Hi Tumblr!

Local queer trans girl werewolf VTuber weirdo here letting your know that I am approaching nearly 12 Months of being unemployed.

Over the last 12 months I have:

Submitted 3,000+ applications/resumes.

Had 100+ interviews.

Got 1 job that I was constantly misgendered at, and upon informing HR, was then cyber-stalked by my bosses.

Got 1 freelance opportunity who, after two weeks, realized they had hired too many people and then let everyone go who was hired - me included.

Ran out of unemployment, drained my savings, maxed out my credit, and fully lost my insurance.

Unfortunately, even if I got a job RIGHT NOW, I would be unable to pay rent and bills for the foreseeable future.

I am constantly applying for jobs and trying to keep everything above water, but at this point I've become desperate for help.

I hate how people are excusing Kdin for saying all those slurs in a video back in 2009 when she was 19. Just because you don't like Rooster Teeth doesn't mean you get to give her a pass for doing the same damn thing.

That being said, the fact that she used slurs at that time doesn't negate the fact that the higher ups at RT didn't pay her the correct amt and called her the f-slur. Anyone who says that Kdin shouldn't expose RT for years of mistreatment are stupid, especially since she wasn't the only one affected.

But being 19 is not an excuse to say those horrible words. I'm 19 right now and I know not to say those words and I don't. You're not braindead when you're 19, you're an adult and you should know better.

Hi all! I have some unfortunate (but fortunate sort of) news to share.

I had just started my new job a few weeks ago but, unfortunately, I had to put in my two weeks notice last week due to being misgendered multiple times within the first two weeks of employment and many other large red flags.

The reply was "Nah, your last day is Friday" instead of honoring the two weeks notice.

This means I am back to being “out of work” for the time being and have already begun my hunt for a new job once again.

However, in the meantime that means we are back to MORE streams more regularly to help out with being out of work and also to enjoy more time with y’all.
