatest trait, she saw through it and joined the masquerade to fit her own purpose. Idk there's just lots of acts and moments between them that got me like HMMM? about them, even when I try to view it differently.

So... I saw that there is some cut content in BG3 that is about 6 months after the game and you get to hear what others have been doing (with platonic endings) and Astarion looking after other vampire spawns in the underdark and being a sorta leader to them. This is fueling my little story idea of Astarion befriending another abused vampire spawn and of their possible friendship/relationship. Lots of hurt/comfort and sassy snarkiness because that is my jam.

i was thinking about rui mermaid au but then i started think about ruikasa mermaid au....

tsukasas just some normal guy trying to heal this damaged mermaid (rui) thats living in this bathtub but then the mermaid starts falling inlove with tsukasa because of how he takes care of him

and like rui doesnt speak but makes little cute noises

like seal noises but add a bit of snake into them

and the way tsukasa and rui understand eachother is with hand gestures and they understand what the other is saying half of the time
