Lol just had another long discussion about how the Miraculous Fandom's reaction to Lila is absolutely over the top, but also realized that it's full of double standards. Felix and Chloe are not better people than Lila Rossi.

Like Felix stole Adrien's identity twice. The first time he tried to ruin Adrien's life and then gave all of the Miraculous to Hawkmoth.

Chloe bullied all of her classmates, uses her status as the Mayor's daughter to not get in trouble at school, and then worked with Hawkmoth when the Miraculous wasn't given to her.

Lila lied to all her classmates about being like rich and famous, helped Gabriel Agreste try to get Marinette expelled, and worked with Hawkmoth willingly.

And I'd argue that Lila's villainy is actually a direct consequence of Marinette's actions.

"But Lila held a grudge" Why shouldn't she? Marinette hasn't shown her an ounce of kindness.

Marinette used her super hero form to embarrass Lila in front of Adrien. Then she apologized for it, but continued on to harass Lila in front of all their entire class. And she still does.

Lila has every reason not to like Ladybug or Marinette.

The thing about Lila is that she's a liar, yes, but it's not Marinette's job to be the Lila Rossi Lie Patrol. Lila's lies are going to fall apart already, like maybe not immediately, but they would. Marinette wronged Lila first, she didn't target her for fun (unlike Chloe) and her original goal wasn't to ruin anyone's life (unlike Felix). All she was doing was lying so people would like her and from my understanding, she does at the very least help her classmates. She babysits their siblings and junk!

How is she irredeemably evil, but everyone else can just be redeemed in y'all fanfiction? It's bogus.

High school AU

A murder drones au I made for the sole purpose of giving myself tons of fluff.

so summary: essentially after ‘Heartbeat’, N and Uzi don’t split up in the end and after recovering from the shock N suggests to Uzi to take him to school with her- so she begrudgingly agrees. V is also here too, although heavily monitored, and usually chills in Uzi’s place instead of going with them quote ‘It’s stupid’. Basically a lot of shenanigans ensue. We still got the casual school bullies, homework, tests, etc…although Uzi now has a big murder machine with her😈. We also got the golden retriever boy and goth emo girl in love (but they don’t know that), tons of fluff cause fuck you I do what I want. N and V sleep in there own respective small rooms next to the main house cause I love making stuff up for plot convenience. Khan is here too, although still not a great dad- YET, he’s trying his best ok. There’s definitely tension between the two considering what he did to Uzi and N is also pretty awkward with him because well- he literally tried to kill both him and his daughter erm BUT HE SAVED HER TOO SO IT CANCELS OUT. There’s some character growth mostly between N and Khan due to Uzi still being very closed off from him, for good reason-

anyways yeah that’s it, if you wanna ask questions about it feel free to, probably won’t post about it myself much but yeah this is literally just for personal joy. Might expand on it a little more later on but yeah

without better information on the rest of the officers, the obvious answer is harry, but... i think a case could be made for jean as well. of course this is biased by my own view of the harry and jean dynamic (I WILL ANSWER THOSE ASKS SOON BTW) but if jean hadn't been around to wrangle harry, i'm not sure that harry would have been able to keep it together At All. martin luiga, original dev and self-proclaimed "jean prototype", has posted before about harry and jean and their codependency and also on the role of partners under the decomptage system: their job is to keep each other afloat. i don't believe that jean was a good, kind or especially understanding caretaker, but i do think he did a lot of necessary work towards keeping harry alive and in semi-working order. and they never switched partners because it got to a point where everyone knew that no one could handle harry like jean could, and no one wanted to even try. yes, their relationship was shit. yes, they'd rip each other apart at least once a day. but it worked for them and it was just good enough to keep harry going for the good of the station. harry might have collected the linchpin evidence but jean was the one pulling it together, filing the reports, keeping harry from blowing his brains out halfway back from a scene. so i honestly think it could go either way.

See I’ve been on an accidental hiatus and now I’m getting back into the sims and all that but I just realized I haven’t cc shopped since like….may….I’ve missed so much

I really shouldn't let a fandom of people who couldn't make a good take to save their lives disturb my peace so much, but I just can't wrap my brain around them. Like they're genuinely such a trainwreck of a fandom that I think they're worse than the show itself.

Like not to be a hater, but I genuinely think they're a bunch of losers and I can't think of a much nicer way to say it. If I'm being generous it might just be a bunch of misguided kids, but if they've been around in the fandom as long as I have then that is pretty unlikely.
