My beloved Magic Attic Club girlies! Heather, Keisha, and Rose. Having this trio in my doll family is a childhood dream come true.
Originally, the dolls would have come with a little attic key on a necklace. Since this is a long-defunct brand, the necklaces are not easy to find secondhand, so they're wearing necklaces I made with small metal key charms.

Been super inactive in terms of posting on here but I’m always consistently lurking and getting a lot of joy from other people’s creativity while I put a lot of things on hold for my education basically. Anyway, I was really excited about this so I just wanted to put it out into the world. Will probably delete later.
Picking up this little lady tomorrow from the tried and true FB Marketplace. Magic Attic Doll Rose Hopkins! I’ve been interested in this line for the last year or so, especially because of their connection to the Tonner Doll Company.
That’s not all—the seller listed her for FREE!!! I thought it was one of those things where they list an item for “free” just to pull you in and then get their asking price but I think it’s the real, bonafide, true blue (in this case green) deal. I’m also looking to get my hands on her books at some point so we can get better acquainted.
The cutest bio about her from the 1998 catalogue!
A lot of info here, actually—her family is Cheyenne (I don’t believe the tribe is specified, however, so that’ll be up to me), she’s really close to her grandfather, and her interests include soccer and working with technology.

Help identifying doll croquet set?
Just discovered this opened-but-rarely-if-ever-used croquet set and cannot for the life of me figure out who made it. I've searched to see if it is an American Girl product and can't find anything. I've also searched Magic Attic Club and Our Generation and haven't come up with anything. It may also just be a random something that was picked up somewhere. But the packaging makes me curious. Does anyone recognize this or have any info on how I could go about pricing it to sell on eBay? Thanks in advance! Doll fixers of tumblr, a little help?
I have two vinyl-bodied dolls (I believe they’re from the short-lived iDolls line, which were basically the same as the Magic Attic Club) with marker marks that just will not come off. I looked up how to clean vinyl dolls, started with the Magic Eraser (that didn’t work), then white vinegar (nope) then acetone (also nothing). Not just nothing, the marks don’t move, fade, give even the slightest indication they’re coming off even a little.
Any ideas?

What I Read in November 2022
never could find most of these as a child, so as an adult with money, I shall now read these books. ^_^’ also they are very cute.
re-read, still fun (though not sure why Percy picked on Persephone so much?)
so I begin the trauma again... XD
this was so good, i loved “A Man Called Ove” and this book lived up to that.
ah Ciel and the need for (slightly petty) revenge. Still not sure about someone already ranked an Earl getting to attend the school but...
I’d been reading this online and nearly given up on it, as the translators kept changing as did the quality of translation, then spotted this at walmart and happily snatched it up. ^_^ Looking forward to volume 2

very fun, also kept thinking in all caps while reading this, didn’t know I could... XD
not sure I liked the conclusion to the Fullbring arc? Though Byakuya subtly stanning Ichigo was great.

I finally started work on my Autumn fairy custom, though I don't have a name for her yet.
I started with a Magic Attic Club Rosa doll, which I was lucky enough to find in like new condition except for a green mark on her nose. I love her outfit, though I'm not sure what I'll do with it since it's more modern than would work for this project.
I painted her face and nails in two different shades of gold. It's not perfect and I might tidy it up later but overall I'm happy with it. Mistakes would be most obvious on her lips, which came out the best.
I also preliminarily sketched her a cheek pumpkin and arm leaves. I was going to use a pumpkin vine to hide her nose mark but now I think I might paint a black mark over it and make it a mole instead. I'm tired today but later I'll outline the pictures in gold and color them in red, yellow, and orange.
She already has an amazing autumn outfit made by @dolls-and-cats (Which I will reveal later when you can see her all put together). I ordered her some of the same elf ears that Eira has in a different shade, and I finally found her a 9-10" wig that SHOULD fit and is a nice autumnal shade. So sometime in October or November she should be done!
I have 2 more Magic Attic Club dolls that I'll retrieve from storage next month and then I can work on my spring and summer projects.

The day after The Stabbing Incident in which Ichigo's Shinigami Powers were activated, Lunchtime:

"Rukia!" Ichigo called from the door. "We got a club meeting!"
"What? Oh, right!" She giggled, all bubbly persona, which immediately vanished in the hall "-You signed me up for a club? Ichigo, you know I don't have time for extracurriculars!"
"Calm down, this one doesn't assign homework. We just meet on the roof for lunch." He explained, marching resolutely against the stream of traffic in the hall.
"Oh? Up to something illicit are you?" Rukia teased, ducking behind him to avoid being swept away.
"Nah, we just meet on the roof so Kon can join us." Ichigo shrugged kicking open the door to the roof.
" 'SUP NERDS!" Ichigo bellowed affectionately at the gaggle of teenagers already assembled on the roof. "Okay Rukia, this is the "I Can See Ghosts And It fucking Sucks Club", guys, this is Rukia."
"Hi miss Rukia!" Waved a readheaded girt that puberty had hit like a truck.
"-Rukia is a shinigami like the freak that used to live in my dad's attic, and last night one of those bigass monster ghosts attacked my fuckin' house and Rukia kinda accidentally-on-purpose stabbed me and now I got fuckin' shinigami powers, which is mostly being able to ditch my body and summon a bigass sword to kill the monster ghosts with."
Those assembled stared at him in silence.
There was a rattle and Kon appeared at the top of the chain-link fence around the roof. "You know Ichigo, I think I know why your Literature class grades suck." the cat sighed. "Rukia got injured and used her magic sword to transfer her powers to Ichigo to fight off the hollow, and accidentally gave him too much and now she's stuck here until the Shinigami skills bleed back out of Ichigo."
"Ohhhhh..." the group nodded.
"-By stabbing me." Added Ichigo. "I feel like the stabbing part is being lowballed here."
"Welp. time to reset the counter." Sighed a lightly disheveled young man with brown hair, and the youthful looking lad with black hair beside him opened his laptop, typed for a few seconds and then turned the screen to show the group a digital counter that read
DAYS SINCE OUR LAST SUPERNATURAL NONSENSE AND/OR GRIEVOUS BODILY INJURY: 0
Previous streak: 17.324 Days.
"Thanks. Very helpful." Sighed Ichigo. "Tweedle Dee and tweedle Dumbass here are Mizurio and Keigo."
Ichigo pointed to the brunette. "Keigo here comes from a long-ass line of psychics and has been documenting every instance of supernatural activity in Karkura town going back to the middle ages since he was like. Ten? Don't let the fact that he's deliberately failing out of school fool you, he's probably the world's most brilliant moron."
"Iiiiiichigoooo, why you gotta make me sound like a loser in front of the actual-factual ghost girl?" Keigo whined.
"I'll stop making you sound like a loser when you stop being a loser." Ichigo huffed, and pointed to the black-haired youth beside him. "Babyface McGee here is Mizurio, he's our other technology geek, and he can cast Summon Gun."
"Pleasure to meet you Miss Rukia!" Mizurio said, extending his hand politely. "If you need some armament against the- what did you say they were called? Hollows? - I can provide you with something. First one's on the house, as my Uncle says."
"Oh!" Laughed Rukia. "By 'summon gun' you mean you have a way of purchasing weapons! I thought for a second you had the magical ability to spontaneously manifest guns or something ridiculous like that!"
The group collectively grimaced at her, except for the silent Giant, who was too busy snuggling Kon.
"Have you ever fired a weapon like a handgun Miss Rukia?" Mizurio asked holding his hand up beside his head, as though holding up an invisible object.
"Uh." Said Rukia, staring at his hand. ""...No."
"In that case I'm going to reccomend a Glock-17 lightweight pistol-" Mizurio nodded, and a small, bright blue light ignited in his palm, swirling and drawing Reishi into it, forming a physical object.
"-it's very reliable and easy to sight accurately, and doesn't have much of a kickback so I'm confident you'll only need a little practice to be able to handle it reliably!" He smiled cheerfully as the object finished manifesting in his hand, and he easily unloaded it with a practiced motion, set the saftey out of habit and offered it to Rukia to inspect.
"UH." Said Rukia, recoiling from the weapon with alarm.
"Oh don't worry!" Mizurio chirped. "Any gun that I make- And I make them, not summon them- has infinite ammo once the clip is loaded, and it's perfectly effective against hollows! You'll be perfectly fine using it!"
"I- You- I mean-" Rukia sputtered, staring wide-eyed at the gun. "-Did you. Learn? to do this?"
"Hm-..." Mizurio frowned at the gun. "Well, I've gotten better at it over time, but it's not like anyone taught me, if that's what you mean."
"Uh-huh." Rukia nodded, teeth bared in an attempt at a smile that completely failed. "You. Uh. You got any German ancestry?"
"Oh, I wouldn't know!" Mizurio laughed. "I don't actually know who my father is, and I strongly suspect he doesn't know his father either! Why?"
"...Mizurio, I think you're a Quincy."

Downstairs in the lunchtime meeting of the Karkura High School Crafts Club, Uryuu Ishida sneezed in the middle of a demonstration of different stitch types, and knocked over a large bottle of glitter, coating the entire room.
"...That's a bad omen if I ever saw one." Muttered one of the girls, sparkling.

"What's a Quincy?" Mizurio asked.
"It's a- Okay, before I start an explanation, is there anyone else here with weird supernatural powers?" Rukia asked.
There was a whirl of energy behind her and she turned to see the Silent Giant that had been cradling Kon had manifested a strange, sleek armor over his right arm. Kon was still cradled like a very spoiled infant in his left arm, purring.
"Hi. I'm Sado Yasutora, but I go by Chad." he spoke, voice barely above a mumble as he cautiously peeked up at Rukia through his bangs. "This is my punchin' arm."
"...Great." Whimpered Rukia.

Ok so this is what I assume who is most likley to be a yandere in obey me shall we date . Top 5 first
1.Mammon.
I know leviathan was supposed to be a yandere but belphagor ended up getting that troupe + that jealousy episode he had.but imagine how easy it would be for him. He's your first . Your his. little d No.2 is in on this which is why he says you and mammon would make a cute couple and asks if yall are dating . All he has to do is complain about feeling unwanted by his brothers and all your attention is back on him just how he wants it. He's greedy for you and your attention and he's the second most powerful but I think its because he doesn't try . He can influence luck we know that so anytime you hang out with his brothers suddenly nothing goes well for you or they have short tempers oh how that must make you feel unwanted but don't worry he's always here for you waiting for you to run back into his arms.
2.barbatos
What you don't think the demon of time would be a yandere? You best believe this boy is making sure everything goes according to plan. Since the moment he sall you he needed to know more thats why on his pocket watch he uses his magic so its a small portal to always see what your doing. He doesn't want to get his hands to messy so he simply turns the clock insanely fast forward on the person lifespan who tried to take you he enjoys watching them panic as they get older and more week its his favriote. Sometimes he goes back in time to watch his favriote moments of you. Since he's basically diavolos actual right hand man he can get away with alot. So don't expect it to be to hard for him to keep you.
3. Leviathan
Ah yes the Avatar of envy he gets so jealous when you give anyone else your attention is he not good enough for you. I think we all Remember the line that went somethng like 'Sometimes i think about forcing you to play a game your bad at and only letting you leave my room once you've completed every aspect of it' I can't remember quite exactly though. He's the Admiral of Hells Navy if you even tried to underestimate him he would quickly show you how wrong you are. Him and Henry 2.0 are the only company you need. I also think he has a body pillow of mc hidden somewhere in his room.
4. Belphagor
Ah yes on of our cannon-ish yanderes of obey me. You know he didn't get much time to spend with you as the others. He just loves you so much. Why can't you understand that? He will use his powers to enchant you to find your way up to the attic just like he did so long ago. But this time he's not making the foolish mistake of letting you leave. He will use his youngest sibling privilege to keep you there. He's gotten good at manipulating you in what ever way works best. Don't you want to cuddle with him and wear matching pajamas? C'mon he can't rest without you in his Arms. You aren't gonna take away sleep from the Avatar of Sloth are you?
5.Diavolo
Future king of the Devildom. What can I say he has always wanted to take you from the brothers and keep you for himself plus we know he will probably need someone to rule along side him. You don't want to take that from him do you? Oh well he will just have to make you marry him. You'll learn to love him as much as you once loved this exchange program. He rules this land he will make sure you are always being watched he can't risk you running off or falling in love with someone else now. No bother though if someone so much as thinks about acting on their crush on you they are being publicly executed for all to see. He keeps there blood in vials in his desk. he won't stop you from having a fan club ad long as he's president of it,he can't stop people from loving you just as long as they don't act on it he will let them live for now.

I was so excited to find this beautiful Magic Attic Club Keisha doll for an inexpensive price--she usually sells for quite a bit more than the other MAC dolls do. But I see why she was listed for so cheap... the seller only said that her limbs were "a bit loose" and "could use some tightening". The poor girl's arms, legs, and head were flat-out dangling from her torso! I had to make some of my own magic to get her back into shape. I think she was probably the victim of a previously botched attempt to tighten her limbs. So while she's not perfect now, she's pretty close! And she's flawless otherwise.
