Ha! I finally opened your AO3 and realized I have read some of your fics! I especially remembered the one where the shadow tricks Hyrule and then horrifies him, and he wakes up and Twi comforts him. I think I read it early on, before I had an account. So I’m glad to meet the author of that fic! And you have so many more! I read the Hyrule vs Shadow where Lefend goes after Twilight, and LOVE IT!
aaaah thank you!! youre too kind!
iirc that was one of my whumptober pieces! a lot my whumptober work was really stupidly dramatic XD all the a n g s t but its fun so why not :D
im glad youre enjoying!!! i think 99% of my fics are twilight oriented in some way bc hes best boy lmao
although i do give sky some interesting stuff in The Truth Hangs (which is 43k so srsly you can skip to the bits with sky if you like XD)

blood moon
Tamrin holds his wife in his arms, trying not to let the thoughts of how long they will have together intrude on the quiet moment. Landon dozes in the space between them, cocooned in his parents arms and blessedly too young for such cares to intrude on his rest.
Lanore has not returned, this time.
High overhead, the ever-flowering branches sway and dance in the breeze, carrying the sweet scent of their blossoms down to their guests, and across the plains to the neverending horizon. A plethora of mismatched dwellings dots the landscape, Iwood and colorful canvas tents marking the Hyruleans; deep, crystal-clear pools, Iinked by meandering riverways and arched bridges for the Zora clan; lofty tree-bound platforms and spiralling stairways for the Rito; and clusters of earth-and-stone domes, packed tight and solid like newborn mountains for the hearty Gorons. Some of the homes stand empty, waiting, the thresholds still swept clean by neighbors as if to drive away reminders of the hollow, impermanence of their peaceful existence.
Nearby, a Zora woman splashes in the shallows with a little one of her own. Tamrin watches the child, barely a toddler, float and twist with more grace in the water than any other Hyrulean could hope to match on land. Even the Rito are ungainly creatures as they learn to master the sky.
Everywhere can be seen and heard the signs of life, for all that they are simply the vestiges of lives long ended. Soon enough this paradise will be emptied again, leaving only abandoned homes to remember their lost souls until they return. Tamrin presses a kiss to his son's brow, holds his wife closer.
Above the horizon, a red moon rises.
NOTES
Basically Ganon's immortal army of monsters in Breath of the Wild are possessed(?) by the corrupted souls of dead Hyruleans. When monsters "die" in Hyrule, the souls are freed and return to Hyrulean heaven (or something). When the blood moon (inevitably) rises again, they're dragged back to Hyrule as mindless, rage-filled bokoblins, moblins, etc.

Asami from Lefend of Korra
Former upper class elite who joins a group of three others that are fighting for equality after rejecting her family’s hatred of certain type of people and then goes on to use her influence and keen ability for strategy to help others in need.
...AND she’s still a smug show off about her abilities?
You could say I’m a fan.
Actually I’m such a sucker for the “second in command who becomes so wholly devoted to their leader and the cause” type.
Asami is just organized chaos in human form and that’s the best part about her. She’s the “cause trouble INTENTIONALLY” type. She has a huge plan for how she’s going to cause trouble, why she’s going to cause trouble, and what she’ll do after the trouble has been caused.
She’s my favorite character in Korra.
Fun fact, and I learned this after the episode aired, did you know The Last Stand and War aired on the same day just 6 years apart? December 19th. Neat!
