Only 6 days to go until Feed Your Soul at the lovely Lunar Studios 🌙 A beautiful hour of Sunday morning yoga followed by homemade vegan granola, cake and juice. The full moon represents a balance of solar and lunar energy: the moon reflects the sun bringing day to night. A full moon ceremony is your opportunity to align the dark and light within you. We use the oak as a gateway, a place of passage between our world and the Otherworld. We dedicate our work to aligning ourselves in prepararion for the responsibilities of success and material gain. We have come to accept that we DESERVE abundance and now we must align our intention for what we will DO with abundance. Our lunar yoga practice this month is inspired by the Oak lessons of strength and endurance. The Waxing Moon is what we refer to this lunar stage as we move through the First Quarter.🌓✨ It’s a time when we are called to action as we build confidence and motivation to stay driven towards whatever goals we want to attain for ourselves in this cycle.💫 My latest video for the Lunar Yoga Series embodies an inspiring, active practice with a Hatha Yoga sequence and affirmation for each posture which correlate to a specific chakra of the energetic body. We close the class with a guided Mantra Meditation which acts as an introduction to chanting. I find this vocal practice helps keep me aligned and intentional for the weeks ahead. I hope you’ll practice along with this First Quarter Moon.💛🙏✨
