I think MikaLight is a very good ship and honestly I LOVE IT AKSNNS like I’m a very open minded person, even if I don’t understand the ship, I still try.

But with MikaLight, it’s like Light and L except different. It makes sense, and Mikami is fairly intelligent and shares the exact same beliefs as Light, AND OH MA GOD HE IS VERY HOT. So I think that Light would totally go for him, but there’s an AU I am obsessed with. Although it is sad, i love it. So basically it’s an AU where Light and L had a thing going on, and well Light convinced himself that it was purely fake and he was just pretending so he could get his name and kill him. But when L dies, Light can’t help but feel absolutely devastated. Because deep down he knew he truly loved L. But ofc the Light being the prideful little bitch he is, just thinks its cuz he feels lonely since there’s no competition. And Near didn’t count, cuz Light thinks he’s an useless gremlin (oh how wrong he is) anyway, he remembers Mikami as the guy who was like kinda creepy but smart and very passionate about justice, so he like contacts him, everything goes like it does in canon, except that Light and Mikami meet and well have intercourses, yk what I mean. And the whole REASON Light goes out with Mikami is because HE REMINDS HIM OF L, and not only that, whenever he is having sex with Mikami, he always unconsciously refers to him as L. HE IS THINKING ABOUT L THE WHOLE TIME, He loves L, Mikami is just like a replacement. Which is sad because Mikami genuinely loves him, but Light still mourns L. He can’t get over him even though he denies it, he’s like in DEEP denial.

That AU is just wow, I love it. It’s angst mixed with hurt/comfort but like woah I love it. And I love a sad ending.

DEATH NOTE Mikalight SPIDERVERSE AU

OKAY SO. So many thoughts I have.

Here’s what I have for Lights universe where hes Spider-Man. Light gets his powers when hes around 18-19 years old, hes dating Mikami at the time but during the time of him being Spider-Man him and Teru get into a few arguments. Time flies by and Soichiro dies. That obvious puts Light in a bad state, he’s already stressed enough with fighting villians and all. Mikami notices he’s not doing so well so he wants Light to rest and take a break (he doesn’t know Light is Spider-Man.) Light being the dude he is refused and BOOM another argument and… some words get exchanged… Not too long later Mikami ends up dead and Light lives with the regret, he feels bad because of the things he’s said. Light ends up alone again and even thinks about quitting Spider-Man, maybe even wished he told Teru the truth.

On Mikamis Universe im still having so many thoughts on what I should and should not do. I was thinking of having Light being some villain, but Light isn’t THAT bad to be a villian. But let’s say he is in this AU. Villain!Light and Spider-Man!Mikami are complete enemies but what makes this better is they’re also dating in this universe, After so long finally Teru has his enemy on a choke hold on the urge of dying, then he hears a week “Teru..” finding out it was Light who was the villain he hated all this time. Light figured out Mikami was Spider-Man. He knew. For a while.

If Light ISNT a villain then he just dies if a heart attack in Terus arms or maybe dies in a Gwen Stacy way.

A few years pass and let’s say smth like Spider-Man into the spider verse some collider brings a few Spider-Man's into Mikamis universe, meaning Spider-Man!Light and Spider-Man!Mikami will meet. It is nice to see each others faces again after all. After saving the day blah blah they really do hit it off and hang for a bit. (It hurts when Light has to go back to his universe I just feel it, bc.. they don’t know when is the next time they’ll see each other.)

though during their little hang out Mikami has his webs naturally and Light has web shooters (Light is salty about that especially whenever he runs out.)

That’s all I have and I been wanting to write a fic abt this but I just know it wouldn’t fit into one story, it would have to be multiple and.. that’s so much work for me rn!!!!!!!

More of my death note ponies.. and if you dare you can peek at my refined colorless lineart for the main cast.

I debated long and hard for L, trying to decide if he should be a unicorn or earth pony. I settled for the latter and I think it fits him quite well considering his life, and how he has always been a genius. It would make Light even angrier considering his status as a talented unicorn. Of course Misa is a pegasus due to her silly nature. Over time I plan for her cutie mark to have a crack form down the heart. As for Light, he remains a blank flank until he meets Ryuk, and kills his first victim. Mikami I am still deciding on.. his broken horn comes from his bullied foalhood, and his cutie mark (I WANT to slip justice symbolism in there somehow) has the shut all seeing eye as he doesn't see his God for what he really is, the three tears represent his mother and two bullies who Kira killed. I really want to add to it though, it looks off to me.

Anyways! Thanks for checking out my ponies. I hope to soon color these four and then hammer my designs for Ryuk and rem out, and then start drawing the rest of the cast. I can't wait to continue this little project.

Am role playing chatting with a ai version of L and we discussed how Kira kills criminals and how his way is too easy of a punishment.
